Jeremih is gonna be alright -- at least that's what his family is signaling after revealing he's out of the ICU and on his way to recovering after coming down with COVID-19.
The R&B singer's family tells TMZ ... Jeremih has been transferred out of the ICU he was being treated at last week and is now going to spend the rest of his recovery in a regular hospital setting, where the "true healing" is set to begin.
We're also told the fam thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this health scare -- there was no shortage of people sending good vibes his way ... including a ton of artists he's collaborated with over the years, like 50 Cent and others.
The update is fantastic news, as it appeared Jeremih's health was going downhill and fast last weekend, when we learned he was on a ventilator after having been admitted for intensive care. The prognosis sounded quite grim, but now ... it's almost like a 180.
It's unclear if Jeremih still has the virus -- or how long he's even had it ... but the fact he's being treated normally now seems to mean the guy will be okay after all.

A man who confessed this week to killing another man 25 years ago in Decatur told police he is terminally ill with lung cancer and wanted to “lift a weight from his chest.”
Detective Sean Mukaddam, a Decatur police violent crimes investigator, said he was initially skeptical Wednesday when a secretary told him a man was on the phone wishing to confess to a murder.
“You’re always leery,” Mukaddam said. “I thought it might be a prank call. But it quickly developed that this was the real deal.”
Johnny Dwight Whited, 53, of Trinity, said he wanted to be ready to “meet his maker,” Mukaddam said. The case he confessed to had gone about as cold as a murder can get.
“There was nothing else to follow up on,” he said. “When it gets like this, you’re hoping something else will come up. It usually doesn’t occur like this.”
The body of Christopher Alvin Dailey was discovered by two hunters on April 26, 1995 in a wooded area on George Russell Road S.W. in Decatur. About 90 minutes later, Dailey’s partially submerged 1983 Toyota Tercel was found in the Tennessee River. Dailey had been killed by a single gunshot to the head.
Mukkadam, who has been with the violent crime unit for two years and in law enforcement for 15, said investigators put in many hours and ran out several leads on the case over the years, but nothing solid developed. Forensics in those days, he said, was like “a stone wheel” compared to the present. To his knowledge, Whited had never come up as a suspect.
After the initial call on Wednesday, Whited, a bald man with a grizzled white goatee, met with Mukkadam and directed police to the crime scene, telling them which roads to turn down. The passage of time showed itself when they had to stop at a gate that wasn’t there 25 years before.
From there, they walked a quarter of a mile to the place where Whited said he killed Dailey. He then took them to the place where he dumped the vehicle in the water - a riverfront stretch had also changed from commercial growth.
In the space of a little more than three hours, police finally had a solution that checked out with the available evidence. Mukkadam said he couldn’t comment on the motive. Based on his conversations, he said, prosecutors intend on moving ahead with a murder trial, regardless of Whited’s health.
Calls to the Morgan County District Attorney for comment were not immediately returned.
Whited has been charged with murder in Dailey’s death and is being held on $15,000 bond. At the time of his confession he was awaiting trial on a methamphetamine charge. Whited had a string of arrests for traffic and drug offenses through the years, including one for possession of a crack cocaine pipe less than three weeks after Dailey’s body was discovered.
CHICAGO (CBS) — Accused Kenosha gunman Kyle Rittenhouse walked out of jail Friday on a $2 million bond. He was seen hours later in a photo flanked by his lawyer and actor Ricky Schroder, who helped get the teen out of jail.
Rittenhouse was in jail for nearly three months before he was freed on bond. The 17-year-old is accused of driving from Antioch, crossing over into Wisconsin with a loaded gun, and killing two during the unrest in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
A judge granted Rittenhouse that $2 million cash bond, a bond the father of one victim felt was still too low.
“He has people out there who will help him, organizations, militia groups raising money for his defense right now,” said John Hubert, whose son was killed in Kenosha.
It turns out conservative groups such as FightBackLaw.com helped out. More than $500,000 was raised through a legal defense fund for Rittenhouse.
Most of the money came from small donations, and Rittenhouse’s attorney took to Twitter thanking donors and saying, “We the people did not let him down.” Celebrities joined in, too. Rittenhouse was seen with Schroeder and his attorney hours after paying the cash to get free. Money was also raised by businessman Mike Lindell, inventor of the My Pillow.
But those who lost loved ones begged weeks ago for Rittenhouse to receive no bond, saying they were fearful of this moment.
“He thinks he’s above the law,” said Hubert. “He’s been treated as such by law enforcement. He believes he’s justified in the case, and for him to run wouldn’t surprise me.”
Stipulations regarding where Rittenhouse can go are not detailed in online court filings, but he has been ordered to not have any weapons or contact with the victims’ families.

KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) — A 17-year-old from Illinois who is charged with killing two people during a protest in Wisconsin and whose case has become a rallying cry for some conservatives posted $2 million bail Friday and was released from custody.
Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of fatally shooting Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz during a demonstration Aug. 25 that followed the police shooting of Jacob Blake in Kenosha. He posted bond through his attorney at about 2 p.m., Kenosha County Sheriff’s Sgt. David Wright said.
Rittenhouse, of Antioch, Illinois, told police he was attacked while he was guarding a business and that he fired in self-defense.
He faces multiple charges, including intentional homicide, reckless endangerment and being a minor in possession of a firearm. Wisconsin law doesn’t permit minors to carry or possess a gun unless they’re hunting. He is due back in court on Dec. 3 for a preliminary hearing.
His case has taken on political overtones. Supporters of the Black Lives Matter movement have painted Rittenhouse as a trigger-happy white supremacist. Conservatives upset over property destruction during recent protests have portrayed him as a patriot exercising his right to bear arms during unrest. A legal defense fund for him has attracted millions of dollars in donations, and his mother got a standing ovation from women at a Waukesha County GOP function in September.
Huber’s father, John Huber, asked Kenosha County Circuit Court Commissioner Loren Keating during a hearing Nov. 2 to set Rittenhouse’s bail between $4 million and $10 million. Huber said Rittenhouse thinks he’s above the law and noted the effort to raise money on his behalf. He also suggested militia groups would hide him from police if he were released.
Rittenhouse’s attorney, Mark Richards, asked for $750,000 bail.
Keating ultimately set bail at $2 million, saying Rittenhouse was a flight risk given the seriousness of the charges against him.
