G-Unit emcee Kidd Kidd recently sat down with DJ Smallz to get his opinion on the job Barack Obama has done as President.
"When Obama came in everything was fucked up already," Kidd said. "A lot of people give this man so much hatred and so much bullshit, but everything was already fucked up. All he could do was come in and try to fix it. He can't fix it overnight. But he was doing a good job to me. He was one of those Presidents that was for the people."

Azealia Banks got herself into trouble earlier this week when she went full pit bull on a female bouncer at club Up&Down in New York City.
The New York Post reports that the 24-year old "212" rapper was arrested Wednesday morning, December 16, hauled off to jail and charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault after allegedly biting a female bouncer's breast.
Banks reportedly went with an invited guest to attend a party for one of the club's owners. The event was invite-only and attendees were required to get a stamp before entering.
When the Harlem, New York native tried to enter the downstairs party she was told to go back up to get a stamp. An argument ensued with 2 bouncers who didn't recognize Banks.
She reportedly threw a fit and started “screaming at the top of her lungs, cursing” and using racial slurs. A club owner spotted the commotion and allowed Banks in.
Still angry, Banks reportedly attacked the female guard.
A witness says she.“spit in the [female bouncer’s] face.” As Banks was being removed from the club she allegedly bit the bouncer's breast hard enough to almost rip her shirt, causing swelling and redness.

Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO, Martin Shkreli, was arrested by the FBI on Thursday, December 17.
The 32-year old Brooklyn, New York native, who just this week said he would bail Bobby Shmurda out of jail, and had previously paid $2 million for the Wu Tang Clan's secret album, "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin," has been charged with securities fraud, according to Bloomberg.

— Bloomberg Business (@business) December 17, 2015
A boyish drug company entrepreneur, who rocketed to infamy by hiking up the price of a life-saving pill from $13.50 to $750, was arrested by federal agents at his Manhattan home early Thursday morning on securities fraud related to a firm he founded.
Martin Shkreli, 32, ignited a firestorm over drug prices in September and became a symbol of defiant greed. The federal case against him has nothing to do with pharmaceutical costs, however. Prosecutors in Brooklyn charged him with illegally taking stock from Retrophin Inc., a biotechnology firm he started in 2011, and using it to pay off debts from unrelated business dealings. He was later ousted from the company, where he’d been chief executive officer, and sued by its board.
In the case that closely tracks that suit, federal prosecutors accused Shkreli of engaging in a complicated shell game after his defunct hedge fund, MSMB Capital Management, lost millions. He is alleged to have made secret payoffs and set up sham consulting arrangements. A New York lawyer, Evan Greebel, was also arrested early Thursday. He's accused of conspiring with Shkreli in part of the scheme.
**UPDATE**
Martin Shkreli has been released from custody on $5 million bond. He's been charged with securities fraud conspiracy, securities fraud and wire fraud conspiracy, U.S. attorney Robert Capers announced.

The second defendant, lawyer Evan Greebel, was charged with wire fraud conspiracy.

Both men pleaded not guilty in federal court in Brooklyn, New York.

Martin Shkreli, the wealthy Turing Pharmaceuticals CEO, has revealed plans to bail fellow Brooklyn, New York native Bobby Shmurda out of jail.
Shmurda, real name Ackquille Jean Pollard, has been locked up in Rikers Island since he was taken into custody on December 17, 2014, along with 12 other members of his GS9 crew.
The rapper was charged with conspiracy, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon and criminally using drug paraphernalia. His bail is set at $2 million.
As we previously reported, Shmurda's family attempted to bail him out earlier this month, but the judge in the case rejected their bond package.
Enter Shkreli, an avid hip hop fan who recently purchased the Wu Tang Clan's secret album, "Once Upon a Time In Shaolin," for $2 million.
In a new interview with HipHopDX, Shkreli said he hoped to free Bobby, with a few business strings attached.
I’m a fan and I’m a business man. I’m not going to do this for free. [Laughs] He’s going to have to do something for me. I don’t know what that’s going to look like yet. He’s going to owe me one, obviously. I’d like to pay for his legal defense as well. I’m a big fan but also I’m an opportunist. You know that. I see an opportunity here. He’s a talented guy. Every concert I go to, people yell “Free Shmurda.” He reminds me of me, quite frankly. The guy’s totally irreverent. He doesn’t give a damn what people think. Totally irreverent. Totally I don’t give a fuck. I love him. I just love that style. He’s from not far from where I’m from in Brooklyn. I’d love to help him out. I wish someone would have helped me out when I needed help. He doesn’t have much money, I know that. He’s definitely hurting for money. He needs a bailout, basically. I’d like to help him out. No big promises, but I’ll see what I can do. Like I said, if I can post the $2 million, I’d do it tomorrow. I’m working on it and hopefully we’ll see him free soon.
It’s a mix. Look, the guy’s going to have to record for me if he comes out. I’ll just come out and say it. If I’m gonna post his bail, pay for his trial, get him a “Not Guilty” verdict... With the right lawyer it’s just a matter of money. I see opportunity. The guy’s going to be more popular when he’s out. The guy probably didn’t do shit. He was trying to turn to a new chapter in his life and the old shit is coming up and hurting him. He’s New York’s best chance for rap since 50 Cent. It’s not a lot of money for me. Spend a couple million on his defense, a couple million on bail and I’ll get the bail money back real quick. So a million or two for his defense, which is probably $4 million in total, I’m willing to put towards his defense. I don’t do olive branches. I’m doing something for him, the same way I felt I was doing something for the Wu-Tang Clan. And I’m doing something for me. If people benefit from that, listeners, then that’s great, but that’s not my primary concern. First is him. Second is me. Third is everyone else. Everyone wins. It’s a win-win-win. The only loser is the fucking FEDs that want to see a fucking kid sit in jail for no reason because his lawyers can’t fucking get his act together. That’s what’s going on with that.
While there is no doubt that Shkreli has the financial means to make this happen, he is somewhat of a controversial character.
In September the 32-year old pharmaceutical kingpin received negative worldwide criticism when his company hiked up the price of the drug, Daraprim, which treats potentially life-threatening parasitic infections, from $13.50 to $750 per pill, overnight.
“This isn’t the greedy drug company trying to gouge patients, it is us trying to stay in business,” Shkreli said at the time. “This is still one of the smallest pharmaceutical products in the world. It really doesn’t make sense to get any criticism for this.”
Price gouging like this in the specialty drug market is outrageous. Tomorrow I'll lay out a plan to take it on. -H https://t.co/9Z0Aw7aI6h

Maino recently chopped it up with DJ Smallz about having his voting rights restored after getting off of parole and his opinion on how President Obama has done during his 2 terms.
On Voting
Once I got off parole, basically you just have to register. A lot of people think that once you go to prison that just automatically [ends your chance to vote] and it doesn't. Different states have different laws about it. I know in New York state I was off parole, so I was good. By the time Obama was coming I was able to vote.
On Obama
For one, Congress fights him on everything, man. He's not able to do...It's like being in a car that's too tight and you can't fucking move. He wants to change certain things. And I think that we were giving him a lot of flack because it's like, 'Yo, you told us your were gonna change this--you told us you were gonna change that.' But you gotta understand the law. You gotta understand that it's steps to that. He may propose something and then it has to be voted in, in Congress. And they been fighting him from day one. I feel like not enough has changed. He wasn't able to do the things that I think he wanted to do.
How do you think Obama has done as POTUS?
