Investigation Underway After Arizona Teen Alicia Navarro Resurfaces At Montana Police Station 4 Years After Disappearing At 14. Telling Cops 'No One Hurt Me' (Video)

The 18-year-old girl who went missing from Arizona in 2019 & re-emerged in Montana this week allegedly fought with the man she was living with & threatened to “go back” — just 1 day before she turned herself in at a police station.

Neighbors told The Post they heard a holed-up Alicia Navarro Saturday shouting with an unidentified man inside their apartment building in Havre.

“I was here the other day and I heard them yelling. She did say, ‘I will go back.’ But that’s all I heard,” neighbor Garrett Smith said.

Navarro sauntered into a local police precinct the following day to request that she be taken off the missing person’s list so she could get a driver’s license & could begin living a “normal life.”

She had been missing since police said she “willfully left her home” in Glendale, Arizona home in 2019.

It’s not clear how long Navarro has been living in the Havre apartment, but Smith said she & a man in his 20s have been residents since he moved in about a year ago.

He said that the teenager appeared scared, had a “scratchy voice” & had noticeably insufficient dental hygiene.

Police said Friday that a man was detained & questioned in connection to Navarro’s disappearance, though it is unclear whether it was the same individual she had shared the Havre apartment with.

Navarro fled her family home just days before her 15th birthday, leaving behind a note that read: “I ran away. I will be back. I swear. I’m sorry.”

A missing person report from years prior described Navarro as autistic but high-functioning.


Navarro is still being considered a victim, police previously said.

Navarro told police she was not being held against her will & could come & go freely, and said she had not been hurt. Police have said she does not face criminal charges.

DUI suspect tells police: 'I'm a very clean, thoroughbred, white girl.' (Video)

(ABC News) A woman who allegedly blew through a stop sign at 60 mph in South Carolina told an officer she shouldn't be arrested because she's a "very clean, thoroughbred, white girl," police said.

Lauren Elizabeth Cutshaw was slurring her words, she smelled of alcohol and her eyes were "bloodshot and glossy" when a police officer pulled her over in her 2011 white Ford Fusion in the town of Bluffton during the early morning hours of Aug. 4, according to the incident report.

A blood alcohol test registered at .18 percent, twice the legal limit.

Cutshaw apologized for speeding and running the stop sign, telling him she was on her way to her boyfriend's home after having a "couple" of glasses of wine at a nearby restaurant for her 33rd birthday. But when the officer advised her that she was under arrest for drunken driving, Cutshaw apparently listed multiple reasons why she shouldn't be locked up.

She said she had graduated with honors from a "high accredited university," was a cheerleader, a dancer and a sorority girl. She also repeatedly stated, "My partner is a cop," according to the report.

"I'm a very clean, thoroughbred, white girl," Cutshaw allegedly told the arresting officer. "I'm a white, clean girl."

When the officer, who is also white, asked, "What that had to do with anything?" Cutshaw apparently replied, "You're a cop, you should know that means."

"Making statements such as these as a means to justify not being arrested are unusual in my experience as a law enforcement officer and I believe further demonstrate the suspect's level of intoxication," the arresting officer wrote in the report.

When another officer later discovered marijuana and rolling papers in her car, Cutshaw said she "may have" smoked pot earlier that night, according to the report.

Cutshaw's "clean, thoroughbred, white girl" comment was not heard in footage from the arresting officer's dashboard camera, released by the Bluffton Police Department this week. However, after the officer handcuffed her and placed her in the back of his police car, Cutshaw can be heard pleading with him to "look at my record, it's so clean."

"You know that stop sign that you blew through at 60 miles per hour? There was a car that almost went through it right before you did. If they hadn't seen you coming, you would have T-boned them, you could have killed somebody," the officer tells Cutshaw as he drives her to the county jail. "And instead of a DUI, this would be a felony DUI, you're looking at 25 years."

"I've never been arrested, can't you see that in your system?" Cutshaw says. "Can't you see, I graduated from a really good university, I was almost valedictorian."

"I don’t wanna know what it’s like," she says about going to jail. "I’m a pretty girl. Please don’t make me go in there."

Cutshaw was charged with driving under the influence, speeding, disregarding a stop sign, simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She is scheduled to appear in municipal court Oct. 30, police said.

It was not immediately clear whether Cutshaw had obtained legal representation.

'Paid In Dues' Organizer, MURS tells Angela Yee That Ice Cube Had Jay Rock Banned From Festival Because He Was "Scared"

The 2010 'Paid Dues' Festival was a success by all accounts and of course being in San Bernardino, CA had quite a few West Coast artists on the bill.

One noticeable absence was Watts rapper, Jay Rock.

Rapper Murs, who put together the festival along with Guerilla Union talked to Shade 45's Angela Yee about Jay Rock's absence.

"There was some fear on the part of other rappers that there might be something [beef] happening," Murs tells Angela. "When certain artists [Ice Cube] come and you have to provide a certain amount of security for them [and] they are already in fear of what's gonna happen and you invite the person [Jay Rock] they may be in fear of, then he might not perform and I can't have that."

"I don't know Cube, I respect him, he's not a friend, but I know [Jay Rock's} Top Dawg [Entertainment] and that was hard. I had to make a businessman decision. It was mainly my business partner that kept pushing me in that direction cause I was like 'f*ck it I don't give a.....'. But then for somebody [Ice Cube] to get on stage and talk sh*t about the New West. I'm like why would you do that? We're young kids who respect you. I'm paying you to come out, but maybe he wasn't talking to me, maybe he wasn't talking to Jay Rock."

For those that might not be familiar with the Ice Cube vs Jay Rock situation let me break it down. A lot of of the younger West Coast artists like Glasses Malone, Bishop Lamont and several others have alluded to the fact that they feel like older, more established artists out West weren't giving them a helping hand.

Although, he didn't name anyone specifically, Ice Cube sent a message out to the New West via his blog.

"They're just mad cause I don't fuck with they wack-ass. They ain't on my level, why should I waste my time. I don't even remember ever meeting these clowns or even being in the same room with any of 'em. They can't make a name for themselves so they need help from the O/G's. I refuse the throw'em a life line. Fuck'em. It ain't my job to make nobody famous. And for the record, I ain't scared of no nigga. Especially, no rappers....seriously people."

Jay Rock read that, and being a new West Coast artist felt some type of way and spoke on it saying Cube should say names.

Since that point there's been kind of a beef bubbling underneath the surface. Which I guess culminated with Cube not wanting Jay Rock at the Paid Dues festival.

Murs also added that the New West just needs to keep doing their own thing. "If Dre won't put us on Detox, so f*cking what."

Personally, I think the West should try to unify. A lot of great music could come from that. But if they beef, keep it on wax and out of the streets.

After making headlines this year for his February assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna, Brown made serious movement in his musical comeback on Tuesday (October 27) with the premiere of his "I Can Transform Ya" video and a headlining performance at Power 105.1's Powerhouse '09 concert.Incidentally, the New York radio station hosted a comeback show for R. Kelly when he was facing legal woes back in 2003. Much like Kelly six years ago, the Powerhouse fans embraced Brown with cheers and singing of their own.After openers The-Dream, Fabolous, Day26, Trey Songz, Keri Hilson and Mario, Brown had his spotlight. Most of the opening acts were eager to see Chris get back to where he belongs: entertaining. Instead of taking off after their performances, you could see Hilson, Songz and Day26 by the side of the stage waiting to see what Brown would do."Chris is a performer. In spite of all that's been going on in his personal life, he's gonna get out there and perform," Songz said before Brown hit the stage. "I'm confident in that. As a friend, as a brother, I wanna see him go out there and shut it down. I believe everybody deserves a second chance. In God's eyes, none of us are perfect, and he forgives us every day. He deserves a second chance, and I commend Power 105 for giving it to him."There was an immediate roar in the crowd as Brown came out in a black-and-red jacket that looked like a futuristic version of what Michael Jackson wore in the "Thriller" video. Brown wasted no time in getting to his new material, starting with "I Can Transform Ya." Chris began at the back of the stage with his dancers, who were all dressed in black up to their face-covering motorcycle helmets. Brown started singing and walking to the front of the stage, where Swizz Beatz also emerged to rap the song's hook."Wall to Wall" followed, with more high-powered dancing. In the middle of the record, Brown's DJ played Jay-Z's "On to the Next" during a choreographed breakdown. Leg kicks, krumping, slides — Brown's arsenal seems to have expanded."Gimme That" was next, and Brown reminded the crowd that he's getting older on the opening lyric: "The young boy now is 20." Shortly after, Brown's DJ asked him how he felt. The singer let the music speak for him as the Clipse's "I'm Good" came on.Brown and two backup dancers walked from the back to the front of the stage with a bop and arms folded. They leaned to the left on the song's chorus, leaned to the right, then they all dropped down low. "Yo" came next, followed by "Take You Down." The latter was Brown in full heartthrob mode. Brown didn't last the entire record without ripping off of his black tank top. The ladies voiced their approval with screams.Juelz Santana came out as special guest to debut his new single with Brown, "Back to the Crib." Next, Brown slowed the tempo and had thousands of backup singers in the crowd on his hit "With You.""Are y'all glad Chris is back doing shows?" Brown's DJ asked the audience. The fans screamed with praise.Brown finally spent some time speaking to the audience after they sang Jordin Sparks' parts on "No Air." "Despite my past and stuff like that, I appreciate all of y'all," he said. His words were barely audible because of the cheering.The singer also promised to be a better man. "How long we gonna do this for? We gonna do this forever!" he also promised.Of course, "Forever" closed the show."It was dope. I loved it," Omarion said after the show. "It's amazing to be able to come out and support my peers. Chris came and did his thing, all the time. Yeah, CB, he's ready. He's right and he's ready. It's time.""Excuse my French, but that mutha----in' boy killed that sh--!" Polow Da Don exclaimed after watching Brown. "The energy was crazy. You could tell that's something that's missing in the game. He's the absolute truth. He's the future."Earlier in the night, Mario paraded out a host of surprises during his short set. Maino came out for "All the Above," then Red Cafe joined the party with "Hottest in the Hood." Jim Jones later came out for "We Fly High." Jones was joined by DJ Webstar for "Dancin' on Me." Finally, Sean Garrett came out for the smash "Break Up."Keri Hilson, the lone female on the bill, lit up the mic with "Turnin' Me On," "Knock You Down" and Timbaland's "The Way I Are." Jay-Z Looks At Blueprint 3 Leak As 'A Preview' 'I may be the most bootlegged artist in history,' Hov tells MTV News.

Jay-Z's forthcoming album, The Blueprint 3, unsurprisingly leaked before its release, and we've got a profile. It was only a matter of time. Last week a number of tracks from Jay-Z's upcoming The Blueprint 3 leaked online, including his collaboration with Rookie of the Year Drake on "Off That." Now, Hov has to deal with his entire album being on the Web: The Blueprint 3 popped up on blogs this morning around the time Jay-Z appeared at a press conference announcing his 9/11 tribute concert. "I may be the most bootlegged artist in history," he told MTV News shortly after his album leaked. "It's a preview. I'm excited for people to hear the album. I'm very proud of the work I've done, so enjoy it." The album is as diverse as any project he's put together when it comes to collaborations. Australian musician Luke Steele of pop duo Empire of the Sun appears on the opener, "What We Talkin' About." The cut features the lyrics Jay spit earlier this summer during his Las Vegas show that target the Game and his former business partner, Dame Dash. The Mr. Hudson-assisted "Young Forever," a pensive track on which Jay puts his career in perspective, closes the album. After threatening to retire for years, the Brooklyn wordsmith sounds like he's about to kick-start another run of yearly output. "Bye-byes aren't for legends/ I'm forever young, my name shall survive," he raps. And in between, The Blueprint ranges from the familiar — "Run This Town" and "D.O.A" — to the more experimental. "Hate," produced by and featuring Kanye West, is syrupy slow — in sound and flow — as Jay and his protégé take aim at detractors. "Hoover, Hova/ Both are American gangsters/ You choose who's colder/ Rappers getting nasty in the booth, but I'm grosser/ I can't even stomach myself, ulcer," Jay raps over West's syncopated sounds. On "Empire State of Mind," Jay writes his name alongside Frank Sinatra and Robert De Niro as one of New York's favorite sons. Joined by Alicia Keys, the Roc Nation CEO takes listeners for a ride in the back of the Maybach, detailing his rise from the Marcy Projects to his SoHo Penthouse. "I made the Yankee hat more famous than a Yankee can/ You know I bleed blue/ But I'm not a crip, though," he raps, before Keys croons, "I'm from Neeeeww Yooooork/ These streets will make you feel brand-new/ Bright lights will inspire you." "Already Home" is that triumphant, soulful magnum opus that hearkens back to its oldest brother's "Heart of the City." Jay makes fun of his critics and rapper detractors alike. "Only time they exciting is when they mentioning Shawn," Jigga raps. "... Don't they know that I'm on?/ Don't they know it's foolish to try and kill me with songs?/ ... I opened the door for them, what else can I do?/ These n---as want me to walk for them." Guest star Kid Cudi's hook is almost equally as absorbing as it is off-key: "They want me to fall, fall from the top," the Kid from Cleveland sings. "They want me to drop/ They want to stop/ They want me to go, I'm already gone/ The sh-- that I'm on/ I'm already home." Producer Kanye West comes with a track that has his signature Midwest bounce, draped in violins, piano and bass. "N---as is mad/ Oh, they call me a camel, but I mastered the drought," Jay comes back later. "What the f---, I'm an animal/ Half man, half mammal/ My sign is Sag/ This is just what I planned to do." Later, on "A Star Is Born" with J. Cole, Jay gives brief snapshots and memories of some of the most tremendous rap stars of the past 15 years. "T.I. literally wanted to shoot up the charts," he raps. "What up Jeezy, what it do?/ That reminds me of us back in '92/ Outkast landed, Three Thou was ill/ Like a male version of Lauryn Hill/ Mobb Deep shook it, but Prodigy took it, a little too far/ Can't f--- with Brooklyn." All day, fans were weighing in on the new record on Twitter and Facebook. Jay kept it cool despite his material leaking out 10 days before the official release day. The iconic MC, though, had reason to relax: He has his own indicator to let him know whether reactions to his music are good or bad. "My pager is actually ringing right now, so people are probably calling me and telling me they pretty much like it," he explained. "I can tell by the way my pager rings if a song is good or not.
