Video After The Jump Similar to what Lloyd Banks has been doing, Waka Flocka drops a video from one of his older mixtape joints here. Here we get the visuals for "Luv Them Gun Sounds". Waka goes at Young Jeezy's CTE camp on the 2nd verse when he says: "We street thuggin, what the f*ck corporate thuggin...homie betta stop all that mean muggin." The beef between the two camps must still be cooking for Waka to leave that line in there. Anyway, peep the visuals below. twitter-5d.gif

Diddy may rule Bad Boy Entertainment with an iron fist but at home he's a regular Mr. Softy It's another edition of "Daddy Day Care" at the Combs house when Diddy has to take charge of his 4-year-old daughter, Chance. For this babysitting excursion, the rap mogul shows off his puppeteer skills with "Pookie" - the bird, not the crackhead - as he tries to entertain a camera shy Chance. Mini-Combs doesn't remain bashful for long when she performs her own rendition of "The Itsy Bitsy Spider." Diddy can't help but add a little swagger with a few "Yeah"s and "Uh-huhs" adlibs between lines, bobbing his head to a non-existent beat. Check out that sassy look Chance shoots him during the sign off. We know who is running this show, and it's not daddy. Source: Billboard twitter-5d.gif

BERLIN — A Polish man living in Germany went about his business for about five years without noticing he had been shot in the head because he was drunk when it happened. Police in the western city of Bochum said on Tuesday doctors found a .22 caliber bullet in the back of his head after the 35-year-old went to have what he thought was a cyst removed. Presented with the 5.6mm projectile, the man recalled he had received a blow to the head around midnight at a New Year's party "in 2004 or 2005", but had forgotten about it because he had been "very drunk," a police spokesman said. "He told us he remembered having a sore head, but that he wasn't really one for going to the doctor," the spokesman said. The wound later healed around the bullet and it was not until the man decided to have the lump examined due to recurring pains that the discovery was made. Police said they were not treating the incident as suspicious as the bullet might have got lodged in the man's head when a reveler fired a gun in celebration. "It may have been a shot fired up in the air which entered his head on the way down," the spokesman said. The resident of Herne, who has lived in Germany for several years, was expected to be released from hospital later this week after the bullet was removed on Friday, police said. Video After The Jump FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Tom Brady hates the New York Jets? "Hell, he knows we hate the Patriots, so what's the difference?" Jets coach Rex Ryan said in response Monday. "That's great. Hey, join the club. The Patriots quarterback made the comment to Boston sports radio station WEEI when asked whether he was watching HBO's "Hard Knocks." "Honestly, I haven't turned it on," Brady said. "I hate the Jets, so I refuse to support that show. I'm sure it's great TV. I'm glad people are liking it. But that's just something that I have no interest in watching. I'd love to say a lot of mean things, but I'd rather not do that, either." Ryan isn't a big fan of Brady or the team that has dominated the AFC East, a status that seems threatened by the Jets' addition of key veterans in the offseason. "Hell, he knows we hate the Patriots, so what's the difference?" the coach said with a smile. "My brother's got a couple of Super Bowl rings. He loves Tom Brady, but I don't have them, so I don't like Tom Brady. I respect him, but I don't like him." His brother Rob is a former Patriots assistant. Rex took over the Jets last season from Eric Mangini, the former defensive coordinator for New England and a near clone of Patriots head coach Bill Belichick when it comes to bland, non-provocative comments. The third show of the five-episode "Hard Knocks" series airs Wednesday. Last year's featured team was the Cincinnati Bengals. "I'm sure it's great TV," Brady said. "I'm glad people are liking it, but that's just something that I have no interest in watching. I'd love to say a lot of mean things, but I'd rather not do that, either." For the most part, Jets players' reactions to the statement were pretty low key. Brady's comments didn't surprise Jets wide receiver Jerricho Cotchery. "Tom has always hated the Jets," Cotchery said. "We've pulled up clips a long time ago, even before Rex got here, with Tom saying things at banquets and all that. He's always hated the Jets, so I expected to hear that from him." Center Nick Mangold said he hadn't watched the show with any regularity before they were featured, and he could see how an AFC East player might not want to see a nemesis glorified. "It's part of the excitement of games. You dislike the other team," Mangold said. "'Hard Knocks,' we never had it with anybody in our division … I don't expect him to be sitting there with a bowl of popcorn enjoying the show every Wednesday." In fact, no one in the Jets' locker room popped off about the comment. Instead, everyone seemed to think it was about right that Brady should have that sentiment, even if the word "hate" sounds pretty strong. "Maybe it is true hatred," tight end Dustin Keller said. "I don't know." Jason Taylor, who spent years mocking Jets fans and getting booed by them while a member of the Miami Dolphins, smiled when he heard that he might be supplanted in the Jets fans' dog house by Brady. "They're supposed to hate the Jets -- they're the Patriots," Taylor said. "Just like the Dolphins are supposed to." And he isn't watching the show either, albeit for a different reason. "I don't think we should watch it. I think it changes the way you act the next week," Taylor said. Wide receiver Braylon Edwards, who came over from the Cleveland Browns last season, said free agency has changed the nature of hard-core intradivisional rivalries like this one. Just as Taylor ended up implausibly in green and white, and Donovan McNabb ended up with the Washington Redskins after the Philadelphia Eagles, Edwards said Brady could theoretically play quarterback for the Jets some day. "A team he quote-unquote hated, he's the starting quarterback for," Edwards said. Last week on "Hard Knocks" when Ryan wanted to start a fight on the field to stir up linebacker Vernon Gholston, he went to offensive lineman Rob Turner. Turner is never one to back down, and he was asked whether Brady's words would be worth a scrap when the Jets and Patriots play again. "Aww," Turner said, "Brady wouldn't fight me. I'd break his jaw." But that was as bold as any of the Jets got. Mostly players just recognized that hating the Jets is part of Brady's job description. "I can understand why he'd say that and I don't have a problem with that," Edwards said. "He doesn't like the Jets? That's fine; a lot of people in here don't like the Patriots." Audio After The Jump "This b*tch is dumb" - B. Pumper Brian Pumper has responded to accusations from Montana Fishburne aka Chippy-D that he released footage of the two engaging in sexual acts without her consent. Montana alleges that she only allowed Brian to film her because it was "practice" for her big porn debut with Vivid Entertainment. Pumper says he has her name signed on the dotted line. "She trying to clown saying she didn't sign any documents. That bitch is lying, I got a seven page contract on her. And I got a videos release where she's showing her ID's," Brian tells Pow-TV. "I got still shots of her smiling, holding her ID underneath her chin. And I got seven page contract that clearly states she did on her own free will, she is aware that it's an adult motion picture and is giving me the rights to own the material and to release it. My lawyer's got it right now....this b*tch is dumb." According to various reports, Montana has hired her own team of lawyers who have demanded Pumper cease selling the XXX film she appears in with him. Brian thinks it might be because she breached her contract with Vivid, who were supposed to be releasing her first sex tape. Instead, they had to compete with Pumper's release which probably caused them to lose money. "She said she did it as practice. Now the whole world gotta know that's bullsh*t. She's looking very comfortable on the cover," Brian says. "The b*tch is lying, she's full of sh*t." Pumper is preparing a diss track for Chippy-D and her boyfriend/pimp J-Pipes. "I'm actually in the process right now, my man just did the beat. *I'm going in on her and her stupid, retarded a** boyfriend. The name of the song is 'B*tch You Signed On The Dotted Line.' " Hilarious stuff, I have a feeling Montana and B. Pumper are going to be going at it for a while, should be entertaining to watch. twitter-5d.gif

Brian Pumper has picked up quite a few fans as he tries to make the transition from a porn actor to a rapper. But the man who holds the distinction of breaking Montana Fishburne's back in her first filmed XXX scene might have a harder time convincing established rappers he can be taken seriously. Juelz Santana, a member of The Diplomats just dissed pumper on Twitter, suggesting Brian kill himself for spitting what Juelz feels was a gay line in one of his rhymes. "A! LMAO NO HOMO how u tell another n*gga "he ant packing no meet"super HOMO This B.pumper n*gga is outta control #killyaself f*cking weirdo"

Juelz is referring to a line Pumper says in his Jay-Z diss, "She Aint Statisfied" I guess now, we find out in Brian is serious about this game and comes back with a diss of his own. But I honestly don't feel he like will diss Juelz, who unlike Jay-Z might take to the time to unleash a lyrical beating on B.Pumper. twitter-5d.gif

Incarcerated rapper Lil Wayne has fired off a lawsuit against his former booking agents, accusing them of holding back $375,000 in tour profits. The hitmaker and his company Young Money Touring Inc. allege the owners of Ujaama Talent Agency Inc., Erskine Isaac and David Nelson, owe him money from two of his America's Most Wanted Music Festivals in 2009. The complaint claims Isaac and Nelson "elected to divert to Ujaama's own bank account an amount not less than $375,000, the sum that Isaac and Nelson maintain is owed to Ujaama for the tours in question." Lil Wayne has employed the firm's services since the start of his career and participated in four different tours with Ujaama from 2008 to 2010, according to the suit filed in the Supreme Court of the State of New York on August 16. AllHipHop.com reports that the rapper's lawyer asked the pair for the money before filing the suit, but they refused to hand it over. Lil Wayne is currently serving time at New York's Rikers Island jail on weapons possession charges and is due for release later this year. Source: Starpulse twitter-5d.gif

More Pictures After The Jump Like most men, when I think of a pageant the first thing that comes to mind is the swimsuit contest. I'm not really trying to hear these women talk about their views on world issues. I'm more concerned with seeing how they look in a two piece bikini. With that in mind, I bring you the Miss Universe contestants in their swim wear. The event airs tonight at 9pm eastern Who's the hottest?

Video After The Jump You can't throw the year's biggest party without inviting the artist with the best-selling album of 2010. Especially if that guy happens to be Eminem, whose history with the MTV Video Music Awards is long, legendary and full of the kind of eye-popping moments that make the VMAs the must-TiVo event of the year. Slim Shady will bless the show's stage on September 12, where he is nominated for eight Moonmen for his smash comeback album Recovery, the best-selling non-country release of the year. Em joins an already star-packed roster of performers that includes Kanye West, Justin Bieber, Drake, B.o.B and Florence and the Machine, as well as in-house DJ Deadmau5 and host Chelsea Handler. The list of presenters already includes Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Trey Songz, Ashley Greene, Selena Gomez and Ne-Yo. Over the years, Eminem has given some of the most iconic performances of the modern VMA era, none bigger than 2000's Night of the Living Shadys. During that show, Em began his run through Video of the Year-winning hit "The Real Slim Shady" out on the streets of Manhattan, surrounded by an army of clones dressed exactly like him. The brigade then marched into Radio City Music Hall as Em finished "Shady" and then busted into a visceral "The Way I Am." Even when he wasn't performing on the show, Eminem — who ranks sixth on the list of all-time VMA winners — has made his presence felt over the years, as he did in 2002 with his infamous run-in with Triumph the Insult Comic Dog. Viewers can vote for general VMA categories, including Best New Artist, by visiting VMA.MTV.com. In addition, text voting for Best New Artist is open to all wireless carrier subscribers by texting BNA to 97979. Voting continues through the show, live on September 12. Also, Verizon Wireless subscribers can vote in all categories by texting VMA to 97979 (standard message rates apply.) The 27th annual MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles on September 12 at 9 p.m. ET. Fans can go to VMA.MTV.com (or text VMA to 97979 if they are Verizon subscribers) to vote for the winners from now through September 12.

How does a financially strapped city with a shrinking manufacturing base and rising unemployment attempt to make a little extra cash? Tax the bloggers. The city is demanding that bloggers pay $300 for a business license, whether or not the blog brings in a fraction of that amount in profit, according to the Philadelphia City Paper. Marilyn Bess blogs about eco-friendly living in Philadelphia and the surrounding areas. She occasionally contributes to the DIY site eHow.com. Her profit in the last few years - $50. She told the City Paper that she received a letter from the city in May, demanding the $300 for a "business privilege license." According to the city's website, every individual, partnership, association and corporation engaged in a business, profession or other activity for profit within the City of Philadelphia must file a Business Privilege Tax Return. Whether the blog earns a profit does not matter. Andrea Mannino of the Philadelphia Department of Revenue, told the City Paper that by choosing the option to make money from ads — regardless of how much or little money is actually generated — qualifies a blog as a business. "It sounds ridiculous," blog and social media author Debbie Weil told the Daily News. "Does the city have the resources to go after every blogger? I'm not sure they understand the difference between blogging for business and personal satisfaction." These business privilege taxes and licenses are far from popular in Philadelphia. Smaller vendors have been crying foul about the city randomly cracking down on licenses and fees. Many Philadelphians who didn't know that they owed taxes on their unprofitable blogs missed out on tax amnesty offered back in the spring. Still, not all bloggers are concerned with rushing to print out new tax forms. Many didn't even know about it until it was reported on Monday. "It wouldn't affect me in the least,” says Mike Meech, author of the Phillies blog Fightins.com. "I write under a pseudonym so they'd be sending a $300 bill to a fictitious name." There's no way to know for sure if Fantasia Barrino's suicide attempt was real or a publicity stunt. But her actions following her release from the hospital call into question her true motives. Just one day after getting out of the hospital for an aspirin overdose, the singer is seen with the married man she is accused of having an affair with. A camera crew was with them. It's believed they were being filmed for a segment on Fantasia's VH1 Behind The Music special, which happens to air on the same day her new album, 'Back To Me' is being released. Fantasia insists the suicide attempt was real. She's quoted in a story that appears today on PEOPLE.com as saying: "I didn't have any fight in me. I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out. At that moment, I wanted out. I wanted it to be over with – all of it, all of that [expletive]. I just sat in the closet and looked at the mirror and took all the pills in the bottle. I wanted to go to sleep and just be at peace. I knew exactly what I was doing. You can't accidentally take a whole bottle of pills. I was tired of people doing me wrong, constantly, over and over again, dealing with my family – my father, dealing with men and their [expletive] – I was tired. My head was hurting me. I was over it." Maybe Fantasia's head was hurting because she is facing a possible lawsuit from Paula Cook. The wife of Antwaun Cook, the man who's been breaking Barrino's back for a hot minute now. "[Paula Cook] has threatened via her lawyers to me to sue Fantasia," the singer's lawyer, Gena Morris, told PEOPLE. North Carolina is one of seven states that allows the "other man" or "other woman" to be sued for alienation of affection and criminal conversation. In March a woman named Anne Lunquist was ordered to pay $9 millions dollars to Cynthia Shackelford of North Carolina for breaking up her marriage under that very law.

Fantasia and Antwuan Cook With Camera Crew One Day After Her Release From Hospital For "Overdose" So if Fantasia wasn't faking a suicide attempt, it could be the possibility of losing everything she has motivated her to end it all or at least seek sympathy. "I remember waking up in the hospital [and thinking], 'It didn't work, I'm still here in this hellhole. Still here with all this drama going on,'" she now says. Fantasia better hope Paula Cook decides to take it easy on her or that "hellhole" she thinks she's been living in is going to get a whole lot hotter. twitter-5d.gif

(CNN) -- Think you had a hellish commute this morning? Just be thankful you're not in China, where a traffic jam stretching more than 100 km (62 miles) has forced drivers to keep their feet planted on brake pedals for nine days. The gridlock, which started August 14, involves thousands of trucks between the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Chinese capital of Beijing, according to state media. Fender-benders and broken-down vehicles are adding to the chaos, state media reported. Some drivers played cards to pass the time, while others fumed about nearby vendors taking advantage of their predicament by gouging food prices. Still, some opted to not take detours to avoid farther travel and toll costs. Traffic congestion is a common problem in China. But construction on a section of the Beijing-Tibet Expressway has forced more traffic to National Expressway 110, which runs roughly parallel. Roads leading to Beijing are particularly notorious for turning into parking lots. "If there's no traffic jam in the city, that would be news," Niu Fengrui, director of the Institute for Urban and Environmental Studies at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, told state media. "Our government should pick up the pace of urban infrastructure construction and spend some of its budget," he said. But drivers are nowhere near the finish line. Construction is scheduled to continue until September 13 Source: CNN twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump Lloyd recently met with Dr Dre and got the chance to hear the long awaited 'Detox' album and came away impressed. "It sounds like.....it's history, it's classic, it's epic. It's like L.A. stand up...it's like West Coast. This guy, he's a legend, he's not the youngest guy in the game. So for him to still have the youth by the balls and be able to come out with stuff that's constantly changing. I think it's incredible and it felt like magic." Lloyd also spoke on Dre's work ethic and what the West Coast legend thought of his new record with Polow Da Don. "Actually he walked in when me and Polow had just finished the single, Lay It Down. And he heard the ad libbing at the end. And he was like 'damn'. That reaction alone for me, was like validation, so shout out to Dre." When asked if he would be appearing on 'Detox', Lloyd said "have faith man." twitter-5d.gif

Video After The Jump A security guard in Santa Fe Springs, California is lucky to be alive today, after batting with two would be thieves. This all went down at a AP Natural Solutions, A medical marijuana store. Two men enter the store pretending to be customers, one pulls out a gun while his partner manages to take the security guard's gun. That's when the security guard made either a very brave, or very dumb decision when he starts scrapping with the robbers. The three go at it, until the gunmen try to get out of the room they're in, but the door is locked. One of the robbers starts firing bullets at the door handle in an unsuccessful attempt to get it to unlock. Finally the security guard lets them out. Other than catching some shrapnel from the bullets that were fired, the guard didn't suffer any major injuries. The thieves only escaped with the guard's gun and holster. The security guard has a lot of heart, but the weed in that store isn't worth his life. Hopefully nothing like this happens to him again, but if it does he should not only give the thieves the weed and money, but also help them bag it up and live to see another day. twitter-5d.gif
