Results are in on the pills found in T.I.'s car when he and his wife Tiny were arrested in L.A. Wednesday. The pills are confirmed to be Ecstacy according to a TMZ report. The couple is due to appear in front of a judge today. While we wait to hear what happened in court, one person who's been in the rapper's corner thinks his arrest could have been the result of racial bias. Andy Young, the former mayor of Atlanta told the Atlanta Constitution Journal he feels T.I. was stopped because he is African American. “There’s another culture in L.A. that I don’t understand,” Young said. “Most people in Los Angeles would wonder why he was stopped … I don’t know why they should have been stopped ... When a black man is stopped and not speeding … you call that driving while black.” Young, who officiated T.I.'s wedding to Tiny has been the rappers' mentor since he was released from prison in March, after serving seven months on weapons charges. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump When things get heated out in the streets these days, seems like the first reaction is for somebody to grab a gun and start blasting. Especially when you're out a a club or bar. People just don't scrap hardly anymore, outside of the occasional video you see here on PaperChaserDotCom. The video you're about to check out is from an incident that happened back in April in Allentown, Pennsylvania. What started as an argument in a parking lot ends in a deadly shooting. Notice not one punch is thrown before the shooter goes to his car to get his pistol. Also peep how everybody except for the bartender gets low to the ground when the gunshots start. I don't know what the hell this woman was thinking, but her reaction time was mad slow. A 25 year old man, Kevin Cobbs Jr lost his life during this senseless act of violence. The person narrating the video is Omar Yildirim, the owner of Philly's Steaks Sports Bar and Grill where the shooting took place. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump VANCOUVER, Wash. — A 28-year-old Vancouver, Wash., woman who had acid thrown in her face has undergone surgery at a Portland hospital. Legacy Emanuel Medical Center spokeswoman Amber Shoebridge said Wednesday night that Bethany Storro's surgery went well and she was resting. Bethany Storro, of Vancouver, Wash., was getting something out of her car in downtown Vancouver when the attack happened Monday evening, her mother Nancy Neuwelt told The Oregonian. Neuwelt said a young woman walked up to her daughter, said: "Hey pretty girl, do you want to drink this?" and tossed a cup of liquid in Storro's face. "I’m a nice girl and I don’t know why this happened," Storro, 28, said Tuesday in her hospital room in the Oregon Burn Center at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, The Columbian newspaper reported. Storro said the pain was the most excruciating she had ever experienced, her mother told The Columbian. "It was burning through her shirt. She took off her shirt and she was trying to wipe her face," Neuwelt said, according to the newspaper. 'Felt like her heart stopped' Storro "kind of remembers walking in circles," Neuwelt added. "She felt like her heart stopped at one point." She collapsed, screaming for help, only to realize she was not being heard. She got back up and stumbled toward a group of people, The Oregonian reported. "Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers," Storro said in a written statement Tuesday, The Oregonian reported. "I appreciate all of the well wishes being sent my way. I do ask, if anyone should know the woman who assaulted me, please contact the Vancouver Police." Neuwelt said her daughter was wearing a pair of sunglasses she had bought shortly before the attack and that may have saved her eyesight. Still, Storro's family said her face will take months to heal. "It's very bizarre, very random and very weird, and we don’t understand it," Neuwelt told The Columbian, speaking by phone from her daughter's bedside. "She’s having a hard time," she added. "It's changed her life now and her emotions are all over the place." Recently moved to city Neuwelt told The Columbian that her daughter had recently moved to Vancouver and was single with no children. "She wanted to make a fresh start and this happened," Neuwelt, a worship leader and administrative assistant at a local church, told the paper. "Bethany is a really great, fun, energetic and adorable girl, and she didn’t deserve this." "I am so disgusted with society right now!" Storro’s brother, Abraham Neuwelt of Seattle, said on his Facebook page, The Columbian reported. "Yesterday my little sister got some form of acid thrown into her face while walking through downtown Vancouver, WA. She is currently in the hospital with severe burns and could face permanent damage. This incident was totally unprovoked and malicious in nature. If you believe in prayer, now is the time to ask for a full recovery and that the assailant be brought to justice!" Vancouver police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said doctors and authorities were trying to determine what kind of substance caused Storro's facial burns. Police said the assailant was described as a black woman between 25 and 35, who wore a green shirt and khaki shorts, The Columbian reported. She had medium-length black hair that was pulled back.

Chris Brown returns to the top of the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for the first time since 2006, as "Deuces" jumps from No. 2 to No. 1 this week. Hitting the top in just its ninth week on the list, it ties for the year's fastest climb to No. 1. In April, Monica's "Everything to Me" also raced to the penthouse in just nine weeks. "Deuces" (featuring Tyga and Kevin McCall ) is Brown's third No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs after his debut single "Run It!" in 2005 and the following year's "Say Goodbye." The latter reigned for six weeks, while "Run It!" spent two frames at the top. Last month, Billboard reported that there was no official word from Jive, Brown's record label, as to when his fourth studio album will be released. The singer has tweeted that his next set may arrive in 2011 or sooner, possibly preceded by a mixtape. Brown's last album, 2009's "Graffiti," has sold 319,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Brown has been on a roll lately. In addition to his first No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs in nearly four years, he's also co-starring in the film "Takers," which was the highest grossing film at the U.S. and Canada box office last weekend (Aug. 27-29). It earned $20.5 million in its opening three days. "Takers" is Brown's first foray into film since the November 2007 holiday release "This Christmas." This week, Brown tweeted a missive to his followers regarding his current successes: "Life has turned around for me. I couldn't be more happier. Thanks to the fans."

Video And Pics After The Jump Detroit hasn't screamed this loud at a baseball park since Kirk Gibson was hitting home runs in the 1984 World Series. Hip-hop history was made as Jay-Z and Eminem co-headlined the Motor City's Comerica Park (home of the D-Town Tigers for the past decade) on Thursday night (September 2), the first of two shows on consecutive nights. While Jay's high-grossing touring schedule helped him to top this year's Forbes' "Hip-Hop Cash King" list, Eminem took a much-needed sabbatical to deal with a myriad of personal issues. Now beyond his darkest hour, Em had one of his brightest moments ever onstage. Not only did he gift his hometown with a seemingly endless string of hits, he pulled off some major surprises. After D12, 50 Cent and the G-Unit — acts that fans likely expected — came out for performances with Em, Slim Shady pulled off a shocker. Dr. Dre came out, first stunning the people then delighting them with smashes. After his name appeared on the Comerica big screen, the man heralded by many as the greatest producer of his time came out to the opening notes of his world-famous "Next Episode." Then the familiar first keys of "Still Dre" were played. "Haters say Dre fell off," the Doc rapped. "How n---a? My last album was The Chronic." After that, the Shady/Aftermath duo took it back to Dre's Chronic days with "Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang." "One, two, three and to the fo," Em rapped in Snoop's cadence. " 'Cause you know we came to rip sh-- up!" Dre spit later. Dr. Dre appeared to be in the best shape of his life. Wearing a T-shirt with the late Proof's face printed on it, Dre looked strong enough to end the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. "Got dammit, Detroit. Do I love you or what?" Eminem asked his fans. "Look what I brought out for you." Em then told Dre he wanted him to feel the love; Detox chants followed. "Deeee-tox. Deeee-tox," they yelled from the bleachers to the bullpen. Dre just smiled and said, "I'm Comin'!" One would-be guest who couldn't attend for obvious reasons was Lil Wayne. But Shady made sure to salute Weezy after "No Love." And the Young Money flag did wave proudly in Detroit as Drake came out for "Forever" and gave a special nod to the Motor City. "In Detroit, faded off the brown," Drake rapped. "Nino!!!!" the crowd responded. "I'm so honored to be here to tonight. This is history in the making. I want y'all to make some noise for the muthaf---in' legend that is Emimem." Em's legend was largely built off his mastery of music and a catalog made for the kind of environment he played on Thursday: stadiums. The Detroit rapper has been making sing-along anthems throughout his career. Not just tracks you rap in the shower or in the car, but big records like "Sing for the Moment," "Stan" and "Cleaning Out My Closet" — tracks practically begging for an audience of tens of thousands holding lighters up. Em proved he still has that rare connection with his fanbase. Grown men took off their shirts and got rock-n-roll rowdy when he rapped. "Got dammit, Detroit, I'm back," Em said early on in the night. "Did you miss me?" It was clear that Em missed his fans as well. He was engaging, lively and energetic on this night. After the "Real Slim Shady" and "Without Me," Em thanked his fans again. "I love you. This song is for you." "Not Afraid" followed. After screams of "encore, encore," Em brought out the Unit, D12 and Detroit legend Trick Trick who had earlier performed on "Lose Yourself." Thursday's Home and Home show kicked off with B.o.B, who came back later for "Airplanes, Pt. 2," and set the tone with a quick set that included "Nothin' on You." The audience was eventually alerted that the Jiggaman was 10 minutes away from showtime. Two clocks filled two oversize screens on the enormous stage while the Beastie Boys' "No Sleep Till Brooklyn" blared from the speakers. When the countdown hit "0," Jay rose from beneath the stage, the lyrically intricate "Dynasty Intro" being played by his band, the Roc Boys. Then a brief snippet of "Lucifer" played before Jay went into his jaw-dropping verse from Rick Ross' "Free Mason." During "D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)," Jay rhymed "this might need a verse from Jeezy." On cue, the Snowman came out for the "Dey Know" remix followed by "Soul Survivor." His mini-set ended with "Put on for My City" and "Lose My Mind." After that though, it was the Jay hit parade — with assistance from Memphis Bleek. The Brooklyn duo rocked with a flurry of big records, including "You Don't Know," "99 Problems" and "(Originator 99)." During "Big Pimpin'," Jay delivered Pimp C's verse in the late UGK legend's cadence. "What y'all know about them Deetroit boys?" Hov asked. A tribute to hip-hop's fallen soldiers ensued, as the audience shouted in unison, "Prrrrrooooooooof!" "I know y'all going through a lot, but Detroit has heart and Detroit will be back," Jay said. Hov and Slim Shady shared but a few minutes of stage time as Jay emerged for "Renegade" during Em's set. The Home and Home Tour continues Friday night (September 3) at Comerica Park and comes to the Bronx, New York, on September 13 and 14 at Yankee Stadium. Ca$his Preps New LP 'Shady Loyalty 1st'

(AllHipHop News) Chicago raised rapper, Ca$his, an artist signed to Eminem’s Shady Records, is coming back with new found outlook on the game.He is planning to drop a new street album called Shady Loyalty 1st before his first official release for Shady.“I finished the Shady street LP and it’s just called Shady Loyalty First. I love the project it’s 12 tracks of undeniable fire,” Ca$his told AllHipHop.com. “Young Buk from Psycho Drama, Mitchy Slick, and production from Rikanatti, Frank Dukes, Young De of Homeland Security. Everyone needs to check for the single. Its like a real Shady Records anthem for 2010 through 2011.”A number of rappers are still on Shady Records after several artists including Stat Quo and Bobby Creekwater were let go, with their masters. While Ca$his is back again working hard on his music, he struggled for a few years going through personal issues.Of his favorite records, a song about his daughter Miana, whose mom passed away is his favorite.“So far one of my favorite records is Miana about my first daughter, her mom died and I went to jail and its like a Ms. Jenkins, but updated and looking back at life and problems that people go through. Its timeless and that separates it from anything. You can never go wrong doing a song being honest about your child,” Ca$his said.Staying focused has been the goal for the rapper, who has been releasing new music or videos every week for the past 8 weeks.“Yea man this is going on 8 weeks of nice stuff for everyone this week," Ca$his said. "My mindset in this music is to just go in and show that I am improving. People may have forgot about me and my whole squad. Like I said, I took a little break to get cleaned up and to get focused. “Ca$his was first showcased in mainstream rap when he was featured on a mixtape by Eminem which later turned into the album, Eminem Presents the Re-Up.Source:AllHipHopFollow EntertainmentBo on Twitter

Video After The Jump By now everybody has probably heard about T.I. and his wife Tiny getting popped in L.A. Now, attention turns to what kind of trouble T.I. might possibly be facing, given the fact that he's already on probation. Tip was just released from prison in March, after serving seven months on felony gun charges. He is currently on three years probation. Tip's Maybach was pulled over after he made an illegal U-Turn on Sunset BLVD. After smelling weed, the vehicle was searched. Nicole Nishida, a spokeswoman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department says the search turned up pills "resembling Ecstacy." She added that, “The pills are being tested as we speak." There were other passengers in the car who were not charged with any crime according to MTV. G-Unit General, 50 Cent tweeted some advice for Tip.

Fif might have been joking, but it's a thought that has crossed a lot of people's minds today. Because T.I. could face a serious stretch if found to be in violation of his probation. After getting home from what had to be an exhausting night, Tiny tweeted that the couple were going to try to get some rest.

T.I. and Tiny are due back in court on Friday.
