(ESPN) UFC star Conor McGregor pleaded guilty to a single violation of disorderly conduct in Brooklyn criminal court on Thursday, for his involvement in an incident on April 5 at Barclays Center.

McGregor, who turned 30 this month, entered the plea as part of a deal worked out with the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office. The agreement involves no jail time and will not affect McGregor's travel visa. He will not have a criminal record.

Additional conditions of the deal include full restitution to the bus company for any damages suffered, which McGregor has already fulfilled, five days of community service and an anger management program lasting 1-3 days.

Prior to the deal, McGregor, of Dublin, had faced a possible 12 criminal charges related to the incident, including two felony criminal mischief charges. Those charges carried a maximum sentence of seven years in prison.

In April, McGregor was caught on video throwing a metal dolly into the window of a bus stationed inside the Barclays Center loading dock. The bus was carrying a group of UFC athletes and employees.

Two UFC fighters, lightweight Michael Chiesa and flyweight Ray Borg, reported suffering minor injuries to authorities and were ultimately pulled from their respective bouts on a scheduled pay-per-view event on April 7.

One of McGregor's teammates from SBG Ireland, professional MMA fighter Cian Cowley, was also arrested in April for his involvement in the attack. Cowley also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on Thursday.

The resolution of McGregor's criminal case may clear the way for a return to the Octagon later this year.

A potential lightweight title fight between McGregor (21-3) and current champion Khabib Nurmagomedov (26-0) could arguably be the biggest fight in UFC history. Nurmagomedov was on the bus that McGregor attacked, and was the target of the Irish star's actions.

McGregor has not fought in the UFC since November 2016. He made his professional boxing debut in August 2017, suffering a TKO loss to Floyd Mayweather in a highly lucrative crossover event.

Video After The Jump

The Civilian Office of Police Accountability released video Wednesday of the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Maurice Granton by a Chicago police officer. Granton, who police said was armed, was shot around 8:15 p.m. on June 6 in the 300-block of East 47th Street in the city's Bronzeville neighborhood. Tactical officers from the 2nd District were conducting a narcotics investigation in the area when police said Granton ran from them. Officers chased him and told him to stop. Police said that's when he pulled out a weapon and "an armed encounter between the offender and police ensued." Granton was shot in the back, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. He was transported to University of Chicago Medical Center, where he died. The medical examiner ruled his death a homicide. n, who police said was armed, was shot around 8:15 p.m. on June 6 in the 300-block of East 47th Street in the city's Bronzeville neighborhood. His sister, Joanna Varnado, identified her brother's body after he was pronounced dead. She also said he was shot in the back.

"I didn't see any blood or anything on the front of him. I wasn't able to see the back because he was laying, of course, on his back. There was no blood stains, anything, on the front," Varnado said. Witnesses at the scene Wednesday night gave differing accounts of what happened. "I saw it! I was right there! I saw everything. He was laying over - I guess he ran through (there) trying to make it. I guess they thought he had whatever he had, but he didn't have no gun! That's my cousin!" said Princess Evans, an eyewitness and Granton's relative. A sergeant who was injured in the incident was transported to a hospital for treatment. A weapon was recovered at the scene. Police later tweeted a photo of the gun. Granton's family said the weapon in the photo was not his gun. "No, that's not his, he doesn't have a gun," said Kaeinji Jackson, sister. "There are eyewitnesses to say Maurice never pointed a gun," said Eric Russell, Tree of Life Justice League of Illinois. "They planted that gun. There's a coverup!" "He wouldn't even chance his life doing that, knowing he had two very young kids to come home to," said Tayshia Shaw, the mother of Granton's children. His relatives said the young father turned his life around after the birth of his two daughters. Granton has a criminal record that includes convictions for robbery and theft. But his relatives said, regardless of his past, he was running away from officers and was not a threat. The officer involved in the shooting was assigned to administrative duty for 30 days, per Chicago Police Department policy. The shooting remains under investigation.

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States.
Date: June 6, 2018.

In this clip, Lord Jamar gave his take on Nas' latest release, Nasir. He gave it a solid review and said that it's an example of how rappers over the age of 40 are redefining the age limits originally placed on hip-hop. Lord Jamar and Vlad debated about different aspects of Nas' album, particularly the beat selection with Vlad maintaining his stance that Nas is a horrible beat picker. Later, the two discussed where Kanye fits in the all-time hip-hop producer category, and whether it was accurate to compare Nasir to JAY-Z's 4:44.

Video After The Jump

As the Octagon gets set to touch down in Calgary for a thrilling UFC Fight Night on FOX, explore the extraordinary lives and extreme training regimens of six of the greatest UFC fighters on the planet in UFC Road to the Octagon: Alvarez vs Poirier 2.

In the year’s best grudge match, top featherweights collide, as #3 Eddie Alvarez squares off against #4 Dustin Poirier. Their heated 2017 fight ended in a no contest, and now the stakes are even higher with a shot at the UFC lightweight belt potentially on the line.

Outside his hometown of Philadelphia, former lightweight champ Eddie Alvarez proudly raises his children in style, while training to regain UFC gold. Meanwhile, from his Coconut Creek, Florida training camp, Dustin Poirier purses a third straight knockout and the opportunity to leave a championship legacy for his family.

The heavy hitting co-main event features fiery featherweights as longtime champion Jose Aldo faces knockout artist Jeremy Stephens. Surrounded by family and training partners in Rio de Janeiro, Aldo seeks to recapture the form that set the division aflame during his 18 fight winning streak. For San Diego based Stephens, back-to-back jaw-dropping KO’s have the Iowa native on the verge of his first UFC title shot, as he attempts to capture the biggest win of his career.

A third electrifying bout features Polish strawweight superstar Joanna Jedrzejczyk versus fellow title contender Tecia “The Tiny Tornado” Torres. For former 5-time defending champion Jedrzejczyk, South Florida offers an ideal training ground as she readies for her to return to the division’s summit with the help of American Top Team. Meanwhile, in the rarefied air of Colorado Springs, Torres displays her speed and athleticism training at altitude, alongside her fiancee and top bantamweight contender Raquel Pennington.
