Video After The Jump

Robert de Niro was asked to film a video for the #VoteYourFuture initiative. The Oscar Award-winning actor used the opportunity to rip into Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump with such ferocity, that the producers decided it would be best to release the clip separately on Friday, October 7th.

"He's so blatantly stupid," de Niro says of Trump. "He's a punk. He's a dog. He's a pig. He's a con ... a bullshit artist. A mutt who doesn't know what he's talking about. Doesn't do his homework, doesn't care. Thinks he's gaming society. Doesn't pay his taxes, he's an idior. Colin Powell said it best, he's a national disaster. He's an embarrassment to this country," de Niro continued. "It makes me so angry this country has gotten to this point that this fool, this bozo, has wound up where he has. He talks how he wants to punch people in the face. Well, I'd like to punch him in the face. This is somebody that we want for president? I don't think so."

Well, damn!!

It's been a year since Kanye West snatched the mic from country singer Taylor Swift's hands during her acceptance speech for the Best Female Video award at the 2009 VMA's and announced, "I'm sorry, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," Apparently Yeezy is still dealing with a lot of regret, or maybe even anger over the incident. Although he reportedly apologized to Swift, and she accepted, Ye is using his Twitter account to vent about how he was ostracised after the debacle. Kanye is going off this morning (September 4) about the media mistreating him, and the perception that he is racist. "Man I love Twitter... I've always been at the mercy of the press but no more... The media tried to demonize me They wanted yall to believe I was a monster in real life so you guys wouldn't listen or buy my music anymore I feel like they were waiting for the opportunity to go in all the way on me and when it came they beat me to a pulp Even now a lot of articles start there first 2 paragraphs about how much of an a**hole I am I accept the idea (ideal) that perception is reality When I say perception is reality I mean whatever you think is the truth... is your truth Some people's truth is Kanye is racist... It's not my truth but I do believe it's my Karma.... walk with me."

Kanye's last tweet is referring to him famously announcing that, "George Bush doesn't care about black people" during a live telethon for Hurricane Katrina relief on NBC in 2005. Many may have agreed with those comment regarding George Bush, if not the platform used to convey them. But the Taylor Swift incident left a bad taste in a lot of people's mouths. Kanye had a lot more to say about that. "How deep is the scar... I bled hard.. cancelled tour with the number one pop star in the world ... closed the doors of my clothing office Had to let employees go... for the first time I felt the impact of my brash actions ... I felt the recession from an ownership side People booed when I would go to concerts and the performer mentioned my name There are people who don't dislike me... they absolutely hate me!"

"That's when you realize perception is reality. I've been straying from this subject on twitter but I have to give it to you guys raw now. If you google A**hole my face may very well pop up 2 pages into the search. People tweeted that they wish I was dead... No listen. They wanted me to die people. I carry that. I smile and take pictures through that I wrote a song for Taylor Swift that's so beautiful and I want her to have it. If she won't take it then I'll perform it for her She had nothing to do with my issues with award shows. She had no idea what hit her. She's justa lil girl with dreams like the rest of us. We're both artist and the media and managers are trying to get between us. Everyone wants to capitalize off this is some way There are people who have named there kids after me... can you imagine that next day in school. Even though I don't have kids It's not about race America. No one in our position ever stands up and says anything anymore I am not a bad person. Even in that moment I was only trying to do good but people don't always need my help Beyonce didn't need that. MTV didn't need that and Taylor and her family friends and fans definitely didn't want or need that TAYLOR LOVES RAP MUSIC... I LOVE COUNTRY MUSIC."

Well damn, this dude was on a roll. I honestly think he needs to let it go at this point though. twitter-5d.gif

More Pics After The Jump Dollicia Bryan has been mentioned in some circles as the younger, hotter version of Kim Kardashian. At least that's what Dollicia told King Magazine in the interview accompanying her latest shoot for them. "The media compared me to Kim, the Queen of media, as a younger hotter version." Dollicia, while giving Kim K. props for becoming a mega star, feels like they are two very different people. "I can see the comparison; we have similar shaped bodies, very curvy. But we’re two different women. I’m a mother, so I can never be famous for leaking a sex tape." I don't know, this sex tape thing seems to be the new way to gain quick fame. Much respect to Ms. Bryan for wanting to do things the old fashioned way. Is Dollicia bonafied wifey material or just a smash and dash?

Fidel Castro has said Osama bin Laden is in the pay of the CIA and was summoned up whenever George W Bush needed to scare the world "Any time Bush would stir up fear and make a big speech, bin Laden would appear threatening people with a story about what he was going to do," Mr Castro said. "Bush never lacked for bin Laden's support. He was a subordinate." Mr Castro made his remarks during a meeting with Lithuanian-born writer Daniel Estulin known for advancing conspiracy theories about world domination. He said documents posted on WikiLeaks.org, the website that released thousands of classified US documents about the war in Afghanistan, "effectively proved he was a CIA agent". However, the former Cuban president - who himself became America's enemy no.1 and survived multiple assassination attempts by the CIA - did not further elaborate.

During the meeting, Mr Estulin told Mr Castro that the real voice of bin Laden was last heard in late 2001, not long after the September 11 attacks. He said the person heard making warnings about terror attacks after that was a "bad actor". Mr Castro did take exception with one of Mr Estulin's major theses - that the human race must move to another habitable planet or face extinction. The 84-year-old revolutionary said it would be better to fix things on Earth then abandon the planet altogether. "Humanity ought to take care of itself if it wants to live thousands more years," Mr Castro told the writer. Mr Castro stepped down due to ill health in 2006 - first temporarily, then permanently - and handed power over to his younger brother Raul. He has remained head of the Cuban Communist party but stayed out of view for four years after falling sick before returning to the spotlight in July. His comments about the al Qeada leader are the latest in a series of provocative statements. Recently he warned that the planet is on the brink of nuclear war. Mr Castro even predicted the threat of global conflict would mean that the final rounds of the World Cup would be cancelled last month. He later apologised for jumping the gun. More Pics After The Jump At 29, Kim Kardashian was just a tween when MTV started airing “The Real World,” but watching those televised tales of seven strangers picked to live in a house was her “aha” moment. In elementary school, ‘The Real World’ came on, and I was like, 'That’s it! I know I want to be on a reality show,'” Kardashian told Allure for their September issue. “And I was like, ‘Ok, when I’m old enough, I’ll make an audition tape.’” Kardashian doesn’t elaborate on whether or not she ever created an audition tape for “Real World,” but we do know that she created a tape of another kind, one that turned an intimate evening with ex-boyfriend Ray J into footage the entire world could see. “Not my most proud moment,” Kardashian told the beauty magazine about the sex tape. “It was humiliating. But let’s move on. Not that I don’t think it’s no one’s business, but I think I’ve done a good job with replacing negative things with positive things.” Those positive things all fall under what she terms “The Brand,” encompassing workout DVDs, clothing, self-tanner, skin care products, perfume and, of course, her E! reality show with her family, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” “I feel lazy when I’m not working. I learned all my business sense from my dad,” Kardashian explained. “He always believed in me, and I think the last thing he said to me before he passed away was, ‘I know you’re gonna be OK. I’m not worried about you.’” And so, Kardashian presses forward, trying to limit club appearances – where a celeb can get paid to just show up and party – in favor of endorsement deals for companies in which she also owns a stake. The strategy seems to be paying off – Kardashian recently purchased a five-bedroom home in Los Angeles rumored to cost more than $4 million. (Allure notes that Kardashian converted one of the bedrooms in the home into a closet.) Kardashian admitted that “It was way above my price range,” but “I saw it, and I was like, ‘This will be mine.’” Of course, living a lifestyle that’s so focused on building The Brand doesn’t leave much room for finding The One – at the time of her interview with Allure, Kardashian’s five-year relationship with football star Reggie Bush had come to an end. So while she’d thought that by 30 she’d be a mom of four, the challenges of dating have pushed that dream back about five years, and have dropped the expectant kid count from four to one or two. “Who would ever want to deal with a hectic schedule and not really [getting] to see someone that often? That’s the reality of my life right now,” Kardashian said of the challenges of dating. “It’s tough, but I’m totally fine on my own. I’ve always been in a relationship, so it’s kind of refreshing to just do me 100 percent.” What about her obsession with grooming? “I am Armenian, so of course I am obsessed with laser hair removal! Arms, bikini, legs, underarms...my entire body is hairless." Read the full interview in the September issue of Allure, which hits newsstands August 24.
