LAKE PARK, Fla. (CBS12) — Travis Rudolph, a former FSU football star from Cardinal Newman High School, is facing murder charges in connection to a double shooting in Lake Park.

The shooting happened just after midnight on Wednesday.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office said the shooting stemmed from a fight along N. Redwood Drive, near Northlake and U.S. 1.

The first deputies on scene found a person with gunshot wounds and a second man shot to death a short distance away in West Palm Beach.

Deputies arrested Rudolph, 25, on charges of murder and attempted murder with a firearm.

Rudolph is due in court Thursday morning.

The wide receiver made headlines around the world when he befriended a boy living with autism during lunch at Montford Middle School in Tallahassee in 2016.

In 2017, the sheriff's office arrested a man for the murder of Rudolph's father in a shooting at Sugar D's. Paul Senat of Lantana is facing manslaughter charges in that shooting.

Nike has suspended its endorsement deal with Deshaun Watson amid the sexual assault & inappropriate behavior allegations made against the Houston Texans quarterback, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

"We are deeply concerned by the disturbing allegations and have suspended Deshaun Watson. We will continue to closely monitor the situation," Nike said in its statement.

Twenty-two women have filed lawsuits against Watson over the past month that allege "a disturbing pattern" of behavior during massage & therapy sessions.

On Tuesday, Ashley Solis publicly spoke about her allegations, saying Watson "robbed" her of the feeling that she was healing people as a massage therapist.

Watson's brand partnerships also include Rolex, Beats by Dre & local partnerships with H-E-B & Reliant Energy. He also joined Lefty's, a cheesesteak franchise, opening a restaurant in Houston near NRG Stadium in 2020.

The NFL has launched an investigation into Watson under its personal conduct policy & NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy on Tuesday called the allegations against the quarterback "deeply disturbing." The Houston Police Department also has an open investigation into Watson, without specifying what he has been accused of.

Watson has publicly denied any wrongdoing & Rusty Hardin, whose law firm is representing Watson, said last month that he believes "any allegation that Deshaun forced a woman to commit a sexual act is completely false." Hardin said in a statement last week that he & Watson will "fully cooperate with the Houston Police Department."

Rapper T.I. & his wife Tameka "Tiny" Harris are denouncing allegations against them after 3 more accusers have come forward with abuse claims against the couple.

Attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is already representing 11 other accusers, has retained 3 more accusers seeking a criminal investigation into T.I. (real name Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.), Tiny & their associates.

The latest claims include drugging, sex trafficking & rape. None of the accusers has shared their names.

Steve Sadow, counsel for the couple, called the new allegations "scurrilous," asking for the accusers "to reveal themselves publicly."

One of the most jarring claims comes from a woman who details an encounter with the couple in Miami when she was 20 years old. She says that T.I. forced her to swallow a pill & to take a powdered substance, which drugged her. She alleges Tiny then proceeded to engage in sexual intercourse & she could not consent.

Another woman, also 20 at the time, claims she was drugged & raped by T.I. & 1 of his male friends, again in Miami, in May of 2010. Blackburn says he has received medical records for the victim.

The third accuser says she was sex trafficked in Nevada, California & Florida by the couple.

T.I. & Tiny denied those allegations through Sadow.

"Clifford & Tameka Harris deny in the strongest possible terms these unsubstantiated & baseless allegations," he said. "We are confident that if these claims are thoroughly and fairly investigated, no charges will be forthcoming. These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid shakedown campaign that began on social media. The Harrises implore everyone not to be taken in by these obvious attempts to manipulate the press & misuse the justice system.”

Kodak Black was being targeted by hitmen when his security guard was shot in the leg ... at least according to cops, who are reviewing threats made against him before the shooting.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Monday morning's shooting down in Florida appears to be a hit & not just an armed robbery. We're told police are aware of a series of online threats to Kodak's life & cops are looking into them.

We’re told cops are specifically reviewing threatening comments apparently made by music producer Southside during an Instagram Live Sunday, seemingly in response to Kodak's IG Live mention of Southside's girlfriend, City Girls rapper Yung Miami.

However, our law enforcement sources tell us they have no named suspects in the shooting right now & the investigation remains open & ongoing.

As we reported ... Kodak & his entourage were ambushed around 3 AM Monday outside a fast food joint in Tallahassee, resulting in a serious gunshot wound for one of his security guards, with law enforcement saying the shooter opened fire from a car that was tailing Kodak after he left a nightclub.

The fact Kodak was in Tallahassee -- instead of his usual South Florida haunts -- was widely known. He was there to perform at the Cultur3 Fest music festival & the shooting happened shortly after that.

DMX remains on life support in a New York hospital, & Wednesday will be an extremely critical day that could determine his outcome.

X remains in a coma & his condition has not materially changed ... his manager, Steve Rifkind, tells TMZ.

Members of DMX's family visited him Tuesday night ... leaving at around 10 PM.

Rifkind says doctors will perform a battery of tests Wednesday to determine the level of brain function. As we reported, when DMX OD'd Friday night, his brain was deprived of oxygen for nearly 30 minutes. Multiple sources told us ... he had "little brain activity."

Although we're told the prognosis does not look good, Wednesday's tests will determine decisions the family may have to make.

One thing's for sure, millions of fans are pulling for him. The vigil outside the hospital where DMX lays in ICU was extremely moving. DMX's fiancee, mom and some of his kids have been at the hospital visiting him.

There's been a lot of inaccurate information floating around about X's condition, and Rifkind wanted to make it clear ... "DMX is currently on life support & in a coma. There are multiple people with inaccurate information about his well-being & it is not helpful & productive. Tomorrow he will undergo further tests on his brain function & his family will determine what's best from there. We appreciate your prayers & support."

Uber has been ordered to pay $1.1 million to a blind passenger after an independent arbitrator ruled that the company's drivers discriminated against her after refusing her rides on 14 separate occasions.

Lisa Irving, a San Francisco Bay Area resident, brought the claim against Uber in 2018 after “she was either denied a ride altogether or harassed by Uber drivers not wanting to transport her with her guide dog,” which she relies on.

Irving alleged that drivers left her stranded at night and caused her to be late to work, which may have contributed to her being fired.

Irving’s lawyers said their client suffered verbal abuse and intimidation, which did not stop after she brought her complaints to Uber.

"Of all Americans who should be liberated by the rideshare revolution, the blind and visually impaired are among those who stand to benefit the most,” Catherine Cabalo, one of Irving's attorneys, told the BBC in a statement. “However, the track record of major rideshare services has been spotty at best and openly discriminatory at worst."

"The bottom line is that under the Americans with Disabilities Act, a guide dog should be able to go anywhere that a blind person can go," she added.

Uber rejected Irving’s claims, insisting that its divers are “expected to serve riders with service animals and comply with accessibility,” but the arbitrator found that was not the case.

The investigation suggested that drivers were coached in ways to deny rides that would circumvent the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The arbitrator ruled that Uber was liable for violations of the ADA because of its “contractual supervision over its drivers and for its failure to prevent discrimination by properly training its drivers.”

The ADA prohibits businesses from denying transportation of a person with a guide dog.

Uber strongly disagreed with the ruling, saying that its team looked into each complaint and took appropriate action.

Xzibit is learning a hard lesson about the rules of engagement when it comes to selling weed, and rule #1 seems to be ... don't name your company after a chemical weapon.

The rapper/entrepreneur's company -- Napalm Cannabis -- has been dragged online because its name is a sore reminder of a chemical agent that was used in firebombs during the Vietnam War ... firebombs that killed & maimed innocent citizens, including the little girl whose photo became a symbol of the horror of the United States' involvement in the war.

Napalm was also used against Japan in WWII. Its use on civilians was banned internationally in 1980 by the U.N.

Customers were deeply offended by the name, not to mention one product in particular -- a pre-rolled joint known as "The Grenade." Seems people didn't like the cavalier reference to deadly weapons of war.

As Asian hate crimes are on the rise ... the name conjures up images that should not be celebrated.

As for how this product line could even make its way to digital shelves in the first place -- Higher Path is chalking it up to ignorance & a lack of diversity. HP says, "As an entirely-white marketing team that lacks knowledge or trauma surrounding this weapon, we didn’t realize how violent & ignorant it was to promote such a brand/product. That’s on us."

Fact is ... plenty of white people also knew the misery napalm caused.

Xzibit attempted to explain his rationale, saying it wasn't his intention to co-sign on the harm napalm has inflicted on the Asian community ... it was simply a play on an old album of his of the same name. It's unclear if he plans to roll out a name change for his weed biz.

Six people were found dead in an Allen home early Monday in what police said is an apparent murder-suicide.

Officers responded about 1 a.m. to the 1500 block of Pine Bluff Drive after a family friend reported that someone at the home was suicidal, police said.

When officers arrived, they found a family of six dead inside the home.

They were identified as Altafun Nessa, 77, Iren Islam, 56, Towhidul Islam, 54, Tanvir Towhid, 21, and Farbin Towhid and Farhan Towhid, both 19. Police said they were two brothers, a sister, their father and mother, and a grandmother.

Police said they believe the brothers killed their family members, then themselves.

“Apparently two brothers made an agreement to commit suicide and ended up taking the entire family with them,” said Sgt. Jon Felty, a police spokesman.

A social-media account that belonged Farhan Towhid contained a link to a lengthy letter that presaged the killings.

Police believe that the incident happened sometime Saturday. They told KXAS-TV (NBC5) that one of the brothers recently bought a gun.

Kodak Black and his entourage were ambushed outside a fast food joint in Florida, and the shooting left one of his security guards in serious condition ... according to police.

Gunfire erupted around 3 AM Monday morning in the parking lot of a McDonald's in Tallahassee. Law enforcement tells us the shooter opened fire from a car that was tailing Kodak and co.

Law enforcement sources say the rapper's entourage was being followed by several cars attempting to cut them off as they left a nightclub, and Kodak's camp pulled into the McDonald's and blocked the entrance with a car while KB went inside to pick up an order.

We’re told one of the cars tailing Kodak went to the McDonald's, left and then came back ... and that's when people inside the vehicle started shooting.

Kodak's security guard was shot in the leg and rushed to a local hospital with serious injuries, police say, while Kodak was whisked away in an armored car and was unharmed.

Kodak was in town headlining a Sunday music festival, Cultur3 Fest, and the security guard is reportedly undergoing surgery after one of the shots apparently hit an artery. The security guard is now in stable condition.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WZTV) — Shocking new surveillance video shows the moment a Tennessee woman starts shooting at a group of Burger King workers. What lead up to the violence? Police say it was over wait times in the drive-through line.

The wild situation played out in Memphis after a customer got angry while waiting for her drive through order at the fast food restaurant.

Pictures from surveillance video show the woman pointing a gun at people inside a Burger King.

She gets into an argument with one of the workers and starts shooting. Forcing employees to run for cover. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

"I hate that they were impatient,” Dewayne Wilson, who was interviewed in the parking lot, said. “Kids work there.”

Memphis Police are still looking for the woman.
