The 911 call placed by Chad Johnson's neighbor after his domestic incident with his wife Evelyn Lozada has been released.

On the call the neighbor calmly tells the dispatcher that he has somebody there that was in a domestic dispute with their husband and that the police probably need to be sent out. The neighbor says the incident involved a "high profile person." He requests the police not to make a big scene when they come. He also adds that Lozada will probably need stitches for the cut to her forehead.

At this point it isn't clear who initiated the headbutt that caused the three-inch laceration to Lozada's forehead. Both Johnson and Lozada are blaming each other.

Lozada issued her first public statement today through her publicist regarding the incident. She says Johnson needs help.

"It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday.

"I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me, it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I'm grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time."

**UPDATE**

TMZ is reporting that Evelyn Lozada is filing for divorce from Chad Johnson putting an end to their marriage of six weeks.

Lozada filed legal docs moments ago in Florida, claiming her marriage is "irretrievably broken." The couple had a prenup according to the report.

Johnson is now headed for divorce court and out of two jobs after being released by the Miami Dolphins and having his VH1 reality show cancelled.

The fight that led to all of this drama was reportedly sparked after Lozada found a receipt for a box of condoms in Johnson's car.

The suspect in the Denver movie theater shooting, who allegedly killed a reported 12 people and injured at least 38 at a midnight screening of "The Dark Knight Rises," has been identified as James Holmes.

Holmes is reportedly a 24-year-old white American male, the Associated Press reported on Friday morning. The young man opened fire around 12:30 a.m. MDT Friday morning at the Century Aurora 16 movie theater in Aurora, Colo.

Law enforcement officers told ABC News that Holmes was dressed in all black and wearing a bulletproof vest and gas mask.

Moviegoers told the AP that Holmes released some sort of smoke and, at first, they believed the attack was part of the show. He reportedly entered through an exit door at the front of the theater, threw tear gas and then began shooting.

According to CBS News, authorities have found no evidence to suggest the incident was terrorism-related. Holmes was not on any watch list that could have alerted authorities that he was dangerous, NBC reported. He also has no military history.

Police found four guns at the theater including two pistols, a rifle and a shotgun.

Holmes was apprehended by police in the movie theater parking lot and did not resist arrest. The car he was driving had Tennessee license plates.

A San Diego woman who identified herself as James Holmes' mother told ABC News that she was unaware of the shooting when she first awoke Friday morning and had not yet been contacted by authorities. She did, however, express concern that her son was involved in the shooting.

James Holmes

"You have the right person," she told ABC News, speaking on what ABC deemed gut instinct. "I need to call the police... I need to fly out to Colorado."

Holmes had not had any previous run-ins with the law, other than a "minor" traffic ticket in 2011, police spokesman Frank Fania told "Today."

CBS News correspondent Bob Orr reported that police found Holmes' residence "booby-trapped" and discovered "buckets of extra ammunition" and some kind of chemical in his home. Police had the apartment building evacuated.

Thus far, Holmes appears to have been the lone gunman.

Even when you're high off the most potent Kush, you shouldn't do anything this stupid.

Robert Michelson of Farmington, Connecticut called 911 to ask how much trouble he could get into if he was growing weed.

He was asked by the dispatcher if his call was "life threatening or a crime in progress."

"A crime in progress maybe. I was just growing some marijuana and I was wondering what the... how much trouble you can get into for 1 plant," Michelson asked.

After he was told it would be considered "possession", he said thanks and hung up. The only problem was he had called from his own house.

Not soon afterwards police arrived and found out Michelson was growing a small amount of weed and had drug paraphernalia.

He admitted that he had spent lots of money getting all the things he needed to grow weed - seeds, lighting, etc.

He was arrested and released on $5,000 bond.

As he left the station he reportedly gave the two dispatched the middle finger.

"Presumably for doing job," said police.

Hilarious.....

Video After The Jump They say a fool and his money shall soon part. While it may not have been his money, Tim Wentworth of Indianapolis is a damn fool on my book. $2 million dollars fell out of the back of an armored truck in downtown Indy sending three tightly wrapped bundles of $20 dollar bills into the street. A car hit one bundle, which made it rain money. Dozens of people ran into the street scooping up as much money as they could. But not Tim, the "good citizen", he instead went for the large bundles. Once he had gotten them, he called 911 and happily turned the cash in. I'm still shaking my head, dude must be rich or crazy. twitter-5d.gif

An NYPD cop whose wife called 911 for help against a gang of thugs says he was brutally beaten by baton-wielding fellow officers who stormed his Queens home. Larry Jackson suffered a broken right hand and multiple bruises from kicks and billy-club blows he said he got from the men in blue called to his home when a gunman menaced guests at his daughter's birthday party. "To get my butt beat like that was unnecessary," said the six-year veteran assigned to the 110th Precinct. "We called the police, and this is what happened to me." "I'm shocked, angry and disappointed," said the 6-foot-3, 300-pound Jackson. Prosecutors and the NYPD Internal Affairs Bureau are probing his claims.

His hand in a cast, he met with the Daily News on Wednesday and lifted his shirt to show the scars from Sunday's early morning confrontation. Jackson, who is black, said the excessive force by the cops, who were white, might have been racially motivated. "They didn't treat me like a house-owner calling for help," he said. "Everyone who lives in the 113th Precinct is not a perp." Investigators from IAB took a DNA sample from Jackson on Wednesday and told his lawyer, Eric Sanders, it was for testing against the cops' batons, which have been confiscated. Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said Jackson "was injured as a result of a dispute at the party." A spokeswoman did not return a call for further comment. Jackson's wife, Charlene, made a 911 call around 1:15 a.m. Sunday as her unarmed husband faced down thugs armed with a gun and bats who showed up as partygoers started leaving his home in Rochdale. "I told the 911 operator it's my daughter's 21st birthday and my husband is a police officer and there's a young man with a gun," she said. "Who do we call now?" said Charlene Jackson, a city bus driver. "It's very hurtful to know you can't trust the police officers in your neighborhood. I feel like the 113th Precinct is our enemy." Larry Jackson, wearing an apron with the slogan, "I'm the chef and I'm awesome," said he did not identify himself to the street thugs as a cop - but was able to convince them to leave. They were slinking off when the first patrol car from the 113th Precinct roared up and a sergeant got out. Charlene Jackson said she tried to tell the sergeant what happened when her niece yelled from the house that there was a fight inside. The sergeant's driver ran inside and struck a friend of the family with his baton, the Jacksons said. The sergeant then pushed Larry Jackson with his baton, they said, and when Jackson grabbed the sergeant, another cop began choking him from behind. Jackson was knocked down and fell on his 82-year-old mother-in-law who briefly lost consciousness, he said. "I'm covering my face and getting hit everywhere," he said. "Then somebody pepper sprayed me." The couple said cops hit at least six family members and friends with batons. Their stepson, a cousin and a nephew were charged with disorderly conduct. Larry Jackson's gun and badge were taken and he was placed on modified duty. "What's most disturbing is there were supervisors on the scene who did nothing," said lawyer Sanders.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Frantic witnesses watched a white van speed away from the spot where two West Memphis police officers were shot in May, but one told an emergency operator with some resignation that "they're both dead now."

A prosecutor on Friday released telephone calls made to 911 operators after the May 20 shooting on an Interstate 40 exit ramp in eastern Arkansas.

Other callers helped police tracked the van to a Walmart parking lot, where the accused gunmen were killed in a shootout with police.

West Memphis police officers Bill Evans and Brandon Paudert were shot dead along the highway and police later killed Ohio residents Jerry and Joseph Kane.

Joseph was Jerry Kane's 16 year old son.

Previously released video showed the boy fired an AK-47 at officers after his father was pulled over for a traffic stop.

No doubt we need police to protect us and most do their jobs correctly. But there are a few rouge thugs with badges that use their authority to abuse the people they are paid to help.

Case in point, third grade teacher, 57 year old Janice Wells called Richland, Georgia police to report a prowler outside of her home. What should have been a routine check for a criminal by police ended up being a brutal case of police brutality.

Officer Tim Murphy became enraged because Ms. Wells would not give him the name of a person inside her house.

Ms Wells had called longtime friend John Robinson to come and wait with her until police arrived. Officer Murphy asked him how long he'd known Ms Wells, the status of their relationship and where he lived. He never asked Robinson his name.

He then allowed Robinson to leave and asked Wells his name which she refused to give him. After that she was pepper sprayed and told she would be arrested.

Murphy called for backup. When Officer Ryan Smith arrived he Tasered Wells at least 12 times.

Ms Well told the Atlanta Journal Constitution, "All of it's just unreal to me. I was scared to death. "He kept tasing me and tasing me. My fingernails are still burned. My leg, back and my butt had a long scar on it for days."

A third officer who has known Ms Wells for years responded to the call and got there just as the last Taser was being fired. He thinks there was a racial component to the incident.

“I don’t think they would have done a white female like that,” said Sheriff Larry Jones, who is black. “If they had, it wouldn’t have been any doubt about whether they need to be terminated."

Ms Wells is heard on the tape crying and begging, "Please don't do that, sir I aint do nothing, I teach school"

Smith replies by repeatedly telling her to "Get in the car! You gonna get it again" At one point the idiot shocks himself "Sh*t it's getting me" he says. He then asks Officer Murphy if he had mased her yet. "Yeah, she took a load of it," Murphy replies.

Ms Wells is contemplating filing a lawsuit.

Meanwhile, Officer Murphy has been fired and Smith quit eight days after the incident. However Smith isn't at all sorry for his actions. "I did what I had to do to take control of the situation."

Lumpkin Police Chief Steven Ogle was shocked when he saw the tape

"I couldn’t believe it,” Ogle said. “You don’t use it [a Taser] for punitive reasons, to prod someone. It was evident it was an improper use of force. He was an excellent officer other than that incident."

Sheriff Jones said it was hard to keep his composure as Ms Wells begged him for help when he arrived. “Larry, help me,” Wells said as the sheriff walked up. “Larry, I didn’t do nothing, you know I don't get in trouble, Larry you know I don't."

Later that night, Jones bonded Wells out of jail and drove her to an area hospital to be examined

Officer Smith is already back at work for another police department

Most people would do whatever it took to help their wife or husband if they were hurt badly. Drive them to the emergency room, bandage a wound, at the very least stay by their side until an ambulance got there.

Gary Coleman's wife, Shannon Price does none of those things after she discovers him bleeding profusely from a head wound suffered in a reported fall.

She does at least call 911.

"There's blood everywhere, I don't know what happened...I just heard this bang and I went down there and there's blood all over the floor," she tells the 911 operator.

Price explains that she can't stay down there with him because the stress may cause her to have a seizure, even though realizes her husband is badly hurt, "send someone quick because I don't know if he's gonna be alive."

She does eventually go downstairs after some prodding from the operator but doesn't stay long.

"I just can't be here with the blood, I can't do it, I have my dog," she says.

The rest of the call plays out this way with Shannon giving various reasons why she can't help more or drive Gary to the hospital.

She's asked by the 911 operator if she can tell Gary to put pressure on the back of his head.

"No I can't, it's all bloody and I'm not trying to do.....he's not with it."

*****UPDATE****

What makes this all more disturbing and possibly sinister is the fact that the two were reportedly legally divorced at the time Shannon made the decision to pull Gary's life support.

Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Gary filed and was granted a divorce from Shannon in 2008. When ET contacted the hospital with this information they were told:

"We had no indication that the information Shannon gave us was false. She portrayed herself as his wife."

Ok, the police need to seriously be looking into this now..

Authorities just released the most disturbing 911 call I've ever heard. A mother of two teen daughters calls 911 after cutting their throats leaving one dead and the other clinging to life.

33 year old Debra Jeter was upset that her husband wanted a divorce.

After her soon to be ex-husband dropped the kids off for a visit she took them to an abandoned house. Telling them she had a surprise and attacked them.

The 9 minute 911 call she placed afterwards is very hard to listen to. She is heard talking to the 13 year old that is still alive begging for help while the dispatcher tries to keep her on the phone as police race to the scene.

"I just killed my children," she says calmly. "One of them is still alive for real, she's asking to be saved and I couldn't handle that."

Jeter was convicted of capital murder this week after pleading guilty to the crime.

Two teenage thieves in Florida were caught breaking into cars after inadvertently calling 911 on themselves.

Kristian Amezquita, 13, and Stefanie Vargas, 19 can be heard talking to each other on the call, with Vargas giving instructions like.

Bring that back and check the glove compartment. If there is nothing there, leave it. Trust me, God always works in mysterious ways. If you be greedy, that’s when you get caught up, all right.”

Daytona Beach police soon found the two idiots in the parking lot of a strip club where Kristian's sister who is also Vargas' girlfriend was inside dancing.

The pair tried to run, but were soon caught and arrested.

Kristian's mom dragged him in front of Fox tv cameras to explain why he did it. Check the video below.

Audio After The Jump Brittany Murphy's mom and husband desperately tried to revive the actress the morning she died, according to a 911 call released Friday (January 8) to The Associated Press. "My daughter's passed out," Sharon Murphy tells the 911 operator, who proceeds to relay CPR instructions to the distraught mom. Brittany Murphy's husband, Simon Monjack, can be heard in the background trying to revive the actress and following Sharon's instructions via the dispatcher. During the eight-minute call, Sharon is heard wailing and screaming, "Brittany, please come back!" She told the operator that Murphy had been ill earlier and had vomited. An initial autopsy was performed on Murphy in Los Angeles on December 21, the day after she was found unconscious in her Hollywood Hills home and later pronounced dead at the hospital. In an e-mail to MTV News, representatives for the Los Angeles County Coroner's office disclosed the initial results. "The Los Angeles County Department of Coroner conducted an autopsy on the body of Brittany Anne Murphy-Monjack, age 32, on December 21, 2009," the statement reads. "The cause of death has been DEFERRED pending the receipt of additional toxicological tests and tissue studies that have been ordered by the deputy medical examiner. "There will be no final ruling as to the cause and manner of death until all of the requested test results have been received and reviewed in context with the autopsy findings. It is anticipated that this process may take approximately 4 to 6 weeks or more. Anatomical findings show no evidence of trauma to the body." As initial reports suggested, foul play is not suspected in her death. Murphy's family laid the actress to rest Christmas Eve. Source: MTV Follow Me @Twitter.com/ChasinMoPaper

Video After The Jump A Texas woman called 911 and hung up the phone quickly, then called back. All the 911 operator could hear on the other end was a woman screaming so a police unit was dispatched to the residence. When the police arrived they were informed by 51 year old Elsa Benson that her husband "wouldn't eat his supper" According to kens5.com, Mrs Benson has a long history of calling 911 for non-emergencies. In recent months she's called because her dogs were loose, she couldn't get her clothes and other ridiculous non-emergencies. The local police were finally fed up. It’s game over for a 14-year-old Roxbury boy, whose overwhelmed mother was so exasperated with his incessant video game playing that she called the cops on him. The final straw for Angela Mejia snapped at 2:30 a.m. Saturday when, “I woke up in the middle of the night and saw the light on in his bedroom,” hours after she had told him to go to sleep. “Sometimes I want to run away, too,” Mejia said, breaking down in tears in her immaculate apartment. “I have support from my church, but I’m alone. I want to help my son, but I can’t find a way.” Mejia is among thousands of parents struggling with today’s video-game obsessed youth. The Entertainment Software Association reports the popularity of video games is skyrocketing, with 42 percent of adults intending to give, or hoping to find one in their Christmas stocking this week. Mejia’s son - one of four children the 49-year-old is raising alone - was playing “Grand Theft Auto,” an exceedingly violent video in which the gamer assumes the role of ladder-climbing criminal. An argument ensued as Mejia unplugged her son’s PlayStation. Then, this mad-as-hell mother dialed 911. Police responded and managed to talk the boy into shutting off the game and going to sleep. “They (police) were just like, ‘Chill out. Go to bed,’ ” the boy told the Herald. Mejia said she approves of athletic-themed videos, but as for “Grand Theft Auto,” she said, “I would never buy that kind of video. No way. I called (police) because if you don’t respect your mother, what are you going to do in your life?” Mejia, a cafeteria cashier at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Jamaica Plain, said the two officers who responded “were surprised” there was more involved than putting the lid on a simmering family feud. Emmy Award-winning documentarian Lawrence Kutner, former co-director of the Center for Mental Health and Media at Massachusetts General Hospital is the author of “Grand Theft Childhood: The Surprising Truth About Violent Video Games and What Parents Can Do.” “Clearly, it’s a very, very rare situation for someone to call the cops. That she went to the extreme of calling the police tells me more about her level of frustration than anything else,” Kutner said. “Adults tend to view video games as isolating experiences,” Kutner said. “Kids view them as social experiences. It’s a way in part - especially for boys - of gaining social acceptance.” Source: Boston Herald Follow Me @Twitter.com/ChasinMoPaper

Man Calls 911 Over Fast Food Order from ChasinDatPaper on Vimeo.

CLACKAMAS, Ore. - A man upset at the way McDonald's employees handled his order was charged after allegedly calling 911 repeatedly on Friday to report the restaurant had robbed him, authorities said. Jeremy Lloyd Martin, 23, was charged with improper use of the 911 service, the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office said. He spent a night in jail over the incident. According to a tape of the 911 calls released by Clackamas County 911, a man initially told a dispatcher that he was at the McDonald's near the intersection of Southeast Sunnyside Road and Southeast 82nd Avenue and needed help. The man said he had paid $10 in the drive-thru but only received a single burger and a fry before he was told to pull around. "Sir, this is not a police matter," the dispatcher told him. "You need to take it up with the manager of the McDonald's." But a person who identified himself as Martin called back demanding that dispatchers send a police officer to the scene and threatening to sue. "This is a 911 emergency," the person said. "I got robbed for eight dollars." "Sir, 911 is life-and-death only," the dispatcher said. "If you do continue calling 911 you will be arrested for misuse." "Well, arrest me at (expletive) 82nd and Sunnyside Road," the caller responded. "Please send a cop right now. I swear to God all my life..." Eventually an officer arrived after a person who identified himself as Martin had called 911 again. A McDonald's employee also called 911 to report that three men were screaming at her and trying to fight. The dispatcher told her to keep the doors locked and not to approach the drive-thru. Another witness told 911 the men were harassing employees. On Saturday, Martin told KATU he stood by his actions. "I was very upset that they tried to charge me for food I had already paid for," he said. Martin said he has worked on the other side of the drive-thru window as an assistant manager at a competing fast food restaurant and has called 911 over disputes involving customers but was never before arrested. "For me to end up going to jail over a $10 order, that's just ridiculous," he said. Source: WWW.2NEWS
