RUSSELLVILLE, Ala. (WKRC) - An Alabama man is accused of brutally attacking his teenage daughter, claiming she told her mother that he may be having an affair.

Police were called to a trailer park on November 7 for a report of a father abusing his daughter.

Responding deputies say when they arrived, they noticed shattered beer bottles, a broken Nintendo Switch & other items outside that had been cut up, as well as drops of blood near the door.

Inside there were apparently several broken electronics, including a TV & laptops, kitchen items scattered everywhere & children's bedroom furniture had been thrown around.

Christopher Andrighetti, 39, was found hiding in a closet, covered in blood from self-inflicted lacerations on his arms & waist.

He was treated by medics on scene before being taken into custody.

Deputies continued to search the area & found 2 children.

The older child, a 14-year-old girl, reportedly had "obvious injuries that required her to be taken to a local hospital."

She told law enforcement that her father, Andrighetti, attacked her.

The teen apparently said she had told her mother about a social media account Andrighetti had & that she suspected he was having an affair.

Investigators say he slapped her, punched her, shoved her to the ground, struck her with a shower curtain rod & a piece of wood & threw things at her, including glass bottles.

Andrighetti then ordered the victim to clean up the mess.

When she went to get trash bags from the kitchen, she noticed the front door was open & ran to a neighbor's house.

Andrighetti is charged with domestic violence/assault, child abuse & criminal mischief. His bond was set at $200,000.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — An Annandale man chose the top prize ticket in a Virginia Lottery game with a payout of $1 million.

Jose Velasquez thought he was redeeming a $600 winning ticket. When Virginia Lottery staffers at the customer service center in Woodbridge saw it, however, they quickly discovered the ticket was worth a lot more.

Velasquez had stopped after work to pick up a pack of soft drinks at the Safeway on Little River Turnpike in Fairfax County when he decided to buy what would end up being the winning “20X the Money” ticket.

Virginia Lottery presented Velasquez with the choice of either taking the full $1 million prize over 30 years or a one-time cash option of $759,878 before taxes. He chose the cash option. Safeway on Little River Turnpike also received a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Velasquez told Virginia Lottery officials that he is planning to use his winning to take care of his family and possibly start his own business.

This is the second top prize to be won in the latest version of the 20X the Money game, meaning that there is one unclaimed top prize remaining. The chance of winning the top prize is 1 in 1,754,400. The chance of winning any prize in the game is 1 in 3.65.

The Golden State Warriors are planning to play home games without fans for the foreseeable future in observance of the San Francisco Health Office's order prohibiting events of 1,000 people or more from assembling, a source told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on Wednesday.

Video After The Jump

(USA Today) Jesse Duplantis, a televangelist with viewers across the globe, says God told him he needs a new jet.

Specifically, God told Duplantis he needs a Dassault Falcon 7X, a three-engine private jet capable of carrying 12 to 16 passengers at speeds up to 700 miles per hour. The Falcon 7X, which would be the fourth plane owned by Jesse Duplantis Ministries,  has a range of almost 6,000 miles and costs about $54 million new, according to SherpaReport (although used ones are listed online for as little as $20 million).

"Now, some people believe that preachers shouldn't have jets," Duplantis said in a video posted last week. "I really believe that preachers ought to ... have every available outlet to get this Gospel preached to the world."

In fact, Duplantis said that "if Jesus was physically on the Earth today, he wouldn't be riding a donkey."

"He'd be in an airplane preaching the Gospel all over the world," he said. "But the first thing I thought of was, 'How an I going to pay for it?' And then that great statement that [God] told me in 1978 flooded into my mind. He said, 'Jesse, I didn't ask you to pay for it. I asked you to believe for it.'"

Fabolous releases his second freestyle in as many weeks. He showed the West Coast love on his "B.A.S." joint. This week he brings it back to the East Coast by dropping verses over Jay Z's "You, Me, Him and Her."

Sounds like he's taking shots at 50 Cent and Tatted Up Holly.

Video After The Jump

Saigon is one of those rappers everybody knows is nice. What a lot of people can’t figure out is why he’s never blown, especially with the backing of producers like Just Blaze and Statik Selektah.

No doubt his stint on the HBO show Entourage has been a good look for The Yardfather, but what hip hop fans really want is ‘The Greatest Story Never Told’ album.

Sai chopped it up with Urban Daily to talk about his acting career, Jay-Z jacking his beats and why he left Atlantic Records.

UD: How Bad Were The Groupies On The Set Of Entourage?

Sai: There’s a million Entourage stories man. There’s girls that would camp out around the trailer. ‘I just wanna meet Vince’, they really call him Vince - they don’t call him Adrien [Grenier]. One woman wanted to meet Turtle. I was a little closer to turtle. So I told her, I guess we could find a way for you to meet Turtle. All you gotta do is come hang out for a little while, tell some jokes, make us laugh and you know, we’ll bring Jerry [Ferrara] in here, or Turtle.

UD: How Many Beats Did Jay-Z Steal From You?

Sai: Jay-Z was jacking for beats baby. When we were working in Baseline [Studios] we were all like a close family. And Jay would come around, pop up every now and then. You know me and Just [Blaze] was in there working hard and Just would give me a gang of beats at a time. And every now and then one of them would come up missing. One that I was probably writing to or something that I really loved. Then the next thing you know, they would have this big meeting. And they would go, ‘yo Sai we need to talk to you. You know that beat we had, the one you was loving? Big homie got that now.’ You know big homie was Jay-Z, he did that to me about three or four times.

UD: What Beats Did He Take?

Sai: Kingdom Come is mine, actually two didn’t make his album. And Come On Baby - he took it, did his thing to it then gave it back because he didn’t want to use it, so he gave it back to me. But he was like ‘you can keep the verse that I laid on it.’ That was a big homie move because you can’t buy a Jay-Z beat. You can’t go to Jay-Z and say hey we got $100,000 for you to get on a record. He wipes his ass with $100,000 dollars. That’s why he said in that line “you wanna be in the public send your budget”. That means your whole recording budget. There’s no more money for producers, studio time, nothing.

UD: When Did You Finally Get Off Atlantic Records?

Sai: I got off Atlantic Records March 10, 2010. All these years I’ve just been sitting around. I was still on Atlantic Records this whole time technically. They wasn’t putting my music out but I was still contractually bound to them until March 10 of this year.

Sai’s long awaited album ‘The Greatest Story Never Told’ drops in 2011.

DETROIT — The leader of a Christian militia planned an elaborate, two-part training session for this month and told members it was OK to kill "anyone who might stumble upon the operation," federal prosecutors wrote in a court filing Friday.

Details about the Hutaree's planned training session — to be held during the second and fourth Saturdays in April — were revealed in a 17-page document prosecutors filed in response to a defense motion to free Hutaree leader David Stone while he awaits trial.

It, along with several other government filings over the past week, help paint a fuller picture of the southern Michigan-based group's make-up and activities.

Stone and eight other suspected Hutaree members were arrested after a series of raids across the Midwest late last month and charged with seditious conspiracy, or plotting to levy war against the U.S. The self-proclaimed "Christian warriors" trained in paramilitary techniques in preparation for a battle against the Antichrist.

Friday's filing included a transcript of remarks Stone allegedly made during a January briefing on the planned operation.

According to the filing, Stone told other Hutaree members that "we are going locked and loaded."

"If you're made, somebody comes tripping along, they just happen to see you, we're gonna handle it as a hostile situation," Stone said. "That means you put them on the ground."

Andrew Arena, the head of the FBI in Detroit, has said his office felt compelled to arrest the nine suspects before the April training session because of the potential for violence.

Stone's lawyer, William Swor, said he hadn't seen the latest filing but doesn't see any reason why his client should be jailed.

"The government hasn't proved that he shouldn't be free," Swor said.

Prosecutors claim Stone and the others plotted mass killings of police as a prelude to a larger war against the government. In Friday's filing and others that trickled out over the past week, they described several ways in which Hutaree members considered killing law enforcement personnel.

According to one scenario, they would place a phony 911 call, kill responding police officers, then set off a bomb at the ensuing funeral to kill many more.

In another, Friday's filing said, Hutaree members talked about "torching the homes of police officers and then shooting them and their families as they fled their burning homes."

Swor and other defense attorneys in the case have argued their clients are protected by a right to free speech.

A federal magistrate judge in Detroit has ordered eight of the suspects to remain locked up until trial.

A ninth suspect, Thomas Piatek, of Whiting, Ind., was ordered held by a judge in Indiana but recently transported to Michigan.

Piatek appeared in court Thursday and a not-guilty plea was entered.

U.S. District Judge Victoria Roberts has set an April 27 hearing to consider appeals of the detention orders, but the date could change because of a scheduling conflict with one of the prosecutors.
