The final numbers are in and Nipsey Hussle's estate is worth a little over $4 million ... TMZ has learned.
The late rapper's estate filed legal docs documenting the estate's final inventory appraisal ... which puts the estate value at $4,169,088.57. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, a big chunk of Nipsey's net worth comes from his trademark portfolio, shares of companies he owned as well as personal items ... like gold necklaces and Rolexes.
For example ... he owned a 25% share of stock in The Marathon Clothing worth $271k and a 100% interest in All Money In No Money Out Inc. worth just over $2 million. His trademark portfolio -- which includes his name, voice, signature, photograph or likeness on or in products, merchandise or goods -- is worth $913,000.
It's interesting ... the estate checked the box saying Nipsey, who was gunned down in Crenshaw back in April 2019, didn't personally own real estate -- however, it's unclear what assets are held by the various companies in the appraisal.

UNION CITY, Ga. - A teenager working at a Dunkin' Donuts in Union City is recovering after being stabbed by an upset customer.
The disturbing altercation was caught on camera.
According to Union City Police, a customer was upset the store was out of a certain type of donut.
Employees inside the store at the time said the man and a woman first when through the drive-thru to order food but then came back a short time later and came into the store.
"They both engaged in a physical dispute between each other and once that happened then he of course pulled out a knife," said Officer Jerome Turner with the Union City Police Department.
The teenager was stabbed in the upper arm but is expected to be OK.
Officer Turner said this is an incident that could have had a tragic ending.
He said people should try to avoid confronting upset customers, if possible.
"We deal with them every day. Allow us to come and address the customer and utilize our training and allow us to deescalate the situation so that it doesn't happen like it did here," Turner said.

Just a day after a fatal shooting, an East Orange man was arrested and charged with the murder of a Jersey City woman, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez said.
Thaddues Williams, 37, was arrested Saturday night around 7:10 p.m. in the area of Carnegie Avenue in East Orange. Williams is facing multiple charges including murder; possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose; unlawful possession of a weapon; and criminal sexual contact for “touching the victim inappropriately,” Suarez said.
The incident happened Friday night around 8:30 p.m. The Jersey City Police Department reported to the area of 217-219 Martin Luther King Drive on a call of shots fired.
Aieshia McFadden, 36, of Jersey City, was found “unresponsive” with a gunshot wound in her torso, Suarez said. McFadden was transported by Emergency Medical Services to Jersey City Medical Center.
She was pronounced dead on Friday at approximately 9:10 p.m., Suarez said.
On Saturday, Williams was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility in Kearny pending his first appearance.
The Regional Medical Examiner’s Office is looking into the cause and manner of death.
Suarez credited the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit, the JCPD and East Orange Police Department with the investigation and arrest. HCPO’s Homicide Unit and JCPD are actively investigating the case.

A Chicago-based singer and songwriter has been arrested and accused of aggravated assault after a man was shot in the head in a Buckhead hotel Tuesday evening, authorities said.
When Atlanta police responded to the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta around 6:25 p.m., they came across a large pool of blood at the entrance of room 614. Inside, they found 24-year-old Jonathan Wright lying at the foot of the bed with a gunshot wound to his forehead, according to an incident report.
Officers said Wright was “somewhat responsive,” but he was having trouble staying conscious due to the loss of a lot of blood.
Joann Marie Slater, who goes by the stage name Ann Marie, was standing beside the bed, screaming and crying hysterically, police said. Although she appeared to be upset, there were no visible tears from her eyes, the report said.
Slater told police numerous times that a gun went off and struck Wright in the forehead after it fell off a table. Police said she continued asking if Wright was OK or dead. She also told authorities that she was unable to provide Wright’s or her own ID, but stated that she “grew up” with the victim and they knew each other from school in Chicago.
Police said they located two shell casings inside the room.
“A projectile was also found by the bathroom door on the carpet and one in the bathroom tub,” the report indicated. “There was one bullet hole in the door jam, and also one in the cabinet top right corner in the bathroom.”
Wright was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, authorities said. His condition was not released.
Slater was booked into the Fulton County Jail and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, online jail records show.
According to YouTube Music, Slater is signed to Interscope Records and known for her single “Secret.” The song received more than 80 million views on YouTube and peaked at No. 22 on the Billboard Hot R&B Songs chart in 2019.

On the morning of December 7, actress Natalie Desselle Reid died of colon cancer at the age of 53, surrounded by her family. According to TMZ, Desselle Reid was diagnosed with colon cancer earlier this year. Actress Holly Robinson Peete tweeted the news, writing, “a bright shining star passed away this morning. I got to know her when my mom was managing her. She will be so missed … sending out prayers to her children and husband.” After Peete’s announcement, an official statement on Desselle Reid’s Instagram confirmed the news: “It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the loss of our beautiful Natalie this morning. She was a bright light in this world. A queen. An extraordinary mother and wife.”
Desselle Reid was best known for her iconic role as Mickey, one of the titular Black American Princesses in the 1997 film B*A*P*S opposite Halle Barry. That same year, Desselle Reid played wicked stepsister Minerva in the beloved film version of Rodgers & Hammertsein’s Cinderella alongside Whitney Houston and Brandy. In the 2000s, Desselle Reid continued her comedic career on the series Eve and worked with Tyler Perry on Madea’s Big Happy Family in 2011. Desselle Reid is survived by her husband and their three children.

A small town has been shaken after Polk County officials release new details in an investigation. 52-year-old Polk County mother Suzette Penton has died from her injuries after officers say she was run on November 9, 2020. “A lady that was doing nothing but trying to gather photographs of suspects who attacked her child a their home!”
Tuesday, Polk County Sheriff, Grady Judd said the 18-year-old driver, Elijah Stansell’s charges are being upgraded to adult first degree murder charges while the other teens face attempted murder for the crime.
It’s Penton’s family, however that suffers the most. “She left with her youngest son to the store for a few minutes. Little did she realize at that moment in time, that directly across the street in a park, there were four people in a van. They were waiting to go beat up Hunter,” said Sheriff Judd.
Officers say Stansell brought three other people: 16-year-old Raven Sutton, 15-year-old Kimberly Stone and 14-year-old Hannah Eubank to the victim’s house to handle an ongoing dispute. “Kimberly Stone was the ex-girlfriend to Hunter Penton. Her new boyfriend is Elijah Stansell. Well, Kimberly had been communicating back and forth online with Penton’s son and said, ‘Well, I’ll get my boyfriend and we’ll come beat you up’,” said Sheriff Judd.
After Penton was seen leaving her home, the teens approached the front door and a fight ensued between Penton’s son and the teens. “They go up to the front door. The instigator of all this stays in the van. Hunter has no idea. When he comes out the side door, Elijah confronts him and starts beating him up. About that time, unexpectedly, Suzette comes back,” said Sheriff Judd.
That’s when the teens scramble for the van and Penton runs after them. Seconds later, the van is seen pulling away as Penton stood in the roadway where police say Stansell then intentionally hit Penton before fleeing the scene.
All four teens are being charged as adults for murder and attempted murder. A celebration of life for Suzette Penton will be held on December 6th at the Bronson Community Center. The family has made it so that all are welcome.

Evander Holyfield says his team has been in contact with Mike Tyson's camp -- and he strongly believes they're VERY close to inking a deal for a 3rd fight.
"I'm a very confident person," Evander tells TMZ Sports ... "I think it's gonna happen."
Remember, after Mike fought Roy Jones Jr. -- Tyson revealed his team had been in touch with the Holyfield camp, but they weren't able to make a deal.
But, Evander says there's been movement -- and it's heading in the right direction.
Evander is 58. Tyson is 54.
Of course, the two first clashed back in 1996 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas -- where Evander dominated Mike before securing a win via TKO in the 11th round.
The Tyson vs. Holyfield rematch went down in 1997 -- and that's when Mike famously feasted on Evander's ears. Tyson was disqualified in the 3rd round.
Evander's last sanctioned fight took place in 2011 when he was nearly 48 years old -- defeating 46-year-old Danish heavyweight Brian Nielsen.
Holyfield has been back in the gym training like crazy -- but does he have what it takes to beat Mike Tyson, who looked phenomenal against Roy Jones Jr.?
The Real Deal is hoping to find out ... sending this message to his old rival.
"Let's do it, baby! Simple as that. Let's do it!"

For the last couple of months there have been rumors circulating of a Floyd Mayweather vs, Logan Paul fight. Turns out, the chatter was true.
In a surprise announced via his Instagram account on Sunday, December 6, Floyd said he and the YouTube star, turned boxer would square off in a super exhibition match on February 20, 2021.
Hopefully Mayweather will give Paul the Nate Robinson treatment.

Yup, that's one of the greatest female boxers ever ... telling TMZ Sports she's ready to humble the YouTube superstar and show him what it's like to go up against a REAL fighter!!
We spoke with the champ about the recent Paul and Nate Robinson fight ... and she says they made a "mockery" of the sport because there are actual boxers who should have gotten the chance to fight under a Tyson and Jones Jr. card instead of social media stars and NBA players.
The 25-year-old says it's smart for Jake to keep calling out non-pro boxers ... but guarantees the dude would get exposed against a real fighter.
"Jake Paul is making his money, he's doing his thing, but stay away from us real fighters," Shields says.
"And anybody out there that say 'Oh, Jake Paul will destroy her because she's a woman', ... I'm the greatest woman! So, no, Jake Paul won't do nothing with me and if he think he can, he can come see me."
Shields says she's not talkin' sparring, either -- she would take Paul on in a real fight ... and donate her earnings to the water crisis in her hometown of Flint, Michigan.
As for what the boxing world would think of the potential matchup, Shields thinks people would still take Paul just because he's a dude.
"I've been boxing for 14 years, 2 Olympics but they would still give Jake Paul the nod because he's a man. And it's like, you guys don't know nothing!"
