Talented hip hop group, The Band of the Hawk featuring Yeaux Majesty, drop a new album titled “The Laws”
The Band of the Hawk is again looking to give their fans and lovers of good music across the globe another amazing treat of melodious bangers as the group drops a new album on Good Friday. Titled “The Laws,” the new project is a remixed and remastered reissue of the first solo album, “Imperial Majesty” from KING now known as Yeaux Majesty.
The modern history of hip hop is probably incomplete without the mention of the popular The Band of the Hawk. The entertainment industry has witnessed a series of evolution with the music world at the forefront of the changes. While the hip hop community looks to be spearheading the development in the music industry, many of the players in the game have seemingly deviated from the characteristics that made hip hop what it is today. One group that has continued to help in holding down the hip hop culture by providing entertaining yet thought-provoking music year after year is The Band of the Hawk and their latest project only substantiates this claim.
Comprising 6 talented and passionate acts, the mercenary company popularly known as DEF on the battlefield will be dropping another Boom Bap classic with “The Laws.” Featuring Yeaux Majesty, the album will be officially released on Friday afternoon with a visual album that will be another show of creativity and ingenuity that has stood the group out of the pack over the years.
About The Band of the Hawk
The Band of the Hawk is a music band that is poised with redefining the hip hop game by giving the genre its seemingly lost glory. The mercenary company known as DEF on the battlefield is a spacious affair: all looped menace and blunted minutiae, comprising Noah Archangel, Yeaux Majesty, Houey Freeman, P.Ey3, Spear Chuka, DJ Mastermind and Whoa Vada. (Each with a solo release of their own)
Young Chop was arrested following his wild search to find 21 Savage.
According to documents obtained by XXL, the Chicago producer was arrested for reckless conduct in Georgia’s Gwinnett County on Monday (April 6).
The arrest happened after Chop got in an Uber to track down 21 Savage after their heated exchange on social media. While riding around the Atlanta area, gunmen pulled up on the side of Chop’s Uber and opened fire on him. The producer documented the chaos on Instagram Live, showing the car’s shattered glass. He claimed he was unharmed despite the shootout.
Chop, best known for producing Chief Keef’s “I Don’t Like,” hired an Uber to take him to an apartment complex. Upon arriving at the residence, Chop exited the vehicle, only to return and ask the driver to take him back home. At one point, he got out of the Uber and engaged in a heated verbal altercation with an unidentified man during which Chop reportedly brandished a semiautomatic handgun. Chop returned to the Uber, which was later followed by a black sedan driving at high speed.
Chop retrieved his gun from his pocket before the sedan began shooting at Chop’s Uber. Bullets hit the car’s front panel, the driver’s rear door, the driver’s side rear panel, and shattered the driver side rear door window.
The black sedan fled and Chop asked his driver to pursue the vehicle, but they were unsuccessful. Chop was eventually dropped back home. He asked the driver not to inform the police and offered to pay for the damages to the Uber.
Even after his arrest, Chop continued his reckless behavior online by taking shots at rappers including French Montana, Meek Mill, and Drake. “He a hoe too just like Jr bitch ass,” he said of Drake in a since-deleted post.

One of LeBron James' very first game-worn NBA jerseys is hitting the auction block ... and the piece of history could fetch more than $630k!!!
Goldin Auctions tells TMZ Sports ... the jersey was worn during King James' 5th and 8th games of his rookie season with the Cleveland Cavaliers ... including his first-ever matchup against his best friend, Dwyane Wade, and Miami Heat on November 12, 2003.
The other game was against the Indiana Pacers, when 18-year-old Bron scored 23 points on November 7.
The jersey -- which was certified legit by Resolution Photomatching -- is the earliest jersey of James' NBA career to hit the market ... and could possibly end up being the most expensive jersey in modern history.
“LeBron James memorabilia is some of the most sought-after memorabilia currently,” Ken Goldin tells us.
"After setting the record earlier this year for the sale of a LeBron James card for $900,000.00, we are hoping this jersey will set the record for the highest price paid for a basketball jersey which is $630,300.00."
Remember, the King also holds that record ... when his 2020 All-Star Game jersey went up for auction earlier this year.
The jersey will be available through May 16 ... so if you have more than half a milli lying around, happy bidding!!

Dana White tells TMZ Sports UFC 249 is officially postponed and will NOT take place as planned on April 18.
But, "Fight Island" is still very real and in the works, White says.
The UFC honcho says because of coronavirus concerns ... high-ranking execs at both ESPN and Disney advised him to cancel the April 18 fight card.
"I got a call from as high up as you can go at Disney asking not to do this event on April 18," White said.
The plan had been for the fights -- headlined by Tony Ferguson vs. Justin Gaethje -- to go forward at Tachi Palace Casino Resort in Lemoore, Calif.
But, Dana says he's going to listen to his partners at ESPN ... and call off the fights for now.
"One thing you’ve heard me say is how awesome this relationship has been with ESPN," White says. "So when they call and ask me to not go, obviously, I'm going to respect it and not go."
As we previously reported ... White was going forward with the fights despite losing Khabib Nurmagomedov -- who withdrew from the card after expressing concern over COVID-19.
The card also lost another headliner in Rose Namajunas on Thursday, when she officially pulled out after she lost family members due to the coronavirus.
White tells us he's ain't laying off UFC staff despite the cancellations ... and guaranteed UFC cards would be back shortly.
"We will be the first sport back on television," White said.
As for "Fight Island" -- White says it's "really happening ... the infrastructure is being built right now on the island."
"When this thing is ready, it's going to be bad ass. It's going to be incredible. And we're just gonna start running fights as soon as that thing is finished."

A judge in Madison, Wisconsin, has set $1 million bail for two teenagers charged with the execution-style murders of a respected doctor and an education coach.
During the early morning hours of March 31, two joggers came upon the bodies of Dr. Beth Potter and her husband, Robin Carre, lying off the roadway in the University of Wisconsin Arboretum and covered in blood, police said. A witness told the University of Wisconsin-Madison Police Department that they had heard a series of gunshots after 11 p.m. the night before.
Carre, 57, was pronounced dead at the scene as Potter, 52, was taken to a nearby hospital where she later died. Both were shot in the head and were left for dead in their house clothes with no shoes, according to the criminal complaint.
Investigators conducted several interviews that led them to arrest and charge Khari Sanford, the boyfriend of the couple's adopted daughter, and Sanford's friend Ali'Jah Larrue with two counts of first-degree murder. Sanford and Larrue made their court appearance on Tuesday via video conference, where a plea was not entered for the felony charges.
The day before the couple was murdered, Potter confided in a friend that they had moved her adopted daughter, Miriam Potter Carre, and Sanford into an Airbnb because they weren't abiding by the rules of COVID-19 social distancing, according to the criminal complaint.
Potter, a doctor at University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, had a greater risk of infection because of medications she was taking, and she was concerned about the teenagers going in and out of the house, the complaint said.
"You don’t care about me," Potter Carre allegedly told her mother as they were being moved out.
"Probably the most incriminating piece of evidence, which was statements Sanford made to a citizen witness identified in the criminal complaint, that he in fact did shoot the folks involved, and was concerned after hearing on the news that one of them was alive," attorney William Brown said.
Sanford and Larrue are each facing two first-degree intentional homicide-party to a crime charges.
