Adding to more of his legal woes, Nashville rapper Young Buck was arrested in Tennessee Thursday on charges including domestic assault, just days after his girlfriend was arrested for allegedly shooting a gun at him.

The Sumner County Sheriff’s Office said David Darnell Brown, known by his stage name “Young Buck,” is jailed in the county on several charges, including domestic assault, vandalism over $10,000 and unlawful possession of a weapon. He was arrested Thursday and booked into the Sumner County jail on a $60,000 bond. He was still in custody Friday.

Sheriff's Office records also show Brown’s girlfriend, Lucresia Neil was arrested Tuesday on a charge of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon after authorities said she fired shots at him in Hendersonville, Tenn.

Additional details about Young Buck and Neil's arrest were not immediately available.

Jail records show she posted a $3,500 bond and was released that same day.

Brown, 39, was a member of 50 Cent's hip-hop group G-Unit. He has faced legal issues in Middle Tennessee before and was sentenced to seven months in prison in 2016 after he admitted to violating his probation in a verbal assault case involving his then girlfriend.

In December 2019, Young Buck spent his Christmas holiday in Cheatham County jail on a fugitive from justice warrant.

The arrest stemmed from a child abandonment charge Brown faces in Newton County, Georgia, outside of Atlanta, according to Ashland City police.

Cops in New York City and Los Angeles are worried about Election Day protests devolving into chaos ... even though police brass are saying the opposite.

Here's the deal ... NYPD Chief of Department Terence Monahan and John Miller, the head of intelligence and counterterrorism, are publicly stating there's no specific credible threats for Election Day, but they both say officers will be standing by and fully prepared to protect voters from any funny business.

However, we've learned cops are busy behind-the-scenes preparing for chaos ... in other words, violence and even riots.

A senior NYPD official with direct knowledge of the plan tells TMZ ... hundreds of cops from the reserve force will be primed and ready for possible riots and demonstrations.

We're told the NYPD is especially worried about the areas around Manhattan's Union Square and Flatiron District ... two places that saw riots and looting earlier this year, as well as Brooklyn's Grand Army Plaza and Barclays Center.

If Donald Trump wins re-election, we're told the feeling among NYPD's rank and file is riots could occur because lots of folks hate Trump in NYC, his hometown.

We're also told rank and file cops fear Trump protests could start peacefully but spiral out of control when darkness falls, when riots usually pick up. We're told cops are preparing for such chaos with reserve forces.

If Joe Biden wins, we're told cops also think there could be trouble ... but not as bad as a Trump win. The big worry -- protests if Trump contests election results.

Police are preparing for similar scenarios across the country in Los Angeles.

LAPD sources tell TMZ ... cops are anticipating lots of Election Day demonstrations and they're afraid things could take a violent turn if Trump jumps to an early lead at the polls.

If Biden wins, we're told LAPD believes there could be issues but they're more worried about a Trump victory, which could bring more agitation and conflict among protestors.

Video After The Jump

NASHVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — A list of names appears below an athletic team photo on Page 31 of Brown County High School’s 2020 yearbook.

At first glance, nothing seems askew. The coach and student-athlete names are typed out in sentence case and separated with commas.

But an all-caps label in the seventh line is difficult to miss if you give the caption more than a cursory glance. It’s not a name. It says “BLACK GUY.”

The student seated in the second row between Blake and Seth is listed as “BLACK GUY” in his high school yearbook.

“This is a clear violation of our nondiscrimination policy,” Dr. Laura Hammack, superintendent of Brown County Schools, said Monday night in a Facebook Live video.

She apologized in a letter to school families and said the district would consider disciplinary action after completing a thorough investigation.

Administrators could not explain who typed the caption and who approved Page 31 of the high school yearbook for publication.

The superintendent described the incident as “egregious” and “truly incomprehensible” in her video but repeatedly characterized it as an “error” rather than an act of racism.

Charlee Ison, a Brown County resident who has three children enrolled in district schools, said, “That was not an error at all and somebody needs to be held accountable for their actions.”

“We have biracial family members. It is very hurtful,” Ison said.

She recommended termination of yearbook staff members involved in the incident. Apologies alone are insufficient, she said.

SANTA CLARA (KRON) – The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s office confirmed that former 49er star Dana Stubblefield has been sentenced to 15-years to life for rape.

A judge on Thursday dismissed a third-degree murder charge against Derek Chauvin, one of four former Minneapolis police officers charged in the death of George Floyd.

Chauvin, who was released from custody this month on $1 million bond, will still face charges of second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, Hennepin County Judge Peter A. Cahill ruled.

Video shows Chauvin pressing his knee onto Floyd’s neck for almost nine minutes while he is handcuffed and yelling that he can’t breathe.

Cahill also upheld the charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter against the officers – Tou Thao, Thomas K. Lane and J. Alexander Kueng – who were present at the time of the video.

A 25-year-old Arkansas woman was hit by a truck before being raped and buried by the driver, according to police.

Sydney Sutherland disappeared while out jogging on August 19; her body was found two days later in a remote field in Jackson County.

That same day, 28-year-old farmer Quake Lewellyn was arrested and charged with her murder, rape and kidnapping, as well as abuse of a corpse.

According to an affidavit obtained by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette, Lewellyn admitted while being interviewed by police that he rammed her with his pickup truck.

He said he then loaded her into his vehicle and drove her to a remote location, where he raped her, and then buried her, per the affidavit.

When her boyfriend Alex Nicholson reported her missing after she failed to return home, a massive search operation was launched.

Lewellyn even joined the Facebook group dedicated to finding the missing nurse.

Investigators found her phone about a quarter mile from her home, almost 2.5 miles from where her body was buried.

Police identified Lewellyn as a suspect when data from his own phone placed him in the remote area where the victim was discovered. He was arrested on August 21.

Lewellyn is currently in jail without bail, and is set to be arraigned October 29.

Buffalo born, Brooklyn raised MC/producer Deuce Ellis is about to drop his second offering of 2020. At the end of May he gave listeners “Camo Ellis,” a well-received instrumental EP that he co-produced with longtime friend Camoflauge Monk. However, what he’s serving up fans on Friday the 13th in November is his opus, “Midnight Ouroboros.” This 10-track LP features Deuce on production and mic duties with some assistance from some of the game’s most sought after artists. On the emcee tip, he invited along Rome Streetz, Estee Nack, Hus Kingpin, G4Jag, Napoleon Da Legend, Billie Essco, Ty Farris, Jae Skeese, and Lxve The Genius. While on the boards he collaborated with Camo Monk on three joints once again, and did one with another Buffalo beatmaker, CeeGee.

Now, to spark off this high profile affair Deuce is unleashing the lead single titled “RZA’s Keyboard” featuring Rome Streetz and Popa Wu (RIP). As the name suggests, the beat was concocted on RZA’s old keyboard, which was given to Deuce by his mentor Popa Wu. Deuce also recorded The Clan elder dropping mad knowledge, which he uses a snippet of on this special cut to tribute the late great.
