French Montana remains in the ICU nearly a week after he was hospitalized while suffering cardiac issues and nausea.

The “Writing on the Wall” rapper, 35, posted a video on Twitter early Monday showing himself in bed and hooked up to monitors.

“6 days in icu [prayer emoji],” he tweeted with the video.

A close-up of the medical board in the room revealed doctors and nurses are helping him “manage pain.”

Montana’s rep didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.

Page Six confirmed last Thursday that Montana, whose real name is Karim Kharbouch, was hospitalized after experiencing severe stomach pains as well as an elevated heart rate.

Bill Cosby says he's got no issue rotting in prison, even if that's for the rest of his life, because he's never going to show a bit of remorse for his crime.

The 82-year-old comedian -- who was found guilty of aggravated indecent assault and sentenced to 3 to 10 years -- gave his first prison interview to Black Press USA, and said, "I have 8 years and 9 months left. When I come up for parole, they're not going to hear me say that I have remorse. I was there. I don't care what group of people come along and talk about this when they weren't there."

In other words, he's doubling down on maintaining his innocence and throwing away any possibility of an early release. Parole boards typically want inmates to show some remorse. Cosby also claimed his trial was a complete sham.

There were some other nuggets that came of the interview -- notably, the fact Cosby seems to be somewhat enjoying himself at SCI-Phoenix ... a max security penitentiary. He says he helps teach and mentor inmates through a program called Mann Up.

Cosby also says he's a "privileged man" behind bars, going on to refer his cell as "my penthouse." He didn't get into the deets on how his cell is any different, though.

Cosby added, he's very much concerned for black America ... arguing drugs were a big cause for the community's issues. He also tried to make a connection between women and how folks buying drugs should consider the pain of mothers.

He says he recently dedicated one of his prison speeches to women, in honor of his wife, Camille.

Cosby says his eyes were opened after listening to his wife recount taking their terminally ill adult daughter to the hospital. The implication being -- we think -- is that women are exponentially affected by their children's fates.

The remains of Aniah Haley Blanchard, the 19-year-old stepdaughter of UFC fighter Walt Harris who went missing on Oct. 24, are believed to have been found.

“I can confirm that human remains have been found in Macon County on County Road 2 and we have good reason to believe they are that of Aniah Blanchard,” Lee County District Attorney Brand Hugh tells PEOPLE.

Two men have been arrested on first-degree kidnapping charges in Aniah’s case: Antwain “Squirmy” Fisher, 35, and 29-year-old Ibraheem Yazeed.

Yazeed was identified as a person of interest after video surveillance showed him inside the Auburn, Alabama, convenience store where Blanchard was last seen alive on Oct. 23. The following day, she was reported missing by her family after she never came home.

Blanchard’s last known whereabouts are difficult to pinpoint, her stepfather previously told PEOPLE. She last communicated with her roommate through Snapchat on Wednesday night, just before midnight, saying she would be home soon. But then minutes later she sent a message saying she was with someone named “Eric,” Harris said. When her roommate asked who he was, Blanchard wrote back, “I just met him,” according to Harris.

Harris said it’s unlike his stepdaughter to fail to return home, especially when she had work the next morning. She is always in contact with her family, he says, so when her brother couldn’t reach her the next day, the family called the police.

Two days after Blanchard was reported missing, police found her car nearly 60 miles away in Montgomery. Blood evidence recovered from her vehicle shows that she suffered a “life-threatening injury,” a police affidavit said earlier this month.

Yazeed, who was arrested in Florida, is being held without bond as he awaits a hearing to be extradited back to Alabama. He has not yet entered a plea, and police records do not reflect an attorney authorized to speak on his behalf.

Fisher is from Montgomery, Alabama, according to WRBL. An attorney for Fisher could not immediately be identified.

Kennesaw State star point guard Kamiyah Street has been charged with multiple counts of murder, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Street was arrested in Atlanta on Nov. 21 in connection with the July shooting death of 21-year-old Nashiem Hubbard-Etienne.

The 20-year-old Street faces eight counts --  including murder, three counts of felony murder, criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. She is one of five people who has been charged in connection with the murder case

Hubbard-Etienne was shot to death on July 16 at an Atlanta apartment building. His body was later found in the parking deck of that complex. Police believe that it was not a random crime and that the victim was targeted intentionally.

KSU's assistant athletic director for communications said the team was made aware of the charges against Street on Thursday and has indefinitely suspended the player from all team activities, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The school declined to comment further, noting "neither the university nor the athletic department have any additional information at this time."

The junior point guard's name has been removed from the roster section of the team's website. Street has averaged 21 points and five rebounds through the first four games of this season.

MESQUITE (CBSDFW.COM) — There’s growing concern over how Mesquite police responded to reports of an active shooter at Town East Mall Saturday night.

The reports turned out to be false, but one store owner and his customers say they were victimized.

While several stores went into lock down, Travis Fields says he couldn’t.

“As I go to close the gate, Mesquite police pull up on us,” the Noah’s Cutz & Stylz owner said. “They said, ‘Everybody get down, get down.’ Guns pointing at us, ‘Get on the floor, get on the floor.’ I’m like, ‘For what?’”

Fields said they told him there were reports of an active shooter coming out of Noah’s Barbershop.

“I was like there’s not a shooter in here!” he said.

Fields said he told officers there was a fight outside their store involving a group of teens throwing chairs and trash cans and that he had tried to break it up before security arrived. He said he thought by telling police there was no shooter, he and his customers would be allowed to get off the ground.

“I was on that floor for about 30 to 45 minutes,” Fields said. “That was too long.”

Noah’s Cutz & Stylz Founder Noah Floyd said seeing his clients laying on the floor, afraid for their lives was detrimental.

Mesquite police have sent a statement to CBS 11:

“Officers commanded those within the area of the barbershop to lay on the ground for safety and to assess the immediate area. Despite the frustrations conveyed in the audio of the individual who captured the incident, the Mesquite Police Department’s response was to ensure the safety of all citizens inside the mall.”

Though Fields said he doesn’t know officers’ protocol, he’s confident in what he saw.

“I know how I felt and it didn’t feel good to be laying down on the ground with a rifle pointing at my face — thinking if one of these air machines was to go off and I made a certain move, that I might not be here tomorrow.”

Floyd and Fields are now consulting with their lawyers to figure out where to go from here.

Video After The Jump

On this episode of People's Party, Talib Kweli and Jasmin Leigh sit down with activist, community organizer, National Surrogate for Bernie Sanders, and co-founder of The Dream Defenders, Phillip Agnew. Over the course of the next hour and change, the trio dives deep into the importance of HBCUs to the black community, the case for electing Bernie Sanders, and the issues of reparations and identity politics. The conversation is full of big ideas tempered by plenty of laughter.

As the show progresses, Talib, Phil, and Jasmin also discuss how Occupy Wall Street informed later social movements, talk about the massive influence of Harry Belafonte, the revolutionary art of Paul Robeson, and the issues Phil took with the Spike Lee movie 'Chi-Raq.' Later, Phil speaks openly and honestly about his struggles with social media, how the Black Panthers in general (and Elaine Brown in specific) shaped his ideas of activism, and the ADOS movement, which Kweli actively opposes.

The entire interview balances big ideas with levity. (Phil's joke about Bernie's hair had the crowd roaring.)

AUBURN, Ala. (AP) — Auburn police have arrested a second man in the disappearance of a UFC heavyweight fighter’s stepdaughter.

Lee County District Attorney Brandon Hughes told The Associated Press by email Saturday that 35-year-old Antwain Shamar Fisher of Montgomery has been charged with first-degree kidnapping in the disappearance last month of 19-year-old Aniah Blanchard.

Fisher was arrested Friday and booked Saturday into the Lee County Jail, Hughes told the Opelika-Auburn News and WRBL-TV.

Blanchard, whose stepfather is UFC participant Walt Harris, was last seen Oct. 23 at a convenience store in Auburn.

Her black Honda CRV was found abandoned more than 50 miles away at an apartment complex in Montgomery, Alabama. Auburn police Detective Josh Mixon said Blanchard’s blood was found in the car, and it appeared she had suffered a life-threatening injury.

Mixon testified that convenience store video footage showed a man buying a beverage look over at Blanchard. He said tipsters later identified the man as Ibraheem Yazeed, 29, and a man at the store told investigators he saw Yazeed force Blanchard into her car and drive away.

Prosecutors told a Lee County judge that a male’s DNA was found in Blanchard’s car, and the judge ordered Yazeed on Wednesday to submit a DNA sample.

Lee County District Judge Russell Bush denied bond for Yazeed, who also is charged with kidnapping.

Bush said the case against Yazeed can proceed to a grand jury.

Video After The Jump

Lowndes County Sheriff John Williams was shot and killed Saturday night while in the line of duty. After about a three-hour manhunt, the 18-year-old suspect in the deadly shooting returned to the crime scene and surrendered. A gun was taken from him at the time he turned himself in.

The shooting happened shortly after 8 p.m. at a QV convenience store at the intersection of Highway 21 and Highway 97 in Hayneville in Lowndes County. Authorities and Williams’ relatives said the sheriff responded to the store when the owner called lawmen because there was a crowd hanging out in the parking lot and he wanted them dispersed.

ALEA Trooper Sgt. Steve Jarrett and ALEA Secretary Hal Taylor spoke with the media late Saturday night, calling Williams’ death a blow to the law enforcement community. “It’s a very sad time for Lowndes County and the state of Alabama,'' said Jarrett, who said he had known Williams for most of their law enforcement careers.”

“He was a wonderful man,'' Jarrett said. “Everybody in law enforcement knew him. If you ever met him, you’d never forget him. He worked 24/7 and was an outstanding sheriff.”

Williams is the fifth Alabama law enforcement officer killed this year in the line of duty. He leaves behind a wife and children, who were on the scene. “We’re taking good care of them,” Jarrett said.

State Bureau of Investigation agents are on the scene, said ALEA Cpl. Jess Thornton. Also on the scene is Montgomery Sheriff Derrick Cunningham, a close friend of Williams. The Alabama Sheriff’s Association put out a call for all possible assistance and sheriffs from around the state are heading to Lowndes County.

Calhoun County Sheriff Matt Wad was among those who responded to the call for help. "He was as fine a man you’ll ever find. He always had a kind word for everyone,'' Wade said. “It’s just heartbreaking.”

"He was a great friend,'' said Michael Jackson, the district attorney for Alabama’s Fourth Judicial Circuit, recalling a time when Williams drove to Birmingham to pick up Jackson when he was stranded at the airport. “Man, this hurts.”

"He was a great sheriff but an even better person,'' Jackson said. “He really cared about the Black Belt. He came over to Selma many times to help fight the gang problem.”

Shortly after 10 p.m., the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency issued a Blue Alert for the 18-year-old suspect, William Chase Johnson. Johnson is a white male. He is 5-feet, 9-inches tall and weighs 137 pounds. Johnson was believed to be traveling on foot and deemed a serious risk to the public. Johnson was last seen at the QV gas station where Williams was killed.

The suspect was reportedly in a stolen vehicle. The stolen vehicle is believed to have been abandoned and recovered and the suspect is believed to be on foot. "He will be caught,'' Jarrett said.

Just after midnight, authorities said, Johnson returned to the crime scene and surrendered. ALEA cancelled the Blue Alert at 12:24 a.m. Sunday.

Johnson is from Montgomery and the son of a law enforcement officer. He was arrested in August on a charge of being in possession of brass knuckles and being a minor in possession of alcohol, but those charges were later dismissed, according to court records.

Video After The Jump

The National -- A Sydney man has been charged for punching and stomping on a heavily pregnant Muslim woman unprovoked, in what was described as an "Islamophobic" attack by a leading Australian Islamic association.

The man "verbalized his hatred of Muslims prior to hitting me", according to a statement issued by the victim in which she called for all Australians to voice solidarity against religious or racial attacks.

"I have experienced occurrences of verbal abuse and hate from other Australians in the past but I have never thought that physical abuse of this nature could happen to me," Rana Haidar said in a statement shared on Twitter by the Australasian Muslim Times, a community newspaper.

Shocking security camera footage showed the man approaching a table of three women wearing headscarves as they chatted at a cafe in the western Sydney suburb of Parramatta on Wednesday.

Seemingly without provocation, the 43-year-old suspect is seen lunging over the table to attack the 31-year-old woman, who police said is 38 weeks pregnant.

After several frenzied punches, the woman falls to the ground and the assailant stamps on her before being wrestled away by bystanders.

Police said a suspect has been charged with "assault occasioning actual bodily harm and affray" and denied bail, while the woman was taken to hospital and discharged. They declined to comment on the attacker's motives, but left open the possibility of additional charges being laid against him.

Rateb Jneid, president of the Australian Federation of Islamic Councils, said: "This was clearly a racist and Islamophobic attack and we expect it to be treated as such."

Police did not identify the victim or the attacker, but local press gave the man's name as Stipe Lozina.

Ms Haider, who said she was born and raised in Sydney, thanked the people who came to her assistance. "I want to see a world where people defend one another against cowardly acts like this and band together to protect the victims. We cannot allow behavior like this to become the norm and sit silent," she wrote.

"If it were not for the brave actions of these members of the community in stopping the assault the victim may very well have sustained much more serious injuries," said police inspector Luke Sywenkyj.

The attack came just days after a report by researchers at Charles Sturt University found Islamophobia in Australia was "a continuous phenomenon" and women wearing a headscarf are especially at risk.

Of 113 female victims who reported being physically intimidated or harassed, researchers found 96 per cent were wearing a headscarf.

Audio After The Jump

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WREG) — Famous TV judge Joe Brown is on the hot seat after statements he made about Harriet Tubman, but the judge is making no apologies for what he said.

Judge Brown upset many people when he was discussing the picture of abolitionist Tubman being placed on the $20 bill on a radio show.

"You've got nothing but male whites on the currency with one exception," Brown told WREG. "You've got Susan B. Anthony on a silver dollar, so you've got all white men, one white woman, so what do you do? Do you put a black man on there like Thurgood Marshall or Fredrick Douglas or Martin Luther King, one of the only three people the United States has named a holiday after? No. You take a foot soldier, and the foot soldier was a brave lady, but she did not die in the battle."

Brown is back in the national spotlight not for his unorthodox courtroom antics or his TV show but for controversial statements he made about Tubman on the $20 bill.

"You assess the value to an ethnic group or to a race, and this is ancient history on the status of the men," he said.

Tubman, an American icon, was born a slave and escaped to her freedom, making 13 trips back to free other slaves using a network of safe houses called the Underground Railroad. Her life story is being told in theaters now in the movie "Harriet." Brown said the film is also part of the ploy, and he knows from his days in Hollywood that feminists are behind it.

"I was privy to many debates out there where what I call 'feministas' decided that we hate straight black men with a passion," Brown said. "We want to dis them. I'm paraphrasing them, but they were actually saying this. We need a woman at any cost on a currency, so lets pick a historical black female so the liberals can't attack it, the black men can't attack it, and everybody will push it, and oh by the way whoever we pick, let's do a movie to push this woman."

Brown said if any single black person deserves the honor, it's Frederick Douglass, who's credited with starting the abolitionist movement.

"You dis him totally," Brown said. "You see, you've never done a movie about him. What you do is you pick one of our foot soldiers and say, 'The hell with the greats we've got out there.'"
