The victims from one of Tekashi 6ix9ine's crimes are going after him in court ... demanding he pay up for what they suffered when Tekashi and co. robbed them.
Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier just filed suit against the rapper, claiming he was part of the criminal conspiracy set in motion in April 2018 that led to them getting bum-rushed and robbed at gunpoint in NYC -- something Tekashi himself testified and pled guilty to in federal court.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Wonzer and Dozier say they lost a bundle during the robbery -- including shoes, master recordings, hard drives, precious jewelry, a camera and cash, among other items. They say the whole thing was a case of mistaken identity -- Tekashi and co. allegedly thought they were affiliated with Rap-A-Lot Records, but they say they weren't.
In the suit, filed by powerhouse attorney Joe Tacopina, they say although Tekashi didn't do the robbing himself ... he did film the whole thing from an SUV outside, while his cohorts in the Nine Trey Bloods did the dirty work. In any case, Wonzer and Dozier now want him to pay for the assault, battery and emotional distress they say they suffered.
The defendants say that because Tekashi copped to this crime in court already, his civil liability for the damages is beyond question.
We'd already spoken to Wonzer -- who also goes by Skyy Daniels -- after Tekashi testified against 2 Nine Trey members, and she didn't think his 2-year prison sentence was fair.
Skyy also told us flatly she wanted to see him pay for what he'd done to her. Tacopina, tells TMZ ... "If Tekashi69 thought his legal problems were over after pleading guilty to brutally assaulting my clients, he was woefully mistaken."
He adds, "We do know this now -- if he refuses to redress the injuries he caused my clients, he’ll sincerely regret that decision."
Tekashi's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ, "We will defend this lawsuit vigorously."

The EDS crew and Game kick off the interview discussing his upcoming album ‘Born 2 Rap,’ and the expectations he has for his last studio album. Game also reveals why he’s planning to hang it up after his next solo effort and explains his decision for launching Prolific Records in honor of the late Nipsey Hussle. Game then addresses the backlash he’s received since announcing his label and denies that he’s trying to use Nipsey’s likeliness in order to push his latest ventures. Further into the interview, Game talks about his days under 50 Cent and the G-Unit imprint and reveals that he’s open to doing a reunion tour with his former crew under the right circumstances. Later in the show, Game talks about his fallout with Dr. Dre and how they were able to reunite and reveals the benefits of being independent in comparison to being signed. Report via TMZ -- The thought of Tekashi 6ix9ine doing music once he's free has rapper Blueface issuing not-so-veiled threats and appraising the snitch's street cred ... as worthless.
We got Blueface out at LAX Thursday and got his take on Tekashi landing a multi-million dollar deal while he's still behind bars. Blueface didn't waste time leveling a threat against Tekashi ... suggesting he'd unleash his muscle on the snitch if they ever see him in Tinseltown.
It's no surprise Blueface isn't showing any love for Tekashi69 -- Blueface reps the School Yard Crips and 6ix9ine was deeply involved with the Nine Trey Blood gang. Those ties were shredded when Tekashi snitched big time for a chance to get his possible 47-year sentence reduced.
Blueface makes it clear ... when he gets out, Tekashi's persona non grata in L.A.
As for Tekashi's new record deal worth more than $10 million with 10K Projects -- Blueface thinks the label only came on board because of the attention surrounding Tekashi. He believes most fans have already jumped ship ... except the "little white kids."

Report via TMZ -- 50 Cent is producing a new docuseries covering a wide range of celebs ... and the most interesting story on the docket is the rise and fall of Tekashi 6ix9ine.
Production sources tell TMZ ... Fiddy's scripted series will focus on Tekashi, Snoop Dogg, music producer Scott Storch, former NBA stud Rafer Alston and 50 himself.
The docuseries is called "A Moment in Time" ... and it will have 6 to 8 hour-long episodes dedicated to each subject.
Our sources say 50 is framing Tekashi's story around his brief but controversial rap career. As you know, 69 rose to fame by incorporating the Nine Trey Bloods gang into his music, only to be busted by the feds and turn into a snitch.
As we reported ... there were rumblings about 50 snagging movie rights for Tekashi ... and now we know a documentary is in the works.
Our sources say Snoop Dogg's episodes will focus on his murder trial, which happened at the same time he had the highest-selling hip-hop album in the country, "Doggystyle."
Rafer's tale is about his journey from streetball legend to the 2009 NBA Finals with the Orlando Magic. Storch's story highlights his dynamic career as one of music's most high-profile producers.
And, the 50 Cent-focused eps include the making of his album, "The Massacre," and his beef with Jimmy Henchman.

Report via TMZ -- Tekashi 6ix9ine plans to do something very un-snitch-like -- after all the snitching he just did -- and that's to reject the witness protection program as soon as he's a free man again.
The federal trial that saw the rapper sing like a canary for 3 days wraps up Thursday as prosecutors and defense attorneys give closing arguments. Tekashi pointed fingers and named names of his old gang members (and other celebs too), but sources close to him tell us he will forgo any participation in witness protection -- and will instead opt for a life of fame.
That might sound like a death wish, considering how many people he rolled over on during his testimony -- but we're told Tekashi's still itching to make new music, and believes he can pick up where he left off.
Tekashi realizes the Nine Trey Bloods could be gunning for him, and possibly others who are pissed he turned rat for the feds -- but we're told his safety plan is simply round-the-clock security. It's, essentially, the hide-in-plain-sight approach.
As for how he'll foot the bill for 24/7 bodyguards -- we're told Tekashi still has some cash left from before his arrest ... plus, he's planning on his music career taking off again, once he's out.
It won't be cheap. As we reported, Tekashi also has family members who fear for their lives -- so expenses could add up fast if he's protecting them too. We reached out to his attorney, Dawn Florio ... but she had no comment.
Tekashi testified he believes he'll be out as early as next year, which would mean the feds cut him one helluva deal. He was facing a minimum sentence of 47 years before agreeing to fully cooperate with prosecutors.
Bottom line, Tekashi isn't following in the footsteps of famed mafia snitch, Henry Hill, who survived under witness protection for just under a decade.
Apologies to Sinatra, but 6ix9ine's gonna do it his way.
