As he was being transferred from Hunt Correctional Facility to East Baton Rouge Parish Prison Friday following his indictment on 1st degree murder charges Thursday, Lil Boosie told tv cameras "I'm innocent."

The indictment is for the murder of Terry Boyd. In addition Boosie, real name Torrance Hatch is alleged to have been part of a drug ring in prison. And is charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute codeine, ecstasy and marijuana. He was also indicted on three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution

Those charges are just the tip of the iceberg. The Louisiana rapper may be in even deeper trouble as police probe his ties to a string of additional murders.

Police have arrested a total of nine men, six on charges of murder for the killings of six people in the Baton Rouge area. Police allege that Boosie was a part of this crew.

Adrian Pittman, 36, Jared Williams, 20, Kendrick Johnson, 19, Johnathan Rogers, 17 and Ryan “Sneaks” Carroll, 16, Michael Louding, 17, Reginald Youngblood, 32, Joshua Wilson, 27 and Stacy Riley, 36 are all in police custody.

Wilson, a prison guard faces one count of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.

Riley, a prison inmate faces one count of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution

The other seven men were involved with or charged for the murders of Charles Matthews, 37, Terry Boyd, 35, Chris “Nussie” Jackson, 33, Darryl “Bleek” Milton, 25, Marcus Thomas, 20 and Michael Smith, 19

The FBI received tips on Boosie, who allegedly ordered a hit on Chris "Nussie" Jackson, a local rapper, offering to pay $30,000 for the hit. Antony Jung, a federal agent, testified under oath, that he knew Lil Boosie had sent out the order for a hit on Nussie.

Boosie and Nussie had been beefing for a while over industry competition. Boosie recorded a song "What Goes Up Must Come Down" that supposedly contained a threat to Nussie.

Nussie, real name Chris Lynell Jackson released his last album 'The Champ Is Here' in April 2008.

Louding, who was 16 at the time, is a hired assasin and is believed to have shot Nussie February 9, 2009 inside his home.

Louding, the only one directly linked to all six slayings has been charged with 5 felony counts of murder, one count of second degree murder and two counts of attempted first degree murder .

Boosie's 25 year old girlfriend, Walnita Decuir, faces the same drug charges he does. She surrendered herself to police on Friday.

The D.A. says Boosie could be facing the death penalty

CN reports that in the lawsuit, QD3 used two of Banner’s songs in the documentary without his permission; “La La” from Tha Carter III and “Pussy Monster”, a track added to Tha Carter III after “Playing With Fire” was removed due to previous litgation. Courthouse News also reports that named in the lawsuit is Virgil Films and Entertainment, LLC, the distribution company for the documentary. As previously reported Wayne tried to block the release of the documentary claiming that it was “scandalous” for showing his rampant drug use. That request was denied however by an L.A. superior court judge and QD3 was allowed to release it.

Lil Wayne Scan & Quote From Ozone Magazine.

“Pistol on my neck, you don’t wanna hear that thing talk!”

Check out a new photo of Lil Wayne from the latest issue of Ozone Magazine, which is in stores now! You can also read what he tells Ozone in their sex issue about why he is a great Father to his kids:

“I’m not on child support with none of my kids cause I’m a great father. So it’s not determined by how much money you’re paying at all. That’s not what it’s about. It’s about being there and being that important person in their lives. It’s about being #1 or #2 in their life. That’s very important for your child, to make sure you’re that #1 or #2. Because if you’re not, you know what #1 or #2 could end up being. That’s the most important thing of all. I just try to make sure I’m of the highest importance in their lives, next to their moms.” Ozone

Lil Wayne & Producers get sued for Tha Carter III single, “Lollipop”again.

Young Money CEO, Lil Wayne has been slapped with yet another lawsuit surrounding his 2008 hit Hip Hop music single “Lollipop“. Philadelphia rapper Dirahn Gilliams filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Friday April 30th for Work ID: 371875615 which is listed with ASCAP. Gilliams is claiming that the song “Lollipop” was based on his 2007 song “Grindin’ Like a Goon”. Lil Wayne, producer Darius “Deezle” Harrison, James “Jim Jonsin” Scheffer, Rex Zamor, Cash Money, Young Money and Universal have all been named in the lawsuit. In April 2007, Gilliams sent out a copy of his song to Flo Rida, Brisco, executive Kevon Glickmon, and producers Deezle and Jim Jonsin claiming Young Money received the copy from one of these entities though Flo Rida and Glickman were not mentioned in the lawsuit. Gilliams is accusing Wayne and Jim Jonsin for illegally using portions of his song for “Lollipop” in 2008. Jonsin and Deezle are both suing Lil Wayne as well, making the situation more complicated. Gilliams is seeking to prevent further sales of Tha Carter III and “Lollipop“, not counting monetary damages, lost profits, actual damages, restitution and compensatory and punitive damages that he is suing for.

T.I. Seventh studio album and prison release

T.I. Out of Prison and Back to Work

T.I., whose real name is Clifford Joseph Harris Jr., was released from Forrest City Federal Correctional Complex in Arkansas Dec. 22.2009 and has already headed back into the studio to work. Although T.I. isn’t completely free…he was released to a halfway house close to his home in Atlanta. He will spend the next 366 days of his sentence at Dismas Charities Atlanta West, where he is allowed to leave the facility during daytime hours to work.

Music exec Kevin Liles posted a message on his Twitter page stating that new T.I. music will soon be on the way. “My right hand (T.I.) went home to visit family& found his way to the studio. He said, ‘Why wait for 2010, get it in now.’ Love the attitude.”

That seems pretty lenient that he is also allowed to swing in to see family when he is under ‘house arrest’. He will have 500 hours of community service to complete when he is sprung in another year.

We can’t wait to hear the rappers new song, which will likely reflect his time spent behind bar.

On March 26, 2010, T.I. will be released from the halfway house. He is also currently in the studio working on his seventh studio album. It is yet to be titled.

Angie Jackson has taken micro-blogging to a whole new level.

In an attempt to “demystify” abortion, the 27-year-old shared her experience on Twitter, YouTube and her personal blog.

I’m doing this so other women know, ‘Hey, it’s not nearly as terrifying as I had myself worked up thinking it was.’ It’s just not that bad,” Jackson said on her YouTube video.

Her ordeal began on February 13, when she discovered that her IUD, a contraceptive device placed in the uterus, failed.

Jackson, a mother of a four-year-old son with special needs, decided to terminate the pregnancy.

"I had made a decision when my son was born to try to not get pregnant again, and if that failed I'd planned that I would get an abortion if I needed one," Jackson told ABCNews.com.

Last Thursday, she went to her local Planned Parenthood in Tampa, Fla,. to get RU-486, commonly known as the abortion pill.

She started chronicling the experience on Twitter under the username “antitheistangie.”

"Cramps are getting a bit more persistent," Jackson typed.

A few hours later, her status changed to “Definitely bleeding now."

Jackson’s following has doubled from 800 since she first tweeted the news of her pregnancy, but not everyone is happy with Jackson’s openness.

Not only has she been criticized for being a “whore" who "can't keep her legs closed," but Jackson and her family have received threats as well.

I’ve just been astonished by the level of hatred and death threats and threats of violence against my son. It’s been a very ugly side of people to see,” she told Web site The Frisky.

The Family Research Council published a blog entry calling Jackson’s decision a “tragedy.”

Supporting her decision to abort her baby unintentionally does a grave injustice to Angie, her unborn child, her son and even her boyfriend,” wrote FRC director Jeanne Monahan. “Abortion kills one person and wounds at least one additional person.”

Still, Jackson is not letting the critics affect her.

"I'm not trying to ignite a culture war," she told ABCNews.com "I'm just offering one person's personal experience and true story."

Kim Kardashian says she has a crazed stalker who has been following her ... and she believes he's an immediate threat to her -- this according to a restraining order obtained by TMZ. Kim says Dennis Shaun Bowman started by tweeting her last September, telling her how much he loved her. According to the docs, filed by attorney Jeremiah Reynolds, Bowman then moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California -- where Kim lives -- to get closer to her. In the ensuing months, Kim claims Bowman started showing up at Kim's appearances in the L.A. area acting bizarrely, sometimes wearing joker face paint. At one point Bowman tweeted Kim, asking her not to be angry at him for missing a phantom dinner date they were supposed to have in Atlanta. Bowman believes he's in a love relationship with Kim, according to the docs. Things got really scary when Bowman started tweeting Kim's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, challenging him to a fight. And, according to the docs, LAPD's Threat Management unit advised Kim the threat was serious enough that she should get a restraining order. Under the order, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from Kim Kardashian and have no contact with Kim. TMZ Follow Me @Twitter.com/ChasinMoPaper

Kid Cudi has never been a rapper that finds it necessary to bring down another rapper in order to promote himself. He is, however, a man that apparently believes in respect and will immediately shut down those that choose to not show him such courtesy. During a show at the House Of Blues in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the Man on the Moon spoke on his recent activity involving the assault on a fan that resulted in him being ejected from Lady Gaga's tour. The media has found many different angles and spins to place on the incident so Cudi has found no other alternative but to provide a little clarity and defend himself. "They trying to make me look like the poster boy for violence and ignorance," Cudi said. "I tell motherf*ckers I'm the poster boy for honesty, realness, anarchy, I don't give a f*ck about this business." Almost like a punching bag, the young rapper has been placed under the microscope and beaten by many, being judged for his preference and methods in showcasing his material his own distinct way. What started as a response turned quickly into his own uproar as the rapper proceeded to provide further commentary on the music industry and how his own experiences have forever changed his perceptions on particular artists. "I'm the truest motherf*cker in this business and people trying to destroy me. All these other n*ggas that y'all probably fans of is sucker a** n*ggas, I met them. N*ggas I was a fan of when I was buying their CDs, I'm not a fan of they music no more. This business is WWF fam and if you don't comply, they try to destroy you...I never talk sh*t, I came to this game, just wanted to smoke my weed and motherf*ckers just wanna destroy me, I don't give a f*ck. Kid Cudi must feel like the world is against right about now. After just recently being kicked off of Lady Gaga's 'Monster Ball Tour'. The "Day N Night" rapper was pulled over at gunpoint by the Los Angeles Police Department Monday (December 21). In an apparent case of mistaken identity. Cudi had just wrapped up a photo shoot for NME outside a Joyrich store on Melrose Avenue. As he and his crew left the store in two SUV's and a Jeep the LAPD swarmed in like they were about to take down a Mafia boss. After being pulled over, a total of five police cars blocked the path of the rap star and his entourage. Then made them get out of their vehicles onto their hands and knees where they were handcuffed. The police soon realized their mistake and released them with the explanation that someone had identified them as being involved in a robbery. Kid Cudi seemed to take it all in stride and released a statement via NME : "Who knows, really, the story changed a bunch," he said. "I'm just happy to be back. I'm a free man! For that moment I was not free. I was in handcuffs. It did not feel very comfortable. We're in LA, it's a rowdy place in the United States, you know? And a lot of shit goes down. And these cops have to use force. So it's, like, I understand that they were doing their job. I just wish we weren't in that place at that time." I think Cudi must have been in shock and just relieved he didn't get shot because what happened would have outraged most people. The LAPD doesn't have the best reputation when it comes to dealing with people of color. Here's hoping Kid Cudi has a much better 2010 with much success. Follow Me @Twitter.com/ChasinMoPaper

Rolling Stone Reports f it seems like Dr. Dre has spent more time promoting his signature Beats By Dre headphones than finishing up his long-awaited Detox, he has a good reason for it: according to the legendary West Coast producer and his label boss, Interscope, Geffen and A&M chairman Jimmy Iovine, they’re hard at work on a noble crusade — saving the music industry from digital sound. “There’s two things happening at once, it’s very important that we fix digital sound,” Iovine tells Rolling Stone of the state of the record biz. “Digital sound is damaging music, it’s damaging the artists. It’s so degrading. We’re the first industry to ever downgrade the quality of our product. It’s crazy. You go from a master [recording] to a CD quality, which is somewhat downgrading in the first place. Then you go to a computer where these gigantic companies spend 50 cents on the sound [for each unit]. Then you rip it onto an MP3. It’s like taking the Beatles remasters and playing them through a portable television. The Death of High Fidelity: read more about the sound wars. Sitting in a small make-shift greenroom inside a New York City retail space last week, Dre and Iovine chatted about the launch of Club Beats, an in-store technology hub created in partnership between Beats By Dre, Monster and Best Buy. Ever since the early 2000s, physical album sales have been on the decline. And digital sales haven’t exactly made the pie whole again for labels when it comes to the revenue that was once generated from selling CDs. So in the “360″ era, where music moguls are looking to partner with artists on a variety of things, from publishing to touring to merchandise, you can see why Iovine is eager to push Dr. Dre-endorsed headphones and laptops.

If technology companies aren’t going to invest much into developing better speakers for the computers they sell, who better to get into that market then music-industry execs? Iovine cites Robert Stigwood’s RSO Records as an example of a record label that operated more like a “music company,” where investments and operations ranged beyond releasing music and included everything from management deals to backing Broadway plays. “It’s called a record company, but what it really is [though] is a music company,” Iovine explains. “And it should do whatever the people at that music company feels is the direction that they should go in. Where they feel emotion, where they feel passion. A music company should do whatever the person feels, that’s why the more entrepreneurial people that get into music and start pushing the boundaries of it, is what a music company should feel like. “The health [of the overall industry] will automatically come,” he adds, as a result. So far Beats By Dre seems like a stunning success story. (Although company sales numbers are not available.) In addition to the signature headphones (cross marketed in a number of music videos by Interscope artists), a laptop partnership with HP has been birthed and the Beats By Dre banner also has released a line of earbuds endorsed by Lady Gaga.

Next up, Black Eyed Peas’ Will.i.am will develop a DJ-based item through Beats By Dre, according to Iovine. Diddy and David Guetta are expected to get on board, too, with projects that will undoubtedly be showcased prominently at Club Beats. To understand how important these ventures are now in an era where Jay-Z, Madonna, and Shakira are signing multimillion-dollar deals with a touring company and forgoing the record company route, just listen to the joke Iovine cracked during the preceding press conference, to little laughter. “For those who are fans of Dr. Dre, these headphones weren’t coming out until they sounded perfect,” he tells the crowd. “Or else we would have had Detox five years ago.” Dre, a notorious perfectionist, at this point in his career now has something new to be transfixed on in the studio besides mixing records. “I just want people to hear the music the way it’s suppose to sound, the way we meant for them to hear it, ” he said of the audio equipment. “You sit in the studio all this time and make the music, tweak it, try to get it perfect. They should be able to hear it that way.

CNN Reports Baghdad, Iraq (CNN) -- At least 132 people were killed and 520 wounded in twin suicide car bombings in central Baghdad Sunday, officials said -- the deadliest attack on civilians in Iraq this year. Two car bombs detonated in quick succession near Iraqi government buildings about 10:30 a.m. Sunday, as the Iraqi work week began, an Interior Ministry official said. Among the wounded were three American security contractors, the U.S. Embassy told CNN. The embassy would not give any more details. One of the bombs exploded outside Baghdad's governorate building. The second was outside the Justice Ministry, about 500 meters (1,600 feet) away. The Ministry of Municipalities and Public Works, which is about 50 meters from the Justice Ministry, also sustained severe damage. Plumes of smoke billowed from the sites of the attacks as victims fled, some with blood streaming down their faces. The streets were strewn with debris, including charred cars and chunks of concrete from damaged buildings. Some government buildings and others in the area were heavily damaged. Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki surveyed the carnage shortly after the explosions. "The cowardly attack that took place today should not affect the determination of the Iraqi people from continuing their battle against the deposed regime and the gangs of criminal Baath party and the terrorist al Qaeda organization, who have committed the most heinous crimes against the civilians,'" al-Maliki said in a statement.

President Obama condemned the bombings as "outrageous attacks against the Iraqi people." In a White House statement, Obama called the bombings an attempt to "derail Iraq's progress" and pledged that the United States would be a "close friend and partner" as Iraq prepares for elections in early 2010. According to the statement, Obama spoke Sunday with al-Maliki and Iraqi President Jalal Talabani to express his condolences and reiterate U.S. support. The bombings came a day after the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, Susan Rice, visited the country for the first time, and on the same day Iraqi officials were due to try to break a logjam holding up a new election law. Iraqis are supposed to go to the polls January 16, but parliament still has not passed the legislation, putting the balloting in limbo. The original deadline for parliament to pass the law was October 15, because Iraq's electoral commission says it needs 90 days to organize the process. Iraq's parliament failed Wednesday to reach agreement on a new electoral law, so the issue was supposed go to the Political Council for National Security on Sunday. It is not clear if the bombings will derail the political council's discussions.

Al-Maliki vowed to punish "the enemies of the Iraqi people who want to spread chaos in the country and derail the political process and prevent the parliamentary elections from taking place as planned" in January. He said holding the elections as scheduled would send the strongest response and message to the "enemies of the political process who are supported from the outside." Susan Rice, the ambassador, completed a two-day visit to Iraq on Saturday that included a condolence stop at the Foreign Ministry, where a huge bombing killed more than 100 in August. Security was tightened around Baghdad in the wake of the August 19 attack, which Iraqis dubbed "Bloody Wednesday." Blast walls were erected around the city and more checkpoints were set up. Iraqi journalists grilled officials on TV on Sunday, demanding to know how the new attacks could have taken place given the new security measures. An Iraqi official said the government was working to bolster security, but regional cooperation was needed to help fight suicide bombers. "We are calling on international and U.N. envoys to come and find out why Iraq is being targeted this way," said Ali al-Dabbagh, the Iraqi government spokesman. The spokesman said Iraq's setbacks are mainly caused by a fledgling intelligence that has "not been completed." The European Union condemned "this terrorist attack" and sent its condolences to the families of the victims, the Swedish presidency said in a statement. The Foreign Ministry, near the site of Sunday's blasts, was one of six places attacked on August 19. That day's attacks killed at least 100 people and wounded hundreds more. The area is close to the heavily guarded Green Zone that also houses the U.S. Embassy. The August attacks shook confidence in the abilities of Iraqi security forces who took over securing urban areas from U.S. troops over the summer. The Iraqi government has blamed Syria for harboring former Baath party members, who it said planned the August attacks, and asked for their handover. Relations between the two neighbors were strained after the bombings. Each withdrew its ambassador from the other's country. Security in the capital was tightened after the August bombings, and a decision to normalize the situation in Baghdad by taking down blast walls was reversed and checkpoints increased. Iraqi and U.S. officials have warned of a possible increase in violence ahead of the country's national elections.
