Nicki Minaj has refused to discuss her sexuality, claiming she doesn't understand the fascination with her private life. Speculation about the Young Money rapper's sexual preference has surrounded her since she burst onto the rap scene last year, with some reports suggesting she is bisexual. Lil Wayne's protege has previously made jokes about having threesomes with R n B songstress Cassie and model Lauren London which has fueled reports that she could be into women. Minaj also hit the headlines earlier this month for her joke marriage to Drake on Twitter, with even his mum thinking they had tied the knot. Speaking to Complex magazine, the Your Love singer claims she is happy to keep people guessing about her sexuality stating: "Take what you want from it (the bisexual rumours). (In the press) I didn't say (I don't like women)." "I said I don't have sex with women. I don't have sex with men right now either. If (bisexual is) what they wanna call me, then fine." Minaj also revealed to the publication that she is currently single and enjoying a period of celibacy, saying: "Maybe it's because we don't need that physical stimulation all the time. I can just have a daydream and it does it for me." Source: MTVUK twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Super producer Swizz Beats should know better than anyone that it's hard to duplicate a classic song, having already made so many himself. But Swizzy is going to attempt bring back the magic people felt when they first heard Eminem's "Stan" on a new record he's recorded with Lil Wayne titled "Anne". The beat for the track was originally produced for Eminem's 'Relapse' album as "Stan 2", but Slim wanted to head in a different direction. So Swizz is using the beat for his upcoming 'Haute Living' album. "There was a lot of controversy over this before," Swizz said "The Eminem album before ['Recovery'], 'Relapse,' I submitted a beat to him called 'Stan 2.' When I was doing an interview and they said, 'What you working on?' [Em] was amongst the people in the lineup I submitted things for. I said, 'I did a track for Eminem called 'Stan 2.' So it got out of hand in the media. He didn't want to do 'Stan 2.' But what I have on my album is a song called 'Anne' with Wayne, which is crazy. The way that Wayne just...it's just ridiculous. He tells Anne, he's sorry for having a Stan" I gotta hear this......

Earlier this year producer Bangladesh -- the man behind hits for the likes of Ludacris and Beyonce -- put Lil Wayne on blast for failing to pay his $500,000 production bill, but it seems that the two have settled their fiscal squabble. The BoomBox caught up with the Atlanta based producer, born Shondrae Crawford, who was singing a very different tune at the mention of Wayne. "Everything is being worked out through the legal process," he told The BoomBox. "It's really out of his control honestly. I mean he don't run the label, he don't own the label -- he's just on the label. I just got an email from my attorney saying they're getting the exact number of what I'm owned and things will be taken care of. " The whole disagreement between Wayne and Bangladesh started over the track 'A Millie' which appeared on his 2008 album 'Tha Carter III.' Bangladesh alleged that the popularity of the track propelled the album to sell over three million copies domestically. Proving that there are no hard feelings, Bangladesh plans to put together more beats for Wayne. "[Young Money president] Mack Maine reached out to me not too long ago telling me Wayne wants some beats," he says. "It's specific beats that he wants. My thing is, long as this gets taken care of and we don't have any future problems everything will be worked out. It ain't the beef with Wayne it's just the whole label. I really never had too much of a relationship with Wayne, it was just more of a mutual friend type of thing. I guess [Mack Maine] talked to him from jail and he reached out to me telling me Nicki [Minaj] wanted something and, something I already did." Hopefully, if these two do end up working together on Wayne's forthcoming 'Tha Carter IV,' they can work out a payment plan to avoid anymore problems Source: BoomBox twitter-5d.gif

Nicki Minaj is the new Queen of hip hop, and somewhere along the way, she has also become a big influence in the gay and lesbian community. Female pop artists like Madonna, Grace Jones and Lady Gaga have huge fan bases in those communities as well, but it's not something that has ever happened before in rap. The Trinidad born femcee recently talked with PaperMag about how this came to be, and why she embraces it. "I didn't set out to do that. I just like to put a spotlight on the people who support me, and it just so happens, you know, that the gay community has supported me -- more than I ever could have imagined," she says. "I see videos on YouTube where they impersonate me, and they do an amazing freaking job of dressing up as me." Nicki credits going to LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts (the "Fame school") as being a major influence and with keeping her open minded. "I saw gay kids, I saw white kids, I saw grunge and pink hair and piercings," she recalls. "I think because of that, I didn't put limits on myself or what I was going to put in my raps. I really just wanted to be diverse." The Young Money rapper thinks that one day we will see a male rapper have just as big of an impact in the gay community. Nicki, who has said she is bi-sexual, told Details that time might not come that soon though. "I think the world is getting more gay-friendly, so hip-hop is too. But it's harder to imagine an openly gay male rapper being embraced. People view gay men as having no street credibility. But I think we'll see one in my lifetime." twitter-5d.gif

Audio After The Jump Nicki Minaj has put female hip hop back on the map. You could argue that she is single handedly carrying the game on her back for femcees. Her album 'Pink Friday' is set to drop November 23, and already there's talk of if it flops, other females might not get that look from major labels. But is that talk accurate or a clever marketing ploy? V-103's DJ Greg Street recently caught up with the Harajuku Barbie and spoke with her about that topic and a lot more. "I'm in a very grateful state right now," Nicki says. "I'm trying to go in with this album so I can make people proud." There's a lot riding on this project, no doubt. Nicki feels like everybody, including her fellow female rappers should support it, or else. "They [major labels] won't look to sign other female rappers if the project doesn't so well. Because they're gonna say 'well, her buzz was so crazy, if she couldn't do it no one can do it'. I don't want that to happen so I'm doing this for all the girls." Although her career has really taken off, Nicki admits there were times early on she wasn't so sure it would. "For a long time in my life, I was afraid to be a solo female rapper, because everyone told me, 'It doesn't work. It's not going to happen. Record companies are never going to invest in you just to get it. Just be part of a group.' " she said. Young Money CEO, Lil Wayne gets released from prison November 4. Nicki says the New Orleans spitter is focused. "I'm afraid for anybody, any of his competition when he gets out. Because I just feel like it's going to be monumental. He's in a great state. When I speak to him, he sounds like he has some sort of clear understanding of everything now, almost like he's had some weird sort of epiphany since he's been there, so I'm sure his stuff is only going to get better." So is Nicki right? Should other rappers fear what will happen when Weezy gets out? And if her album flops will that kill female hip hop on a mainstream level? twitter-5d.gif

Jay-Z has topped a list of the world's richest rappers, beating Sean 'Diddy' Combs in a list from US magazine Forbes. The Empire State Of Mind rapper made $63 million (£40 million) in personal income between June 2009 and June 2010. Diddy made less than half that with $30 million (£19 million). Akon came third followed by Lil Wayne and Dr Dre. Big income Jay-Z's income was no doubt boosted by the release of his album The Blueprint III and a number of high profile live gigs including headline slots at Isle Of Wight and Wireless in the UK. Lil Wayne - real name Dwayne Carter - still managed to earn $20 (£13 million) despite beginning a jail sentence in March for weapons charges. Forbes noted that all the highest earning names on the list had "diverse" business interests outside of music - including alcohol sponsorships, clothing lines and film appearances. Perhaps most surprisingly Eminem came joint 14th in the list despite his most recent album Recovery selling 741,000 copies in its first week. The Detroit rapper earned $8 million (£5 million). Zack O'Malley Greenburg, the writer who compiled the list, said: "It's pretty shocking to see him so low down on the list. Compared to his peers, he doesn't really do much outside of music." The full list of the list's top 20 is as follows: 1. Jay-Z – $63 million 2. Diddy – $30 million 3. Akon – $21 million 4. Lil Wayne – $20 million 5. Dr. Dre – $17 million 6. Ludacris – $16 million 7. Snoop Dogg – $15 million 8. Timbaland – $14 million 9. Pharrell – $13 million 10. Kanye West – $12 million 11. Drake – $9 million 11. T.I. – $ 9 million 12. Swizz Beatz – $9 million 14. Eminem – $8 million 14.50 Cent – $8 million 14. Young Jeezy – $8 million 17. Common – $7 million 18. Soulja Boy – $7 million 18. T-Pain – $7 million 20. Lil Jon – $5 million 20. Gucci Mane – $5 million 20. Rick Ross – $5 million Source: BBC twitter-2a.png

Nicki Minaj has been the subject of a lot of rumors in her short career. Has she had plastic surgery? Did she date Lil Wayne? Is she really bi-sexual? Is Diddy her manager and are the two of them involved romantically? While she didn't clear up all speculation, the Young Money femcee did set the record straight on a couple of those topics. In a recent interview with CNN, Nicki was asked about those Diddy rumors. "You know how you look at your older brother? That's how I look at Diddy. When people say that, it makes me gag. He's my friend, and he's sweet and he's a great guy, but I could never see him that way," she said. The article states that for the record, Diddy is not her manager. Nicki also had a something to say about people that constantly put down her abilities as a rapper. "The people that are inclined to hate are also inclined to be losers. A loser could never congratulate a winner - it's not in them" she says. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump The O.D.: A Mixtape Daily Exclusive Chris Brown is in the #1 film in the country, "Takers," and now that he's done with Hollywood (for now), he's going back to the lab. "Me, I'm definitely writing on other people's projects. A lot of in-house stuff," Brown said recently in L.A. "I got a lot of artists coming out. The single 'Deuces' features one of my artists K-Mac and Tyga [from Young Money]. I'm pushing forward. The movie's out, so I'mma have fun." "Deuces" is in the top 30 of Billboard's Hot 100 charts and #1 on urban radio. The record's success is simply due to fan support. It's part of Brown and Tyga's Fan of a Fan mixtape and skyrocketed once the video hit virally and on MTV Jams. "That was actually Chris' idea," Tyga told us about putting out a visual for the song. "I thought the record was dope. I thought it was dope for us to do that video. He got to explain his situation. It connects to his fans. His fans miss that from him. "I think the people chose the record," Tyga added. "We put the mixtape out, and we asked them: What record do you like the most? They was like, 'Deuces.' It was always coming up. It was growing on YouTube as well, like 100,000 views a day on YouTube. It was his idea to shoot the video. My homie Colin Tilly, he's done all my videos. He's done everything. All my mixtape stuff to the bigger stuff I'm doing now. He got it right. It's what people wanna see, what they wanna hear." Despite the overwhelming success of Fan of a Fan, Tyga said he and Chris aren't planning an official LP, but they are hitting the road together. "I don't think you wanna drown people too much," Tyga said about making a full album with Brown. "We've been doing a lot of stuff, though. He's on my album. We're actually working on a tour right now. A Fan of Fan Tour at the end of the year. It'll be dope." Tyga has an album coming out soon; it doesn't have a release date yet. But his next mixtape, Well Done, will hit within the next couple of weeks. It's going to be a Gangsta Grillz edition. "I feel like I had to deal with [DJ] Drama. He reminded of Wayne, when he did Dedication with him," Tyga explained. "[Wayne] was going in on every beat. All the mixtapes I've been dropping, they're close to albums. They're more songs. They have more content. This one, I wanted to rap on everybody's beat and murder every beat that's out. It's fun to do that. It's easy. I can knock that out real fast. I think Drama is dope when you wanna link up and murder beats like that." Some of the tracks Tyga is pilfering are Soulja Boy's "Pretty Boy Swag" and Nicki Minaj's "Your Love." Source: MTV

When it comes to Jay-Z and Lil Wayne, there is no comparison if you ask Birdman. In a story reported by HipHopWired, the Cash Money CEO says Jay-Z takes a back seat to his "son" as both a rapper and in earning money. "I don't think he [Jay-Z] a number one emcee in no kinda way. Wayne the best he do the most and he make the most money," he said. Forbes recently ranked Jay-Z as hip hop's top earner with $63 million made, with Lil Wayne ranked fourth with an earned income of $20 million, Birdman disputes their figures. "I don't think no n*gga in the business make more money than us. How could you be the best if you don't make the best money, the most money and you don't do the most. Lyrically, come on man be for real man can't nobody f*ck with Wayne. And to me, if you number one and you ain't getting no money it don't mean nothing. Who's making the most money. That's number one to me. F*ck all that rap sh*t. Sh*t, y'all got cold rappers you never even heard and then you got n*ggas who really can't rap and making money. It's about who's making the most money to me. I don't give a f*ck about the rest of that sh*t." Still, after jabbing Jay-Z pretty hard, Baby wanted to make it known that there was no beef with Hov “No, no, [beef]. Nothing personal, they just asked me my opinion and that was my opinion. I think we do the most and make the most, so if you don't like it, that's on you. I can't see past Wayne, so I can't see Jay-Z." I don't know, that kind of sounded like steak to me.

We told you about Birdman copping a new Bugatti Veyron here on PaperChaserDotCom the other day. At the time there were only pics available. Today we get the visuals courtesy of Derick G.

Stunna doesn't hit the car's top end speed of 253 mph, but why would he need to?

Also I stand corrected on the price tag. I thought it was $2.1 million, turns out it's actually $2.5 mil.

Stunna says in the video that the car is "rich n*gga sh*t", and I'd have to agree.

Young Money femcee, Nicki Minaj shows no signs of letting go of her grip on the best female rapper in the game title. At the very least, she is the most popular and continues to make all the right career moves.

Her latest single, "Your Love" holds the #14 spot on Billboard's Hot 100 Chart and she was just nominated for an MTV Video Music Award in the Best New Artist category.

"I feel like I've died and gone to heaven," Minaj told MTV of the VMA nomination. "I definitely thought I'd get one someday, but not before I put the album out. I never thought I'd get a nomination [this year]. ... I didn't even think I'd get invited!"

Expect more new music from Nicki very soon. She recently told Billboard that she is putting the finishing touches on her next single. "I think you guys are going to be really happy with it," she said.

Nicki's debut album, 'Pink Friday' is due out November 23.

Birdman and Slim are set to add another star to their already filled to the brim Cash Money roster. According to Allhiphop, Bizzy Bone of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony is about to join the label with a solo deal. Bizzy has been in the news a lot throughout his career, and it hasn't always been positive. He's clashed frequently with his band mates. This could be the fresh start he needs to pull things together. Bizzy did not make an appearance during Bone Thugs' latest reunion tour, although he did take part in recording the group's most recent album, 'Uni-5: The World's Enemy'. Maybe news of Bizzy's new heavy metal album, 'Crossroads 2010' piqued Birdman's interest, since Lil Wayne released a rock album, 'Rebirth' recently. Whatever the reason he's joining Weezy's house, we wish Bizzy the best of luck. 'Crossroads 2010' is due out August 24. twitter-2a.png

Birdman has made a truckload of money while overseeing his Cash Money Empire, so excuse him while he stunts a little bit.

Stunna just copped an all red Bugatti Veyron which probably cost him at least $2 million dollars for the European sports car.

The Wall Street Journal estimates the yearly upkeep on the car runs at about $300,000 and is akin to running a private jet!

With a roster of artists that includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and Lil Wayne, expect Birdman to continue having expensive tastes for a long to to come..

My only question is, where the hell do you drive a car that tops out at a reported 253 MPH?
