JMoneyToofficial is an MC from Ohio who has been making a name for himself. After a long wait, he’s releasing his 2018 debut. The tape starts off with the title track "Testimony", where he’s displaying his rapping prowess over a killer beat. The next song “Different” gets trippy & the production fits the vibe perfectly. Personally, this is JMoneyToofficial's magnum opus. His lyricism is grittier than ever as is the production while he only showcases 2 features on the tape. Ohio is one of states on the rise right now & this is yet another example of why that is!

Cardi B steps into 2018 the same way she left 2017 ... on fire.

Billboard reports that the 25-year old Bronx, New York native has become the first rapper and third act overall, to place her first three Billboard Hot 100 entries in the chart's top 10 simultaneously.

The Beatles and Ashanti are the only artists to have accomplished the feat prior.

Cardi made history as "Bodak Yellow" reenters the top 10 to join her collaboration with G-Eazy featuring A$AP Rocky titled "No Limit," along with the Migos and Nicki Minaj-assisted "Motorsport." 

The former "Love and Hip Hop" star is also celebrating the success of her new single "Bartier Cardi," which debuts at No. 14.

Music and video streaming giant Spotify has just been hit with a huge lawsuit.

Reuters reports that Wixen Music Publishing Inc filed the $1.6 billion suit last week, alleging copyright infringement related to the use of songs by the Doors, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, Weezer. Neil Young and others.

Spotify failed to get a direct or a compulsory license from Wixen that would allow it to reproduce and distribute songs such as Petty's "Free Falling" and the Doors' “Light My Fire," Wixen said in the lawsuit, filed in a California federal court.

Wixen also accuses Spotify of outsourcing its work to a third party, licensing and royalty services provider the Harry Fox Agency, which was “ill-equipped to obtain all the necessary mechanical licenses.”

FG killed the song with lyrical presentation. Grooving over the Rex Lee produced instrumental he sounds like he just enjoys spitting some real him sh**. The music video only adds to that vibe.
