(AllHipHop News) Katt Williams is being sued by a recording studio owner who claims the comedian stiffed him on a $28,600 bill.

When the owner attempted to collect from the funny man, things got nasty.

Merion Powers filed the lawsuit in Fulton County Superior Court, claiming Williams, of Detroit, used his studio to record his comedy routines.

Williams allegedly showed up to Powers’ studio in October 2009 with his “attack dog.”

Upon a verbal command from Williams, his dog pounced on a dog owned by Powers, causing an injury to the animal that required veterinary treatment.

In December, Williams asked Powers to meet him at the Four Seasons Hotel to discuss the incident.

When he arrived, he allegedly told Williams he was thinking of filing criminal charges over the dog attack.

Williams allegedly threatened to kill Powers in the hotel room, while his attack dog circled Powers snarling at the man.

One of Williams‘ bodyguards then restrained Powers from behind while Williams punched the man in the face, as the attack dog stood by, “apparently waiting for the attack signal.

Powers seeks at least $1 million dollars in damages.

Michael Jackson loved women according to his bodyguards. They drove him around so he could rendezvous with a couple of them according to a new interview on Good Morning America.

All three of the bodyguards say he was definitely not a pedophile and had at least two girlfriends.

One of them is quoted as saying "Being a father myself, and being a man, men know men"

Michael had a curtain the guards couldn't see through when he was with the women, but they could tell he was in the back handling his business. POW!

Hopefully these rumors can finally be put to rest, so the King Of Pop can rest in peace.

Bun B has been friends with Lil Wayne since he was a teenager. The Houston legend said having Wayne out of the music game for a year will be a greater loss than people are realizing.

"I feel bad, because I don't think anything like this has happened in music since Elvis got drafted into the Army," Bun B said. " ... Let's just keep it real: Lil' Wayne is not just the biggest rapper, Lil Wayne is the biggest pop star right now. Maybe Susan Boyle is on his level. But when you talk about music, nine times out of 10, Lil Wayne's name is gonna come into the conversation. I feel bad for any brother or any sister that's gotta go to jail. I feel especially bad for a person like Lil Wayne who's really riding the wave right now. But he don't have a lot of time. He's doing it on the Island. As wild and as ill as the Island is, I think at the same time, he'll be all right. When you in that state jail and you dealing with those lifers, you got a lot of other issues at hand."

While in jail, Wayne should just focus on serving his time productively and not worry about fellow inmates, Bun said. , Wayne should just focus on serving his time productively and not worry about fellow inmates, Bun said.

"I don't think it will be smart for him to go to general population," he said. "A person like Lil Wayne doesn't have to prove anything to anybody in general population exposing themselves to that yard. It's not about being real. It's too many people who have way too much to gain, and [there is] so much he could lose by trying to prove something. ... That's nota good look. ... It's a little bit different when a person like Lil Wayne goes to jail. All we can do is pray for him. Pray for his spirit."

Bun, who championed his late musical brother Pimp C years ago when Pimp was in prison, said he admires the attitude Wayne's musical family has in this tough time.

"I just left Miami. People [were] trying to keep their heads up and sprits up while the young man was around, but they are hurting," Bun said. "One thing I noticed from the Young Money camp is that they're not being down because of their careers and they're worried about a co-sign. They are worried about a friend. That's what I see from Drake, Nicki, Stunna. ... These people are concerned about a friend going to prison."

Thirteen years ago Tuesday (March 9), hip-hop lost one of its most beloved, charismatic and talented MCs to ever put rhymes to a beat.

The Notorious B.I.G. was senselessly gunned down in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997, as he left a Soul Train Music Awards afterparty. To date, the assailants remain at large.

Investigations into the murder of the Brooklyn rapper are ongoing, and a wrongful-death lawsuit filed by Biggie's mother, Voletta Wallace, and others against the city of Los Angeles and other defendants is also pending.

The ongoing quest to punish the people behind Biggie's death, however, continues to leave those involved frustrated.

Ms. Wallace declined to comment on the status of her lawsuit but issued a brief statement to MTV News: "I thank you for the opportunity to touch [my son's] fans and for the network's continued support of me and the family, but it's been 13 years, I miss my son, his children miss their father, and the murderer is still at large."

Theories abound about the murder of the iconic rapper, which occurred only a short distance from the Petersen Automotive Museum where Biggie, Diddy and their entourage were celebrating just moments before. According to author Randall Sullivan's book "LAbyrinth," associates of Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight, who was embroiled in a feud with Diddy's Bad Boy Records, conspired to kill Biggie. The book, based on extensive research conducted by Sullivan and interviews the writer held with former Los Angeles Police Department detective Russell Poole, an investigator into Biggie's murder, those involved in the hit on Biggie were dirty cops.

"They say some cops become gangbangers; well, these guys were essentially gangbangers who became cops," Poole told MTV News.

Rafael Perez and David Mack, Poole alleged, were just two of the many LAPD officers who were on the payroll of Death Row Records. According to Poole, the officers' primary sense of duty and allegiance to the police force was tainted by their involvement with Death Row. The two eventually went to prison but on charges unrelated to the investigation into the Notorious B.I.G. murder.

Poole maintains there were clues that pointed to each man that should have been looked into further. "I've put away guys for life with less evidence [than I had on Perez and Mack]," Poole said.

Through a complex web of deceit intended to shield the LAPD from a controversial scandal, Poole said, members of the force, including the chief at the time, suppressed efforts to look into policemen who were connected to Suge Knight and Death Row.

Poole eventually resigned in protest, amid his frustrations that the investigation was being sabotaged.

A representative for the LAPD declined to comment when contacted by MTV News about the status of the rapper's murder investigation. At one point, the FBI picked up the investigation but later announced it had stopped its pursuit. A representative for the FBI also declined to comment when contacted by MTV News.

Ms. Wallace's wrongful-death lawsuit remains open. The case was brought to trial at one point, but days later it was declared a mistrial after it was discovered the detective who took over as lead investigator in Biggie's murder hid evidence. The mistrial was announced July 7, 2005, however, no further advancements have been made since in pushing the case to trial again.

Poole alleged that police initially sought to slow down the investigation into Biggie's murder in order to keep the lid on possible LAPD involvement in the crime. Now, he said, the new administration and Los Angeles' power players are striving to keep the truth buried for fear that civil-lawsuit payouts could bankrupt the economically challenged city. In any event, the former detective said he's ready to be a witness in Ms. Wallace's case and will testify whenever he is called upon.

For now, Poole waits, haunted by a puzzling case in which he seems to have too many pieces gathered to not complete the full picture.

"I want this thing solved before I die," he said. "Every detective has a case that they think about each and every day, and this is the case right there. This is the case I think about every single day before I go to bed. It never goes away. It'll haunt me for the rest of my life. The day it's solved, I'll be able to relax."

Multiple NBA sources say Allen Iverson is facing alcohol and gambling issues that have derailed his career and threaten his post-basketball well-being, Stephen A. Smith of the Philadelphia Inquirer reports in a column published Monday.

According to multiple NBA sources, there is widespread concern that the four-time NBA scoring champion, who left the Philadelphia 76ers in February to deal with his daughter's illness and will not return this season, "will either drink himself into oblivion or gamble his life away," Smith reported.

Iverson's gambling problem is serious enough that he has been banished from casinos in Detroit and Atlantic City, N.J., according to Smith.

The report comes as Iverson is dealing with significant personal problems.

Iverson's wife Tawana filed for divorce on March 4, the same day the Philadelphia 76ers announced that the All-Star guard would not return for the rest of the season. In the divorce filing, made at Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, Tawana Iverson said the couple's 8½-year marriage is "irretrievably broken" and sought full custody of the family's five children, child support and alimony.

Iverson, who played 25 games for the Sixers this season, returned to Atlanta in February to be with his family and deal with an undisclosed illness affecting his 4-year-old daughter, Messiah.

Smith, who has covered Iverson closely for years, wrote in Monday's column that Iverson needs someone with "the ideal combination of compassion and toughness" in his life. And former Temple coach John Chaney said that person is John Thompson, Iverson's former college coach at Georgetown.

"[Thompson] is the one guy who'll have a chance of slowing this train wreck down, who could wrap his arms around Iverson and have an impact, because clearly it has not been done," Chaney said, according to Smith. "But there's still this one question: Will [Iverson] listen?"

Iverson started the season with the Memphis Grizzlies but only played three games, amid disagreements over playing time, before announcing a short-lived retirement. He signed the 76ers as a free agent in December, making a tearful return to the city where he spent his first 10½ seasons, won four scoring titles, earned the 2000-01 MVP award and led the Sixers to the 2001 NBA Finals.

Iverson was traded to the Denver Nuggets in 2006 and played for the Nuggets through 2008, when he was dealt to the Detroit Pistons.

A masked gang armed with guns and a machete have stormed a German poker tournament in a luxury hotel - as it was broadcast on live television.

Six men burst into the Grand Hyatt yesterday afternoon and stole around 800,000 euros.

"Several masked, armed individuals entered the hotel and fled with a haul of money," a police spokeswoman said.

Several participants at the tournament in Berlin's Grand Hyatt hotel were slightly injured as they panicked and fled during daring heist. There are no reports of serious injuries.

One newspaper quoted witnesses as saying that the robbers were armed with automatic weapons, machetes and hand grenades.

An unarmed security guard confronted some of the attackers. He told a German newspaper that he was hit with a machete but managed to avoid serious injury by moving his head "so I wasn't hurt too badly - but he caught me around the eye".

The guard then threw a pole and strongbox at the men as they filled bags with cash.

"They pointed the gun at me and I got out of the way. They continued to fill their bags. As they ran off I managed to get one of them in a headlock.

"As another guard came to help me the man with the machete returned so I had to let him go as I was not armed
."

Wiitness Claudia Sommerey told Spiegel Online: "I saw three disguised men with rifles. Security tried to keep them at bay. I heard someone shouting 'down, down, down' so I got under one of the tables."

The jackpot for the tournament stood at euro1 million ($1.36 million), according to the European Poker Tour (EPT) website. The EPT confirmed the heist on a blog, saying there had been "an armed robbery executed by six men." The tournament resumed four hours later.

According to the EPT's website, about 400 participants started into the five days long competition on Wednesday. Most of them, however, had already dropped out of the game by Saturday, among them tennis legend Boris Becker.

The ladies were screaming as Columbus enjoyed his rock star moment. That is until he didn't see then end of the stage and walked right off of it, hitting his head as he fell. OUCH!

You can hear the girl filming say "I got it on camera"

Luckily he wasn't seriously hurt and was able to finish the show without any more problems according to TMZ.

Lil Wayne Begins Jail Sentence

NEW YORK (AP) — Lil Wayne has been sentenced to a year in jail after pleading guilty in a New York City gun case.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper was taken away in handcuffs Tuesday to start serving his term immediately after his sentencing. He pleaded guilty in October to attempted criminal possession of a weapon and admitted having a loaded gun on his tour bus in 2007.

After Judge Solomon reminded Wayne of his charges, the rapper firmly nodded that he understood. Police then handcuffed Lil Wayne and he stood up to be taken away

.

He paused momentarily before leaving and nodded to Cash Money execs Birdman and Slim, who were present in the courtroom. Just like that, Wayne was gone

He'll serve his sentence in city jails, not a state prison. He could be released in about eight months with good behavior.

Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Carter, has been one of rap's most prolific and profitable figures in recent years. His Tha Carter III was the best-selling album of 2008. His sentencing was postponed last month so he could undergo surgery on his bejeweled teeth.
