ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – UFC light heavyweight champion Jon “Bones” Jones has been arrested for DWI on Thursday, March 26.

A criminal complaint states that officers responded to gunshots along Central around 1 a.m. When police arrived at the scene, they reportedly found Jones inside a 2019 Jeep with the engine running and the car in park.

Jones later admitted to driving earlier. He took a breathalyzer, twice, and registered over the legal limit both times. Authorities found a handgun and an open bottle of tequila inside of his vehicle.

Jones is charged with aggravated DWI, negligent use of a firearm, and possession of an open container. This is his second DWI.

A man suspected of plotting to blow up a Missouri hospital and was killed in a shootout with FBI agents was apparently frustrated with local government action to stop the spread of coronavirus, the FBI said Wednesday.

Timothy Wilson, 36, died Tuesday in Belton, Missouri, a suburb of Kansas City, after members of the FBI’s joint terrorism task force attempted to arrest him. The FBI says Wilson was the subject of a “months-long domestic terrorism investigation."

It’s not clear whether Wilson was wounded by FBI agents or if he died by suicide. Officials say he was armed and after being shot was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The incident will be investigated by the FBI's inspection division, standard procedure for shootings involving agents.

FBI officials describe Wilson as a potentially violent extremist known to express racial and religious hatred and antigovernment sentiment. They say that while under surveillance, Wilson wanted to commit an act of terrorism, specifically a bombing, and had considered several targets, including a school with a large population of black students, a synagogue and a mosque.

But as the coronavirus pandemic began to take hold in the United States and local officials in Missouri issued stay-at-home orders, FBI officials said Wilson became aggravated.

"With the current health crisis, Wilson decided to accelerate his plan to use a vehicle-borne improvised explosive device in an attempt to cause severe harm and mass casualties," the FBI said in a statement.

Wilson considered various targets and settled on an area hospital, the statement said. The hospital was not identified.

Wilson had taken all the necessary steps to acquire the materials needed to build an explosive device but was always under close watch by agents, the FBI said.

The shooting occurred when the FBI tried to arrest Wilson when he arrived to pick up what he thought was a car bomb. But there was no actual bomb and authorities say no members of the public were ever in danger during the investigation.

Belton is about 20 miles south of downtown Kansas City.

A phone number belonging to someone associated with Wilson could not immediately be found Wednesday night.

As of Wednesday, there have been 356 cases of the coronavirus illness COVID-19 in Missouri and eight deaths, according to the state health department.

This Drake vs. Funk Flex beef is overcooked, but that's not stopping either one of them from burning it to a crisp.

The two reignited things on Tuesday, March 24, while they were in DJ Spade's Instagram Live session.

Drizzy kicked things off by writing "Funk Flex guh weh pussy."

The Hot 97 DJ responded to Drake by clowning him for being tough on the ‘Gram. "Drake!!! Talking tuff!!!" he wrote. "(U ain't tuff nigga)."

This whole thing started back in 2015 when Meek Mill and Drake were going at when the Philadelphia rapper accused OVO's boss of using ghostwriters.

Flex decided to insert himself into the middle of the war of words by playing several Drake reference tracks by Quentin Miller.

The ghostwriter tag has followed Drizzy ever since.

MANALAPAN, N.J. -- A New Jersey man is facing charges after he was accused of coughing on a Wegmans employee and telling the woman he had the novel coronavirus.

The incident happened on March 22 around 6:30 p.m.

The employee told investigators she was concerned that George Falcone, 50, was standing too close to her and an open display of prepared foods, so she requested that he step back as she covered the food.

According to the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Falcone allegedly stepped forward to within 3 feet of her, leaned toward her, and purposely coughed. He then laughed and said he was infected with the novel coronavirus.

Investigators said Falcone then told two other employees they are lucky to have jobs.

Authorities said Falcone initially refused to cooperate with a detective at the store. He was later released on a summons.

"These are extremely difficult times in which all of us are called upon to be considerate of each other- not to engage in intimidation and spread fear, as alleged in this case," said New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Singh Grewal. "We must do everything we can to deter this type of conduct and any similar conduct that harms others during this emergency."

Falcone was charged with terroristic threats, obstruction and harassment.
