Video And Pics After The JumpDetroit hasn't screamed this loud at a baseball park since Kirk Gibson was hitting home runs in the 1984 World Series. Hip-hop history was made as Jay-Z and Eminem co-headlined the Motor City's Comerica Park (home of the D-Town Tigers for the past decade) on Thursday night (September 2), the first of two shows on consecutive nights.
While Jay's high-grossing touring schedule helped him to top this year's Forbes' "Hip-Hop Cash King" list, Eminem took a much-needed sabbatical to deal with a myriad of personal issues. Now beyond his darkest hour, Em had one of his brightest moments ever onstage. Not only did he gift his hometown with a seemingly endless string of hits, he pulled off some major surprises. After D12, 50 Cent and the G-Unit — acts that fans likely expected — came out for performances with Em, Slim Shady pulled off a shocker. Dr. Dre came out, first stunning the people then delighting them with smashes.
After his name appeared on the Comerica big screen, the man heralded by many as the greatest producer of his time came out to the opening notes of his world-famous "Next Episode." Then the familiar first keys of "Still Dre" were played.
"Haters say Dre fell off," the Doc rapped. "How n---a? My last album was The Chronic."
After that, the Shady/Aftermath duo took it back to Dre's Chronic days with "Nuthin' But a 'G' Thang."
"One, two, three and to the fo," Em rapped in Snoop's cadence.
" 'Cause you know we came to rip sh-- up!" Dre spit later.
Dr. Dre appeared to be in the best shape of his life. Wearing a T-shirt with the late Proof's face printed on it, Dre looked strong enough to end the Undertaker's undefeated streak at Wrestlemania."Got dammit, Detroit. Do I love you or what?" Eminem asked his fans. "Look what I brought out for you."
Em then told Dre he wanted him to feel the love; Detox chants followed.
"Deeee-tox. Deeee-tox," they yelled from the bleachers to the bullpen. Dre just smiled and said, "I'm Comin'!"
One would-be guest who couldn't attend for obvious reasons was Lil Wayne. But Shady made sure to salute Weezy after "No Love." And the Young Money flag did wave proudly in Detroit as Drake came out for "Forever" and gave a special nod to the Motor City.
"In Detroit, faded off the brown," Drake rapped.
"Nino!!!!" the crowd responded.
"I'm so honored to be here to tonight. This is history in the making. I want y'all to make some noise for the muthaf---in' legend that is Emimem."
Em's legend was largely built off his mastery of music and a catalog made for the kind of environment he played on Thursday: stadiums. The Detroit rapper has been making sing-along anthems throughout his career. Not just tracks you rap in the shower or in the car, but big records like "Sing for the Moment," "Stan" and "Cleaning Out My Closet" — tracks practically begging for an audience of tens of thousands holding lighters up. Em proved he still has that rare connection with his fanbase. Grown men took off their shirts and got rock-n-roll rowdy when he rapped.
"Got dammit, Detroit, I'm back," Em said early on in the night. "Did you miss me?"
It was clear that Em missed his fans as well. He was engaging, lively and energetic on this night. After the "Real Slim Shady" and "Without Me," Em thanked his fans again.
"I love you. This song is for you." "Not Afraid" followed. After screams of "encore, encore," Em brought out the Unit, D12 and Detroit legend Trick Trick who had earlier performed on "Lose Yourself."
Thursday's Home and Home show kicked off with B.o.B, who came back later for "Airplanes, Pt. 2," and set the tone with a quick set that included "Nothin' on You."
The audience was eventually alerted that the Jiggaman was 10 minutes away from showtime. Two clocks filled two oversize screens on the enormous stage while the Beastie Boys' "No Sleep Till Brooklyn" blared from the speakers. When the countdown hit "0," Jay rose from beneath the stage, the lyrically intricate "Dynasty Intro" being played by his band, the Roc Boys. Then a brief snippet of "Lucifer" played before Jay went into his jaw-dropping verse from Rick Ross' "Free Mason."
During "D.O.A. (Death of Auto-Tune)," Jay rhymed "this might need a verse from Jeezy." On cue, the Snowman came out for the "Dey Know" remix followed by "Soul Survivor." His mini-set ended with "Put on for My City" and "Lose My Mind."
After that though, it was the Jay hit parade — with assistance from Memphis Bleek. The Brooklyn duo rocked with a flurry of big records, including "You Don't Know," "99 Problems" and "(Originator 99)." During "Big Pimpin'," Jay delivered Pimp C's verse in the late UGK legend's cadence.
"What y'all know about them Deetroit boys?" Hov asked.
A tribute to hip-hop's fallen soldiers ensued, as the audience shouted in unison, "Prrrrrooooooooof!""I know y'all going through a lot, but Detroit has heart and Detroit will be back," Jay said.
Hov and Slim Shady shared but a few minutes of stage time as Jay emerged for "Renegade" during Em's set.
The Home and Home Tour continues Friday night (September 3) at Comerica Park and comes to the Bronx, New York, on September 13 and 14 at Yankee Stadium.

(AllHipHop News) Chicago raised rapper, Ca$his, an artist signed to Eminem’s Shady Records, is coming back with new found outlook on the game.He is planning to drop a new street album called Shady Loyalty 1st before his first official release for Shady.“I finished the Shady street LP and it’s just called Shady Loyalty First. I love the project it’s 12 tracks of undeniable fire,” Ca$his told AllHipHop.com. “Young Buk from Psycho Drama, Mitchy Slick, and production from Rikanatti, Frank Dukes, Young De of Homeland Security. Everyone needs to check for the single. Its like a real Shady Records anthem for 2010 through 2011.”A number of rappers are still on Shady Records after several artists including Stat Quo and Bobby Creekwater were let go, with their masters. While Ca$his is back again working hard on his music, he struggled for a few years going through personal issues.Of his favorite records, a song about his daughter Miana, whose mom passed away is his favorite.“So far one of my favorite records is Miana about my first daughter, her mom died and I went to jail and its like a Ms. Jenkins, but updated and looking back at life and problems that people go through. Its timeless and that separates it from anything. You can never go wrong doing a song being honest about your child,” Ca$his said.Staying focused has been the goal for the rapper, who has been releasing new music or videos every week for the past 8 weeks.“Yea man this is going on 8 weeks of nice stuff for everyone this week," Ca$his said. "My mindset in this music is to just go in and show that I am improving. People may have forgot about me and my whole squad. Like I said, I took a little break to get cleaned up and to get focused. “Ca$his was first showcased in mainstream rap when he was featured on a mixtape by Eminem which later turned into the album, Eminem Presents the Re-Up.Source:AllHipHopRead more…

Video After The JumpWhen things get heated out in the streets these days, seems like the first reaction is for somebody to grab a gun and start blasting. Especially when you're out a a club or bar. People just don't scrap hardly anymore, outside of the occasional video you see here on PaperChaserDotCom.
The video you're about to check out is from an incident that happened back in April in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
What started as an argument in a parking lot ends in a deadly shooting. Notice not one punch is thrown before the shooter goes to his car to get his pistol.
Also peep how everybody except for the bartender gets low to the ground when the gunshots start. I don't know what the hell this woman was thinking, but her reaction time was mad slow.
A 25 year old man, Kevin Cobbs Jr lost his life during this senseless act of violence.
The person narrating the video is Omar Yildirim, the owner of Philly's Steaks Sports Bar and Grill where the shooting took place.

Video After The JumpVANCOUVER, Wash. — A 28-year-old Vancouver, Wash., woman who had acid thrown in her face has undergone surgery at a Portland hospital.
Legacy Emanuel Medical Center spokeswoman Amber Shoebridge said Wednesday night that Bethany Storro's surgery went well and she was resting.
Bethany Storro, of Vancouver, Wash., was getting something out of her car in downtown Vancouver when the attack happened Monday evening, her mother Nancy Neuwelt told The Oregonian.
Neuwelt said a young woman walked up to her daughter, said: "Hey pretty girl, do you want to drink this?" and tossed a cup of liquid in Storro's face.
"I’m a nice girl and I don’t know why this happened," Storro, 28, said Tuesday in her hospital room in the Oregon Burn Center at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center in Portland, The Columbian newspaper reported.
Storro said the pain was the most excruciating she had ever experienced, her mother told The Columbian.
"It was burning through her shirt. She took off her shirt and she was trying to wipe her face," Neuwelt said, according to the newspaper.
'Felt like her heart stopped'
Storro "kind of remembers walking in circles," Neuwelt added. "She felt like her heart stopped at one point."
She collapsed, screaming for help, only to realize she was not being heard. She got back up and stumbled toward a group of people, The Oregonian reported.
"Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers," Storro said in a written statement Tuesday, The Oregonian reported. "I appreciate all of the well wishes being sent my way. I do ask, if anyone should know the woman who assaulted me, please contact the Vancouver Police."
Neuwelt said her daughter was wearing a pair of sunglasses she had bought shortly before the attack and that may have saved her eyesight. Still, Storro's family said her face will take months to heal.
"It's very bizarre, very random and very weird, and we don’t understand it," Neuwelt told The Columbian, speaking by phone from her daughter's bedside.
"She’s having a hard time," she added. "It's changed her life now and her emotions are all over the place."Recently moved to city
Neuwelt told The Columbian that her daughter had recently moved to Vancouver and was single with no children.
"She wanted to make a fresh start and this happened," Neuwelt, a worship leader and administrative assistant at a local church, told the paper. "Bethany is a really great, fun, energetic and adorable girl, and she didn’t deserve this.""I am so disgusted with society right now!" Storro’s brother, Abraham Neuwelt of Seattle, said on his Facebook page, The Columbian reported.
"Yesterday my little sister got some form of acid thrown into her face while walking through downtown Vancouver, WA. She is currently in the hospital with severe burns and could face permanent damage. This incident was totally unprovoked and malicious in nature. If you believe in prayer, now is the time to ask for a full recovery and that the assailant be brought to justice!"
Vancouver police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said doctors and authorities were trying to determine what kind of substance caused Storro's facial burns.
Police said the assailant was described as a black woman between 25 and 35, who wore a green shirt and khaki shorts, The Columbian reported. She had medium-length black hair that was pulled back.
Chris Brown returns to the top of the R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart for the first time since 2006, as "Deuces" jumps from No. 2 to No. 1 this week.
Hitting the top in just its ninth week on the list, it ties for the year's fastest climb to No. 1. In April, Monica's "Everything to Me" also raced to the penthouse in just nine weeks.
"Deuces" (featuring Tyga and Kevin McCall ) is Brown's third No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs after his debut single "Run It!" in 2005 and the following year's "Say Goodbye." The latter reigned for six weeks, while "Run It!" spent two frames at the top.
Last month, Billboard reported that there was no official word from Jive, Brown's record label, as to when his fourth studio album will be released. The singer has tweeted that his next set may arrive in 2011 or sooner, possibly preceded by a mixtape. Brown's last album, 2009's "Graffiti," has sold 319,000, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
Brown has been on a roll lately. In addition to his first No. 1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Songs in nearly four years, he's also co-starring in the film "Takers," which was the highest grossing film at the U.S. and Canada box office last weekend (Aug. 27-29). It earned $20.5 million in its opening three days. "Takers" is Brown's first foray into film since the November 2007 holiday release "This Christmas."
This week, Brown tweeted a missive to his followers regarding his current successes: "Life has turned around for me. I couldn't be more happier. Thanks to the fans."
Video After The JumpFloyd Mayweather Jr is known for his trash talking ability, but he outdid himself this morning on UStream.Money May started off by talking about his current lack of desire to fight again, but that soon segued into an all out verbal assault on Manny Pacquiao.
"When we do come back, we will kick Poochie-Ow's a**. I'm letting the fans know, don't worry. He's gonna take the urine and the blood test. I truly believe if an athlete is cheating, then we're cheating the fans. I rose to the occasion all 41 times," Floyd said. "Poochie-Ow's got three losses, two draws and been knocked out twice. Once I beat him, it's gonna be a cakewalk then on to the next."
At this point Floyd was just getting warmed up. He started to take even more personal shots at Pac Man later.
"You know Pacquioa can't speak no english, he aint never seen a contract he didn't like. This motherf*cker signed with two companies..look it up. This motherf*cker with Nike and only got 70G's. How stupid is can a motherf*cker be?" Floyd asks. "I wore Reebok's sh*t for three weeks and got a million dollars. And guess what else? This motherf*cker name aint even Manny Pacquiao, this motherf*cker name is Emanuel. He got a fake name...taking power pellets."
Floyd took a break to call a fan, then went right back in on Manny.
"We on vacation for about a year, then we gonna come right back and cook that lil young junk. So the fans aint gotta worry about me fighting the midget. Once I kick the midget a**, I don't want yall to start jumping on my d*ck. So yall better get on the bandwagon right now. Because once I stomp the midget I'mma make that motherf*cker make me a sushi roll and cook me some rice. He better make me a shrimp tempura cut roll. You know how it is, we gonna cook that motherf*cker with some cats and dogs."
All I can say is just wow........

Video After The JumpBy now everybody has probably heard about T.I. and his wife Tiny getting popped in L.A. Now, attention turns to what kind of trouble T.I. might possibly be facing, given the fact that he's already on probation.
Tip was just released from prison in March, after serving seven months on felony gun charges. He is currently on three years probation.
Tip's Maybach was pulled over after he made an illegal U-Turn on Sunset BLVD. After smelling weed, the vehicle was searched.
Nicole Nishida, a spokeswoman for the L.A. County Sheriff's Department says the search turned up pills "resembling Ecstacy." She added that, “The pills are being tested as we speak."
There were other passengers in the car who were not charged with any crime according to MTV.G-Unit General, 50 Centtweeted some advice for Tip.
Fif might have been joking, but it's a thought that has crossed a lot of people's minds today. Because T.I. could face a serious stretch if found to be in violation of his probation.
After getting home from what had to be an exhausting night, Tiny tweeted that the couple were going to try to get some rest.
TMZ has obtained photos of T.I.'s wife -- Tameka "Tiny" Cottle -- in handcuffs late last night while she was being placed into a cop car ... after she and her husband were arrested for allegedly possessing a controlled substance.
Sources on the scene tell us "Tiny" and T.I. were taken to separate squad cars and transported to a local Sheriff's station.
As we first reported, cops pulled the two over on Sunset Blvd around 10:18 PM for a traffic violation and then smelled marijuana. During a subsequent search of the vehicle, cops say they found a controlled substance -- we're told it was not cocaine. The class of the controlled substance that was found includes methamphetamines and ecstacy.
Both were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance.
They were booked and released on $10,000 bail.

Video After The JumpThe O.D.: A Mixtape Daily ExclusiveChris Brown is in the #1 film in the country, "Takers," and now that he's done with Hollywood (for now), he's going back to the lab.
"Me, I'm definitely writing on other people's projects. A lot of in-house stuff," Brown said recently in L.A. "I got a lot of artists coming out. The single 'Deuces' features one of my artists K-Mac and Tyga [from Young Money]. I'm pushing forward. The movie's out, so I'mma have fun."
"Deuces" is in the top 30 of Billboard's Hot 100 charts and #1 on urban radio. The record's success is simply due to fan support. It's part of Brown and Tyga's Fan of a Fan mixtape and skyrocketed once the video hit virally and on MTV Jams.
"That was actually Chris' idea," Tyga told us about putting out a visual for the song. "I thought the record was dope. I thought it was dope for us to do that video. He got to explain his situation. It connects to his fans. His fans miss that from him."I think the people chose the record," Tyga added. "We put the mixtape out, and we asked them: What record do you like the most? They was like, 'Deuces.' It was always coming up. It was growing on YouTube as well, like 100,000 views a day on YouTube. It was his idea to shoot the video. My homie Colin Tilly, he's done all my videos. He's done everything. All my mixtape stuff to the bigger stuff I'm doing now. He got it right. It's what people wanna see, what they wanna hear."
Despite the overwhelming success of Fan of a Fan, Tyga said he and Chris aren't planning an official LP, but they are hitting the road together.
"I don't think you wanna drown people too much," Tyga said about making a full album with Brown. "We've been doing a lot of stuff, though. He's on my album. We're actually working on a tour right now. A Fan of Fan Tour at the end of the year. It'll be dope."
Tyga has an album coming out soon; it doesn't have a release date yet. But his next mixtape, Well Done, will hit within the next couple of weeks. It's going to be a Gangsta Grillz edition.
"I feel like I had to deal with [DJ] Drama. He reminded of Wayne, when he did Dedication with him," Tyga explained. "[Wayne] was going in on every beat. All the mixtapes I've been dropping, they're close to albums. They're more songs. They have more content. This one, I wanted to rap on everybody's beat and murder every beat that's out. It's fun to do that. It's easy. I can knock that out real fast. I think Drama is dope when you wanna link up and murder beats like that."
Some of the tracks Tyga is pilfering are Soulja Boy's "Pretty Boy Swag" and Nicki Minaj's "Your Love."

Video After The JumpSnoop Dogg is setting the bar high for his next album. The Doggfather announced that his next cd will be a sequel to the 1993 classic 'Doggystyle', and producer Swizz Beatz is already giving him "sounds" for the project.
"I'm in the studio with Swizzle, and he just laced my boots up on my new record," Snoop said while sitting next to Swizz. "Motherf*cker gave me some gangsta sh*t, some crip sh*t, some R&B sh*t, some hip hop sh*t, some hard sh*t, some mean sh*t. And the name of the album is ,Doggystyle 2: The Doggumentary', be on the look out for it."
Snoop was holding a cd, he said contained 18 new tracks he and Swizz had just knocked out.
"Thats how we used to do it back in the day," says Swizz. "We used to be about the sound, not the single. Right now we're constructing sounds for the album."
When I think of 'Doggystyle', I remember nothing but hardcore West Coast tracks. It's going to be interesting to hear what Swizz, traditionally known for a more East Coast influenced sound has come up with.

They remained in custody as of press time and are scheduled to make an appearance at the Beverly Hills Municipal Court on Friday. Bail was set at $10,000.

NEW YORK -- Manny Pacquiao and his trainer Freddie Roach wanted the exact same thing that boxing fans everywhere wanted: Floyd Mayweather Jr.
They got Antonio Margarito instead.
Pacquiao and Roach said Wednesday that they agreed to every demand put forward by Mayweather for what could have been the richest fight in boxing history. But the former pound-for-pound king chose not to accept the fight, leaving Pacquiao to look elsewhere for a fall opponent.
He'll face Margarito, the former welterweight champ, on Nov. 13 at Cowboys Stadium.
"I don't need him, he needs me," Pacquiao said of Mayweather, during a stop Wednesday in New York to promote his upcoming fight. "Compare my achievements in boxing to his achievements."
They've both achieved plenty, which is why fans have been clamoring for the high-profile matchup for the better part of two years -- and why so many are upset it hasn't happened.
The fight was nearly made in January, then fell apart when Pacquiao refused Olympic-style drug testing in the weeks leading up to the fight. But the newly minted congressman from the Philippines said he's even agreed to the strict blood testing in an effort to make the fight, but he hasn't heard from Mayweather's side why an agreement couldn't be reached.
"We agree with, you know, his demands," Pacquiao said, referring specifically to the blood testing. "I wanted to know if that's his real reason [for not fighting]."
The entire negotiation process came to resemble an unsavory soap opera, with HBO Sports boss Ross Greenburg publicly stating that he had worked tirelessly as an intermediary between the two sides. Pacquiao's promoter Top Rank has a poor relationship with Mayweather, who rose to become a world champion under its banner, so it's not unreasonable to assume there was an intermediary.
Shortly after a deadline imposed by Top Rank for Mayweather to accept the fight had passed, his adviser Leonard Ellerbe issued a bizarre statement in which he said no negotiations ever took place -- contradicting Greenburg and the folks at Top Rank.
Roach said that Top Rank had been calling him for advice on what gloves to wear, what ring size to use, what weight to fight at -- standard details during a negotiation process.
"When people are calling me and asking me, 'Is this OK? Is this OK? Is this OK?' There's something going on," Roach said. "I know there must have been negotiations going on.
"Whatever he wanted to do, we were accepting it. Whatever he wanted. Manny said, 'I want to fight. I'll agree to anything.' I thought the fight was a shoo-in."
Roach was recently in Ukraine to watch one of his other fighters, Vyacheslav Senchenko, retain a welterweight title. But all he heard from fans were questions about Pacquiao-Mayweather -- not about Senchenko, and certainly not about Margarito.
"You know, I really truly think boxing needs that fight to happen," Roach said. "All people want to know, 'When's he fighting Mayweather?' Wherever I go, that's what I'm asked."
