Video After The Jump ALLIANCE, Ohio - A robbery suspect in Alliance got stuck in a garbage truck while hiding from police on Wednesday. Alliance police said officers spotted a suspect leaving the Wal-Mart on State Street through a fire exit with a cart-full of items. The suspect fled on foot when he saw police. Not long after, Alliance dispatchers received a call about a man stuck in a trash truck. The person calling said they were friends were a man who said he was hiding in a Dumpster behind Wal-Mart before it was picked up by a garbage truck. Police said dispatchers were able to track James Michael Brienzo using his cell phone and officers soon caught up with the trash compacting truck. Officers told the driver of the truck what was happening and climbed into the truck, but couldn’t free Brienzo. "There was a recycling place within a few hundred yards. We had the truck pull over there and, by his own request, we dumped the truck and the contents and himself in the parking lot and then several more minutes, we dug through and finally freed him from the rubbish," Lt. William Morris said. Police said the man had been "compacted" several times while inside the truck. Brienzo was taken to Mercy Medical Center in Canton. He was later taken by helicopter to MetroHealth Medical Center, where he remains in critical condition. Police said this incident is still under investigation Source: NewsNet5 twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump The 2-year-old girl, with her too-big tank top slipping off of her left shoulder, stands and watches television as she puts a joint to her lips and takes a puff before waving her arm to fan away smoke and continuing to puff on the marijuana cigarette. The scene was caught on video using the mother’s cell phone – shot by the mother, a Hamilton County indictment Wednesday charges. Jessica Gamble, 21, of Springfield Township, was indicted on three felonies – corrupting another with drugs, child endangering and tampering with evidence – that carry a maximum prison sentence of 11½ years. “It’s beyond disgusting,” Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters said of the video. “I would get very upset if I found out my 16-year-old daughter was drinking a beer.” Gamble is accused of making or encouraging her daughter to smoke the joint.

What’s quite disconcerting is she is handling this like she’s done this before,” Deters said of the child. At one point on the 1 minute, 37 second video shot in August, a voice believed to be Gamble’s tells the girl “Don’t blow on” the joint. After the child takes a few more puffs, the same voice asks, “What is that?” and then a hand grabs the child’s hand that is holding the joint. The person shooting the video – Gamble, the indictment alleges – takes the joint from the child’s fist and holds it up so it is in the middle of the image frame. Then she laughs. “It is disturbing to think that a parent would provide their 2-year-old child with marijuana,” Deters said. The child is living with a relative as Hamilton County Department of Jobs & Family Services investigates the incident. The tampering with evidence charge, Deters said, was the result of Gamble deleting the video from her cell phone. Before that happened, someone – Deters wouldn’t say who, noting that person is a key witness in the case – saw the video and was so disturbed at seeing the child smoking marijuana that the person forwarded the video to another cell phone. Then it was shown to officials at JFS, who contacted police. “I am very grateful for the person who brought this to our attention,” Deters said. Source: Cincinatti.com twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump CINCINNATI - Police have made an arrest in a shooting involving a bow and arrow. Police arrested 57-year-old Bo Spivey from Adams County Tuesday evening. Police say he fled to Georgia where he stopped at a farm house and turned himself in. Police responded to the farm house and took Spivey into custody Tuesday evening. Spivey allegedly shot a man with a bow and arrow Tuesday morning. Police identified the victim as 50-year-old Doug Stacey. The shooting was reported to police around 7 a.m. in the 400 block of Beech Street in Elmwood Place, but officers say the victim may have been lying on his couch for hours before neighbors heard his calls for help. "I live on the second floor and I could hear him from the window where his fan is. He said he's been shot three times and for somebody to call police," said neighbor Richard Sanders to a 911 dispatcher. Police say Spivey was kicked out of a residence by Stacey who was letting him stay there. "From what we can gather, he was allowing for him to stay and then last night he asked him to leave because he was disrespecting his 11-year-old daughter," said Chief William Peskin of Elmwood Place police. Spivey allegedly came back to the residence and shot his friend three times with a bow and arrow. Police say Stacey suffered two arrow wounds to the back and one to the hand. "He was intending for the gentleman to die from what we can gather," said Chief Peskin. Stacey's sister lives nearby and rushed over to find her brother being put into an ambulance. "It was petrifying because you could see the tears in my brothers eyes and I raised my brother as my son so yeah he had me bawling. It scared me to death. I didn't know if he was going to live or not," said Sandra Charles, Doug Stacey's sister The victim was transported to University Hospital in Cincinnati and his condition has not been released. Police and relatives tell 9 News the victim has undergone surgery. Neighbors also say Spivey might have been on medications. Spivey will be extradited back to Cincinnati to face charges. Video After The Jump

Toledo, OH (WTVG) -- The woman who attacked a McDonald's drive-thru worker made national headlines. Now you can see the attack for yourself.

The woman wanted McNuggets from a McDonalds in Toledo which was only serving breakfast. She reacted by punching the drive-thru worker in the mouth and shattering the drive-thru window.

It all happened around 6 a.m. New Year's Day at the east side McDonalds at the corner of Main and Front. Surveillance video, released today, captures the assault as it unfolds. The woman in the car is Melodi Dushane, 24 years old at the time.

The video doesn't have sound, but it appears Dushane and the employee get in a verbal argument before it escalates. Dushane gets out of her car while another worker tries to close the window. She punches that woman in the face and continues yelling. At one point, she even appears to lift her leg to attempt to climb in.

When the first employee returns, Dushane hits her too. That woman grabs a hold of Dushane's hair, but she lets go. It then takes three McDonald's employees to slide the window closed while Dushane continues to try and keep it open.

She then starts ramming her elbow against the glass, goes back into her car, and emerges to throw a bottle through the window before driving off.

Last month, Dushane got 60 days behind bars and three years probation. She also has to pay McDonalds more than $1,500 for the damages. She apologized to the court, and her attorney says she was drinking the night of the incident and suffers from panic attacks, which she blames for leading up to the attack.

The McDonald's employees, on the other hand, managed to keep their cool. In the video they can be seen calmly handing food through the window to the next customer.

LEMON TOWNSHIP, Ohio --

A Middletown man was arrested on felony assault charges after surveillance cameras caught him attacking a bartender.

Police said 26-year-old Casey Fryman walked into Main Bar in Lemon Township on July 12 and demanded car keys from his father, who was sitting at the bar.

Fryman, who was not wearing a shirt, was highly agitated and acting aggressively, police said.

Police said the bartender asked Fryman to leave, but he threw a bar stool at her and quickly hopped over the bar.

Fryman picked up Terina King-Smeal, of Middletown, and threw her to the ground before stomping her, officers said.

He then climbed back over the bar and walked out of the building, police said.

Fryman was taken into custody on one count of misdemeanor assault.

Casey Fryman

But police raised the charge to felony assault after viewing the bar's surveillance cameras, which showed the attack from two different angles.

Fryman remains in police custody at the Middletown Jail.

I think it's safe to say that the love affair Lebron James once had with the city of Cleveland is 100% over.

James bolted from the Cleveland Cavaliers in July to join the Miami Heat in the biggest free agent move the NBA has ever seen.

Since then, the fans in Cleveland, who once cheered his every move have turned on him with a vengeance. From burning his jerseys to making videos on youtube ripping his decision, the Cavalier faithful let it be known, they now despise King James.

Now, James has struck back with a not so subtle jab of his own.

According to Cleveland.com, Lebron took out an ad in his hometown newspaper, the Akron Beacon Journal, thanking the city for all of its support.

He talks about his love for the city of Akron, but doesn't once mention Cleveland, the city he spent spent seven years playing pro ball in.....OUCH!

Here is the full text from the ad:

"To My Family, Friends and Fans in Akron:

"For all my life, I have lived in Akron -- and for that, I am truly a lucky man.

"It was here where I first learned how to play basketball, and where I met the people who would become my lifelong friends and mentors. Their guidance, encouragement and support will always be with me.

"Akron is my home, and the central focus of my life. It's where I started, and it's where I will always come back to. You can be sure that I will continue to do everything I can for this city, which is so important to my family and me. Thank you for your love and support. You mean everything to me
."

At least one former Cavalier, turned Heat did show the city of Cleveland some respect. Two days ago, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, who like James had played seven years for the Cavaliers, took out an ad in the Cleveland Plain Dealer thanking the fans for their support during his time there.
