SEOUL, South Korea (Associated Press) — Sixteen people watching an outdoor pop concert in South Korea fell 20 meters (60 feet) to their deaths Friday when a ventilation grate they were standing on collapsed, officials said.

460x.jpg

Photos of the scene in Seongnam, just south of Seoul, showed a deep concrete shaft under the broken grate.

460x.jpg

Seongnam city spokesman Kim Nam-jun announced the deaths in a televised briefing and said 11 others were seriously injured.

Fire officials, speaking on condition of anonymity because of office rules, said the victims were standing on the grate while watching an outdoor performance by girls' band 4Minute, which is popular across Asia.

About 700 people had gathered to watch the concert, which was part of a local festival. Fire officials said many of the dead and injured appeared to be commuters who stopped to watch the concert after leaving work. Most of the dead were men in their 30s and 40s, while five were women in their 20s and 30s, they said.

460x.jpg

Kim said it was believed that the grate collapsed under the weight of the people. Prime Minister Chung Hong-won visited an emergency center in Seongnam and urged officials to focus on helping the victims' families and ensure the injured get proper treatment, Kim said.

A video recorded by someone at the concert that was shown on the YTN television network showed the band continuing to dance for a while in front of a crowd that appeared to be unaware of the accident.

460x.jpg

Dozens of people were shown standing next to the ventilation grate, gazing into the dark gaping hole where people had been standing to watch the performance. YTN said the ventilation grate was about 3 to 4 meters (10 to 12 feet) wide. Photos apparently taken at the scene showed that the ventilation grate reached to the shoulders of many passers-by.

460x.jpg

The collapse came as South Korea is still struggling with the aftermath of a ferry disaster in April that left more than 300 people dead or missing.

For a time, the sinking jolted South Korea into thinking about safety issues that had been almost universally overlooked as the country rose from poverty and war to an Asian power.

The tragedy exposed regulatory failures that appear to have allowed the ferry Sewol to set off with far more cargo than it could safely carry. Family members say miscommunications and delays during rescue efforts doomed their loved ones.

Analysts say many safety problems in the country stem from little regulation, light punishment for violators and wide ignorance about safety in general — and a tendency to value economic advancement over all else.

Video And Pics After The Jump

Written by Duane Finley for Bleacher Report

There were going to be a lot of questions answered at UFC 175 on Saturday night as reigning middleweight champion Chris Weidman (12-0 MMA, 8-0 UFC) put his strap on the line against No. 1 contender Lyoto Machida (21-5 MMA, 13-5 UFC).

Weidman, who was coming off back-to-back victories over Anderson Silva, was still somewhat of a question mark in the eyes of the MMA community. The respect that should have come with defeating the fighter widely recognized as the greatest of all time had eluded him for the most part.

His bout with Machida was his opportunity to assert his dominance.

While the circumstances were a bit different for Machida, the former light heavyweight champion came into UFC 175 looking to complete his climb up the 185-pound ladder. The Dragon had been on a tear since dropping down into middleweight waters, and two convincing performances in his new weight class earned him the right to challenge for the divisional strap.

12350933079?profile=original

The All-American was on a mission to prove his two victories over Silva were no fluke, and the Brazilian karate machine looked to pick up a title in another division. The bout figured to be a stylistic chess match, and that's how it played out.

12350933858?profile=original

Weidman took the early rounds with his pressure and wrestling, while Machida's counterstriking and offensive rushes tagged up the champion in the two final frames.

12350933883?profile=original

The end result was Weidman making his second successful title defense, as he took the unanimous-decision victory in one of the best fights of 2014.

12350934664?profile=original

Where there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the top fight on the billing, the co-main event was figured to be a lopsided affair.

Anytime women's bantamweight champion and megawatt superstar Ronda Rousey steps into the Octagon, there is heavy expectation. Few seemed to be giving No. 1 contender Alexis Davis much of a chance in the tilt.

It wasn't so much that anyone was taking the Port Colborne, Ontario, Canada, native lightly, but it was more so that the Rowdy one had been absolutely dominant coming into UFC 175.

12350934484?profile=original

Many figured that the women's 135-pound title bout would be another installment of the Ronda Rousey Show, and boy (girl) was it ever. The former Olympic judoka cut like a buzzsaw through Davis en route to a 16-second victory.

12350934878?profile=original

It was nasty.

It was brutal.

It was lightning-quick violence.

It was the perfect Ronda Rousey fight.

Outside of the two showcase bouts on the card, there was plenty of action that went down at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in LasVegas, Nevada, on Saturday night.

Let's take a look at the good, bad and strange from UFC 175.

The Good

There may have been doubt hovering over Weidman coming into his bout with Machida at UFC 175, but there won't be any in the aftermath.

John Locher/Associated Press

The New York native proved he's the real deal, as he battled toe-to-toe with the former light heavyweight champion every step of the five-round affair.

While Weidman's wrestling scored him points at critical times in the fight, it was his stand-up game that served to keep Machida at bay. The champion landed some shots that kept The Dragon on the run and allowed him to take a big lead in the early rounds of the fight.

His performance Saturday night was a gritty showing that proved he's every bit as legitimate as a man who defeated Anderson Silva on back-to-back occasions should be regarded as. Weidman is the undisputed champion of the 185-pound division, and the respect that was held out from him should certainly be coming his way after defeatingMachida.

As for the 36-year-old Brazilian, he has nothing to be ashamed of. While Weidman got the nod from the judges' table (49-45, 48-47, 49-46), it was Machida who received the love from the crowd in attendance at the Mandalay Bay events center.

Although the former 205-pound strap-holder started out in his conservative counterstriking mode, he became aggressive when he needed to.

Nevertheless, it was too little too, late for the title challenger. That said, Machida's stock definitely went up with his showing at UFC 175.

OK...here is where it gets crazy. Ronda Rousey is a fighting goddess among mortal women.

7979906.jpg

It took the women’s bantamweight champion 16 seconds to smash Alexis Davis into oblivion. Rousey put on such a violent display of technical brilliance that any type of lengthy description would be a disservice. Rowdy is simply in a class of her own, and she used Davis to prove that fact once again.

The term "annihilation" doesn’t do justice to what happened in that fight. That was a flat-out trucking from the get-go. Moving on...

Urijah Faber has never lost a fight where there wasn’t a title on the line, and that trend continued at UFC 175. While the brand of steamrolling The California Kid has been known to dole out wasn’t on display, that had more to do with a game Alex Caceres than anything else.

Faber and Caceres engaged in a back-and-forth affair for two rounds until the Team Alpha Male leader caught Bruce Leeroy’s neck in a hectic scramble on the ground. Once Faber locked in the rear-naked choke, the MMA Lab fighter tapped shortly after, and the former WECfeatherweight champion picked up his fifth win in his past six outings.

While Faber got the victory, Caceres has nothing to hang his head about. His performance against a perennial contender like Faber shows just how far he’s come since his time on The Ultimate Fighter.Caceres may have had a five-fight winning streak snapped at UFC 175, but he proved he’s the real deal, even in a losing effort.

12350934901?profile=original

Mixing his time between teaching and fighting is apparently a working formula for Kenny Robertson. The East Peoria, Illinois, native continued his winning ways by defeatingIldemar Alcantara via unanimous decision (30-26, 30-26, 30-26) on the preliminary portion of the card at UFC 175.

While Robertson did ping the Brazilian with a pair of accidental groin shots, the 30-year-old Central Illinois Combat Club fighter picked up his third victory in four showings and his second consecutive win inside the Octagon.

7979636.jpg

Getting that first victory inside the Octagon can be an emotional moment for a fighter, and those tides certainly got the best of Luke Zachrich. The Ohio native earned his inaugural win under the UFC banner by defeating Guilherme Vasconcelos on the judges’ cards (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) to pick up the unanimous decision.

7979505.jpg

It was a solid back-and-forth affair, but when the final bell sounded,The Ultimate Fighter alum’s hand was raised. Then he cried. And then he cried some more.

Rob Font made an impressive showing in his debut performance, as he starched veteran George Roop in the first round of their tilt on the preliminary portion of the card.

7979532.jpg

The TUF alum attempted to use his range to strike from a distance, but Font waded in and dropped him with a huge shot. Font finished things up with a flurry on the canvas shortly after.

12350935501?profile=original

Kevin Casey was looking to make the most of his second chance with the UFC, and he wasted no time making good on those intentions.

7979467.jpg

The Ultimate Fighter alum put a stone-cold drubbing on Bubba Bush, as he pounded out the victory with a series of nasty elbows to pick up the win. Casey dropped Bush with a left hand then unleashed the fury as he secured the victory in just north of one minute of work.

The Bad

Stefan Struve was set to return to the cage after a 16-month hiatus due to a heart issue. Doctors cleared him to resume training in April, the fight with Matt Mitrione was booked in May and the UFC’s annual Fourth of July card was supposed to be his comeback.

Yet, that’s not how things would go down.

StefanStruve_Headshot2012.png

Shortly before the first fight on the pay-per-view portion of the card got underway, SportsCenterbroke the news that Struve had fainted in the back locker room due to an elevated heart rate and was pulled from the bout.

Several minutes after the news broke, Dana White swung by press row to inform the media that Struve had indeed blacked out and had been taken to the hospital to undergo additional testing.

While losing one of the more high-profile fights on the card is unfortunate for the fans and promotion alike, a fighter’s health is without question the No. 1 priority.

That said, there will undoubtedly need to be a stern conversation as to where Struve goes from here. Despite being a seasoned veteran in the fight game, the rangy Dutchman is just 26 years old, and he—and the UFC—will need to determine what matters the most.

Fight fans have endeared themselves to Chris Camozzi for his full-throttle fighting style, but he may find himself in troubled waters after his bout with Bruno Santos on Saturday night.

While the Colorado representative gave another one of his signature showings, the 27-year-old came out on the business end of a split decision against his Brazilian opponent (29-28, 28-29, 29-28). The loss is his third consecutive setback, and three is typically the magic number where pink slips in the UFC are concerned.

7979597.jpg

While Camozzi may live to see another opportunity inside the Octagon, he’s certainly going to have to make some adjustments going forward. Putting on entertaining squabbles for the fans at a regular clip is undoubtedly a positive, but three straight losses will bring him right up to a line no fighter wants to see.

He may not have been happy with the tactics Santos used to get the nod, but winning is what matters, and Camozzi has not seen that particular column since March 2013.

The Strange

Urijah Faber was on the preliminary portion of the card at UFC 175.

While the UFC placed The California Kid in the final slot on Fox Sports 1’s collection of free fights to be a strong lead into the pay-per-view portion of the card, it was still strange to see one of the most recognizable fighters in the game on the undercard. Meanwhile, a handful of competitors who were far less notable were on the main card lineup.

The former WEC featherweight champion is a solid draw in the fight game, and it was weird to see him in that position on the billing. I understand the move, but it was certainly a worthy entry to this category.

1404615270000-USATSI-7979661.jpg

Curious things happen to the human body when feet and fists are slammed into the head. Sometimes the body goes rigid and stiff. Other times the infamous “robot arms” rise to the heavens. Yet, there are other instances where the initial shot does not claim the fighter’s consciousness, but the rest of their body rebels against the central-command center, and awkwardness ensues.

Roop became the latest example of this phenomenon in his tilt with Font on the preliminary portion of the card for UFC 175. Roop was attempting to use his length to his advantage, but the promotional newcomer timed his counter perfectly and put a blaster square on the TUF alum’s chin.

Once the shot landed, Roop attempted to circle out, but his body had other ideas, and he went into a herky-jerky trot that resulted in a trip to the canvas.

There was plenty of strangeness before Roop hit the mat, and his trip to the ground became instant highlight-reel material. In other words,Roop there it is, was and will be in the fight-footage library for quite some time.

Speaking of strange things from the human-anatomy department, Uriah Hall’s toe became one of the stories at UFC 175.

1404619609001-USP-MMA-UFC-175-Hall-vs-Santos.jpg

The New York native was letting his feet fly at a fast and furious pace in the opening round versus Thiago Santos and, somewhere along the way, he suffered a gnarly injury to the middle toe on his left foot. The UFC cameras picked up a shot of the injury between rounds, and it was unclear whether the fight would continue.

14564942876_586df32411_b.jpg

Hall decided to trudge forward and battle through 10 more minutes of action, all the while continuing to use the injured foot in his arsenal. Hall’s decision to continue certainly registered on the “bonkers” scale and received a huge pop from the fans in attendance at Mandalay Bay.

The Ultimate Fighter alum stuck it out to pick up the unanimous-decision victory (29-28, 29-28, 30-27) and grab his second consecutive win under the UFC banner.

Like most of uf who have listened to Eminem's song "Rap God," French rapper/beat boxer Eklips was amazed to hear the hip hop legend spit 101 words in 16 seconds.

Eklips felt like he could top that and set up a camera to film himself firing off 105 French words in the same amount of time.

"Eminem if you're watching me right now I want to tell you, respect," Eklips says. "And it's not a battle. Let's do a track together if you want onstage or in the studio or both. And I think we could do something amazing."

New York police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of former G-Unit affiliate Mazaradi Fox.

According to the New York Daily News, 35-year old Jamal Scott was taken into custody earlier today and charged with second-degree murder for the January 3rd shooting death of Fox. Scott has also been charged with four counts of attempted murder and felony assault for firing shots into the SUV Fox was riding in, injuring three additional people.

12350611270?profile=original

Scott is the older brother of a man who was killed in 1998. He reportedly blamed Fox, real name Jamal Green, for having something to do with it.

Curtis Scott was 21-years old when he was shot above his left eye and killed outside South Jamaica Queens' Baisley Park Houses on July 7, 1998. Jamal was with his brother at the time of his death.

Mazaradi's girlfriend told the Daily News she can't understand why Scott waited so long to to avenge his brother's death.

12350611698?profile=original

"(The shooting) was almost 16 years ago. Jamal didn't pull the trigger. He didn't shoot him. He just happened to be there when it happened. This is 16 years ago and you're still harboring that? Killing Mazaradi, that's not going to bring your brother back."

Birdman obviously isn't worried about over-saturating the market because he wants to drop 16 albums under the YMCMB umbrella in 2012.

The ambitious goal was revealed to XXL during a recent interview. Stunna also said that after signing Limp Bizkit he's looking for more acts from different genres to sign.

“I think bringing Fred and Limp Bizkit to the team gives us a different look,” Birdman told XXL.com. “We dominate rap, but we’re also trying to grow in different areas; Pop, rock, gospel, country. We’re a brand and we don’t want to be categorized as one type of brand. I think we’re a machine and we activate and were active as a machine. I thought this Limp Bizkit move would be big for us as a brand and a machine.

Limp Bizkit's first single drops next week and features Lil Wayne.

Should Cash Money slow down on signing new artists or go full steam ahead? Sound off in the comment section below.

Having already grossed $48 million on their "Watch The Throne" tour, Jay-Z and Kanye West recently padded their bank accounts with another significant payday for a private show in Dubai before Christmas.

NME reports The Throne earned $6 million dollars to perform at the Sweet 16 birthday party of multi billionaire Manchester Football Club owner, Sheikh Mansour's niece. Hov and Yeezy received $2.9 million each, a drop in the bucket for Mansour, whose wealthy family rules oil-rich Abu Dhabi.

Yeezy's not stopping there. He plans on keeping the cash flowing through the end of the year, having recently announced he'll DJ on New Year's Eve under the alias Yeezy World Peace.

"My New Years DJ name is gone be YEEZY WORLD PEACE! If you book me you have to put YEEZY WORLD PEACE on the E-vite. Or I ain't spinning," Kanye wrote on Twitter. "Ima need a stealth bomber and 2 bottled water #YEEZYWORLDPEACE'S RIDER."

Reporter Elie Seckbach caught up with boxing trainer Joe Goossen to get his opinion on the May;7 boxing match between Manny Pacquiao vs Sugar Shane Mosely. Goosen feels like it's going to be a good close fight.

Tickets went on sale yesterday and within 3 hours, 16,000 seats had been gobbled up for the event at the Las Vegas MGM Grand.

"What would you expect? Manny Pacquiao is a cash generating machine. And it also goes to show you that Shane Mosely brings some cache to this fight," Goossen said. "Because a lot of people, including myself think Shane Mosely can be in this fight very easily."

Shane is getting older, at age 39 he'll have to be really crafty to slow down the whirlwind of punches from Pacquiao

"He's a little bit older, but do you think he has a little more on the ball than [Antonio] Margarito? Yes I think he does and he's gonna have a lot more head movement that Margarito. I think his hand is speed is gonna be better than Margarito and the punch that really worked for Margarito is Shane's best punch... and that's that left hook to the liver. Let me tell you, I've worked with Shane... the strongest liver shots I've ever felt, trust me." Goosen said.

The fight is already exceeding expectations for promotor Bob Arum, who marveled at how fast tickets were moving.

"Incredible, simply incredible, I have never promoted a fight that has sold so many tickets so quickly." Arum said.

One interesting sidenote to this fight. It will be held on Showtime instead of HBO. Don't worry, the change won't affect your ability to order the pay-per-view bout. It's just the first time in a long time either Mosley or Pacquia has fought on a network besides HBO.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - It was a theory so bizarre, no one wanted to believe it. How in the world could 16-year-old Delvonte Tisdale, a well-liked, well-behaved North Meck student, have managed to stow away in the wheel well of a commercial airplane?

Officials near Boston say it's true and Friday, voiced the question on everyone's mind. "If that was someone with a different motive, than perhaps a young man's curiosity, if that was someone with a different motive, if that was a terrorist, that could be a bomb that's planted there undetected,” says Norfolk Co., Mass. District Attorney William Keating.

Investigators say they've found hand prints inside the wheel well, as well as Tisdale's shirt and sneakers along a flight path in a wooded area in Massachusetts, the same area his body was discovered in November.

Derick Brown lives in Tisdale's neighborhood in north Charlotte. He describes the probable airport security breach as "unreal." He says, "That's supposedly a secure area that he was able to get through, so yeah, not knowing any more than what I know, you have to wonder, was he helped? I mean, was he ignored? How?"

"The systems they have in place are as good as anywhere,” says Barry Brush of Charlotte-Douglas Airport. Brush is a retired US Airways pilot. He flew commercial airplanes for 32 years and says looking for stowaways is just not on the "to do" list. "We don't see what we're not looking for,” says Brush.

Brush's experience tells him Tisdale died before he fell from the plane near Boston. He could have been crushed by the plane's gear, but if he survived that, he would most likely have not been able to survive the lack of oxygen or freezing temperatures.

At an altitude of about 35,000 feet, temps in the wheel well would have reached negative 30 degrees. "You have to realize that by the time he did fall from the airplane, that was probably a non-event for him,” says Brush.

The FAA tells us that there have been 86 stowaway attempts. Only 18 people survived. The last time someone tried it on a domestic flight was in 1972.

"That kind of breach of security better be investigated to the full extent and it shouldn't be an issue of who's responsible. Everyone should be looking at what they can do,” says Keating of the Tisdale breach.

Both the TSA and Charlotte-Douglas airport officials tell us they are investigating how this happened and will release more information as early as Monday.

Anthony Tisdale, right, father of Delvonte Tisdale, wipes his face as his mother, Lula Smith, left, looks on during a news conference in front of his home in Charlotte, N.C.

Video After The Jump (CBS) Girls fighting girls on tape is nothing new to the Internet. But, as CBS News Correspondent Jeff Glor reports, one video, of a particularly ugly fight, is grabbing lots of attention: The mother of one of the two teen battlers allegedly encouraged her daughter, and is facing criminal charges. The local sheriff says April Newcomb, 39, should instead have been trying to stop or prevent the fight, and she's been formally accused of child abuse.

The brutal brawl between 16-year-olds, in Palmetto, Fla., was apparently over a boy. Their names are being withheld due to their ages. Many in the cheering crowd came with cell phones, eager , Glor says, to post the video on the Web. Authorities say Newcomb can be seen in the background, and she can be heard trying to lend her daughter support. A spokesman for the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, Dave Bristow, said, "We're basically in shock (that) a parent can sit there and watch their child and not intervene. … It's pretty obvious this is child abuse." Police quote Newcomb as admitting in an interview that she was "wrong, and I understand where y'all are coming from. I think unfortunately it was going to happen no matter what." It appears Newcomb knew about the fight before it even began. She apparently can be seen walking to the scene with her daughter to confront the other girl. The fight lasted about three minutes.

If convicted, Newcomb faces up to five years in prison. She's free on $15,000 bail. Police say nobody was seriously hurt in the melee. Psychologist Dr. Jeff Gardere, a contributor to HealthGuru.com, told "Early Show" co-anchor Maggie Rodriguez Newcomb's alleged behavior was "criminal. It was atrocious. It was absolutely stupid. And I think, at this point, she realizes what she did was wrong. She got caught up in the moment. "Good parenting does not dictate that you egg your child on. You work with your child on and teach them conflict resolution skills. "And, I have to point out, she was afraid her daughter might get hurt in the back of the head, because she had a previous head injury, and … she (was) being hit with rabbit punches in the back of the head several times. So this is absolutely horrific. " … The parenting was non-existent here. We've seen this before, where parents get caught up; they're living vicariously through their children. So I guess she wants her daughter to win because, in her own way, she's helping her daughter with her self-esteem. But it's absolutely the wrong thing. Maybe she wants herself to win to say she's got a champion on her hands. But it is absolutely atrocious." He was also sharply critical of the girls' school, Palmetto High School, for failing to take action after the fight. Source: CBS twitter-5d.gif

The self-proclaimed "Mayor of Miami" Trick Daddy exploded onto America's pop culture landscape as one of the pioneers of Dirty South rap. His 2001 album, Thugs Are Us, established him, as one critic wrote, "alongside Ludacris and Mystikal as one of the few nationally championed Dirty South rappers, and … catapulted him onto the playlist of every urban radio station in America, not to mention MTV." Widely credited with infusing hip hop with new life, he has been one of the most prolific southern talents since his introduction on Uncle Luke's timeless 1996 dance floor staple, "Scarred". Born and raised in poverty as one of twenty-seven children, Maurice Young aka Trick Daddy, is considered by many as a thoughtful thug. His unsparing portrayal of life in the southern ghetto has earned him a legion of fans. Over a twelve-year career, he's released two platinum selling albums and numerous Billboard chart toppers. The recent merger of Trick's label, Dunk Ryders, with the high profile Cash Money Records, the home of Lil Wayne and other platinum-selling stars, along with the upcoming release of the debut Dunk Ryders group album, is currently causing quite a buzz in music circles. Magic City: Trials of a Native Son, chronicles Trick Daddy's story against the backdrop of Miami, the Magic City. It is an extraordinary story, of a childhood marked by poverty, a crime-laden adolescence, an incarceration, a meteoric rise to fame, and a struggle with a potentially fatal medical condition. It's the story of a boy whose father was a pimp; who, left to his own devices, learned to hustle to survive and whose only role model was his brother, the drug dealer he watched plying his trade on the block. But while his story is remarkable, the most astonishing part is that he is not only still alive, but that he got out. Magic City: Trials Of A Native Son is the story of how that potent mixture of extremes, the dazzling beauty and glittering wealth of the Magic City, and the crime, the corruption and the despair playing out in its shadows gave rise to what has now become the most dominant sound in hip hop, in the process revitalizing a stagnant art form. MAGIC CITY, told in Bailey's artful prose, is an ode to the city of Miami, a riveting tale of a paradise lost. Source: HipHopPress twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump I don't get to watch much of UK's X-Factor, but I'm glad I caught this clip. When this girl first announced she was going to sing Keri Hilson's version of Soulja Boy's "Turn My Swag On", I was ready to see a disaster. But, 16 year old Cher Lloyd really killed it. The judges, Cheryl Cole, Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Natalie Imbruglia were blown away by her performance. I think Cher has a bright future ahead of her. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Frantic witnesses watched a white van speed away from the spot where two West Memphis police officers were shot in May, but one told an emergency operator with some resignation that "they're both dead now."

A prosecutor on Friday released telephone calls made to 911 operators after the May 20 shooting on an Interstate 40 exit ramp in eastern Arkansas.

Other callers helped police tracked the van to a Walmart parking lot, where the accused gunmen were killed in a shootout with police.

West Memphis police officers Bill Evans and Brandon Paudert were shot dead along the highway and police later killed Ohio residents Jerry and Joseph Kane.

Joseph was Jerry Kane's 16 year old son.

Previously released video showed the boy fired an AK-47 at officers after his father was pulled over for a traffic stop.

Former Giants great Lawrence Taylor was indicted Wednesday for having sex with a teenage prostitute.

The Hall of Famer was charged with rape, engaging in a criminal sexual act and sexual abuse of the Bronx teen by a Rockland County grand jury.

He was also hit with charges of endangering the welfare of a child and patronizing a prostitute. Taylor was busted on May 6 at a Holiday Inn after the 16-year-old told cops he paid her $300 to have sex with him.

Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said the teen told them she'd been driven to the hotel by a Bronx pimp - and that she had been verbally threatened and physically assaulted.

Taylor has denied the charges - and has reportedly come up with a dubious defense, namely that he pleasured himself and never touched the girl.

But in an interview with The Daily News, the baby-faced teen insisted she and Taylor "definitely had intercourse."

"If he's saying we didn't, that's not true," she said.
