We previously told you about Kreayshawn of the White Girl Mob signing a million dollar deal with Sony after her song "Gucci Gucci" became a youtube hit.
A couple of days later she spoke with Complex and clarified things. The Sony deal is on the table, but not yet signed. Other labels are still in a rush to sing the east Oakland rapper.
"We're definitely wanted. It's just basically coming down to who we're going with," she said. "It's like picking a prom date, for life or something. But like I said, So So Def has made a really strong push [laughs]. I'm really close to Jermaine Dupri now."
“[As far as the deal with Sony] nothing is finalized yet,” she continued. “We took meetings with every label. They’re not the only people we met with. We’ll make an announcement when everybody is ready, but right now, that’s basically just a rushed ahead rumor. It’s not that exciting. Whatever we end up choosing, it’s going to be a well-thought out decision.”
Kreayshawn
Kreayshawn's sister V-Nasty, 1/3 of the White Girl Mob has caused quite a stir as well. While she doesn't have a hit song out like her sister, she has dropped a couple of freestyles, in which she frequently uses the word n*gga and raps about being a "shooter."
Check out her latest freestyle video below and let us know what you think.

Take a look into videos made by these Artist today. If we were to take away all the bling bling, big houses, and fancy cars. Would the video still be hot? What if it was just the model and the artist, would the video still be viewed by millions? After online research of my own, I have come to say that yes the video will still do good with just the model and artist. I posted a video with just women from youtube dancing, and still did 20,000 plays in as little as 3 months. How erotic is that.

Miguel is enjoying huge success right now. His debut album 'All I Want Is You' has spawned the hit singles "All I Want Is You" and "Sure Thing,"
Fans obviously enjoy his music, but there are persistent rumors that the 24-year old, born Miguel Pimentel, is homosexual.
In a recent interview with Kenny Burns, the singer tries to clarify once and for all what his sexuality is.
"At this point I've embraced a lot of worldly culture and made it a part of who I am," he said. "People who are here who have not done that [traveled the world] may look look at my choices artistically... How I express myself visually and aesthetically as questionable. Especially to my sexuality. Whereas people who have traveled or who have done the same, it's not questionable at all," he explained. "So I think it's a question as to whether or not you're ignorant to what else is out there or not. And I don't say that in any way to offend anyone. I'm just saying that if you don't understand that - you gotta catch up."
He describes his sense of style as is retro super future or eclec-tric, and according to him the women dig it.
"For anyone who questions my sexuality, the honest truth is I love women. I've always only loved women. And women kinda like me too, so it kinda works."

DJ Khalil is one of the hottest names in the game right now. The beat maker has produced hits recently for Eminem, Slaughterhouse, Drake, as well as Dr. Dre's "Kush."
Born Khalil Abdul-Rahman, the Los Angeles based producer has been banging out heaters for over a decade now, as 1/2 of the group Self Scientific, with mc Chace Infinite, and as part of Dr Dre's production team. So his success is no accident.
A good portion of the last six years has seen him working tirelessly to help Dr. Dre put the finishing touches on 'Detox.' While its taking longer than fans had hoped. Khalil assures them the long awaited album is near completion.
"Dre's album is definitely the most important thing right now, because he is definitely in the final stretch," he told Billboard. "He has the record going, but I'm sure he thinks there are pieces missing still. Until he finds those pieces, maybe he's not comfortable putting it out yet."
Khalil also wants to make sure he gets a shot at recording with Drake on his sophomore album after producing "Fear" for the Young Money rapper's 'So Far Gone' EP.
"I talked to him and just told him I'm working on stuff for him," he says. "I'm sure they are more than halfway done. I'm pretty sure he's getting close and I definitely want to be a part of it."

A 17-year old Chinese boy identified as Xiao Zheng, wanted an iPad 2 so badly he was willing give up a kidney for it.
"I wanted to buy an iPad 2, but I didn't have the money," the boy said according to Daily Mail, "When I surfed the internet I found an advert posted online by agent saying they were able to pay RMB20,000 [$3,085] to buy a kidney."
After negotiating the deal, the boy traveled to the city of Chenzhou in the Hunan Province, where his kidney was removed at a local hospital. After three days he was released and paid $3,400.
Xiao Zheng
His devastated mother found out about what happened when Xiao returned home with the iPad and a new computer.
"When my son came home he had a laptop computer and an Apple phone. Where did all that money come from?" she said. "Only when he could bare it no longer did he tell us. He said 'mom I sold my kidney. When I heard it, it was like the sky was crashing down on our family."
To make matters worse, Xiao has developed health problems as a result of the surgery. He and his mother went to police with the story, but the men he made the deal with cannot be found. And the hospital, which admitted contracting out its urology department to a private businessman, denied knowing anything about the surgery.
From NY Daily News
Music stars Rihanna and 50 Cent and "Gossip Girl" actress Leighton Meester have lent their mouths to a campaign to find a donor for an upper West Side infant in desperate need of a bone-marrow transplant.
The celebrity do-gooders recently had their cheeks swabbed to see if they're a match for 1-year-old Ayelet Galena, who suffers from dyskeratosis congenita, a rare life-threatening disease.
The hope is that their fans will follow suit and get tested.
"It started out with Rihanna tweeting, and then I asked 50 Cent, he has helped us before," said Katharina Harf, the COO of DKMS, a German bone-marrow donor center.
"And then [Ayelet's] dad got all these other artists and bands aboard."
The infant's father, Seth Galena, an account supervisor at VLM Advertising, got rapper Pharrell and rock band Linkin Park involved in mid-May.
But without a bone-marrow donor, Ayelet won't survive.
Ayelet Galena suffers from dyskeratosis congenita, a rare life-threatening disease.
"We went into action once we got the diagnosis because we knew she'd need the transplant," said Ayelet's mother, Hindy Poupko.
Now Ayelet's family is anxiously awaiting a match. Four out of 10 people rely on donors who are strangers, since relatives are rarely a match for bone marrow, according to DKMS.
Siblings are the best possibility, with a 25% matching rate, but Ayelet is an only child.
If Ayelet receives a transplant, she has a 60% chance of surviving.
Other than an IV she needs for nutrition, Ayelet is like most kids her age.
"Despite all of this, she is a very happy and playful child," said Poupko. "She is like every other child, just tinier."
The family and DKMS have organized a donor-registration drive for Sunday. It will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at the Jewish Community Center at 334 Amsterdam Ave.
What's a day on twitter without some sort of beef popping off?
The latest two to square off on the social networking site are singer Chris Brown and rapper Tyler The Creator of the L.A. based rap collective Odd Future.
Brown started off tweeting to his followers about the negativity in some artists music.
"I never claim to be no saint but by no means am I trying to promote death, violence, and destruction with my music! #f*ckouttahere," he wrote before adding. "And for all the idiots in the audience this convo wasn't for @rihanna."
It wasn't long before Tyler, either thinking Brown was referring to Odd Future, or just looking for attention, replied to Breezy.
"Why Is Chris Brown Talking So Much Sh*t About Metallica? Weird," Tyler wrote, igniting a brief war of words that featured lots of jokes about Brown's blonde hair color.
"Nigga Look Like A Box Of Pops," Tyler began. "He Thinks Hes A Sun Flower. Hey Guys, It Me, Chris, i Think Im A Light Bulb Okay Bye. N*gga is A Stunt Double For A Highlighter. This N*gga Went To His Barber Like 'Can I Get A F*cked Up With A Taper?' @chrisbrown Do You Like Soup? Cause You're Acting Like It."
Brown fired off one more shot before bouncing to watch the Miami Heat vs Dallas Mavericks game.
"Please go follow @KILLHodgy! It's pathetic what he'll do for a follow!"
Brown probably wasn't in the best mood after the Heat blew a 15 point fourth quarter lead before losing to the Mavs, but that's another story altogether.

Rihanna's new music video for "Man Down" is getting criticized heavily for a scene that shows the singer shooting a man dead in cold blood.
In the video we see her pointing a pistol out of a window, before firing at a man walking in front of a large group of people. Killing him in retaliation for raping her.
"It's a 22, I call her Peggy Sue/ When she fits right down in my shoes/ What do you expect me to do/ If you're playing me for a fool/ I will lose my cool/ And reach for my fire arm/ I didn't mean to lay him down/ But it's too late to turn back now/ Don't know what I was thinking/ Now he's no longer living/ So I'm 'bout to leave town," she sings.
The video which premiered on BET on Tuesday has drawn the ire of several groups.
"If Chris Brown shot a woman in his new video and BET premiered it, the world would stop. Rihanna should not get a pass," said Paul Porter, co-founder of Industry Ears. He along with the Parents Television Council and the Enough is Enough campaign are calling on BET and its parent company Viacom to stop airing the video.
Melissa Henson of the Parents Television Council had this to say: "Instead of telling victims they should seek help, Rihanna released a music video that gives retaliation in the form of premeditated murder the imprimatur of acceptability."
Earlier today Rihanna, who was physically assaulted by then boyfriend Chris Brown two years, went on twitter to defend herself and the video.
"I'm a 23 year old rockstar with NO KIDS! What's up with everybody wantin me to be a parent? I'm just a girl, I can only be your/our voice!" she wrote. "Cuz we all know how difficult/embarrassing it is to communicate touchy subject matters to anyone especially our parents! And this is why! Cuz we turn the other cheek! U can't hide your kids from society,or they'll never learn how to adapt! This is the REAL WORLD!"
It's going to take a lot more than words on twitter to stop critics of the video like Porter, who said that in 30 years he's never seen "such a cold, calculated execution of murder in prime time."
Check out the video below and weigh in with your opinion.

Infamous Mobb Deep's Prodigy just finished a three year prison sentence on gun charges. In the months leading up to his conviction, and during his trial P learned a lot about the Hip Hop Task Force and how they operate. In this interview with VladTV, P breaks it all down.
"There's a task force that works alongside the gun squad. It's a gun squad in the NYPD. The gun squad usually rides around in yellow cabs in Manhattan and Queens," P said. "Their jurisdiction goes through all the boroughs. They can arrest you in any borough. They can follow you from Manhattan, to Bronx, to Brooklyn or wherever. They're allowed to do that."
"There's a task force that works alongside of them. The Hip Hop Task Force. A lot of people thought it was a myth at first. They [police] tried to deny it, but I actually met with the guy that started the task force during my trial," Prodigy continued. "He actually helped me out during my trial. His name is Derrick Parker. He put a book out called the 'Hip Hop Cop.' Basically he describes how he started the task force. They funded him... I guess the budget comes from the state or government or whatever. So the task force really exists."
One might think Prodigy would lash out at the police for being racist for targeting mostly blacks and hispanics, but P sees it differently.
"A lot of it we bring it upon ourselves because we're an easy target. Like if they see a car that looks like a rapper's car, with some black folks or puerto rican folks driving it. They're like 'yeah I'mma pull this car over because most likely there's a gun, or some weed, or something in that car right there.' You know, we have that stigma put upon us. That's not to say it's wrong or it's right, but a lot of it we bring upon ourselves," P said looking directly into the camera. "Because of how we talk in our songs. Because of how we carry ourselves, we bring that negative attention to us. So you really can't be mad at these dudes [police] for doing that."
Pretty interesting way to look at it, but is Prodigy right? Are rappers their own worst enemy when it comes to dealing with the law?
