Ron Artest made no secret that he wanted to get in Chelsea Handler's pants during his appearance on her show yesterday (June 23).

The Los Angeles Laker's star forward showed up barefoot, wearing pants with pictures of Chelsea all over them.

"I've been trying to get into your pants for a long time and I heard you was playing hard to get so I had to put you on my pants," Ron Ron said.

"Oh, well you heard wrong because I am easy to get," Chelsea joked. "Thank you for not wearing shoes by the way. I like checking out a man's feet before I get involved."

The rest of the interview is very funny. Ron said he finally took a shower after not having one for the two days following the championship win and talked about his new song "Champions".

CHICAGO — Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley defended the city's handgun ban Tuesday after a spate of shootings that left 10 people dead and dozens wounded, saying the violence bolsters the city's argument that the 1982 ordinance is needed.

Daley said the city must continue to fight against handguns even if the U.S. Supreme Court strikes down the ban as unconstitional. The court is expected to rule later this month.

"Look at all the guns that shot people this weekend. Where did they come from? That is the issue," Daley said at a South Side high school Tuesday.

Ten people have been killed and more than 60 others wounded by gunfire since Friday, city officials said. Daley said about 75 percent of the recent shootings involved people who knew each other.

Chicago officials have said that if the Supreme Court rules against the city, they would look for ways to change gun restrictions so they aren't unconstitutional. Chicago's ordinance that makes it illegal to possess or sell handguns in the city.

Homicides from all causes are up slightly in Chicago over last year. Officials earlier this month said the city had 164 homicides between January and May — a 4 percent increase over the same period in 2009.

Beatrice Sumlin, who raised her children on the city's South Side and said she knows lots of people whose children joined gangs, agreed with the mayor on the danger of family and friends hurting each other.

"People get in heated arguments, drinking and what have you," said Sumlin, 70.

Daley also said Chicago will spend nearly $25 million in federal economic stimulus money on preventive programs for youth in high schools. The programs include mentors and teacher training.

Daley also recently proposed legislation for the entire state that would require semiautomatic pistols manufactured or delivered for sale in Illinois to be capable of "micro-stamping." The technology helps law enforcement link spent ammunition with the gun used to fire it.

The mayor also wants to make it a Class 1 felony to "knowingly sell or transfer a gun to a known gang member."

Gov. Pat Quinn told reporters at a separate news conference in Chicago on Tuesday that Illinois needs tough laws punishing people who commit gun crimes.

"Those who commit gun violence need to go to jail and stay there," he said.

Chicago's ban on the sale and possession of handguns has been weathering legal challenges for years. But it gained newfound attention after the Supreme Court in 2008 struck down a similar ban in the District of Columbia. The court now plans to decide whether the ruling on D.C., a city with unique federal status, should apply to local and state laws, too.

Associated Press Writer Deanna Bellandi contributed to this report.

Tupac Shakur's legend continues to grow.

The late rapper's song "Dear Mama" has been selected by The Library Of Congress for Entry Into The National Registry along with 24 other songs.

“In this moving and eloquent homage to both his own mother and all mothers struggling to maintain a family in the face of addiction, poverty and societal indifference, Tupac Shakur unflinchingly forgives his mother who, despite a cocaine habit, ‘never kept a secret, always stayed real,’ stated Librarian of CongressJames H. Billington. “The song displays further evidence of hip hop as a musically sophisticated and varied genre that can artfully encompass a wide variety of themes and musical influences.”

Along with Dear Mama other songs selected include:

King Oliver’s Creole Jazz Band (“Canal Street Blues”), Little Richard (“Tutti Frutti”), Loretta Lynn (“Coal Miner’s Daughter”), R.E.M. (“Radio Free Europe”) and entire albums from The Band (The Band) and Patti Smith (Horses).

Former Giants great Lawrence Taylor was indicted Wednesday for having sex with a teenage prostitute.

The Hall of Famer was charged with rape, engaging in a criminal sexual act and sexual abuse of the Bronx teen by a Rockland County grand jury.

He was also hit with charges of endangering the welfare of a child and patronizing a prostitute. Taylor was busted on May 6 at a Holiday Inn after the 16-year-old told cops he paid her $300 to have sex with him.

Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said the teen told them she'd been driven to the hotel by a Bronx pimp - and that she had been verbally threatened and physically assaulted.

Taylor has denied the charges - and has reportedly come up with a dubious defense, namely that he pleasured himself and never touched the girl.

But in an interview with The Daily News, the baby-faced teen insisted she and Taylor "definitely had intercourse."

"If he's saying we didn't, that's not true," she said.

WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH -- A woman who police say stole two cars and led them on a chase all while she was naked is now in jail. West Valley City officers stopped her with a Taser.

The 31-year-old woman from Kearns was booked Tuesday evening after getting a mental evaluation.

This was certainly an unusual call for West Valley City officers. They say it's laughable now, but mostly, they're just happy no one was seriously injured.

Five o'clock in the morning is not usually a busy time on Highway 111 in West Jordan. But Tuesday morning was different.

As West Valley City police Capt. Tom McLachlan said, "This was an episode that is out of the normal."

And that's an understatement.

A man was pulled over, posting business signs on the side of the road. Sylvina Beagley pulled up next to him and got out of her car.

"Unique thing about that was that, uh she was not wearing any clothes," McLachlan said.

Then she decided to steal his car, driving north toward West Valley City.

The man jumped into her abandoned car and followed Beagley, while dialing 911.

At 5300 South, she crashed into a gate on ATK property and ran. Officers eventually caught up with Beagley, but they couldn't quite physically catch her.

"She did have blood on her body from the initial crash. She was hot and sweaty, dirty, and very slippery. She managed to escape the grasp of the two officers," McLachlan said.

And she was off again! This time she got into a squad car and drove away, only to crash into another gate, hit a burm and soar 50 feet in the air.

Beagley didn't stop there either. She ran from the totaled car and scaled a barbed wire fence.

Officers realized a Taser was necessary to stop her, and so it ended.

"It's an unusual story. It'll pique the interest of a lot of people," McLachlan said.

West Valley City officers say the man who had his car stolen initially is a concealed carrier and the gun was in his car. Luckily, Beagley never used it.

She's being held on two counts of stolen vehicles, felony fleeing and lewdness.

Lady Gaga fell victim to her own sense of fashion at London's Heathrow Airport yesterday (June 22).

The star singer was strolling through the airport, lost her balance and fell hard on her face. That's a long way to come down from in boots that only someone used to stilts could be comfortable wearing.

Aside from her bruised pride, I'm sure she's alright.

Since I’ve been locked up until now, one of the main things I constantly get asked about is Lil Wayne, who was incarcerated at Rikers Island at the same time I was. During my stay at Rikers Island, I was placed in General Population at the E.M.T.C. (C-76 aka “6 Building”) where all male sentenced inmates are held. I would spend most of my time working, drawing, watching bootleg DVDs, and listening to the radio. Inmates would get paid $10-$25 a week for various jobs around the jail. For a few months of my time I worked; not for the money as much but to help pass the time. My job on the Island was to rinse and scrub pots in the mess hall as well as deliver the dinner food wagons with my friend and fellow inmate Geoff Turbeville to Protective Custody (“P.C.” – 3 Upper), Administrative Segregation (“AdSeg” – 2 Upper), New Admission Cells & C.A.T Cells (Cells for New Inmates and Inmates who had Assaulted Staff -2 & 3 Main) , and Mental Observation Dorm (“M.O.” – 1 Main).

Contrary to what was written in most newspapers Dwayne “Lil Wayne” Carter was housed in Protective Custody Cells. This is where the jail would house some Snitches, Homosexuals, Child Molesters, Incarcerated Cops, former Correctional Officers, and occasionally High-Profile Cases. Basically anyone who would or have had a problem in general population.

These Inmates were not allowed to leave their respective housing areas to go to the mess hall, so we would have bring the meals to them. While doing this I would sometimes see humorous stuff. One time I witnessed an inmate who worked as a pantry worker in 2 & 3 Upper throw a loaf of bread through a food port in the day room at Lil Wayne and yell at him “Welcome to my hood B*TCH! Where’s your Cash Money now MOTHER F*CKER!”. Lil Wayne glanced back at the rather large inmate and proceeded to try and ignore him while watching TV. On our runs we would see crazy inmates in the M.O. House get pepper sprayed for fighting in the dorm and all sorts of other wild stuff…

While up in these areas for work I was given this book, which was sent to Lil Wayne. I found the Inscription to be rather interesting to say the least.

Lil Wayne was treated no different by the staff than any other inmate. He didn’t have any laptop or any other special privileges. The only thing that would separate him from the rest was that he had “front gate visits” (visits in private). Where all other inmates would see friends and family in a big gymnasium.

This is the only time he was allowed to leave his housing area, and was the only time (other than when he took methadone for drug withdrawal at the clinic) he would have any type of contact with inmates in general population while walking the halls to his visits . He would always look at the floor and never talk as he was escorted by captains to his visit. He would make all attempts to avoid any type of eye contact with any other inmate.

While locked up I drew Lil Wayne from the Rolling Stone cover he was featured on. I had professional prints sent into the jail to sell and get copies (some of which were later confiscated by Correctional Officers) signed by Weezy for friends and family. I spent days trying to steal a sharpie from various areas around the building. I eventually had to buy one with some commissary soups from a gay inmate who would get sharpies from program offices and use them for lip liner.

At times around the jail you would hear ridiculous stories, lies and rumors about Lil Wayne. Randomly in intake and other parts of the building you would find little stick figure drawings of him behind bars. I would normally ignore most of the ignorant comments and lies that the inmates would say in regards to Lil Wayne. I would sit back and let them talk their bullshit without letting them know I delivered his food and others. My friend and co-worker made that mistake once; he was later asked by Blood Gang Members to send kites (letters from one inmate to another which is against the rules of the jail) to Wayne, asking for money or legal representation for appeals and other open cases. Soon after receiving my drawings of Lil Wayne, I was moved out of my working dorm to a high risk “main” dorm for an unrelated “incident” in the house, consequently I was no longer able to work anymore…

Call them the athletes we love to hate.

Michael Vick, Ben Roethlisberger, Tiger Woods and, yes, Alex Rodriguez, made the Top 10 of Forbes' Most Disliked People in Sports for 2010.

Sparred by his conviction for dog fighting, Vick topped the list with 69% of those polled citing him as someone they "dislike alot," "dislike," or "dislike some."

Though Vick completed his 21-month sentence and publicly apologized for his actions, he still holds the top spot spot for most disliked person in sports for the second year in a row.

Woods' infidelities catapulted him from the No. 1 spot in golf to fourth place on the despised list, while A-Rod made some improvement in this year's ranking, going from third place in 2009 to eighth place this year.

The E-Poll Market Research surveyed 1,100 people nationwide, ages 13 and older, to create the infamous list.

The Top 5 include Vick, Al Davis in second place, Roethlisberger in third, Woods in fourth and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones holding down fifth place. Six through 10 are rounded by Mark McGwire, Terrell Owens, Rodriguez, Allen Iverson and Gilbert Arenas.

Of those polled, 53% said they disliked Woods in some way, despite his numerous public apologies. Woods is appearing on Forbes' list for the first time.

Things got better for A-Rod, a year after he admitted using steroids while he played with the Texas Rangers. While 57% of people disliked A-Rod in 2009, only 45% of people disapprove of him Wednesday.

Noticeably absent from the list is Manny Ramirez, who held second place in 2009, along with Kobe Bryant, who held fifth place last year.

Luther Campbell aka Uncle Luke is fed up with his grown kids making videos talking about what a horrible father he's been. So he just said to hell with it and publicly disowned all of them except his youngest child he's raising with his wife.

“I have one kid. His name is Blake Campbell and he stays with me and me and my wife raise him," Luke told Houston's 97.9 The Mad Hatta Show.

For those of you that may not have been paying attention. In the last several weeks three of Luke's oldest kids [Lecresha, Luther Jr and Shanetres] have come out publicly via videos calling their father everything from a deadbeat dad to a woman abuser. Lecresha even said he shot her mom in the leg.

As he was disowning his own kids, Luke had a Public Service Annoucement for other teens thinking about having sex.

"I'd like kids out there and everybody to understand that it's important to practice safe sex. And it's important to not have sex without condoms because you will be sperm donating. And when you sperm donate to angry parents and angry mothers. Then unfortunately the only thing it's about is a check. When you get a check then the results of that check is your sperm donation kids are online talking bad about you after you spent millions and millions dollars in child support."

LOL, this is both sad and funny at the same time, but most of all 100% ridiculous.

The Boss Don, Max-B spoke with VladTV from prison to give him and his fans an update on his appeals process.

Max has been granted an appeal and at this point is waiting on his appeal court date. He could be back on the street soon if he's granted bail.

Max confirmed that he is officially out of his contract to Jim Jones and his debut album 'Vigilante Season' drops in September.

Biggavel says his previous jail stint has helped him deal with being locked up this time.

"I get love, it's a regular thing. I'm still Max, but I aint a rapper. I'm not doing what I do for a living, so I'm just in here fighting my case," Max says. I get along with n****s. I aint into nothing crazy. I just be chilling, doing my time."

Vlad asks Max how it felt when the judge read off that 75 year sentence.

"Let me straighten this out. I didn't get 75 [years] I got 40, they sentenced me to 40. I was a little devastated, but it was excessive, my time was excessive, my charges was excessive," Max explains. "I got total faith in my appeal, I will be back. It's gonna be even bigger now when I come back to life. Cause the odds are against me."

Max goes on to talk about his new lawyer, send shouts out to Tony Yayo for holding him down and sends a message out to the kids.

"I just tell the kids just pray, listen to your parents, do the right thing. Stay out of trouble, stay in school. This [jail] aint nothing to glamourize, this aint nothing for the glamour. This sh*t is real, I'm in here fighting for my life. I had a career going on, just in the snap of a finger your whole life can change for the worse. So tell the kids, Max-B will be back. I love all the kids, I love all the fans."
