Video After The Jump So the beef rages on between "The Hand Of God" and Bunky SA. On Friday we showed you footage on Maino's man @HustleHardGotti going in on Bunky SA, due to a long standing beef that recently turned physical. Bunky has offered to put up $10,000 for a one on one fight with Maino In response @HustleHardGotti posted footage of Bunky SA getting jumped by Maino's goons and footage of Maino confronting him back in 2007, flashing his pistol in the process. "You put you man Laimo [Maino] on camera showing me his ratchet. Why is you indicting this nigga you stupid motherf*cker?" Bunky asks. "Of course I'm not gonna do nothing to a n*gga that shows me his ratchet. I'm not stupid like you little dirty black flag f*g n*ggas. Show me your ratchet, pull it out and pop it n*gga. Where they do that at? They pull out guns on Gates [Avenue] in Brooklyn and don't pop em? Cause in my hood we got the highest murder rate in The Bronx." Bunky also claims to have a received a plaque from Atlantic Records for helping Lil Kim write the album 'La Bella Mafia' because she couldn't write it own her own. Bunky spits a freestyle and says Maino's been emailing him, sending threats. Really at this point, this beef can only go one way unless cooler heads prevail. Let's hope the situation gets mediated before something dramatic pops off that will cost somebody their life or a long stretch in the pen.

Video After The Jump Jennifer Hudson's brother in law, Gregory King aka Bossolo does an interview with HipHopNews24-7 in front of the house where Jennifer's mother and brother were murdered. And where his own son, 7 year old Julian King was abducted from and eventually killed. King starts off by saying he's heard that Jennifer is a freemason and had to sacrifice some "things" to get where she's at. Basically saying her family was a blood sacrifice to gain stardom. He then starts promoting his new cd. After that he opens the front door to the murder scene. There's a time and place for everything, but this dude is dead wrong for promoting his music cd in front on the house where al those people lost their lives. Part 1 of 2 Part 2 of 2 twitter-5d.gif

Boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. was arrested Friday in Las Vegas and charged with felony theft related to a domestic violence complaint filed by a former girlfriend. Mayweather, 33, was booked Friday on a grand larceny charge and was held on $3,000 bail, Las Vegas police Officer Bill Cassell told the Associated Press. Richard Wright, Mayweather's attorney, said the boxer was accused of taking an iPhone from Josie Harris, the mother of three of his children. "He did not commit any grand larceny," Wright told the AP. On Thursday, Harris made a police complaint and sought a Family Court protection order and alleged that Mayweather punched her in the head and twisted her arm. Video After The Jump The origin of this beef goes back several years. Bunky SA appeared in a video with Lil Cease talking greasy about Maino. As luck, or bad luck would have it, Maino's goons caught up with Bunky in Queens and put a severe beating on him. Fast forward to now, Bunky, who hails from the Bronx has made a couple of videos recently in Brooklyn (Maino's borough), challenging Maino to a one on one fight for $10,000. As an extra sign of disrespect, Bunky blew his nose on then burned a black flag. You've probably seen Maino rocking a black flag, he's said it represents his struggle as a black man and his movement. Whole Maino has yet to address Bunky's challenge, his man @HustleHardGotti did in this latest video. He clowns Bunky, showing the footage of him getting jumped and other footage of Maino confronting him back in 2007 and Bunky saying nothing back. So yeah, peep the vid below and leave your thoughts. If you were Maino would you fight this kid for 10G's? Or would you let it go, seeing as how your goons have already stomped him out and you're a very visible rap star right now, knowing the hip hop police are always watching? twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Philadelphia's legendary Roots band and R&B crooner, John Legend have teamed up to drop a new album titled "Wake Up". This is the second video off of the project, following "Wake Up Everybody" which features Common and Melanie Fiona. At first I thought this would be a remake of Dr Dre's "Lil Ghetto Boy", and although John does borrow a line from that classic, he and The Roots have created something altogether different. Something very jazzy and soulful. Their project drops September 21.

One year after Kanye West stole Taylor Swift's thunder in epic fashion at the MTV Video Music Awards, the attention seeker is at it again, however, this time she's fighting back. Last weekend, West tweeted that he "wrote a song for Taylor that's so beautiful," and if she rejects it, then he'll perform it for her. Well, warm up that Auto-Tune machine, Kanye, because sources tell me she wants nothing to do with it. "Taylor writes her own sounds and has been very successful at it," a record executive tells me. "Why would she want to sing one of Kanye's songs? The last thing she wants to do is give him any more attention or make him any money." It's true that songwriters often make more money than performers on song royalties. Dolly Parton, who wrote 'I Will Always Love You,' famously said that when she wrote the iconic song, she opened a bank account, but when Whitney Houston recorded it, she bought the bank. Taylor is the first female solo artist in country music history to write or co-write every song on a platinum-selling, self-titled debut album. In addition, Swift wrote or co-wrote every song on her blockbuster 'Fearless' album, which has sold more than 5 million copies. "It's just another insult that this fool thinks she would sing a song he wrote," a friend of Taylor's tells me. "His ego is out of control. If anything, Kanye should be singing a song that Taylor wrote, not the other way around. As far as Taylor is concerned, he can take his song and shove it." Ouch. Although, I can't say I blame her. Video After The Jump The day after a video surfaced showing a police officer whacking away at a West Philadelphia man outside a Chinese takeout restaurant, angry neighborhood residents said that the cop has a reputation for terrorizing the community. The bald, stocky officer - dubbed "Mickey Mouse" by some locals - is "ruthless," said a man who works at a bar across the street from where Askira Sabur's dried blood stained the sidewalk. "I heard about his reputation, but I saw him in action that night," the man said yesterday. According to witnesses, Sabur, 29, was waiting for his food outside the takeout spot at Lansdowne Avenue and Allison Street last Friday about 8 p.m. Two officers pulled up in their cruiser and one approached Sabur. Jamil Stroman, 40, who works at a barbershop next to the takeout and was outside with Sabur, said that the officer told Sabur, "Give me my street," meaning "clear the corner." After Sabur told the cop, whose identity is unknown, that he was waiting for food, he was instructed to go inside, Stroman said. Sabur told the officer that it was too hot inside and that he had to tend to his bike. The officer then asked Sabur for identification, and as he reached into his back pocket, witnesses said, the cop grabbed him from behind and the two fell to the ground. Kenneth, who did not want his last name used but saw the confrontation, began recording the incident. The video begins with Sabur and the officer on the ground and shows the cop's partner rushing over to handcuff Sabur. The first cop gets up and strikes Sabur with his baton several times over the next few minutes. Sabur, who is sitting, has his arms extended and one wrist is cuffed. At one point, the cop pulls out his handgun, points it at the crowd, then quickly reholsters it. Sabur was left with a fractured left arm, a gash at the back of his head and a sore back. "It could have been anybody," said Kenneth, a Marine veteran who posted his cell-phone footage on YouTube. "I'm seeing the blood shooting from his head. The blood is all over them and they kept hitting this guy." "He's a nasty cop," said Doris Ginor, who lives in the neighborhood and witnessed the incident. "He harasses everybody." Police spokesman Lt. Frank Vanore would not identify the officer and said that he did not have his history available. Vanore said that Sabur was the one who knocked the officer to the ground and that he bit another officer and tried to take the first officer's gun. The officer who struck Sabur is still on active duty, but Internal Affairs is investigating the incident, Vanore said. Sabur faces charges including aggravated assault and resisting arrest. Evan Hughes, Sabur's attorney, said that Sabur also was charged with robbery, reportedly because of the accusation that Sabur tried to take the officer's gun. "It's ridiculous," Hughes said. "They're throwing anything at the wall to try and justify it. Nothing can justify that. He was pushed on top of the officer and he was sandwiched between them while he was hit with a metal rod." "He didn't deserve this," Sabur's wife, Akisha Holland, 30, said outside of her home on Conestoga Street near Media. Sabur, a West Philly artist with murals around the city, "is the nicest man I have ever met," Holland said. "I fear for the lives of some of our black men, especially my husband. Full Youtube Video

Video After The Jump ST. FRANCIS, WISCONSIN - St. Francis Police are looking for a suspect who held up a bank, but was foiled - and tackled - by a customer. The robbery happened just after 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Associated Bank on the 3700 block of South Kinnickinnic Drive. A masked armed robber came charging into the bank, but a customer sprang into action. Raw video from the bank shows that the person's face was covered, with a bag in hand. The suspect points a gun at the teller, demanding money. The customer behind in the background wasn't having any of it, and he tackled the masked robber, who ran out of the bank. The armed robber is believed to be about 5' 5" to 5' 8", stocky, wearing what appears to be a hooded sweatshirt with a dark-colored lions crest on the back. Source: TodaysTMJ4 twitter-5d.gif
