Suzanne Baum claims a pair of shorts ordered online not only came apparently used, but with a giant skid mark on them as well ... and now she's demanding answers from the seller.
Baum, a news personality and lifestyle editor, says her 21-year-old ordered a pair of shorts from online fashion hub ASOS ... but when opening the plastic wrap around the clothing, there was a foul odor of crap.
Suzanne says to her horror, and in a pic she posted, there wan't just a smell of poop -- but an apparent stain as well -- she says the whole thing left her fam, "utterly gobsmacked/retching/in shock!"
What's more, Baum says she tried for days to get in touch with someone over at the company, but has only gotten automated messages.
She felt the best way to get the company's attention was through posting on Instagram ... and the pic is now going viral.
ASOS has not yet publicly commented on the alleged stain.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A retired New York Police Department officer was sentenced on Thursday to a record-setting 10 years in prison for attacking the U.S. Capitol & using a metal flagpole to assault 1 of the police officers trying to hold off a mob of Donald Trump supporters.
Thomas Webster’s prison sentence is the longest so far among roughly 250 people who have been punished for their conduct during the riot on Jan. 6, 2021. The previous longest was shared by 2 other rioters, who were sentenced separately to 7 years & 3 months in prison.
Webster, a 20-year NYPD veteran, was the first Capitol riot defendant to be tried on an assault charge & the first to present a self-defense argument. A jury rejected Webster’s claim that he was defending himself when he tackled Metropolitan Police Department officer Noah Rathbun & grabbed his gas mask outside the Capitol on Jan. 6.
U.S. District Judge Amit Mehta sentenced Webster, 56, to 10 years in prison plus three years of supervised release. He allowed Webster to report to prison at a date to be determined instead of immediately ordering him into custody.
“Mr. Webster, I don’t think you’re a bad person,” the judge said. “I think you were caught up in a moment. But as you know, even getting caught up in a moment has consequences.”
“The other victim was democracy, and that is not something that can be taken lightly,” Mehta added.

A woman & her younger brother have accused comedians Tiffany Haddish & Aries Spears in a new lawsuit of grooming them when they were children & coercing them into filming sexually explicit skits.
The lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday by siblings identified only as Jane Doe, now 22, & John Doe, now 14. Jane, who is John's legal guardian, is the plaintiff in the lawsuit both individually & on her young brother's behalf.
The lawsuit alleges that Haddish and Spears coerced the siblings when they were children to take part in sexually explicit skits in separate incidents, which they say "stole the youth of a 7-year-old child & a 14-year-old child."
Attorneys for Haddish & Spears, however, have dismissed the lawsuit as a shakedown.
Andrew Brettler, an attorney for Haddish, said the plaintiff’s mother had “been trying to assert these bogus claims against Ms. Haddish for several years.”
The siblings knew Haddish & Spears as children because their mother shared a close relationship with Haddish.
In 2013, Haddish appeared as a guest speaker at a summer camp Jane, then 14, attended, the lawsuit said. During the visit, Haddish allegedly told Jane that she had the “perfect role” for her.
Neither Jane nor her mother were aware of what the shoot would entail, the lawsuit alleged, adding: “Only Spears & Haddish knew the storyline for the skit."
The skit ended up involving Haddish teaching Jane how to mimic fellatio, however, the lawsuit alleged.

CNN— Police in Columbus, Ohio, have released body camera video that shows a police officer fatally shooting an unarmed Black man in his bed.
Donovan Lewis, 20, died Tuesday after being shot by Columbus Police Officer Ricky Anderson, a 30-year veteran.
Rex Elliott, an attorney for Lewis’ family, said at a news conference Thursday morning that there was no justification for the officer to discharge his weapon.
“Donovan was unarmed & he was abiding by police commands to come out of his room when he was shot in cold blood by Officer Anderson,” he said.
The shooting is under investigation by the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation & Anderson is currently on leave.
The shooting happened around 2 a.m. Tuesday at an apartment building where uniformed officers were serving a felony warrant for domestic violence & assault & improper handling of a firearm, A news release by police indicated the male who was shot, later identified as Lewis, as the person sought in the felony warrant.
Officers enter the apartment & warn they are going to send a K9 in.
An officer is seen opening the bedroom door, where a man is seen on a bed.
Bodycam video shows Anderson firing a single shot at Lewis, moments after opening the door.
Police say it appeared Lewis was holding “something” in his hand.
A vape pen was later found next to Lewis on the bed.

Although the rapper DMX has been dead for over a year, nobody told actress Stacey Dash who shared her reaction to the news in a teary TikTok video.
He died of a cocaine-induced heart attack in April 2021, which led Dash to share details of her own sobriety. While Dash posted her raw, heartfelt reaction in the video, social media has reacted with everything ranging from sympathy to mockery. Many online used the same "Clueless" pun to discuss Dash's lack of awareness.
"Okay y'all. I'm ashamed I didn't know. I didn't know DMX died, I didn't know, from a cocaine overdose," Dash said through tears in her video uploaded to TikTok on Wednesday evening.
"I am today six years and one month clean." Dash recorded the message, filming herself seemingly from bed. "It breaks my heart. Breaks my heart that he lost to it. He lost. He lost to that demon of addiction. Please, please don't lose."

POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WESH2) — Over the weekend, a man in Polk County allegedly shot & killed another man while celebrating his own birthday.
Following the Aug. 27 early morning shooting, Thomas Jackson, 35, of Loughman, was arrested.
According to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, at around 2:30 am on Saturday, deputies were called to a shooting on Meadow Green Drive in unincorporated Davenport.
Jackson was reportedly drinking while having a birthday party with his girlfriend & another couple, according to deputies. The man escorted him outside to defuse their argument when he & his girlfriend got into it.
The 2 women then observed Jackson standing over the victim's body & a firearm on the ground after hearing several gunshots. While the other approached Jackson, the first 1 raced to aid the victim.
Although Jackson allegedly told the detectives that the victim "came at him," neither Jackson nor the victim had any visible injuries that would indicate a scuffle had taken place.
“Jackson had a post incident wallet card which instructed him what to tell law enforcement. If he thought he could murder someone & use this as get out of jail free card, he was sadly mistaken,” said Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd.
Jackson allegedly had a history of displaying firearms during altercations & had been in a fight the day before. In addition to being accused of fighting & aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, he has also been charged with probation violation, endangering a child while impaired & intentionally damaging a monument.
Jackson was arrested & charged with second-degree murder with a weapon.
