Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- A tell-all book by a former "Girls Gone Wild" photographer alleges that Paris Hilton once smuggled illegal drugs into Europe using a cigarette box hidden inside her body. Hilton's representative did not comment on the book's allegation when contacted by CNN Wednesday. A copy of "Flash! Bars, Boobs and Busted -- 5 years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild" was filed as an exhibit in the publisher's response to a lawsuit aimed at stopping its sale on Tuesday. The lawsuit described the "Girls Gone Wild" video series as "filming real college coeds reveling in spring break." The video series' founder, Joe Francis, filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court in July accusing his former employee, Ryan Simkins, of violating confidentiality agreements with the book. "Simkins agreed orally and in writing not to disclose confidential information or speak publicly in a manner that could harm the reputation of Mr. Francis or the Girls Gone Wild enterprise," his suit said. Simkin's legal response contended he was not bound by any confidentiality agreement. "To the extent the parties previously may have agreed that the defendant would not write about plaintiffs, that agreement was waived by plaintiffs," the response said. The book became available online Tuesday despite the lawsuit, according to the publisher's lawyer. Publisher 4th Street Media, named as a co-defendant, submitted the book as an exhibit in a court filing on Tuesday. An excerpt of the filing obtained by CNN described a purported encounter between Simkins and Hilton, who was naked in her dressing room during a photo shoot in Los Angeles. Hilton was about to fly to Europe to meet Francis, whom she was dating at the time, he wrote. Simkins wrote that he was delivering a Camel cigarette package filled with cocaine and Ecstasy to Hilton at the request of Francis: "I took out the Camel box and handed it to her, and she thanked me. We talked for a minute or two about the apparent difficulty of procuring those drugs in Europe. I asked if she was flying private, and she said, 'No, commercial.' And then as politely as I could, I asked her how she planned on traveling with that amount of blow and X. "She held the box in her right hand, and then with an underhand swoop like a lower case J, she demonstrated exactly how she intended to beat airport security. She even whistled as she did it." He then describes how she placed the box between her legs and into her body. Hilton was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a cocaine possession charge last month. Source: CNN twitter-5d.gif

Kay Kellogg had one wish before cancer claims her life -- to meet Orlando Magic center Dwight Howard. He granted it in a big way. According to the Orlando Sentinel , Howard recently spent several hours visiting with Kellogg, 62, a a Magic fan with Stage 3 Multiple Myeloma. The cancer is inoperable and incurable, but Howard lifted her spirits and she ended up lifting his. "Dwight Howard is just such a precious, wonderful kid," she told the Sentinel. "Whenever I watch him play, he just makes me feel good inside." Kellogg's daughter, Arian Clute, contacted the Magic several weeks ago about her mother's wish to have a conversation with Howard, the two-time NBA defensive player of the year. He was scheduled to visit for 30 minutes but stayed several hours, according to the Sentinel. When he asked why he was the only item on her bucket list, she told him, "Because some people get a choir that sings them into heaven and some people get a chariot that rolls them into heaven. Not me. I want to be slam-dunked smack, dab into the middle of heaven by Dwight Howard." When he left, the 6-11 Howard bent down and hugged the 4-11 Kellogg. Then , according to the Sentinel, he told her, "You are taller than me." "That's the silliest thing I've ever heard," she said. "No," Howard said, "you are taller than me because your spirit lifts you up." Source: FoxNews twitter-5d.gif

Here’s a new option for those worried they’ll end up on the wrong side of the statistics that show so many marriages ending over time: divorce insurance. SafeGuard Guaranty Corp., an insurance start-up based in North Carolina, recently released what it’s billing as the first world’s first divorce insurance product. Here’s how its WedLock product works. The casualty insurance is designed to provide financial assistance in the form of cash to cover the costs of a divorce, such as legal proceedings or setting up a new apartment or house. It is sold in “units of protection.” Each unit costs $15.99 per month and provides $1,250 in coverage. So, if you bought 10 units, your initial coverage would be $12,500 and you’d be paying $15.99 per month for each of those units. In addition, every year, the company adds $250 in coverage for each unit. Then, if you get divorced and your policy has matured (see below for the maturation rules), you would send WedLock proof of your divorce. In return, you’d receive a lump sum of cash equivalent to the amount of coverage you had purchased. So how does the company prevent people who know they are going to get a divorce from signing up? To prevent that kind of adverse selection, the policies don’t mature until 48 months after their effective date (though people can purchase additional riders to reduce that maturity period to 36 months and to get their premiums back if they happen to divorce before the policy matures). And what about other possible selection problems related to people with volatile relationships or a family history of divorce purchasing policies in large numbers? John A. Logan, chief executive officer of SafeGuard Guaranty, said the company has performed risk assessment and actuarial studies with this in mind. He notes that even in the worst case scenario, not all of those divorces would happen at once. Still, it seems that people would be better served by self-insuring, i.e. putting $15.99 per month into a savings account and earning interest, rather than paying for such coverage and then possibly never getting divorced. Plus, some divorces are relatively amicable and may not cost tens of thousands of dollars. In response to this notion, Mr. Logan said that while people could end up with more money that way, there’s always the chance that money would be squandered by a soon-to-be ex spouse. He also argues that the $250 per-year appreciation per unit is much more than the miniscule returns available today on savings accounts. “There is nothing to stop your spouse from raiding those investments and taking it all. And then with all the money gone, you’re left with all the legal bills,” said Mr. Logan, who said the idea for the product came from his own experience with a financially painful divorce. In addition, the company’s Web site makes the argument that most people don’t have the discipline to save consistently. Another possible downside of the coverage: the policies, which are being underwritten by surplus lines insurance company Prime Insurance Company, aren’t covered by any state guaranty funds that would honor them if the provider goes bankrupt. But Mr. Logan said the company plans to have the policies fall under such programs in the future. To help people determine whether they need the insurance, the company has a Divorce Cost Calculator and a Divorce Probability Calculator, among other similar calculators on its site. So how about it? Ready to pony up about $16 a month for what starts at just $1,250 of coverage? Source: NY Times twitter-5d.gif

Earlier this year producer Bangladesh -- the man behind hits for the likes of Ludacris and Beyonce -- put Lil Wayne on blast for failing to pay his $500,000 production bill, but it seems that the two have settled their fiscal squabble. The BoomBox caught up with the Atlanta based producer, born Shondrae Crawford, who was singing a very different tune at the mention of Wayne. "Everything is being worked out through the legal process," he told The BoomBox. "It's really out of his control honestly. I mean he don't run the label, he don't own the label -- he's just on the label. I just got an email from my attorney saying they're getting the exact number of what I'm owned and things will be taken care of. " The whole disagreement between Wayne and Bangladesh started over the track 'A Millie' which appeared on his 2008 album 'Tha Carter III.' Bangladesh alleged that the popularity of the track propelled the album to sell over three million copies domestically. Proving that there are no hard feelings, Bangladesh plans to put together more beats for Wayne. "[Young Money president] Mack Maine reached out to me not too long ago telling me Wayne wants some beats," he says. "It's specific beats that he wants. My thing is, long as this gets taken care of and we don't have any future problems everything will be worked out. It ain't the beef with Wayne it's just the whole label. I really never had too much of a relationship with Wayne, it was just more of a mutual friend type of thing. I guess [Mack Maine] talked to him from jail and he reached out to me telling me Nicki [Minaj] wanted something and, something I already did." Hopefully, if these two do end up working together on Wayne's forthcoming 'Tha Carter IV,' they can work out a payment plan to avoid anymore problems Source: BoomBox twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump On the evening of Sept. 7, 1996, Mike Tyson, the WBC heavyweight champion, attempted to take Bruce Seldon’s WBA title at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. At this point in his career, Tyson’s fights had become somewhat of a cultural phenomenon, where the ever present hype of the professional boxing scene would come face to face with the worlds of big business, Hollywood, and hip hop. Sitting ringside was controversial rapper Tupac Shakur. Shakur and Tyson were friends, a feeling of kinship linked them as each rose to stardom from poverty only to be thrown in prison. Following Tyson’s victory, Shakur and “Iron Mike” were to celebrate at an after party, but the rap star never arrived. Shakur was brutally gunned down later that night, and the scene in Las Vegas quickly turned from would-be celebratory revelry to ill fated and inopportune tragedy. Director Reggie Bythewood, with the full cooperation of Mike Tyson, will tell not only the story of that infamous night but of the remarkable friendship between Tyson and Tupac ESPN twitter-5d.gif

Audio After The Jump Well that didn't take long. Hours after Soulja Boy told Miss Info to "shut her dumb a** up" on twitter, Miss Info is claiming to have a source within SB's camp that comfirms he has a cocaine habit.

This is all started when the trouble making slore that is Kat Stacks, filmed what appeared to be cocaine on a counter top in Soulja's dressing room a couple of weeks back. Since then, Soulja has had to endure countless jokes and disses by his peers and spoofs by comedians. One diss he took to heart was from Fabolous. In the last two days, SB has uncharacteristically engaged in a war of words with Fab on Twitter. People need to take a step back though, for real. There is no proof SB has a cocaine habit other than the word of Kat Stacks and an unnamed source. So, before we jump the gun and go in on SB, thjere needs to be some real proof. But for Soulja's sake I hope none of this is true. twitter-5b.gif

Video After The Jump (CNN) -- U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has condemned the planned burning of Qurans on the anniversary of the 2001 attacks on the United States as criticism mounts from Muslims around the world. Speaking Tuesday at an iftar meal in Washington to celebrate the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, Clinton said she welcomed the concerns. "I am heartened by the clear, unequivocal condemnation of this disrespectful, disgraceful act that has come from American religious leaders of all faiths ... as well as secular U.S. leaders and opinion makers," she said. On Wednesday the U.S. Embassy in Pakistan also condemned the Florida church's plan to burn the Quran, the Muslim holy book, as "disrespectful, intolerant and divisive," in a statement. The statement comes days after the top U.S. military commander in Afghanistan, Gen. David Petraeus, warned that the plan could put U.S. troops' lives at risk. The pastor of the church, Terry Jones, told CNN Tuesday his flock was taking the warning seriously but had not decided to cancel the event, planned for September 11. Jones, pastor of Dove World Outreach Center in Gainesville, Florida, told CNN's "American Morning:"We have firmly made up our mind, but at the same time, we are definitely praying about it." Later Tuesday, Jones had a response to the statement from Petraeus. "The general needs to point his finger to radical Islam and tell them to shut up, tell them to stop, tell them that we will not bow our knees to them," Jones said on CNN's "AC360." "We are burning the book," Jones said. "We are not killing someone. We are not murdering people." The planned action has drawn sharp criticism from Muslims around the world and from U.S. officials. The U.S. Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan, on Tuesday issued a statement saying the U.S. government "in no way condones such acts of disrespect against the religion of Islam, and is deeply concerned about deliberate attempts to offend members of religious or ethnic groups." It emphasized that it strongly condemned "the offensive messages, which are contrary to U.S. government policy and deeply offensive to Muslims especially during the month of Ramadan." With about 120,000 U.S. and NATO-led troops still battling al Qaeda and its allies in the Islamic fundamentalist Taliban movement, Petraeus warned that burning Qurans "is precisely the kind of action the Taliban uses and could cause significant problems -- not just here, but everywhere in the world we are engaged with the Islamic community." Petraeus said he was concerned about the political repercussions of the church's plan. "Even the rumor that it might take place has sparked demonstrations such as the one that took place in Kabul yesterday," he said. "Were the actual burning to take place, the safety of our soldiers and civilians would be put in jeopardy and accomplishment of the mission would be made more difficult." Thousands of Indonesians gathered outside the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, on Sunday to protest the planned Quran burning. "The burning is not only an insult to the holy Quran, but an insult to Islam and Muslims around the world," said Muhammad Ismail, a spokesman for the hard-line Indonesian Muslim group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Jones said his congregation was aware that the action was offensive. "We realize that this action would indeed offend people, offend the Muslims. I am offended when they burn the flag. I am offended when they burn the Bible. But we feel that the message that we are trying to send is much more important than people being offended." Jones said Muslims are welcomed in the United States, if they observe the Constitution and don't try to impose Sharia law, or Muslim law. The message, he said, is directed toward the "radical element of Islam." "Our message is very clear," he said. "It is not to the moderate Muslim. Our message is not a message of hate. Our message is a message of warning to the radical element of Islam, and I think what we see right now around the globe provides exactly what we're talking about," he said. The center says it was founded in 1986 as a "total concept church for the rich, the poor, the young and the old." Its purpose is to "stand up for righteousness and for the truth of the Bible." It stresses that "Christians must return to the truth and stop hiding." "We need to speak up against sin and call the people to repentance. Abortion is murder. Homosexuality is sin. We need to call these things what they are and bring the world the true message: that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life," it says on the church's website. It also emphasizes its dislike of Islam, and on its website, it blog posts an item called "Ten Reasons to Burn a Koran. "Any religion which would profess anything other than this truth is of the devil. This is why we also take a stand against Islam, which teaches that Jesus is not the Son of God, therefore taking away the saving power of Jesus Christ and leading people straight to Hell," the site says. Video After The Jump CINCINNATI - Police have made an arrest in a shooting involving a bow and arrow. Police arrested 57-year-old Bo Spivey from Adams County Tuesday evening. Police say he fled to Georgia where he stopped at a farm house and turned himself in. Police responded to the farm house and took Spivey into custody Tuesday evening. Spivey allegedly shot a man with a bow and arrow Tuesday morning. Police identified the victim as 50-year-old Doug Stacey. The shooting was reported to police around 7 a.m. in the 400 block of Beech Street in Elmwood Place, but officers say the victim may have been lying on his couch for hours before neighbors heard his calls for help. "I live on the second floor and I could hear him from the window where his fan is. He said he's been shot three times and for somebody to call police," said neighbor Richard Sanders to a 911 dispatcher. Police say Spivey was kicked out of a residence by Stacey who was letting him stay there. "From what we can gather, he was allowing for him to stay and then last night he asked him to leave because he was disrespecting his 11-year-old daughter," said Chief William Peskin of Elmwood Place police. Spivey allegedly came back to the residence and shot his friend three times with a bow and arrow. Police say Stacey suffered two arrow wounds to the back and one to the hand. "He was intending for the gentleman to die from what we can gather," said Chief Peskin. Stacey's sister lives nearby and rushed over to find her brother being put into an ambulance. "It was petrifying because you could see the tears in my brothers eyes and I raised my brother as my son so yeah he had me bawling. It scared me to death. I didn't know if he was going to live or not," said Sandra Charles, Doug Stacey's sister The victim was transported to University Hospital in Cincinnati and his condition has not been released. Police and relatives tell 9 News the victim has undergone surgery. Neighbors also say Spivey might have been on medications. Spivey will be extradited back to Cincinnati to face charges. Video After The Jump Rap's undisputed Punch Line King (PLK), Lloyd Banks recently sat down with TrueStoriesRadio.com. Blue Hefner chopped it up about a wide variety of topics including his upcoming solo album 'HFM2', 50 Cent, Ashanti, Lloyd, Kat Stacks and Soulja Boy. 50 has taken the Twitter world by storm with his wild, funny and often times very blunt tweets. Banks feels like 50 is setting the new blueprint for the social network. "It's definitely entertaining...he's being blunt and being just flat out. I think subliminals has what has been attractive until the point 50 came. 50 getting out there saying 'you n*gga'. The same approach we took to the hip hop game is what he's taking towards Twitter. And being downright honest," Banks said. Over the last couple of years, Banks has dropped several classic mixtapes. But there have been haters scattered here and there that have had negative things to say. Banks says he sees everything and uses it as motivation. "I wanna speak through my music. I wanna give n*ggas the gas face with the success of Hunger For More part 2. Because even the people that doubted me, it was like I needed them to. I use them for the energy, I watch the blogs, I look at the comments. And my whole goal was to make everybody who was a hater, turn into a supporter." The Kat Stacks and Soulja Boy hotel video has been making the rounds. It's caused Soulja a lot of grief, Banks weighed in on that too. "Kat Stacks is doing what she's doing and people are watching, she's crazy man," PLK says. "You see Soulja Boy out there, like what part of the game is that? This 2K hip hop sex sh*t is getting crazy. Back in the day, put it like this...It's girls I f*cked seven years ago that can't prove it to you. Now you got twitter and i-phones, it's taking away the intimacy." Peep the rest of the interview below, it's a really good one. Interview Lloyd Banks "GreenDay" Music Video twitter-5d.gif
