 Chicago, IL - Nov, 20th 2015

Talented and charismatic artist, P.Plus preps his November 24th release for “This Is Not A Drill” (Hosted By Dj Mil-Ticket). P.Plus is a well-known artist on the Chicago music scene and has re emerged to let the streets know he’s back and better than ever. As the Chicago music scene continues to blossom, P.Plus gives us a colorful alternative to the ever present "shoot 'em up, bang bang" music that has been the staple sound of the city in recent years. Plus uses his lyrical abilities to deliver range of emotion and subject matter while teaming up with some of the best-known Chicago artist and producers to do so. With features from more notable drill rappers like Katie Got Bandz & Billionaire Black, P.Plus shows how in tuned with the streets he really is, without losing any of his boss like image. Further showing his range of diversity by working with artists from abroad like the U.K.'s Jasmine Knight and Haitian rapper Haiti BaeB, Plus also goes on to give us an almost Kanye inspired cleverness thru his uses of words and ability to deliver them in a way that touches the listener like no other. In Plus’s words: "I wanted to show the world Chicago has more than just drill rappers". And that’s exactly what he plans to do with the groundbreaking 16 tracks on the project hosted by Chicago’s hottest mixtape dj Dj Mil-Ticket & powered by Stack Or Starve Approved is composed of melodies originating from gangsta, street, old-school Soul, & classic rap styles of music. P Plus also lets it be known, this project wasn’t thrown together in a limited amount of days: "This Is Not A Drill has been a long time coming but was well worth the time & effort". Videos After The Jump

Lil Wayne is on lockdown inside Rikers Island jail . but he's doing a good job of keeping his name in the streets.

He called in to Hot 97 and chopped it up with DJ Funkmaster Flex for a few minutes the other day.

Weezy let his fans know if they would like to write him, just send letters to his website, WeezyThanxYou.com and he'll try to write back.

Wayne says when he gets out of prison in November, the first people he wants to record with are Andre 3000 and Tech N9ne.

Flex asked him if he felt like Eminem was sending subliminal shots at him on "Not Afraid".

"Em is Em and he's back in a major way. I really don't have no personal feelings on that song. But as far as Eminem, the dude, he's actually a great dude. He's been keeping up with me while I been up in here and I really appreciate his support," Wayne said.

Weezy goes on to talk about his artists, Drake and Nicki Minaj, keeping up with his family daily via phone calls and what he plans on doing differently when he gets out of jail.

Video After The Jump

Chris Brown's career is at a crossroads. The singer's last album, 2009's 'Graffiti' wasn't the commercial success he had hoped. And coming on the heels of his physical assault of then girlfriend Rihanna maybe that backlash from fans should have been expected.

Feeling like pop radio has abandoned him, the R&B star has gone in a totally different direction on his new mixtape 'Fan Of A Fan'. A collaborative effort with Young Money rapper Tyga.

A new video from the tape for the song "No Bullsh*t" is already stirring controversy and dividing some of his long time fans because of it's sometimes R-rated content.

The video shows Chris getting his "grown man" on with a young lady. With shots of him licking, kissing and doing other things that you usually don't see in a music video. Especially one from the usually more reserved Chris Brown.

As one fan, hupakoe05 wrote in the comment section of the video on youtube.

"it's one thing to grow up... it's another to sell out.... be different...you have to put out a ass-licking video cause everybody else is? smh"

Another fan, tashatambara had a completely different take on it

"Chris BREZZY IS THE SHIT... I LOVE HIM so much.. this song got me... Good video .. i love his dance steps.. every move and heart beat was so passionate... for all d negative comments on dis video, y'll shud appreciate hardwork and dont hate... cos Chris is Fly, and y'all probably not even by the terminal....."

Chris addresses his fans on Twitter about the video, writing, "just so u know.. all these videos r for you.. the fans. Ive never done it for the industry or approval of my peers(other artists) i do it for u... everyone else can just follow my lead".

Every artist with a teen fan base like a Chris Brown or a Miley Cyrus has to make a decision to either keep making bubbly pop songs or try to gain an adult audience.

Looks like Chris has made his decision, now he has to hope the fans will be ok with it.

Last week, in-demand songwriter Claude Kelly called comparisons between Lady Gaga and Christina Aguilera “crap,” citing the latter powerhouse vocalist’s decade plus longevity in a business where career success is fleeting.

Now, multiplatinum artist and producer Akon, who signed Gaga to his Kon Live Distribution label in 2008, is giving his own view on the musical battle that's igniting debate on both sides of the fence.

Aw man, that’s not even any competition,” Akon tells VIBE. “You are actually giving Christina too much credit. She always had her cool little look and way about how she went about things. But soon as Gaga came out everything switched up. Christina stepped out of her own shell to become something different. And the crazy thing is Christina is really talented. She has unlimited range when it comes to singing. Her voice is out of here. I just think she just needs to believe in herself more. I think sometimes she gets insecure because of all of the success Gaga has had not realizing that she was already successful before Gaga came out.”

Akon hopes Aguilera’s upcoming album Bionic showcases more of her dynamic voice and less of the up-tempo, electro pop bad-girl anthems typified by her latest single “Not Myself Tonight.

Christina shouldn’t have anything to prove or anyone to compete with,” he continues. “I miss the old Christina Aguilera. I like the old one better than the new one. Honestly, Gaga and Christina could probably get together and do something that’s amazing. But that’s impossible if they are both trying to do the same exact thing musically.”

Akon is set to release his new album Stadium this summer

We came across an ill rumor yesterday. If 50 Cent were to perform at his "40 Day" neighborhood gathering in Southside Queens on August 30, he would have brought Cam'ron onstage with him. Wow. A real dope moment for the fans, but it would be very shocking — hypothetically speaking, since the two exchanged a myriad of disses years ago. But hey, if G-Unit are now doing records with D-Block, anything is possible. As luck would have it, we ran into Killa Cam recently in Harlem. We set up a joint interview with Cam, Vado and DJ Drama while they filmed a video for the mixtape track "Ric Flair," and during a break in filming, Killa addressed the rumors. "Nah, I'm not going to no show in Queens," Cam said. "I don't know how true it is ... a few of my people — associates — said [some of 50's associates] was trying to reach out. But I ain't going to no concert in Queens. Come up to Harlem Week. We could sit down and have the roundtable meeting if you really wanna be serious. Or meet anywhere ... we can meet in Benihana's if you wanna be serious. It don't matter. I'm not squashing a problem we had in Queens at your event. That's the same way he got other artists to come to his shows, whether they was down with Dipset or D-Block or T.S., or whatever the case may be. It ain't no real beef, but we ain't gonna squash what we had at a Queens event. We'll meet halfway — Triborough Bridge or something. But I ain't going to no show in Queens. I'll be at Harlem Week." One day the bosses may sit down, but in the meantime, Killa is focusing on his new crew, the U.N., and lead artist Vado. "We work every day. I got the U.N., Charlie Clipse, Bird Lady, Dipset West. It's like two different record labels under one umbrella. As far as the U.N. album, how deep we are? We got like 60, 70 songs done. That's why we knock the mixtapes out because if it don't come out, the music starts getting old. I wanna put it out before I start saying, 'Dag, remember that joint we did last January?' But we're done [recording] — we could put an album out tomorrow if we needed to." In early September, Cam is dropping the Boss of All Bosses Part 2 mixtape. That will be followed by the U.N. album, Vado's solo debut and Cam's next solo opus. "It's flooded — the schedule's crazy."

Former madam Kristin Davis

New York Daily News Reports Another gubernatorial sex scandal may be looming. Even as South Carolina's Mark Sanford waits to see whether his wife, Jenny, forgives his romp in the pampas, a New York call girl could plunge one of America's most prominent governors into a fresh hell. In March, we told you about a high-end escort who claimed that former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer had gotten overly aggressive during some kinky role-play (a charge Spitzer's lawyer called "outrageous and defamatory"). Now the elegant blond courtesan, whom we'll continue to call "Annie," is talking about three "dates" she allegedly had with another state's chief executive, who we'll call Gov. X. Though Annie's former boss, ex-madam Kristin Davis, corroborates that Gov. X was a client, his spokesman flatly denies that the married politician has ever hired hookers. Still, it's hard not to be intrigued by Annie's detailed story. She contends that, in the spring of 2006, Davis' agency booked her for an out-of-state date with a man identified as "Michael." "He picked me up in an Italian sports car," says Annie. "He was in his 30s, handsome enough to be an actor, an impeccable dresser. I wouldn't think he'd have a problem getting girls. "We went to a restaurant where the governor was dining at another table with two or three other men. Michael said the governor was a client of his. He introduced me to him. I thought it was odd that he'd introduce someone he'd hired, but the governor was very gracious. It was a brief meeting. Later, Michael and I went to an apartment our agency kept. We had sex. "A couple of days later, Michael booked another appointment. He was supposed to come to the same apartment. I buzzed him in. When I opened the door, it wasn't Michael. It was the governor. He was smiling. I knew what was happening. I was okay with it. "He was a very standard client. He didn't take the full hour. There was no exchange of money. Michael handled the payment. "I had two more dates with the governor. Never in public. Always for just an hour, around dinner time. He'd arrive at the apartment in a suit. I never had a problem with him, like I did with Spitzer. He was always nice. There wasn't a lot of conversation. It wasn't a girlfriend experience, but he was relaxed. He was very appreciative, like I was giving him a sort of affection he wasn't getting elsewhere. Later I found out he was married. His wife is quite prominent in her own right." (Annie and Davis say Gov. X is free to say he didn't pay for sex, since "Michael" took care of the bills.) P.S. Among Davis' other alleged clients: Bernie Madoff. An assistant to the jailed Ponzi scammer has already told of his fondess for noontime massages. ABC News has now found the number for Davis' closed New York Body Miracle, once located near Madoff's offices, in his leather-bound phone book. Davis, who writes in August's Penthouse about servicing the financial industry, also just found Madoff's unlisted number in her records. "He'd pay about $220 for a body rub," she'd tell us. "He wasn't an escort client." In other words, unlike his victims, Madoff didn't lay out a lot of money to get screwed.

Telegraph.Co.UK Reports Eleven of the 1009 people surveyed thought Buzz Lightyear was the first person on the Moon. The Toy Story film character was named alongside Louis Armstrong. Eight of those taking part thought the late jazz musician made the first moon walk. Not quite three quarters correctly answered that Neil Armstrong took the first step onto the Moon. Eleven per cent of people polled thought the Apollo programme was a recent as the 1980s, with just 68 per cent knowing that the first moon landing took place in 1969. A total of 44 per cent considered the missions to be a waste of money. The survey was conducted for E&T magazine, published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology. Editor in chief Dickon Ross said: "The Apollo moon landing is mankind's most outstanding engineering event so it's deeply worrying that such a large number of people should think the first moon walk never happened and that the public's belief in the legitimacy of science and technology seems to be declining over time." Conspiracy theorists have pointed to a number of flaws in the pictures and footage from the Apollo missions as proof that the moon landings were staged. For instance, the US flag planted by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin was said to be waving in a breeze, which should not have been possible on the airless moon. Nasa's response was that the flag waved a little when deployed due to residual momentum from contact with the astronauts, not because of windy weather. Alleged light and shadow anomalies were the result of the highly reflective surface of the Moon and the wide-angle cameras used by the astronauts, said the space agency. Another question mark over the lack of dust kicked up by the lunar module was explained by the fact that the craft's rocket exhaust fired out sideways rather than straight down. Leading space scientist Professor John Zarnecki, from the Open University, said: "I think it would have been a far greater achievement to have mocked the whole thing up AND to have kept it quiet for four decades. "If one in four Britons today don't believe the moon landings ever happened, then I'm afraid that says a lot about one in four Britons. And what it says isn't very complimentary." He pointed out that moon rocks brought back to Earth by the Apollo astronauts were very similar to those returned by a series of unmanned Soviet probes. Veteran astronomer Sir Patrick Moore said about those who believe the moon landings were a hoax: "If ignorance is bliss they must be very happy.

CNN Reports Former figure skating champion and Olympian Nicole Bobek was free on bond Tuesday after New Jersey police accused her of being part of a drug ring. Nicole Bobek waves after a routine at the World Figure Skating Championships in 1995.

Bobek, 31, who won the U.S. figure skating title in 1995, was arrested at her home in Jupiter, Florida, last week on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Hudson County, New Jersey, according to Guy Gregory of the Hudson County prosecutor's office. She waived extradition rights to face the charges in New Jersey and made her first appearance in court on Monday via video, entering a plea of not guilty, Gregory said. Bobek was released Monday night on bond, according to Sean Wilkes of the Hudson County Jail. According to the prosecutor's office, 20 people have been arrested in connection with the alleged drug ring, which police have been investigating for nearly a year. Bobek could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted. Her attorney, Sam DeLuca, was not immediately available for comment.
