He was also indicted on three counts of conspiracy to commit possession with intent to distribute narcotics and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution

Those charges are just the tip of the iceberg. The Louisiana rapper may be in even deeper trouble as police probe his ties to a string of additional murders.

It took police investigators several months, but they finally think they have solved a horrific murder case in Conyers, Georgia.

Twin sisters Tasmiyah and Jasmiyah Whitehead have been arrested for the murder of their own mother.

Jarmecca “Nikki” Whitehead, 34 was killed January 13,2010 after being brutally stabbed and beaten.

The twins, 15 years old at the time of the murder, initially told police they found their mother dead after arriving home from school, then ran out into the street to flag down help.

Before her murder, the mom had confided to neighbor Angela Avery she had fear of her daughters. "The mother was kind of afraid that something like that might happen," Avery told CBS Atlanta.

"I can't explain why because the mother didn't do a lot of talking, but she did have that particular fear. Yes, she did."

Evidence found at the crime scene was processed by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, linking the girls to the scene leading to their arrest.

Police say the twins will be charged as adults.

A Texas high school basketball player turned out instead to be a 22 year old imposter.

Guerdwich Montimere, a 2007 graduate of Dillard High School in Ft Lauderdale,Florida made his way to Odessa,Texas where he fooled everyone by telling them he was a 16 year old Haitian orphan named Jerry Joseph.

The coach of the Odessa Permian basketball team, Danny Wright even allowed Montimere to stay in his home.

Wright says he and the rest of the basketball team are in shock.

"I guess he fooled all of us," Wright said. "Hurt is the best way to describe how I feel. I gave him all the opportunities in the world to come clean. I don't know why he did this."

Meanwhile a criminal investigation is already underway. Montimere has been areested and charged with presenting false identification to a peace officer, but that could be just the tip of the iceberg.

"A 22 year old being in our schools is very much a concern that's why this has been an ongoing investigation, that's why we have not dropped it that's why we were not going to let go until we had found the truth," said ECISD Police Lt. Mark Rowden.

Louis Vives and Cedric Smith, coached Montimere on their AAU team when he lived in Florida. They confronted him at a tournament in Arkansas last month.

"I was hoping I was wrong because he was one of our kids," Vives said. "He grew up in our system. He played with us and you don't want any of your kids to go in the wrong direction in any way. But what's right is right. He can't go around impersonating a 16-year-old kid. He can't go living his youth all over again."

After fingerprints from his original immigration papers came in and were a match, Montimere confessed to the deception.

"I knew it was a matter of time. The truth was going to come out. I'm just glad it's over." Smith said.

The Permian team went 16-13 this season including a loss in the bi-district round of the playoffs.

She might have been playing the role of wholesome girl next door, Hanna Montana at the time, but it's clear Miley Cyrus had the dance moves of a grown woman.

Miley was at a wrap up party last summer in Georgia for the movie 'The Last Song' when she and 44 year old producer Adam Shankman hit the dance floor for some dirty dancing.

Shankman who is gay seemed to be really enjoying himself as Miley grinds her butt into his crotch.

Does it make it ok because Shankman is gay?

In my opinion no, because there should be a limit to the kind of contact an adult should have with what the law considers to be a child.

According to TMZ the people who shot the video were said to be offended by what they saw.

No wonder Miley is in such a hurry to push her career into the adult arena with her new video for "Can't Be Tamed" . Looks like the age of innocence for her was lost a while ago.

In the 16 years since Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain was found dead on April 5, 1994, numerous attempts have been made to recount his too-short life in film. "Milk" director Gus Van Sant came the closest, modeling the lead character (played by Michael Pitt) in 2005's "Last Days" after Cobain. A handful of documentaries have also recounted his tragic tale.

The next hope for Nirvana fans who would like to see the fallen musician immortalized on the big screen is an untitled biopic that is said to be based largely on "Heavier Than Heaven," a 2001 biography by Charles R. Cross. "Quantum of Solace" director Marc Forster was at one point rumored to be helming the biopic, though the gig has since passed to "The Messenger" director Oren Moverman.

When MTV News spoke with Moverman in February, he set the record straight.

"There is a script from David Benioff ["25th Hour"/ "Brothers" screenwriter] that is about Kurt Cobain, and I'm in negotiations to polish it and then direct it, but it's not a done deal deal yet," he said. "It's in the works and hopefully it will work out."

Moverman added that Benioff's script does not lean as much on "Heavier Than Heaven" as some initially thought. "That book has a lot of information, so, yeah, it's definitely a great resource. But a lot of [the script] is also based on David Benioff's research and creative flourishes," he explained. "To tell you the truth, it's so early in the process, it would be not right for me to try to guess what the film will be before I start to actually attack it, before I'm officially on it."

Video After The Jump Diddy claims to have invented the remix, but his son proved adept at putting his own twist on things over the weekend at M2 Ultra Lounge in New York, where he celebrated his sweet 16. On Saturday, Justin Combs held court at a themed party titled "I Am Prince," a nod to his father's "I Am King" fragrance campaign.
The younger Combs was even decked out in a white tuxedo — just like his father in the ad for the scent — and entered the party with Lil Wayne protégé Nicki Minaj on his arm. Minaj later performed a medley of tracks, as did Trey Songz. Diddy and Lil Kim led the crowd in singing "Happy Birthday" to Justin. "Seeing Justin grow up is a big deal for me," Diddy told the crowd. "This is him entering manhood. I know a lot of y'all out there can relate to it. I wanna take this time out to say, Justin, I love you, from the bottom of my heart." The Last Train To Paris superstar then presented his son with a few gifts, including a Maybach luxury vehicle — he had also opened a new bank account for Justin flush with $10,000. The teen, however, chose to donate the money to Wyclef's Yele Haiti organization to aid the survivors of the country's devastating earthquake. The party was recorded for an upcoming episode of MTV's "My Super Sweet 16." Diddy's former girlfriend's son with Al B. Sure, Quincy, was also featured on an episode of the show. Teyana Taylor, castmembers from "Jersey Shore" and Jim Jones were among those in attendance. Diddy recently held his own lavish 40th birthday party at the Plaza Hotel in New York. RadarOnline Reports Actress Angelina Jolie bedded her mother's boyfriend when she was just 16, according to a bombshell new biography penned by controversial writer Andrew Morton. According to Now magazine, Jolie and her mother, Marcheline Bertrand, could not come to terms with each other after the Oscar winning star confessed to the act, and they struggled to repair their damaged relationship. "Marcheline had a live-in boyfriend whom she was very much in love with, but Ange slept with him when she was 16 and barely out of school," a source told the magazine. "Her mother found out and ended her relationship with the man." The source also says: "When Ange admitted the story to her brother James just a few weeks ago, even he turned on her. She has hardly anyone left in life who likes or trusts her." Angelina's mother died of cancer, in 2007, at the age of 56. At the time, Angelina was said to be devastated and was noticeably thinner after her mother's passing.

Morton's unauthorized book about Jolie is expected to be released sometime this winter. He's also written controversial tell-all biographies on other superstars including Tom Cruise, Madonna, and the late Princess Diana.

Elizabeth Roberts' 17-year-old daughter was put through the bureaucratic wringer to get a summer job in her home state of Rhode Island this year. Under state law, the teenager could not operate a power saw, work on ladders or even pump gas. The state also regulates how many hours and times of day minors can work. But in Rhode Island, where Roberts is lieutenant governor, the teen -- with a work permit -- can take off all her clothes at a strip club, even those where adult men can touch the merchandise. Just this week the Providence Journal revealed that a loophole in the state's minor laws do not restrict girls as young as 16 from working as strippers, as long as they are home by 11:30 p.m. This spring, while investigating a 16-year-old runaway who had been working at one of Providence's notorious strip clubs, police discovered that they could not prosecute, because there were no local or state laws barring teens from working in the city's thriving adult entertainment business. "To think that any minor could just as easily be employed as a stripper is mind-boggling," Roberts said. "This must end immediately." In other parts of the country, even in Las Vegas, there are age limits on strippers, according to the report. "When I saw yesterday's paper, I had a visceral reaction -- it's an outrage that we would ever have allowed this to happen -- that anyone would hire a young person we are meant to protect," Roberts told ABCNews.com. "Everyone was completely shocked to learn it wasn't against the law," she said. "None of us was aware of it." Strip Club Described as 'Dark and Dirty' The 16-year-old runaway had been working at Cheaters, described by the Boston Strip Club Directory as "dark and dirty." Cheaters refused to comment to ABCNews.com. "You get more contact here talking to a woman at the bar than you do in most clubs during a lap dance, and in the private rooms, anything goes for probably half the women working there, and the others will still make sure you leave happy," reported one of its customers. Now, amidst the embarrassing publicity in a state that has one of the highest unemployment rates and a reputation for corruption, Roberts is supporting a bill introduced by state Rep. Joanne Giannini, D-Providence, that would close that loophole. Source: ABCNEWS
