In an intense 3-day 2014 trial in a Cape Cod courtroom, Justin Mustafa was accused of orchestrating a twisted week of drug-fueled torture in which he injected his girlfriend with heroin, repeatedly beat her with a belt & forced her to perform oral sex on his pit bull.

In June 2013, he picked her up from work & injected her with heroin. Over the next week, he did it several more times, she said. Rowland said when she was sick and high from the drugs, he would rape her and beat her with a belt. On one occasion, she said, he told her to undress then brought his pit bull in & forced her to give him oral sex.

"Based on what he has done to me & other women in my community, it's a matter of public safety," Gabbe Rowland told Insider.

In November, Rowland appeared by phone in Barnstable Probate and Family Court hearing objecting to the name change.

She told the court she believed that if Mustafa — now Justin Curtis — was allowed to change his name, women wouldn't be able to easily unearth his past.

Curtis, 33, testified that he converted to Christianity from Islam at the request of his mom & that Mustafa is a name with Islamic roots. His mother has since died & he wanted to change his name to avoid the "religious conflict."

On Tuesday, a judge ruled in his favor.

Because there were no formal sex-crime charges in her case against Curtis, he's not registered as a sex offender & so changing his name eliminates the most easily accessible link to the crimes he committed, Rowland said.

The beef between Meek Mill and The Game continues to escalate. The two exchanged disses on Instagram all day Saturday, September 17.

Game continued to call Meek a rat for allegedly implicating him in the June robbery of Sean Kingston's $300,000 chain at the Penthouse Nightclub & Dayclub in West Hollywood.

The "One Blood" rapper posted a photo of missed phone calls from Meek and said there wouldn't be any talking, just scrapping.

"Don't call my phone tryna back out this ass whoopin.... & don't lie & tell yo followers you ain't hit my jack.... We ain't got shit else to talk about... & this ain't bout nobody but ME & YOU," Game captioned the photo. "Don't hide or run when you see me Meesha.... We gone have a old fashioned scrap like men & im going to beat the dog shit out you... You know you don't want & that's why you back peddling.... #CatchThisFade for puttin my name into an investigation & having detectives knockin on doors...... You know & I know you snitched !!!!!"

Game also posted several disparaging memes and photos of Meek.

Meek responded by saying Game has been jealous of him and hates his success. He posted a text message he sent to the Compton rapper, indicating he was ready for war.

"You doing all this clown shit about ya album coming out after I used to hit you about ya family," Meek wrote. "It's only right that you get get put in ya place. I'm not doing no rapping and I don't fight! Catch me and traffic and let's play! U on some Hollywood fagit shit Fam."

At one point during the back and forth exchanges Meek seemed to want to distance himself from it, citing his desire to be a role model to the youth.

“And I’m sorry for the weirdo entertainment. But Fam just jumped out of pocket. I’m just hustling feeding my family," he captioned a now deleted IG post. "Sh*t is really embarrassing. And I can’t keep performing tryna impress the internet because the moment sh*t go bad Ima look like a fool! @losangelesconfidential you outta pocket and you not repping for “niggas right” to sell some records!” Meek Mill wrote in the caption of a video posted on his Instagram page. IM FRESH FROM MY LIL CUZ FUNERAL I CANT KEEP ACTING LIKE MY PEOPLE AINT DYING TO THESE STREETS! GET MONEY STAY SAFE AND FEED YA FAM! I REPRESENT THE STRUGGLE AND IM HERE TO SET A EXAMPLE TO SHOW THESE YOUNGBULLS HOW TO USE THEY BRAIN TO MAKE IT OUT OF THE TRENCH! JUST TELL THE WORLD WHY YOU MAD AND WHY YOU DISRESPECTING MY NAME WITH THE WORD “RAT” YOU TOO OLD FOR THIS AND SO AM I.
