Another week and yet another rapper is headed to prison. Willie D of The Geto Boys plead guilty yesterday November 2, to wire fraud and received a sentence of one year and a day in prison. The Houston MC was originally arrested in May 2009. The case stems from a scam in which Willie used eBay to defraud customers out of money with a bogus phone company named Texas One Wireless. Customers would wire the company money for iPhones. In return they would get a fake tracking number and never receive the phones. Willie, born William James Dennis was a part of the Geto Boys along with Bushwick Bill and Scarface, when the group shot to fame, propelled by the hit single "Mind Playing Tricks On Me." He will have to pay $197,087.17 in restitution to the 35 people he conned. Willie faced a maximum of 20 years and a $250,000 fine, but got a lesser sentence by pleading guilty to 15 counts. He is currently free on bond pending a federal prison being found for him. twitter-5d.gif

Kye Allums I saw this story on CNN this morning and I simply don't agree with this ruling by the NCAA. George Washington University basketball player Kay-Kay Allums has been allowed by the NCAA to change her sexual distinction from female to male. Although she has not undergone any surgery and will not be allowed to undergo testosterone therapy while competing. Instead of Kay-Kay, her name is now Kye Allums. She is being labeled as the first ever transgender player in NCAA Division ! basketball history. The 21-year old Allums says she has been a tomboy all of her life, and now considers herself a brother to her teammates. "This means a lot," Allums said. "I didn't choose to be born in this body and feel the way I do. I decided to transition, that is change my name and pronouns because it bothered me to hide who I am, and I am trying to help myself and others to be who they are, I told my teammates first, and they, including my coaches, have supported me. My teammates have embraced me as the big brother of the team. They have been my family, and I love them all." Ok, so if you are considered a man, should you be allowed to play on a woman's team and vice versa? Where do you draw the line? twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump If there were ever a kid prepared to deal with the pressures of fame, Willow Smith would be the one. Success seems to come naturally for her family. With her dad Will becoming a star rapper/actor. And her mom Jada as well as older brother Jaden doing their thing on the big screen, Willow has had time to watch and learn. So it shouldn't come as a surpise that the 10-year old's first song becomes a hit. Yesterday November 2, Roc Nation's newest signeee made her national television debut singing "Whip My Hair" on the Ellen Degeneres show. twitter-5d.gif

The hospital in Jerez where the 10 year old gave birth The baby was born last week in the city of Jerez de la Frontera, said Micaela Navarro, the Andalusia region's social affairs minister. Miss Navarro said the father of the baby is also a minor, and both the mother and the baby were in good health. Her department declined to give details, including the sex of the baby, but said authorities do not consider this a case of rape and that no criminal investigation is under way. Under Spanish law, having consensual sex with someone under age 13 is classified as child abuse, an official with the Spanish Justice Ministry in Madrid said. But this particular case is complicated by the fact that the father of the baby is also a minor and it is not clear if he could be charged, the official said. Spanish newspapers said the mother is of Romanian origin. Diario de Jerez reported the girl was already pregnant when she arrived in Spain, but did not say when she came to this country. It is not clear if the father is in Spain. Medical experts warn that because young girls are still growing, they are at higher risk during pregnancy. Studies have shown that teenage girls are more likely to give birth to premature babies and their infants have a higher chance of dying by age. Source: UK Telegraph twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Usually the fights you see on reality tv are either women pulling each other's hair and slapping, or dudes wrestling with no good punches landed. The scrap that went down on TruTV's Black and Gold was different, way different. Tank and Cheston were clowning around when things took a serious turn. Tank got heated at Cheston for putting him in a choke hold and sucker punched him. What happened next will go down as the most classic knockout in reality tv history. After wrestling Tank to the ground, Cheston bashed his face in until he was pulled away, leaving Tank snoring. twitter-5d.gif

Randy Moss was waived by the Vikings on Monday just weeks after Minnesota traded a third-round draft pick to the New England Patriots for the receiver. Vikings players said Monday that coach Brad Childress told them that Moss "is no longer with us." Linebacker Ben Leber told the Star Tribune that Childress didn't give the team a reason for Moss' ouster from Minnesota. "No reason, really, [he] just wanted to give everybody a heads-up and say this is what's going on, and that's it," Leber told the newspaper. "He didn't really dive into any details, and just said that's what were going to go with." Moss will be on waivers for the next 24 hours. The Patriots, who own the NFL's best record, would only have a chance to claim Moss if the NFL's other 31 teams pass. If Moss isn't claimed he will be free to sign with any team. Moss' exit from Minnesota was first reported by the NFL Network. Following the Vikings' 28-18 loss to the Patriots, the Vikings receiver announced that he would not be answering any more questions from the media for the rest of the season. He also criticized the Vikings for not heeding his advice on certain plays the Patriots were likely to use against the Vikings. On Monday, Childress disagreed with Moss' asertion that the Vikings ignored the receiver's advice. "I think we did a pretty good job of heeding it, both offensively and defensively," Childress said, according to the Star Tribune. "He gave us some windows into how we thought they would end up playing. That's obviously in his eyes." Moss had not spoken to reporters since Oct. 13, taking a $25,000 fine from the NFL for failing to cooperate with the media. The money didn't sway him to open up last week in the days leading up to his return to New England, which traded him to the Vikings on Oct. 6. "I got fined $25,000 for not speaking to you all. Me, personally, I really don't care," Moss said. "But at the same time, I do answer questions throughout the week. For the league to fine me $25,000, I'm not going to answer any more questions for the rest of this year. If it's going to be an interview, I'm going to conduct [it]. ... I'll ask myself the questions, then give y'all the answers. So from here on out, I'm not answering any more questions for the rest of this season." In four games with the Vikings, Moss had 13 receptions for 174 yards and two touchdowns. The Vikings were 1-3 in those games, including Sunday's 28-18 loss at New England. Source: ESPN twitter-5d.gif

Love him or hate him, you have to respect Lil Wayne's musical accomplishments. Weezy recently became the first rapper in fifteen years to release a number 1 album while behind bars with 'I Am Not A Human Being.' The album has moved 323,000 units since it's November 27 release. The late Tupac Shakur accomplished the feat in 1995 with 'Me Against The World', which featured two of his signature songs in "Dear Mama" and "Shed So Many Tears." 'I Am Not A Human Being' doesn't have one song that comes close to those two classics, but hitting number one is a great accomplish nontheless. Wayne gets released from Rikers Island this Thursday November 4. Birdman told Rolling Stone that Weezy will start recording new songs on the flight home. twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump MC Hammer fires the latest shot in his ongoing feud with Jay-Z. King Hammer dropped a video titled "Better Run Run" this morning November 1. In it Hov, whom Hammer has given the nickname "devil boy" is seen running from satan, as Hammer raps about him selling his soul. He suggests Beyonce, fame and wealth were a part of the package, and Jay-Z's signature diamond Roc sign is a salute to the devil. At the video's end Hammer, now a Christian preacher baptizes Jigga, saving him from a fiery fate. This beef started when Jay-Z dissed Hammer on Kanye West's "So Appalled" record when he rapped: "Show me where the boats is, Ferrari Testarossa's/Hammer went broke so you know I'm more focused. I lost 30 mil so I spent another 30/Cause unlike Hammer 30 mil can't hurt me." Will this be the end of the beef? Or is it just getting started? twitter-5d.gif
