An Illinois father is being held in jail on a $2 million bond over accusations that he physically assaulted & sexually abused his own daughter.

Ariel Carrasco is accused of physical abuse & child sex crimes.

Ariel Carrasco, a 46-year-old Lake Villa father, has been charged with 3 counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, 2 counts of domestic battery, & 2 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Carrasco was arrested without incident on Wednesday.

Carrasco's child – who is under the age of 13 – allegedly told school officials the father was abusive physically & sexually. The Department of Children and Family Services was notified of the alleged abuse & helped arrange an "effort to develop a safety plan for the family."

The Lake Villa Police Department said in a statement, "Officers conducted interviews with the child & other family members.

The Lake Villa Police Department said that Carrasco made "very concerning statements" to investigators when questioned about the allegations. Authorities said that there was evidence to justify the charges, but did not elaborate.

The underage victim told authorities that the abuse took place between December 2022 and March 2023.

Lake County Judge Theodore Potkonjak ordered Carrasco to be held at Lake County Jail on a $2 million bond.

Carrasco has been barred from having any contact with his daughter or anyone under the age of 18.

The city of Louisville will pay $2 million to settle two lawsuits filed by the boyfriend of Breonna Taylor.

"He will live with the effects of being put in harm’s way due to a falsified warrant, to being a victim of a hailstorm of gunfire and to suffering the unimaginable and horrific death of Breonna Taylor," 1 of Kenneth Walker's attorneys, Steve Romines, said.

Walker filed federal & state lawsuits, contending that officers violated his rights when they entered Taylor's apartment without warning & used excessive force.

A portion of the money that Walker won in the settlement will be used for a scholarship fund for law students interested in civil rights law.

Walker was with Taylor the night of March 13, 2020, when police officers entered Taylor's apartment to serve a no-knock warrant.

Walker, who believed that intruders were entering the home, fired 1 shot from a handgun, striking 1 officer. The police responded by opening fire & striking Taylor multiple times.

The Justice Department earlier this year charged 4 Louisville Metro Police Department officers involved with drafting the "no-knock" search warrant that led to the shooting of Taylor.

In September, 2 of Taylor's neighbors sued a former LMPD police officer who previously pleaded guilty to federal charges.

Chelsey Napper & Cody Etherton in September filed a civil lawsuit against former police officer Kelly Goodlett. The neighbors filed a separate lawsuit in 2020 against some of the officers involved in the raid.

Two former officers involved in the raid — Detective Joshua Jaynes & Kyle Meany — are set to go on trial in federal court next year.

Kanye “Ye” West attacked the family of George Floyd on Sunday shortly after saying he wanted to “apologize” for false statements he has made about Floyd’s death.

In an Instagram post, the rapper lashed out against Roxie Washington — the mother of Floyd’s daughter — after she moved to file a $250-million lawsuit over his recent remarks about the police brutality victim.

West drew sharp criticism this month for falsely claiming on an episode of the “Drink Champs” podcast that Floyd’s death was fentanyl-related and that Chauvin’s “knee wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

“Now for Roxie Washington & Roxie Washington ALONE,” West captioned a photo of Washington. “I gave 2 million dollars out of my pocket for the family. To help George’s daughter. Now because of words you want to sue me for 250 million dollars when I’m going through an Economic lynching. A Digital Lynching. A Social Credit Score bankrupting. You’re either being controlled or you’re being greedy."

West’s Instagram rant came after he told paparazzi that he wanted to “apologize” for his “Drink Champs” remarks about Floyd.

“When I ... questioned the death of George Floyd, it hurt my people. It hurt the Black people,” West told paparazzi.

“God has shown me by what Adidas is doing & by what the media is doing. I know how it feels to have a knee on my neck now,” he told paparazzi. “So thank you, God, for humbling me & letting me know how it really felt. Because how could the richest Black man ever be humbled other than to be made to not be a billionaire in front of everyone?”

Smash-and-grab robbers in New York City stole a large amount of high-end jewelry in a heist that was caught on video.

The robbery happened at Rocco's Jewelry in the Bronx on Friday at around 2:30 p.m. The business estimates that they lost $2.15 million worth of merchandise in the heist.

The jeweler, which is in the Fordham Heights section of the Bronx, was closed on Saturday while police investigated the scene.

Surveillance video shows one of the suspects acting coolly as he approaches the store & waits to be let in.

After a Rocco's Jewelry employee buzzed him in, the white T-shirt-clad suspect held the door open for 3 masked men in black clothing.

One of the thieves is seen using a hammer to smash glass cases as the others shove fistfuls of jewelry into bags.

The heist - which lasted only around a minute - appears to have been carefully planned.

July 13 (Reuters) - An Ohio man has been charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who later traveled to neighboring Indiana for an abortion.

Gerson Fuentes, 27, who was arrested on Tuesday, appeared in Franklin County, Ohio, municipal court for an arraignment on Wednesday. A police investigator testified at the hearing that Fuentes confessed to raping the girl at least twice.

A statewide ban on abortions in Ohio after the sixth week of pregnancy – before many women are aware they are pregnant – went into effect just hours after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision that had established a constitutional right to abortion.

The incident gained attention this month when it was reported she had to travel to Indiana to secure an abortion because she was 3 days past Ohio's six-week limit, which does not include exceptions for rape or incest.

Abortions after 6 weeks remain legal in Indiana, though the Republican-controlled state legislature is expected to consider new restrictions later this month.

Fuentes is being held on $2 million bond & is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 22.

In all, 26 U.S. states have either severely restricted abortions in the wake of the ruling or are expected to do so in the coming weeks & months.

Republican Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost told the USA TODAY Network Ohio bureau on Tuesday that the details were "more likely than not a fabrication" because there had been no arrest & no evidence uncovered.

But in a statement on Wednesday after the arrest Yost said, "My heart aches for the pain suffered by this young child. I am grateful for the diligent work of the Columbus Police Department in securing a confession & getting a rapist off the street."

DETROIT (ClickOnDetroit) – Officials said they found 18 guns at the home of a Detroit man who was making $2,000 per day by running a marijuana vending machine outside the house.

On Jan. 7, officials with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives received an anonymous tip that a person named Marcellus Cornwell was operating a vending machine on the side of his house & using it to sell marijuana & pills, according to a criminal complaint filed last week.

The tip also claimed Cornwell had numerous firearms & was selling drugs & firearms to minors.

Cornwell is either 42 or 43 years old & lives on Mettetal Street on Detroit’s west side.

He has a criminal history that includes convictions in 1997 for armed robbery & felony firearm, in 2008 for carrying a concealed weapon, in 2009 for felon in possession of a firearm & felony firearm & in 2011 for 3 counts of identity theft.

Officials said Cornwell was sentenced to more than 1 year in prison for each of those convictions.

Cornwell said he had lived at the home on Mettetal Street his entire life. He said he has owned & operated the marijuana vending machine for 4 years, making about $2,000 per day.

Cornwell told officials that there was about $7,000 cash in the safe in his bedroom. An unknown amount of cash was found on Cornwell’s nightstand & about $5,700 was found in a bag in the dining room.

Cornwell told officials multiple times that he makes the majority of his money from the marijuana vending machine.

He said he obtained or bought most of the firearms from people off the street.

The criminal complaint concludes that there’s probable cause to charge Cornwell with felon in possession of a firearm.

A massive, multi-billion dollar lawsuit is now topping the pile of claims against rappers Travis Scott and Drake & organizers of the Astroworld Festival in Houston earlier this month.

This comes after the event left 10 people dead and hundreds more injured following a crowd surge during Scott’s performance at NRG Stadium. Over 50,000 people attended the festival.

San Antonio-based attorney Thomas J. Henry filed the $2 billion lawsuit Thursday on behalf of 282 victims & it’s targeting a long list of defendants.

The lawsuit is seeking up to $2 billion in damages from Scott, Aubrey Drake Graham (Drake), Apple Music, Live Nation & NRG Stadium.

“The defendants stood to make an exorbitant amount of money off of this event & they still chose to cut corners, cut costs & put attendees at risk,” said Henry in a statement. “My clients want to ensure the defendants are held responsible for their actions, & they want to send the message to all performers, event organizers & promoters that what happened at Astroworld cannot happen again.”

Houston police are still investigating the tragedy that unfolded at Astroworld, & as of earlier this week, the Harris County administrator will also be conducting a separate investigation.

Hundreds more lawsuits have already been filed against Scott, Drake and event organizers. As of last check, no one has been criminally charged.

New York: A group of NFT collectors has paid $4 million to purchase the only copy of a one-of-a-kind album by the rap group Wu-Tang Clan.

A non-fungible token (NFT) is a digital object—a drawing, animation, piece of music, photo, or video—with a certificate of authenticity created by blockchain technology.

The album was previously owned by Martin Shkreli, a disgraced executive sentenced to prison for fraud, and sold at auction in July as part of a deal to settle his debt to the US government.

The buyer was kept secret until this week, when PleasrDAO, a group of New York NFT collectors, announced it had purchased the only copy of "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin."

According to US media reports earlier this week, retweeted by PleasrDAO's Twitter account, the group paid $4 million for the two-disc, 31-track album.

They are known among NFT collectors for having acquired digital works by US whistleblower Edward Snowden and the Russian dissident feminist punk band Pussy Riot.

They now hope to share "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" with the public.

"Although we are bound by the legal agreement underpinning this work of art and may not be able to duplicate and share the music digitally," PleasrDAO said on its website, "we firmly believe there are ways to share this musical masterpiece with the world."

CALERA, Okla. (KXII) - The names of those dead after a double murder suicide in Calera last Friday have been released, and the victim’s family is asking for help in sharing their story.

While the FBI continues to investigate what happened on Choctaw Road last week, the victim’s family shares a cautionary message for other domestic violence victims.

Calera police found 31-year-old Tiffani Hill and 42-year-old John Donato dead in their home along with their one-year-old daughter Leanne seriously injured from a gunshot wound. She later died.

Hill’s family reached out to Durant attorney, Theresa McGehee, who used to represent the family to share their story.

“Tiffani never reached out to me about anything of that nature but I did speak with her mom. And her mom wants the message that Tiffani was trying to get away from it,” said McGehee.

In November 2020, Hill won over $2 million from a California lottery ticket. A few months later she married Donato, and the family moved to Calera.

“Could that have sparked that argument? We’ll never have any way of knowing. But I do know there were times it caused conflict between them,” said McGehee.

Any money left by the couple will be put into a trust fund for the surviving children. The 3 other children in the home at the time are safe and in state custody for now.

Hill’s family said domestic violence is to blame. Hill told them her plans to escape.

“Statistically that is the most dangerous time for anyone involved in domestic violence is around that time of separation,” said McGehee.

McGehee said Hill did the right thing by talking to her family, but things may have been different if local professionals got involved.

“The sadness is there are resources that people don’t reach out for. Bryan County has a great crisis control center. I know Grayson County has a great center,” said McGehee.

All her family can do now is share her story. They’re asking for any help from the community for burial and future custody expenses.

“She hopes somebody’s listening and will think this could be me next, this could be me and my child,” said McGehee.

The Medical Examiner’s office reports the cause of death as gunshot wounds to the head.

Phil Collins' ex cleaned up good at an auction for all of her jewelry & clothing ... including a $22k score for the singer's gold records & awards that had a severely low opening bid.

The folks over at Kodner Galleries in Florida auctioned off Orianne Cevey's collection of jewelry & clothing on Wednesday for a whopping $2,165,592. That number also included $22k for multiple gold LPs and "Assorted Phil Collins Awards."

We're told the first four auction lots -- the awards and gold records -- drew an extraordinary level of interest ... with more than 350 phone & online bids recorded. The final bidding price for those items -- which included a gold record of Robert Plant’s "The Principle of Moments" -- was a cool $6,325. Remember ... the opening bid was just one hundred bucks.

Because we know you're curious ... her fine jewelry collection netted $1,694,000. Five of her watches -- including 3 Rolex's & 2 Patek Philippe -- hauled in $235,572. And, some of her designer purses & clothing brought home $61,435. What's she gonna do with all the money? We're told a portion of the sales will be donated to Orianne's charity, Never Give Up Foundation.

For those who missed out on this auction ... ya need not worry. Kodner is holding a second auction featuring similar items from Orianne next month.

As we reported ... Orianne had said now that she moved out of Phil's mansion & downsized to a smaller house, she decided to unload items that no longer "spark joy."

As if Dr. Dre's week wasn't rough enough ... he's agreed to pay his estranged wife $2 million in temporary spousal support -- but he's not coughing up the $5 mil she wants for her divorce attorneys.

The music mogul and Nicole Young struck the deal that calls for Dre to write a one-time check for the $2 mil. That's all he'll pay ... at least until the next divorce hearing in April. Now it will be up to Nicole to decide how much of that amount she forks over to her lawyers.

As we reported, Nicole was demanding $2 mil per month, PLUS another $5 million in attorney's fees.

Our sources say Dre will continue to cover Nicole's living expenses at her Malibu pad, as well as her mother's Pacific Palisades home for the next several months. However, Dre will NOT cover Nicole's security costs ... she'll have to pay that from the $2 mil.

Dre and Young's lawyers struck the deal in court, but we're told Dre had to sign the agreement from his bed at Cedars Sinai Hospital.

Remember ... he's been dishing out $293,306 a month in temporary support. Now, he can focus on his recovery.

TMZ broke the story ... Dre suffered a brain aneurysm earlier this week and he was rushed by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. He was taken directly to ICU. Dre later thanked his fans for their support and said he's doing great and getting excellent care.

The man accused of killing his UPS co-worker faced a judge for the first time Thursday and is being held on a $2 million bond.

19-year-old Elijah Bertrand is charged with murder in the death of 28-year-old Nathan Burk, a UPS driver. Bertrand made a virtual appearance at court in Waterbury around noon Thursday.

Bertrand was taken into custody in Plymouth Wednesday afternoon after a search to find him.

State police responded to what they thought was a crash on Route 8 North around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday in Watertown.

That’s when they found Burk assaulted with multiple stab wounds, according to police, who said he later died at a hospital.

Police found a folding style knife with blood on it at the scene, according to the police report. Bertrand's father later confirmed to officers that the knife recovered at the scene belonged to Bertrand, police said.

At a news conference on Wednesday, police said the motive for the killing was not clear.

Bertrand was eventually caught by police after using a debit card in his name at a Valero gas station in Plymouth, according to state police investigators. Plymouth police detained Bertrand at the gas station and when state police arrived, Bertrand admitted his identity to officers before saying "What took you guys so long to find me," the police report states.

Police said Bertrand confessed to stabbing Burk before taking off into the woods off Route 8.

Bertrand is due back in court on January 6.

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — A 17-year-old from Illinois who is charged with killing two people during a protest in Wisconsin and whose case has become a rallying cry for some conservatives posted $2 million bail Friday and was released from custody.

Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of fatally shooting Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz during a demonstration Aug. 25 that followed the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha. He posted bond through his attorney at about 2 p.m., Kenosha County Sheriff’s Sgt. David Wright said.

Rittenhouse, of Antioch, Illinois, told police he was attacked while he was guarding a business and that he fired in self-defense.

He faces multiple charges, including intentional homicide, reckless endangerment and being a minor in possession of a firearm. Wisconsin law doesn’t permit minors to carry or possess a gun unless they’re hunting. He is due back in court on Dec. 3 for a preliminary hearing.

His case has taken on political overtones. Supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement have painted Rittenhouse as a trigger-happy white supremacist. Conservatives upset over property destruction during recent protests have portrayed him as a patriot exercising his right to bear arms during unrest. A legal defense fund for him has attracted millions of dollars in donations, and his mother got a standing ovation from women at a Waukesha County GOP function in September.

Huber’s father, John Huber, asked Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Loren Keating during a hearing Nov. 2 to set Rittenhouse’s bail between $4 million and $10 million. Huber said Rittenhouse thinks he’s above the law and noted the effort to raise money on his behalf. He also suggested militia groups would hide him from police if he were released.

Rittenhouse’s attorney, Mark Richards, asked for $750,000 bail.

Keating ultimately set bail at $2 million, saying Rittenhouse was a flight risk given the seriousness of the charges against him.

Dr. Dre is firing back at the request of his estranged wife's demand for nearly $2 mil a month in temporary spousal support, claiming he's already footing the bill for her every need and, according to the legal docs, her lawyers have already made more money off the 2-month old divorce than most Los Angelenos make in a year.

Dre says he's letting Nicole stay in HIS Malibu mansion, which he claims is worth $20 mil to $25 mil. It's interesting he describes the home as his and his alone. As we reported, the biggest bone of contention is the prenup, which could explain why he says the mansion is his.

Dre says his security brings Nicole meals prepared by his private chefs 3 to 5 times a week.

Dre also says all of Nicole's expenses are already covered by him, noting his business manager pays her AmEx Centurion Black Card, and those bills range from $150,000 a month to $350,000 per month.

Dre. says aside from what he calls "unauthorized charges for [Nicole's] attorney's fees," all of her expenses have been paid. As we reported, her lawyers are seeking $5 mil in fees.

Dre. says, "This all seems like the wrath of an angry person being exacerbated by opportunistic lawyers."

Dre also grouses that he has offered to pay her lawyers an additional $350,000 through the end of the year, but then learned she took nearly $400,000 out of his record company's business account. He says, nevertheless, he's willing to pay her fees."

Dr. Dre's estranged wife, Nicole Young, is requesting a hefty sum amid their divorce. According to court documents obtained by ET, Young is seeking $1,936,399 in monthly spousal support, as well as attorney’s fees and costs totaling $5 million. ET has reached out to attorneys for Young and Dre for comment.

ET confirmed in June that Young filed for divorce. The two tied the knot in May 1996 and recently celebrated their 24th wedding anniversary.

According to the documents, Young wants the spousal support to begin retroactively from Sept. 1, so she "can continue to enjoy the lifestyle she enjoyed during marriage."

Attorneys for Young claim that she is "having difficulty paying her bills" and that the mogul, who controls all their assets, has "been exerting financial control" over his ex by "ordering his agents to scrutinize her bills" before he decides if he approves them or not.

While the papers state that Young does not work, her attorneys claim that she "played an important role" in Dre's career and "was integral" to naming his record label Aftermath, and should be able to continue the lifestyle she had before their divorce. The document also goes into detail about their luxurious lifestyle, which includes five Los Angeles homes, a private jet, lavish cars, 12 security guards, seven housekeepers, a private chef and more.

Additionally, Young claims that Dre "kicked her out" of their Brentwood residence in the middle of the night in a "drunken rage" and has since been living at their Malibu residence. However, she claims that he has threatened to sell that home, and allegedly texts her to "not spend one more cent."

Young also alleges that Dre has "undertaken an aggressive approach to this case, engaging in gamesmanship and no-holds-barred hyper-litigation simply because he can afford to." She also claims he has cut off the only source funds available to her to pay for her case.

She also goes into detail about their premarital agreement, which she claims she was forced to sign "under extreme duress" on their wedding day. Young claims she was never provided with a copy of the prenup she signed and "only begrudgingly -- and after multiple requests and a delay of two month -- received a copy."

Meanwhile, Forbes reports that Dre was worth $800 million as of 2019. This fortune is due in part to his successful headphone line, Beats By Dr. Dre, which Apple acquired for $3 billion in 2014.

(CNN) Fahim Saleh's assistant was in custody Friday in connection with the dismemberment of the tech entrepreneur at his luxury Manhattan condo, according to a law enforcement official.

The assistant, who allegedly owed Saleh tens of thousands of dollars, was on a repayment plan, the official said.

Saleh, 33, was found dead in his Lower East Side apartment on Tuesday, a law enforcement source told CNN.

When Saleh's sister rang the doorbell to his condo, the assistant was allegedly dismembering his body with an electrical saw and fled, according to the official.

Saleh died of multiple stab wounds, New York City's medical examiner said on Thursday.

He was last seen in surveillance video getting into an elevator in his apartment building and a man dressed in all black -- who police believe is Saleh's assailant -- entering the elevator with him, according to the law enforcement official.

The elevator in Saleh's building goes straight into the apartment units there, the source said.

Saleh died from stab wounds to the neck and torso; the manner of death was homicide, according to the medical examiner.

Saleh, the son of Bangladeshi immigrants, was the founder and CEO of Gokada, a motorbike-hailing app in Nigeria.

He most recently founded the venture capital firm Adventure Capital -- which invested in ride-sharing start-ups in countries like Bangladesh and Colombia.

NEW YORK (AP) — The dismembered body of a 33-year-old tech entrepreneur was found inside his luxury Manhattan condo where an electric saw was left behind, police said Wednesday.

The victim, identified as Fahim Saleh, was found at around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday inside his luxury seventh floor apartment on the Lower East Side. There have not been any arrests in connection with Saleh’s death.

A relative called police after going to check on Saleh and making the gruesome discovery. Responding officers discovered a clothed torso, bags containing a head and arms and the electric saw in the living room, police said.

Investigators also recovered security video showing Saleh exiting an elevator that leads directly into the full-floor, two-bedroom apartment earlier Tuesday afternoon closely followed by someone dressed entirely in black, including a mask, according to a law enforcement official who was briefed on the case. It also shows a struggle between the two ensuing at the entrance to the apartment, said the official, who wasn’t authorized to discuss the investigation and spoke on the condition of anonymity.

Police believe that the relative may have interrupted the intruder before that person fled out a back exit.

Saleh was the chief executive officer of a ride-hailing motorcycle startup called Gokada that began operating in Nigeria in 2018.

The company confirmed his death on Twitter Wednesday and said, “Fahim was a great leader, inspiration and positive light for all of us.”

Investigators were exploring whether the killing could have been related to Saleh’s business dealings.

They also were checking security camera video from the neighborhood to try to locate the suspect.

Saleh’s LinkedIn biography described him as a self-taught businessman who founded Gokada building on his experience of first “seeing an opportunity in his parent’s native country of Bangladesh” and starting that country’s largest ride-sharing company. It said he also was invested in a similar venture in Colombia.

Apartments in the 10-story building where Saleh’s remains were found sell for more than $2 million. The building was completed in 2017 as part of a wave of gentrification in the neighborhood.

Kanye West's giving a huge assist to the families and legal teams fighting for Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor and George Floyd ... and helping in other ways too.

Kanye's donated $2 million, so far, to the cause and set up a 529 college savings fund to fully cover tuition for Floyd's 6-year-old daughter, Gianna. He's also made a separate donation to cover the legal costs for the Arbery and Taylor families.

Along with that, a rep confirms Kanye's donating to several black-owned businesses in his hometown of Chicago and nationwide that have been in crisis and impacted by the unrest in the U.S.

As you know ... widespread protests and riots have broken out since Floyd was killed in police custody on May 25. The demonstrations are a demand for an end to systematic racism and police brutality ... of which the killings of Arbery and Taylor are also prime examples.

Arbery was shot and killed in Georgia in February after being chased by 3 men who allegedly believed he fit the description of a burglary suspect in the area.

Taylor -- who was an emergency medical worker -- was shot and killed by Louisville cops in her own home in a "no-knock warrant" case, in which cops allegedly busted in without warning.

French Montana's bank account just took a significant hit.

Page Six reports that the 33-year old rapper, born Karim Kharbouch, has been ordered to cough up $1,999,588.41 to Waka Flocka's mom, Deb Antney.

Antney claimed that during the time she managed the "Pop That" hit maker he went behind her back to cut side deals. Montana never responded to the lawsuit and in 2017, a Georgia jury awarded Antney $1,864,012.50, plus $135,140.91 in interest.

Antney later filed a sister-state lawsuit in California on behalf on her company, Mizay Entertainment. Which will allow her to collect in that state.

(Fox 5) Federal documents obtained by FOX 5 News the day after a raid on an Atlanta apartment owned by Terrell Davis, also known by his rapper name Ralo, gives a better understanding for what agents agents were searching.

In an affidavit filed to the U.S. District Court allege that in addition to Davis being a hip-hop music artist, he is also the leader of a criminal street gang called "Famerica" who federal agents said is responsible for smuggling a little less than $2 million worth of marijuana from California to Georgia. The "Famgoon," as federal documents suggest the gang refers to themselves, made at least two known cross-country run using charters flights.

The first delivery returned to Fulton County Airport around 5 a.m. on December 22, according to the affidavit. A surveillance team set up by the Georgia State Patrol, ATL, and FBI spotted Davis and others transferring 37 packages wrapped in white holiday paper from the jet to a van registered to Davis, according to documents.

The van was stopped shortly after leaving the airport. Officials said they seized 520 pounds of marijuana worth about $1 million on the street, according to documents. Kevin "K" Harp and two other unnamed people were arrested, all wearing "Famerica" and "Famgoon" clothing, according to officials. Agents said they also recovered identification documents for Davis in the van.

The next day, federal agents noted Davis posted on his Instagram: "I've lost more than a man have gained in a lifetime...Have you ever lost ah million dollars at one time???" Pictures also on that same account showed Davis

This past weekend, federal agents said they were tipped off that the "Famgoon" was making another run. The flight was originally scheduled to land at Cobb County International Airport but was changed mid-flight to Peachtree-DeKalb Airport, according to federal documents. State and federal agents moved in once the plane landed around 5 a.m. Sunday. State and federal agents seized 444 pounds of marijuana worth about $840,000 on the street and arrested nine people, according to the affidavit.

Agents said they arrested Davis along with Williams "Chaos" Rhodes, Brenton "OG" Mitchell, Antoine "Shonuff" Morrison, Quintavis "Drakko" Scott, Bilal Muhummad, Michael "Cutt" Hunnicutt, Christian "K" Harp, and Shanquita Potts.

Wednesday, state and federal agents raided an apartment complex on Lucile Avenue who friends of Davis said he bought a little more than a year ago to give his friends a place to stay. Investigators have not yet released what was found inside the complex.

Davis and the other eight suspects remained in the DeKalb County Jail Thursday.
