Jdiggs Tha Prodigy, the exciting new front runner of the DFW Music Scene is delivering his first visual of 2020 for his latest single, “Tha Prodigy”, as well as a new EP Release. 4700, recorded in his home in Fort Worth, TX and mixed and mastered by Jose “Chico” Santiago and Kason Siney, both the single and the EP showcase a more vulnerable and personal side to Jdiggs that we have not heard much about.
“Tha Prodigy” represents Jdiggs’ first collaboration with Deluzion Productions and third time working with Kenneth Varner of Blurry Vision Filmz. The EP, 4700 is named after the house number of his late grandmother who passed away last year on the same date in which the ep was released, July 2. It is by far his most personal release thus far in his career.
Patrick Jordan Diggs, better known by his stage name Jdiggs The Prodigy is a rapper, singer & songwriter from Fort Worth, Texas. Raised in a heavily religious household, he got his start in music in the church choir. He first got his start in rapping freestyling at house parties with his friends. He previously released 3 albums and a collaborative ep with Karmaa, but the young artist believes he still has much to prove and even more to express through his music and visuals he’s putting together to tell his stories. “I’d like to think that I’ve got a song for all moods and all types of listeners. I want people to be able to use some of my lyrics to express themselves however or wherever they find themselves.”
The first official visual of the year is also the first single from the ep. Its a walk through type video that even features his cousin and his son.

It will still take clearing some legitimate hurdles to reach the finish line, but according to ESPN's Ariel Helwani, UFC welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and Jorge Masvidal have finished negotiations and agreed to terms for a last-minute bout to serve as the main event of Saturday's UFC 251 card in Abu Dhabi.
With the new UFC 251 main event now essentially being cleared on paper, both fighters will undergo COVID-19 testing in Las Vegas and immediately enter quarantine while awaiting the results. Should Usman and Masvidal both test negative, then they will be en route to Abu Dhabi as soon as possible from there.
Shortly after the news of the agreement broke, UFC president Dana White posted a hype video to Twitter which seemingly confirmed that he was able to secure the new blockbuster main event.
(CNN) At least two people were killed and eight others injured in an early Sunday shooting at a Greenville, South Carolina, nightclub, police said.
A deputy with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office noticed a disturbance at the club, Lavish Lounge, shortly before 2 a.m. When he pulled into the parking lot, he heard gunshots and called for emergency assistance, Lt. Jimmy Bolt said.
The Greenville Police Department and South Carolina Highway Patrol responded and found four gunshot victims inside, Bolt said. The officers did not fire their weapons, he said.
A dispatcher later learned that other victims were being transported to the hospital in personal vehicles, Bolt said.
The eight surviving victims are listed in "various conditions," he said.
There are no suspects in custody. Investigators remain on the scene.
The nightclub was hosting a "very, very, very, large crowd" for a concert when the shooting erupted, Greenville County Sheriff Hobart Lewis said, according to CNN affiliate WYFF.
"There's a lot of shell casings inside," Lewis said. "Everything is turned over. There are a few chairs in there, food on the floor, some bottles busted. You can tell somebody left in a hurry. There are some pretty large amounts of blood."
In an interview with CNN, Lewis said investigators were looking into whether members of the music group performing at the club were involved. The club promoted a performance by Greensboro, Georgia, rapper Foogiano beginning at 9 p.m. Saturday night, but it was not clear if other acts also played.
Hours before the concert, Foogiano, who four months ago celebrated signing with Atlanta hip-hop star Gucci Mane's label, posted to Instagram, "Greenville y'all ready!? tonight bout to be a f**king movie."
The sheriff’s office was looking for two suspects, but couldn’t provide names or descriptions.

SEATTLE (AP) — A car drove onto a closed freeway early Saturday and struck two people in a crowd protesting against police brutality, killing one and critically injuring the other, authorities said.
Summer Taylor, 24, of Seattle died in the evening at Harborview Medical Center, spokesperson Susan Gregg said.
Taylor and Diaz Love, 32, of Portland, Oregon, were hit by the car that barreled through a panicked crowd of protesters on Interstate 5 early Saturday morning, officials said.
Dawit Kelete of Seattle drove the car around vehicles that were blocking I-5 and sped into the crowd about 1:40 a.m., according to a police report released by the Washington State Patrol. Video taken at the scene by protesters showed people shouting “Car! Car!” before fleeing the roadway.
Love is in serious condition in the intensive care unit, Harborview, Gregg said.
Love was filming the protest in a nearly two-hour-long Facebook livestream captioned “Black Femme March takes I-5” when the video ended abruptly; with about 15 seconds left, shouts of “Car!” can be heard as the camera starts to shake before screeching tires and the sound of impact are heard.
A graphic video posted on social media showed the white Jaguar racing toward a group of protesters who are standing behind several parked cars, set up for protection. The car swerves around the other vehicles and slams into the two protesters, sending them flying into the air.
The driver, who was alone, fled the scene after hitting the protesters, Trooper Chase Van Cleave told The Associated Press. One of the other protesters got in a car and chased the driver for about a mile. He was able to stop him by pulling his car in front of the Jaguar, Van Cleave said.
Troopers arrived, and the driver was put in custody, Washington State Patrol Capt. Ron Mead said.

Lil Wayne chopped it up with 50 Cent on the latest episode of Young Money Radio. The two covered a wide range of topics, but you knew Fif wasn't going to leave without stirring up a little bit of controversy.
"I'm not gonna say who I'm talking about, right?" the G-Unit head honcho says during one segment. "I'm just gonna say ... if you represent prison reform, how did you sign to a correctional officer? And you managed by a snitch?"
It's not hard to figure out that 50 was talking about Meek Mill.
He and Jay-Z formed the REFORM Alliance, an organization that aims to reduce the number of people serving unjust parole and probation sentences.
Rick Ross, a former C.O., signed Meek to his Maybach Music Group label, and the Philadelphia rapper is managed by Roc Nation, whose COO, Desiree Perez, who allegedly worked as a government witness helping the DEA build successful cases against major traffickers in Puerto Rico and Colombia in the mid 90's.
50 and Meek engaged in a previous beef several years back and ultimately squashed it. Let's see if this will heat things back up again.

40 Glocc is finally on the path to putting his prostitution ring bust behind him, and the first step is checking into jail to serve his sentence ... nearly 3 years after his arrest.
The rapper turned himself in to Blue Earth County Jail on June 30 in Minnesota where he'll do one year behind bars after pleading guilty to 1 felony count of promoting prostitution of an individual ... according to court docs.
Once he's done his time in jail, 40 Glocc will be on 10 years of supervised release ... and if he messes up during that period, the rapper could get locked up again. As part his supervised release conditions ... he can't use or possess firearms, has to get a GED, and submit to random alcohol and drug testing.
You'll recall the rapper struck a sweet plea deal with prosecutors back in October ... more than 2 years after he was arrested in July 2017. Prosecutors agreed to drop 2 other felony charges -- fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle and engaging in the sex trafficking of an individual.
The Aurora police department says it’s “ashamed” of photos showing three officers mocking the death of Elijah McClain. Two officers in the photos were fired, the third resigned and a fourth officer was fired after responding “haha” to the pictures in a group text.
Jaron Jones, in the center of the photos, resigned before he was fired. His record will show that he was going to be terminated and he will not be allowed to be a police officer anywhere in the state of Colorado. He was pictured with Erica Marrero and Kyle Dittrich.
According to APD's internal review, Dittrich shared the photos via text message to two officers. One officer received them and had no response. The other, Jason Rosenblatt responded with "HaHa."
Rosenblatt was also fired Friday. He was involved in the initial encounter with Elijah McClain in August.
"He’s being fired for his lack and utter inability to do the right thing here," Interim Police Chief Vanessa Wilson said. "To say 'ha ha' when he was engaged in the incident with Elijah McClain is absolutely unacceptable.”
The interim chief says the photos were taken on October 20, 2019 at the site of a memorial for McClain. The 23-year-old was stopped by officers while walking home from a convenience store months before. He was not armed and did not stop when officers told him to. The officers used a chokehold on him and paramedics injected him with a sedative. McClain died several days after the encounter.
Soft White Underbelly video and portraits of The Whitakers, an inbred family from Odd, West Virginia. The individuals in this video are brothers and sisters, except for Timmy who is a cousin. There is no way I would be able to confirm that the Whitaker parents were related, but given that this does happen in this part of the country and the Whitakers are the most extreme case I’ve seen so far, I would bet that inbreeding was at least partly responsible for the mental and physical abnormalities seen in Lorraine, Freddie, Ray and Timmy. To be clear about my interaction with the family, I brought them pizzas and soft drinks and paid them nicely, which goes a long way in southwestern West Virginia where the average yearly income is as low as $12K a year. This was my fourth visit and I’ve given the family a financial gift each time.
