All of Remy Ma's hard work has paid off.

TMZ reports that the Bronx, New York native has inked a multi-million dollar record deal with Columbia Records, a subsidiary of Sony Music Entertainment.

The signing follows a bidding war between several labels.

This hopefully means we will soon be getting the follow-up to Remy's 2006 debut album, "There's Something About Remy: Based on a True Story."

She has already teamed up with Lil Kim to record a new Nicki Minaj diss record titled "Wake Me Up." A music video for the song has already been shot, according to TMZ.

Based on reported lyrics from the song, it appears Kim and Remy are going for the jugular. Even taking a swipe at Nicki's relationship with Nas.

"That crown I'm gon take that shit. Cause you a clown and homie don't play that shit/ Heard he lay that dick. You let them filet that fish/ You just met him how he bae that quick?" the ladies rap on the track.

This, of course follows a long running feud between Kim and Nicki. Remy has also beefed with the YMCMB rapper, dropping the diss record "Shether" in February.

Besides her beef with Nicki, Remy has kept busy by releasing a collaborative album with Fat Joe earlier this year titled "Plata O Plomo," which spawned the hit record "All the Way Up."

I don't give a f*ck what nobody say, that's one of the realest n*ggas I ever met. We the same, that's why we look at each other like we're best friends, our energies are on the same level. I was in Lil Wayne's studio, I had recorded over this Detail beat, and it was the "F*ck Love" chorus. I posted an Instagram snippet and X texted me like "Bro I need that, I'm putting this on my album." That's how "F*ck Love" happened.

Video After The Jump

Houston Texans owner Bob McNair has been catching hell, and rightfully so for comments he made at a recent meeting between owners, team executives and Commissioner Roger Goodell.

McNair said the NFL "can't have the inmates running the prison" regarding protests during the national anthem.

Texans player Duane Brown called the remarks "ignorant" and "disrespectful."

Two other players, DeAndre Hopkins and D'Onta Foreman left practice last week after hearing about the comments.

McNair later issued an apology:

"I regret that I used that expression," his statement said. "I never meant to offend anyone and I was not referring to our players. I used a figure of speech that was never intended to be taken literally. I would never characterize our players or our league that way and I apologize to anyone who was offended by it."

On Friday, October 27, JAY-Z joined a growing number of celebrities publicly blasting McNair.

“[They’re] injuring themselves on the field, giving it all they got. That’s how they look at you," Hov told the crowd during his concert in Anaheim, California. "That’s what they think about you. We got so much further to go. The truth is we all believe in whatever you believe in. God, Allah. Whatever you believe in, we come from one source which means we are all brothers and sisters at the end of the day.”

The Texans players will reportedly protest before their game with the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, October 29.
