Description: The eccentricity and versatility of On Sum Bull Sh%t's (OSB) music places them just outside the generalized box of Trap musicians on the West Coast and Southern rap scene. OSB’s blend of gritty Southern soul, fluid raps, and low-slung funk, makes them the dynamic duo of the new Los Angeles party rap sound. The group has been compared to Outkast, in reference to their bold and innovative direction, more focus on positivity, melody, thicker arrangements, and intricate lyrics, with their slight touch of aggression.
The group's members D5 (Darral Scott) and Smokeone (Jordan Gendron), grew up in the notorious Crenshaw area of South Central Los Angeles; and both attended Crenshaw high school, along with several other schools known for their rough neighborhoods, drugs, and gangs.
They formed OSBsh%t officially in 2018, after releasing several solo projects, the group decided under Uneek Music to become OSB. After being discovered and signed to Uneek Music, OSB is preparing the release of their first radio single,"EveryBody Baby Momma", produced by Scorp Dezel for Future Music Group.

The KonQuestNow Kamp is one of the hardest working most unique units of artists to ever come out of the underground. Their work ethic and original sound and style has quickly set them apart from the rest, underground to main stream, and paved their own lane. And this latest release from this super squad of talent over shoots the bar KonQuest has set in the past.
Wreck The Rebel and Verseborn, of KonQuestNow, have already shown that their diversity and versatility is strongly unmatched both past and present. They bring tomorrows sound with their lyrical wordplay while still holding tight to every essence of form that makes HipHop what it is. The two are walking talking thesauruses of rhyme scheme capabilities. Super heroes of sorts in an industry filled with do overs, copy cats and substance-less verses.
With their new single release "No Ones Perfect" or NOP, the KonQuest heavy hitters team up with STP and J. Morgan....and lyrically it is hard to tell one from the next. Each artist holds their own and delivers a first person monologue of testimony. Detailing a life of glorious failure and life changing success, they focus on the fact that we all must learn through trial and tribulation. No One is perfect. We must all expect to fail when pursuing a driven goal. After all, with out ever failing...how would we know when we succeed?
The power of self understanding is thick in the energy of No Ones Perfect. The lyrics alone could hold a listeners attention accapella,...but what would a hot hip hop track be with out the beat? No Ones Perfect is an amazing produced composition created by the multi-talented Wreck The Rebel. He placed some of the strangest sounds and loops together to make one of the most perfectly designed instrumentals I've heard in quite some time. The overall style and format fit the delivery and mindset of each artist individually with out ever changing tempo or style.
All in all this is one of the most powerful tracks released this year. Everything about it screams masterpiece. We cannot praise KonQuest enough for this single. And any real hip hop consumer needs to add this one to their playlist. Keep your ears open for these emcees...because they are on a quick rise to victory...and their KonQuest is Now.
This music video for "All Get Right" from Nipsey Hussle featuring J Stone was originally supposed to be released when Neighborhood Nip's "Crenshaw" mixtape dropped back in 2013, but the editor got locked up and was unable to finish it until now.
3 very artistic men and a woman full of power and presence, from New York City's Lower East Side, are a huge part of the formula for Rock and Soul band, Quantum Split. And what you hear and experience from their sound is like nothing you have seen or heard before. If this writer HAD TO choose where to put this band, just by what has been heard, They would be sharing the stage with the late and great Jimi Hendrix.
Made up of lead singer and guitarist Soleil Laurent, lead guitarist Adrian Read, drummer Anthony Anderson and bass guitarist Ivan Hardy, Quantum Split has perfectly named their creation of sound as "Rock and Soul". Combines live instruments and powerful lyrics about the "real" world today, they rock hard with a lot of soul invested. The debut video for "America" is game changing. Starting of soft and mellow, one who is new to this group may think they are about to hear more of a pop, or soft rock genre band. But as the song adds instruments and vocals, Soleil quickly begins to build us up for an astounding break down and chorus, you know you are about to be introduced to a whole new style of music.
The song and video tells and shows a very simple and yet still often overlooked point of fact. No matter your ethnicity, skin color, gender or religious beliefs. If you are a citizen of this country..."We are American...So what you gonna do?" They take full advantage of a hard rocking feel good bridge.....And the interesting song "America" only gets better through its display of image and art.
The video shows us the strengths and unity of races and religions....and still fits in the struggles, anger, confusion and fear many face in such a divided society. A switching of places at times while illustrating quick almost subliminal messages fed to your eyes and brain. A song and video that makes you enjoy yourself, while still causing you to think, sometimes even question where and how can you make a difference. Because no matter what they look like or where they come from, We are Americans. We are humans. We are all brothers and sister. Your struggle is mine. My strength is yours...and if we united, what could those behind the scenes of confusion and illusion do?
With beautiful energy, entertaining angles and strategically placed shots of fill in footage, Quantum Split and director Cortez McKay create a stunning cinematic presentation of music's vibe, caught on film. Check Out Quantum Split's new Video "America" Today. You will not be disappointed.
