A woman claims Snoop Dogg forced oral sex on her back in 2013, but a source representing the rapper says the woman filed suit on the heels of the Super Bowl -- where Snoop is performing in the halftime show -- hoping she'd get a payday.
The woman, who is only identified as Jane Doe, claims on May 29, 2013, she attended one of Snoop's shows in Anaheim, California. After the show, the woman says Bishop Don Juan -- a longtime associate of Snoop's -- offered her a ride home. She says she fell asleep in the car, & when she awoke they had arrived not at her home, but at Bishop's.
The lawsuit says, "Plaintiff was exhausted & fell asleep at [Bishop's] home." She says she awoke at 4 AM the next morning & Bishop "removed his penis from his pants & forced his penis in Plaintiff's face," & "repeatedly shoved his penis into Plaintiff's mouth."
She says in the suit, Bishop "discriminated against & harassed Plaintiff because of Plaintiff's sex & gender."
She then says Bishop gave her a dress & told her to put it on so they could go to Snoop's studio, saying "I want to see if he will make you the weather girl" -- for some TV show. The woman says in the suit she's a model & dancer.
She then claims she went to Snoop's but had a stomachache so she went to the bathroom, and while she was on the toilet, Snoop walked in, "standing with his crotch in Plaintiff's face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet." She says he then forced oral sex on her.
She claims shortly thereafter, Bishop said to her, "Come here! Take a picture with Snoop!" She says she was scared & took the photo.
And then she says Snoop wouldn't hire her because she "refused to willingly & enthusiastically give oral sex."
Snoop denies the entire story, saying it's a pack of lies. He posted an image on his Instagram, calling her a "Gold digger."
A source tells TMZ ... the woman demanded just shy of $10 million ... that demand was rejected.
Both Snoop & Bishop Don Juan were sued for unspecified damages. We tried reaching the Bishop for comment but were unable to contact him.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Snoop Dogg has taken over a popular record label that launched his stellar career.
The rapper-mogul acquired Death Row Records’ brand from MNRK Music Group, which is controlled by a private equity fund managed by Blackstone, the i nvestment firm announced Wednesday. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Snoop Dogg said he’s excited about acquiring the label’s brand.
“I am thrilled and appreciative of the opportunity to acquire the iconic and culturally significant Death Row Records brand, which has immense untapped future value,” the 50-year-old Snoop Dogg said in a statement. “It feels good to have ownership of the label I was part of at the beginning of my career and as one of the founding members. This is an extremely meaningful moment for me.”
Snoop Dogg found his springboard to success during the 1990s while on Death Row Records. The label was founded in 1992 by Dr. Dre, Suge Knight, the D.O.C. and Dick Griffey in the immediate aftermath of the breakup of N.W.A.
David Kestnbaum, a senior managing director at Blackstone, said he’s looking forward to seeing Snoop Dogg at the helm of Death Row.
“We are excited to put the Death Row Records brand back in the hands of a legend like Snoop Dogg,” Kestnbaum said. “We wish him success in the years ahead as the brand moves forward under his leadership and vision.”
The label’s records, including Dre’s first solo album “The Chronic” and Snoop Dogg’s debut “Doggystyle,” are considered classics of the hip-hop genre that defined an era.
Tupac Shakur became the label’s star artist later in the ’90s before he was shot and killed in Las Vegas in 1996 while riding in a car driven by Knight. Shakur’s death brought on decline for the label, which led to decades of decline for Knight himself.
Knight lost Death Row after it went into bankruptcy in 2006. He served time in prison and had a knack for being near violence that eventually caught up with him.
“Snoop is clearly the executive to take Death Row into its next 30 years,” said Chris Taylor, president and CEO of MNRK Music Group.

Anthony Johnson died from years of hard drinking ... according to the medical examiner, and it's something his wife wanted people to know.
His autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, cites "chronic ethanol use" as the "Friday" star’s cause of death -- while also noting the manner of death was natural.
The doc states there was no alcohol or common drugs of abuse found in his system when officials ran a toxicology test. One other thing ... the coroner's office found he'd recently tested positive for COVID, although signs of pneumonia weren't detected.
His widow, Lexis, tells us Anthony’s legacy will live on through a foundation she’s creating in his name. She also says she wants the cause of death to be public knowledge as a warning to others about the lethal effects of alcohol.
Lexis is making it her mission now to teach youth about the dangers of alcohol, as she's volunteering at church to talk to teens. In addition to Anthony, Lexis has other close friends who lost their children due to alcohol. She now wants Anthony's legacy to inspire others to put the bottle down. BTW, we're told she told the ME about AJ's alcohol use.
Johnson was found lifeless last year in an L.A.-area store. He was rushed to the hospital & later pronounced dead.
Obviously, he was most famous for playing Ezal in the original "Friday" flick, but had a good handful of other parts under his belt as well, including in movies like "Menace II Society," "House Party," "The Players Club" & others.
Hollywood was in shock upon hearing the news & none other than Offset helped to cover funeral costs for the family.
He was 55. RIP

The Biden administration will provide grant funding to pay for the distribution of safe smoking kits as part of efforts to reduce harm from substance abuse over the next 3 years.
A number of conservative news outlets reported in recent days that the administration would fund the distribution of crack pipes for drug users as part of a push to advance racial equality.
However, safe smoking kits are just 1 piece of equipment on a list of 20 items the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) outlined on the grant application for its harm reduction program. The primary purpose of the program to reduce the risk of infection among drug users.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), part of the HHS, issued a Notice of Funding for the 2022 Harm Reduction Program Grant on December 8, 2021.
The deadline for applications was February 7, 2022—which may explain why it has been the subject of recent reports.
The 75-page application, which is still available to read online, explains that eligible applicants for the grant include state, local & tribal governments, as well as tribal organizations & community-based organizations, among others.
"The purpose of the program is to support community-based overdose prevention programs, syringe services programs & other harm reduction services."
The funding will be used for prevention activities to "help control the spread of infectious diseases & the consequences of such diseases for individuals with, or at risk of developing substance use disorders (SUD)."
One of the requirements for recipients of grant funding is to purchase "equipment & supplies to enhance harm reduction efforts." The application lists 20 examples.
These includes the "Safe smoking kits/supplies" that have been the focus of some recent articles regarding crack pipes. Other items on the list were infectious disease testing kits, safe-sex kits, including PrEP resources & condoms, syringes "to prevent & control the spread of infectious diseases" & screening for infectious diseases.

Wu-Tang Clan ain’t nothing to f*** with -- and neither is Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s widow ... 'cause now, she's taking the group's company to court.
Icelene Jones, the administrator of ODB’s estate, filed suit against Wu-Tang Clan Productions ... an org she says her hubby -- along with Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, and GZA -- signed a contract with back in 1992 ... which she alleges entitled those members to half of pretty much all the music they put out.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jones claims that the agreement also obligated the company to pay ODB no less than 50% of net royalties from the exploitation of his image or likeness.
ODB died back in 2004, but his widow insists that the old contract still requires the company to continue paying Dirt McGirt's estate. However, Jones says she hasn't gotten what her late husband is owed ... and hasn't been able to get proper accountings from the company since at least 2011.
While she acknowledges at least a few payments have been made to her -- including a recent one for $130K back in July 2021 -- she alleges that’s nowhere near what’s actually due. Jones is claiming breach of contract and wants no less than a million bucks in damages.
Like her husband used to say ... bitch, better have my money!
