Future says his alleged baby mama's treating her baby girl like an ATM to squeeze money out of him, and he even claims she's given the child a nickname ... "check baby."
According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the rapper claims Eliza Seraphin has referred to the 9-month-old little girl by that phrase. Future's lawyers define the term as "slang terminology describing a child conceived solely for the purposes of extorting monies from the father of a child in the child support setting."
Translation: Future's claiming Eliza got knocked up just to get money out of him. TBH, it's a claim he's made before, but now he's claiming even Eliza cops to it.
In the docs, the rapper claims one of her friends alleged, during an online interview, Eliza had gone as far as researching the amount of child support Future paid to his other baby mamas ... just to see what she could get out of him.
What's more, Future claims that friend also said Eliza started taking fertility pills to increase her chances of getting impregnated by Future.
He says the kid only needs around $450 per month -- a number he based on a financial affidavit Eliza filed in court, detailing her monthly expenses. Anything above that is a money grab, in Future's eyes.
To this date, Future's never claimed paternity of Eliza's baby. He's even asked a Broward County Judge to toss the case against him.
Tokyo 2020 could be CANCELED over the coronavirus -- so says a senior Olympic official who says postponing or moving the games to another country is probably out of the question.
With 80,000 people reportedly infected with the virus -- and 2,600 deaths -- people are concerned a massive international gathering like the Olympics could accelerate the spread. And, with the Games set to kick off in late July, athletes and fans want to know if there's a backup plan.
Enter Dick Pound -- a senior member of the International Olympic Committee -- who told the Associated Press a total cancelation IS on the table.
"In and around that time, I’d say folks are going to have to ask: 'Is this under sufficient control that we can be confident about going to Tokyo or not?'" Pound said.
And, if officials determine it's too dangerous to move forward, "You’re probably looking at a cancellation."
That being said, Pound is urging athletes to continue training as usual -- because the current plan is to HAVE the Games in Tokyo as scheduled.
"As far as we all know, you’re going to be in Tokyo. All indications are at this stage that it will be business as usual. So keep focused on your sport and be sure that the IOC is not going to send you into a pandemic situation."
The Olympics have only been canceled in modern history as a result of war -- the Games were called off in 1916 for WWI and both the 1940 and 1944 Games were axed because of WW2.
There was a scare about the Games in 2016 because of the Zika virus outbreak at the time, but the event ultimately went on as planned.
I'm an artist from Angola, Indiana who's most concerned with social activism and empowerment for all working class people. I believe that with my music I can spread working class consciousness to as many people as possible and that we will then be able to create a society in which we are no longer bogged down by the draining efforts of contemporary life and the ever looming threat of homelessness, hunger and poverty. Since the age of 13 I've had this dream, and even further back than that I've had a deep love and respect for the musical art of Hip Hop. It was built upon social change and controversy. It will do the same once again.
Christ Money Sex Talk is about the hypocrisy in American society. We often like to pride ourselves for our "love of the lord and jesus christ" without even attempting to abide by any of his teachings. We, including myself, have problems with selfishness, corruption and greed. Capital is often the main goal to strive for in many peoples lives, and in one way or another, it completely consumes every essence of our being. Through this obsession many are killed over petty, quickly made profits and once this act has been committed, a life has been lost forever.
We like to pride ourselves on being a "sex positive society" in some social circles, while completely rejecting the concept in the most traditional ways in others. However, what we seem to be unable to get over is rampant discrimination and objectifying the human form. We are judged on our sex appeal and by how many partners we've slept with, or haven't slept with for that matter. Regardless of the situation, your identity and worth is boiled down to a special set of numbers and words with no meaning, while we try to promote "self love". And you wonder why the suicide rate is as problematic as it is.
ORLANDO, Fla. – Body camera recorded by an Orlando school resource officer shows a distraught, sobbing 6-year-old girl being restrained with zip ties and pleading with the officer as she’s led to a patrol car outside her school.
The arresting officer, Dennis Turner, was later fired by the Orlando Police Department following the September arrest of the student. The charges against the girl were dropped and her record was expunged.
Orlando Police Department officials previously declined a public records request to release the body camera video showing Kaia Rolle’s arrest at Lucious and Emma Nixon Academy on Sept. 19, 2019, citing student privacy issues, however, the family’s attorney was given a copy and shared it with local news outlets.
The 6-year-old was arrested after school staff said she had a temper tantrum at school.
Kaia’s grandmother, Meralyn Kirkland, previously told News 6 her granddaughter was acting out in class, a side effect of a lack of sleep from a medical condition, so she was sent to the office. While Kaia was there, a staff member grabbed her wrists in order to calm her down and that’s when she lashed out and kicked, according to Kirkland.
Turner wrote in Kaia's arrest report that Beverly Stoute, whom he identified as an assistant principal, was the victim in the case and she wanted to press charges because Kaia kicked her on the legs and punched her arms several times.
School officials later said in a statement neither Stoute or anyone else from the school said they wanted to press charges.

The coronavirus outbreak that’s shuttered commerce across China will likely become a global pandemic, a top U.S. health official said Tuesday, adding that it’s just a matter of time before the outbreak starts to spread in the U.S.
“Current global circumstances suggest it’s likely this virus will cause a pandemic,” Anne Schuchat, principal deputy director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention told reporters at a news briefing.
The virus, which has now infected more than 80,200 and killed at least 2,704 people, has spread rapidly over the past week through South Korea, Iran and Italy. The localized outbreaks outside of China have fueled concerns among infectious disease experts and scientists that the virus is spreading too quickly and may be past the point of containment.
“It’s not so much a question of if this will happen any more, but rather more a question of when this will happen and how many people in this country will become infected and how many of those will develop severe or more complicated disease,” she added.
There are now 57 confirmed cases of the virus in the U.S., Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said Tuesday. A majority of those cases came from passengers repatriated from the Diamond Princess cruise ship that was quarantined off the coast of Japan. CDC data shows that 40 of the cases are attributed to the cruise ship, four of which were announced Tuesday. Three patients were infected in Wuhan and later evacuated to the U.S., and the rest were largely infected while traveling overseas.
“We can’t hermetically seal off the United States,” Azar said.
There is a “defined playbook” for how the government would respond to any potential community spread in the U.S., Azar said, adding that Americans “shouldn’t panic when they see new cases.”
“It is very dangerous to make predictions with a virus, especially a novel virus,” Azar said. “But we have tools to deal with it that are reasonable, titrated and don’t excessively interfere either with the economy or individuals lives, necessarily.”
While COVID-19 is contained in the U.S. so far, CDC officials said earlier Tuesday that the public needs to prepare for an eventual outbreak here. Schuchat echoed those comments.
“We must use this time to continue to prepare for the event of community transmission in the United States,” Schuchat said. “Part of that preparation is educating the public and our state, local and private sector partners about what transition from aggressive containment measures to community measures or community mitigation would look like should we end up there.”

Kendrick Lamar and The Weeknd’s Black Panther soundtrack collaboration “Pray for Me” gave both artists another chart success in February 2018, when the hard-charging track peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100. Unfortunately for them, the song is now also hitting the courts.
Indie rock band Yeasayer and their record label We Are Free are suing Lamar, The Weeknd (a.k.a. Abel Makkonen Tesfaye) and various other defendants for copyright infringement, accusing them of lifting a “distinctive choral performance” from the song “Sunrise” off the group’s 2007 debut studio album All Hour Cymbals. The complaint was filed in U.S. District Court in New York on Monday (Feb. 24) by the plaintiffs' attorneys Scott Alan Burroughs and Laura M. Zaharia of Doniger/Burroughs.
In the complaint, Yeasayer -- which consisted of Chris Keating, Ira Wolf Tuton and Anand Wilder -- allege the defendants “extracted” the choral performance in question and inserted it into “Pray for Me” only after “slightly” modifying it and altering its pitch in post-production.
“This material was specifically created for use in ‘Sunrise’ and is unique, comprised of male voices singing in their highest registers, with animated, pulsing vibrato, and developed via distinctive audio post-processing,” the complaint reads.
The suit goes on to allege that the defendants purposely altered the performance in order to conceal their infringement, and that they also intentionally scrubbed and/or altered the Content Management Information (CMI) attached to “Sunrise” to further hide the alleged theft.
Yeasayer and We Are Free are asking the court to enjoin the defendants from further acts of infringement; to transfer all recordings, videos and other material connected with “Pray for Me” into a constructive trust; and to award the defendants actual and statutory damages, lost profits, pre-judgment interest, attorneys’ fees and all other costs of the suit.
Other defendants named in the complaint include “Pray for Me” songwriter/producer Doc McKinney, songwriter Adam King Feeney, Top Dawg Entertainment and Universal Music Group and its subsidiaries Interscope Records and Aftermath Records.

Former Chicago police officer Jason Van Dyke, serving nearly seven years in prison for the murder of a black teen, was assaulted by fellow inmates soon after he was transferred to a prison in Connecticut this month, according to his wife and attorneys.
Van Dyke, who is white, was convicted in October of second-degree murder and 16 counts of aggravated battery with a firearm in the 2014 shooting death of 17-year-old Laquan McDonald. The killing sparked protests in Chicago and outrage across the country.
The ex-cop was sentenced last month to an 81 months in prison. Records show he is being held at a federal prison in Danbury, Connecticut.
His attorneys said he was attacked in his cell on Feb. 7, two days after he arrived at the prison. They said he suffered facial injuries in the attack.
The shooting of Laquan McDonald was one in a series of deadly encounters that fueled a national conversation on policing in black communities.
Police were called to a parking lot on the Southwest Side of Chicago on the evening of Oct. 20, 2014, on reports of a person breaking into trucks and stealing radios.
Officers arrived to find McDonald walking erratically in the street with a small knife.
Van Dyke pulled up to the scene, got out of his squad car and within seconds opened fire.
He shot the teen 16 times. Police dashcam video appears to show McDonald moving away from Van Dyke when he opened fire.

PLANO, Texas — Sunday, a Plano church honored a girl whose story of being bullied for losing her hair during cancer treatments has gone viral.
11-year-old A’myah Moon had her wigged pulled off her head by a bully in a Plano middle school. Since then, she’s received an international show of support.
“People have been telling me I’m beautiful and stuff and they walk me to class,” Moon said.
Sunday at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church in Plano, church leaders crowned A’myah with a tiara and gave her a custom backpack, coupons for manicures and pedicures and much more.
“It made me actually feel good,” Moon said.
“So many people have reached out to us and so many people are making her happy,” Moon’s mother Syreeta Smith said.
Some in the congregation wore custom shirts reading ‘A’myah’s Army’ as the pastor preached that bullying had to end and parents needed to set an example.
“We are here to stop out bullying and we will not tolerate bullying from anyone,” Reverend Isiah Joshua Jr. said.
Moon’s family said they plan to meet with school leaders soon to discuss what can be done to be more proactive in stopping bullying.
“We don’t want this to happen to any child, sick or not sick. No one should have to go through no wanting to do to school,” Shelia Walker, Amyah’s grandmother said.
Right now, Six Flags is working to host A’myah and her family. Myles Turner, a star basketball player for the Indiana Pacers and Bedford native, is planning to invite A’myah and her family to see the team play the Mavericks.
The support and the effort to end bullying only continues to grow.
