No wonder Montana Fishburne looks so comfortable in her new sex tapes. Turns out Laurence's daughter has been working on street corners selling a** since at least last year.

According to a report on E! News, the 19 year old was arrested last year for prostitution and avoided jail time by going into a work-alternative program.

Much has been made about Montana's foray into porn. The initial shock came from the idea that someone like actor Laurence Fishburne's daughter couldn't possibly put out a sex tape, but it appears now that selling sex has been her profession of choice all along.

The report states that on March 19 of last year, Montana was caught on a h** stroll in Hollywood by police. She was charged with solicitation and loitering in a public area for the purpose of prostitution.

Her original sentence was two years probation and 15 days in jail, but the judge allowed her to do community service work instead.

Well, she might as well be the best porn star she can be now that all of this information is coming out. She should start by getting those ghastly pimple scars removed from her butt cheeks, I'm just saying.

Chippy D might want to look into a Mixed Martial Arts career if this porn star thing doesn't go as planned.

TMZ is reporting that Montana Fishburne was charged with assault in February after beating the hell out of her boyfriend's ex girlfriend.

According to the report, Fishburne barged into the victim's home, forced her into the bathroom and boxed that head tough causing "significant injuries".

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is charging Montana with battery, false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.

To make matters worse, Chippy is already on probation after a November 2009 arrest for prostitution. If found guilty of these new charges, she might face jail time.

Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who also represents Lindsay Lohan has entered a plea of not guilty for her client. The case is currently pending.

Fishburne's boyfriend/pimp, Jerome Greene aka J-Pipes was also charged and plead guilty to domestic abuse charges.

Laurence Fishburne must be dealing with a lot of pain and embarrassment right now because of his daughter's decision to do porn. At the very least he now knows he has a good inner circle of people around him.

According to a report on TMZ, Fishburne's friends and family tried in vain to stop at least one of his daughter's sex tapes from ever seeing the light of day.

According to the report, the group offered Vivid Entertainment $1 million dollars to halt their release of Montana Fishburne aka "Chippy D's" new tape.

Vivid's Steve Hirsch confirmed he was contacted by lawyer Yale Galanter on behalf of the group, but the dvds had already been shipped out.

"It's true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved," Hirsch said.

No word on if the group also tried to stop Montana's 2nd tape which is being released by porn star, Brian Pumper.

KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla. - A picture of a Keystone Heights baby appearing to smoke a bong has caught the attention of the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Channel 4 was sent the photo and an image of the picture and comments about it taken from an unidentified Web site. It is not known how widely it was circulated.

The child-protection agency has launched an investigation on the 11-month-old baby's parents.

"We are alarmed that any parent would take pictures of their child next to what is obviously drug paraphernalia," said DCF spokesman John Harrell.

The 19-year-old mother talked to Channel 4 via Facebook. She said the pictures were a joke.

The message read, "If u look at the picture u can see that there is no bowl in the TABACCO (sic) pipe. And i took a pic to show one (expletive) person and it was a mistake. I would never ever ever let him get high."

DCF investigators said they have already been to the home twice.

"We would never leave a child in a home where there are concerns about whether or not the child is safe," Harrell said.

The mother told Channel 4 she has a drug evaluation Friday and the boy will be checked by a pediatrician. DCF said she could face serious charges if drugs were used by or around the baby.

In another message, the mother said she would never do anything to harm her child.

It read, "Do you realize how serious this is? i can go to jail and he can be taken away from me. WHY would you do something so (expletive) stupid? i know what i did was stupid but i would NEVER put by baby in harm. im (sic) so nice to everyone idk (I don't know) why you would do this to me."

No one has been charged.

Tupac Shakur's legacy still looms large in music more than 13 years after his untimely death. You can suss out 'Pac's swagger in everyone from DMX to Ja Rule; Kanye West continues Shakur's tradition of being outspoken; and rappers still turn to his back catalog for insightful verses to graft into hip-hop hits.

Part of the reason Shakur's presence is still felt is because the controversial icon left behind a hefty amount of music, including a formidable collection of unreleased recordings. 'Pac might have been on top of the music world when he died, but his close friend and Naughty by Nature MC Treach said Shakur's work ethic was fueled by his belief that his demise was imminent.

"We spoke many a time, and he was like, 'I don't see myself growing old,' " Treach told MTV News' Sway on Tuesday, the day before what would have been Shakur's 39th birthday.

Treach, who came up with 'Pac when the two were roadies for Queen Latifah and Digital Underground, respectively, said that despite his homie's affable manner and upbeat energy, 'Pac worked as if he had no time to waste. "You gotta listen to songs like 'If I Die 2Nite' and 'I Wonder if Heaven Got a Ghetto.' When he was in that mode, in that zone, you gotta be like, 'What's going on? You a'ight?'

" 'Pac couldn't sit down for five minutes," Treach continued. "He was always going, 'Yeah, everything good, good, good.' When you listen to him and you see his demeanor, he was more or less, like, on watch. He had a deadline. He was working at a pace, like, 'Where you going? You going on vacation? You going to jail? You doing sh-- like you tryna finish everything right now and cover stuff.' You couldn't find him half the time; he was gone. He had a plan."

Treach believes 'Pac's plan extended beyond just making thought-provoking music; the Jersey rapper said Shakur wanted to realize tangible change among his fans who were living the thug life.

"Ultimately, he wanted to get the thugs all behind him — his thug nation, his thug life — and take them to the next level ... unified, building up the community, reinvesting in the community, in the people."

Treach said he wanted to use music to get the attention of the streets but then eventually make life easier on the streets. "[He wanted to bring] them in thinking it's a gangsta party, but it's like ... it's a militant, protect-our-own party. He was truly like a baby Panther. He was like, 'Yo, we gotta do something to reinforce that we gonna protect ourselves.' "

Even though 'Pac built his career on a brash, thug persona, Treach said there was way more to the star than his hard-core adherence to the 'hood.

" 'Pac was a clown. Everybody think he just like gangsta, thug-life 'Pac. He'll have a whole party just around him crackin' up," Treach said. "We almost got threw out a couple hotels. I'm talking full-floor water fights."

Treach said he found it hilarious to see the former Digital Underground associate "runnin' around with a Humpty nose."

"He was an actor, he was a musician ... anything you could put, if he wanted to do it, he could do that. But he was a fool too," Treach said. "He did it well being a fool too. You don't want to be around nobody that's mean muggin' all day and got an attitude and hatin'. 'Pac wasn't nothing like that. 'Pac would have you just wanting to be around because you know you gonna have a ball around him and split some seams just having a good time."

His fiery flow, revolutionary rhetoric and undeniable artistry are some of the things that have endeared 'Pac to millions of fans around the world. Yet Treach adds that his appeal as a person was very basic: "He had a glow to him. He had something you wanted to be around."

I always thought bullfighters were a little bit nuts, but they know exactly what they are getting into when they enter the ring.

For matador Christian Hernandez the sight of a 1000 pound bull charging after him was enough to make him lose his manhood, run out of the ring and hop over a wall drawing boos from the fans.

Matadors are required to sign contracts before entering the ring. They must read something like this "kill or be killed ______X sign here."

So after running out of the ring at Plaza Mexico, Hernandez ran right into a pair of handcuffs according to CBS News.

He was released after posting a fine.

Hernandez was gored by a bull several months ago. Sunday marked his return to the ring and he won't be back. He plans to retire.

"There are some things you must be aware of about yourself," the 22-year-old Mexican matador said in a television interview. "I didn't have the ability, I didn't have the balls, this is not my thing."

Chicago Sun Times Reports Officers responding to a report of hysterical screams found an 8-year-old girl partially clothed and four boys, barely in their teens, running from an empty shed. The boys, ages 9 to 14, face charges ranging from sexual assault to kidnapping, police said Thursday. Authorities in Phoenix say it's one of the most horrific cases they've ever seen. Investigators said the boys lured the girl to an empty shed on July 16 under the pretense of offering her gum. The boys then held the girl down while they took turns raping her, police said. "She was brutally sexually assaulted for a period of about 10 to 15 minutes," police Sgt. Andy Hill said. The 14-year-old boy was charged Wednesday as an adult with two counts of sexual assault and kidnapping, the Maricopa County Attorney's Office said. He appeared in court Thursday and was being held without bond. He does not yet have a defense lawyer. The other boys -- ages 9, 10, and 13 -- were charged as juveniles with sexual assault. The 10- and 13-year-old boys also were charged with kidnapping, the office said Thursday. "This is a deeply disturbing case that has gripped our community," Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas said. "Our office will seek justice for the young victim in this heartrending situation." The outrage over the allegations has intensified when police said the girl's parents criticized her after the attack and blamed her for bringing shame on the family. "The father told the case worker and an officer in her presence that he didn't want her back. He said 'Take her, I don't want her,"' Hill said. Hill cited the family's background as the reason the family shunned the girl. All five children are refugees from the West African nation of Liberia. In some parts of Africa, women often are blamed for being raped for enticing men or simply being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Girls who are raped often are shunned by their families. "It's a shame-based culture, so the crime is not as important as protecting the family name and the name of the community," said Tony Weedor, a Liberian refugee in Littleton, Colo., and co-founder of the CenterPoint International Foundation, which helps Liberians resettle in the United States. "I just feel so sorry for this little girl," he said. "Some of these people will not care about the trauma she's going through -- they're more concerned about the shame she brought on the family." In recent years, Liberia has made efforts to combat rape under the leadership of President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, who has sought to dispel the stigma associated with sexual assault by publicly acknowledging that she was herself the victim of attempted rape during the country's civil war. The girl's healing process will be particularly difficult, said Paul Penzone of Childhelp, which aids young victims of crime. Authorities said the victim was in the care of Child Protective Services. "These four boys used what was a ploy to entice her to a place where they could take advantage of her almost like a pack of wolves," he said. "And what's so disturbing beyond the initial crime is the fact that a child needs to have somewhere to feel safe, and you would think that would be in a home with her own family," not in state custody, Penzone said.

Former Roc-A-Fella/Def Jam artist Tru Life turned himself in to authorities last night (June 23) to face a charge of 1st degree murder, according to reports. The charge is possibly tied to a brutal stabbing incident last week that left one man seriously injured, and an 18-year old teen dead. As reported by AllHipHop.com, police were initially investigating Tru Life’s brother for a retaliation attack in the non-fatal shooting of Michael Slater. The individual, whom police suspect is a drug dealer, was shot in the stomach outside of club Pacha. Several hours after the crime, police claim five gang members ambushed 30 year old Jason Black and the teen at a Manhattan apartment complex. Both men were stabbed repeatedly in the chest and face. Black survived the assault, while the unidentified teen succumbed to his wounds. At the time, police theorized that the back and forth violence was the result of a feud between Jason Black and Tru Life’s brother. 1st degree murder carries a maximum sentence of life in prison under New York law. If an official or witness is not the victim, the distinction can also be decreed for murders involving multiple parties or tortuous killings. Tru Life’s last music effort, “Wet ‘em Up,” was heard as a selection on the soundtrack to Grand Theft Auto IV. At press time, Tru Life could not be reached for comment. Source : ALLHIPHOP

(CNN) -- A 3-year-old boy who was taken at gunpoint from his California home nearly two weeks ago has been found, authorities said Saturday. Briant Rodriguez, 3, was taken during a home invasion on May 3 in San Bernardino, California, police say. 1 of 2 Briant Rodriguez was found wandering the streets of Mexicali, Mexico, by a police officer late Thursday, said San Bernardino County Sheriff Rod Hoops. After clearing paperwork with Mexican officials, California authorities reunited the boy with his mother Saturday in the border town of Calexico, Hoops said. "We're very happy that he's alive," Hoops said. "A 3-year-old goes missing in this country for two weeks -- sometimes it has an unhappy ending. "This one did not." Watch portion of sheriff's news conference » The boy had been missing since May 3, when two men armed with handguns burst into his family's home and tied him up -- along with his mother and four siblings. The men ransacked the home before leaving with Briant, a small amount of cash and some personal property, San Bernardino sheriff's spokeswoman Cindy Beavers said. Authorities had not caught the suspects as of Saturday evening. Hoops said authorities have information about at least two suspects -- who were captured on video at a home-improvement store near the Rodriguez home buying tape like the kind that was used to bind the family. He said the names of the suspects, and what authorities believe was a motive, are not being released because they could jeopardize the investigation. He also declined to say what relationship the suspects may have had with the family or whether the kidnapping is linked with drug crime that has run rampant in Mexican border towns in recent months. Members of drug cartels in the border region have been known to use kidnapping as a means of quick cash. "If you take a look at the case, I'll let you do your own homework on it," Hoops told reporters. Authorities from San Bernardino flew to Mexico late Friday to get Briant. Hoops said he appears to be in good health. His hair, which is shoulder-length in photographs that authorities had released, had apparently been shaved, Hoops said. Hoops said Briant's mother is "a Mexican citizen living here in the United States," but that he is unsure of her immigration status. He said Briant was born in the United States. Sgt. Doug Hubbard, who was in Calexico when Briant and his mother were reunited, called the meeting emotional. "Tears even came to Briant's eyes," he said. "It was a beautiful thing.
