(AllHipHop news) Last night (May 19th), Queial of Da Congressmen addressed allegations that have been rampantly spreading across the net, concerning recent altercations with rappers Waka Flocka and Gucci Mane.

Queial, who hails from Atlanta’s Zone 1 on the West Side, is the cousin of rapper Slick Pulla, who has a long running feud Waka Flocka.

A video of the confrontation hit various Hip-Hop websites yesterday as Gucci Mane attempted to shoot a video.

The Congressmen are signed to Prestige Entertainment, Slick Pulla’s imprint.

The group consists of Queail Nitty, John Doe, Juan Don, Lil Buss It, Hood Rich, Card, Brown Tone, Juve the Young Kiddy, Joe Chinks and TLT Grip Set.

Queail denied reports that Da Congressman were Crips.

Not down with no Crip, Not down with no Blood, not affiliated with none of them, but I can say I f**k with everybody," Queail told AllHipHop.com.

According to Queail, the problem with Waka started because “Waka is not from the ATL period, he’s from the country outside of Monroe.”

When asked if they were among the group of men involved in an altercation with Waka Flocka in Atlanta in the clothing store in March, Queail declined to say, due to legal implications.

This has nothing to Jeezy, Gucci Mane or none of that s**t. Gucci and Jeezy don’t know nothing about that s**t, don’t wanna know nothing about that s**t," Queail told AllHipHop.com. "Gucci and Jeezy did they own thang, more power to them. This isn’t about Waka Flocka or none of that. First of all I smashed Waka Flocka for a reason, ya feel me, and that reason was in the streets.”

Jay-Z had breakfast with the real Billionaire Boys Club yesterday.

Jigga who is minority owner of the New Jersey Nets dined with majority owner Mikhail Prokhorov and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg at Gracie Mansion.

Prokhorov, who is from Russia and has a ridiculous net worth of $13.4 billion revealed he and Hov have a lot in common.

According to the New York Daily News, Prokhorov said of Jay-Z "We are soul mates, I'm looking forward to hanging out with him."

The pair should have plenty of time to do just that as they attempt to resurrect a New Jersey Nets franchise that seems stuck in reverse.

"For me, it's a great pleasure to be here as the new owner of the Nets, the team with the best record in the whole NBA," Prokhorov joked. "Was I misinformed?"

Unfortunately not Mr Prokhorov. As Dennis Green would say, the Nets "are who you thought they were."

Damn, what happened to Lindsay Lohan? Just a few years ago she was the toast of Tinseltown. Now the only toasting going on is between her and the bartender at whatever club she's at.

A Los Angeles judge issued a warrant for the troubled starlet this morning after after she failed to show in court for a probation hearing.

Lohan is on probation after being convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI) in 2007.

Her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley said her client couldn't make it to court because her passport was stolen at the Cannes Film Festival.

Judge Maesha Revel wasn't buying it this time.

"There is no valid excuse [for Lohan not being here]," said the judge. "If she wanted to be here, she could've been here. She could've come two days early from Cannes. She has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments."

If and when Lohan is arrested she will have to post a $100,000 bail.

Lohan also faces a probation violation hearing. If found in violation she could face six months in jail.

A lot of people think Peedi Crakk and Beanie Sigel are just bitter and have no legitimate gripe against their former Roc-A-Fella boss, Jay-Z.

The full story behind the fall of the Roc may never be known, especially since Jay-Z refuses to engage in a war of words with either of the Philly emcees.

One thing that can be debated though, is whether or not Jay stole his "whisper flow" from Young Chris of the Young Gunnaz.

I've heard it said quite often that Chris sounds exactly like Jigga when he flows. But in reality it's just the opposite according to Peedi Crakk.

In a recent interview with Philly DJ Cosmic Kev, part of which XXL reposted, he flat out accuses Hov of jacking Chris's flow.

I want to clarify that [Jay] doesn’t steal anyone’s songs,” Peedi said, “He steals swag, ideas, concepts—whatever you want to call it… Jay doesn’t just straight-up jack you for a song. He’s just smooth with it."

" You ever listen to Young Chris rap and then go back and listen to Jay? You almost start to scratch your head. The old Jay-Z never rapped like that. That’s Young Gunnaz flow to the tee. There are actually people that don’t know that that [the whisper rap] was [Chris'] flow. I don’t understand why Jay don’t just say that he got the swag from the young bull."

Super producer Just Blaze who crafted many hits for the Roc-A-Fella crew during that time thinks some things should be kept in-house.

That’s like old family business,” Just tells XXL. “I don’t really indulge in family squabbles, making them public. The way I look at it everybody feeds off everybody and everybody works together.”

While I respect Just's opinion as far as crews working together and sharing ideas, I don't think jacking another rapper's flow falls into that category.

The number one thing that sets any rapper apart from another is their distinct flows. This isn't the first time Jay-Z has been accused of flow jacking. Many believe he jacked Big L's flow in the beginning of his career.

Peedi took one last shot before he was done.

Jay has no swag of his own, he has no natural cool n*gga style."

This is a debate that will rage on for a while in my opinion. Jay would never admit it, this is something the fans will have to decide.

Simon Cowell is leaving his spot as judge on American Idol and the search will soon be underway for his replacement. Diddy wants it known that he will be happy to fill that spot if they will pay him Simon Cowell type money.

The Bad Boy Records boss told MTV that money talks.

"I have been fronting all this time, trying to act like I don't want that spot. [But] I spoke to Simon's business manager, and I found out how much that boy makes a week. I am praying right now to 'American Idol,' "

Seriously though, why not Diddy? Say what you want about him, but one thing is for certain he knows talent and how to make artists superstars.

Diddy wants the campaign to begin now for his American Idol seat.

"I want everybody to get on Twitter, MySpace, Facebook and say that Diddy should get the Simon spot — but for the same amount of money that Simon was getting, else it's a deal-breaker," he said

"I'm tired of being cool: That number that Simon was getting a week is ridiculous. I can't even be cool with that. Please, can I have the job, whoever's in charge of giving that job?"

The show could use a shake up, no knock against Ellen DeGeneres, but what exactly does she know about music?

Stranger things have happened, next season we might see Diddy dancing on stage more than the contestants.

Looks like Megan Fox has learned the hard way that you don't take shots at the director of the film franchise that made you a household name.

Last year Megan ranted about 'Transformers' director Michael Bay.

“[Michael] wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is," she said. “He has no social skills at all. It’s endearing to watch him. He’s so vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set, he’s a tyrant, he has some kind of mental problem."

Well it's just been announced that the beautiful brunette has been axed from 'Transformers 3'.

Variety is reporting that Paramount has decided to move in a different direction and will cast a different actress as Shia LaBeouf's love interest in the film.

Megan has told People that it was her decision to leave.

Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3," reps for the actress said. "It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”

The previous two 'Transformer' movies have been blockbusters at the box office.

The first 'Transformers' grossed $709.7 million worldwide, followed by $836.4 million for last year's 'Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.'

Paramount is banking that the next film in the series will be box office gold without Megan.

Shooting is expected to begin this summer on the film which is set to open July 1,2011.

Just how far is too far when it comes to teaching your kids a lesson?

A mom in Lehigh Acres, Florida fed up with her son playing with matches had a sheriff's deputy handcuff him and put him in the back of a patrol car to teach him a lesson.

The mom stands by her decision saying "If more parents did what I did we wouldn't have the crime we have now."

But a witness to the event thought it was too much. She watched as the sheriff handcuffed the little boy and took a picture as she pumped gas at a 7-Eleven.

"That's not a way to treat a child, that's not a way to teach a lesson to a little boy,” said the witness. "The only thing why I didn't go up to a cop and say what the heck are you doing is because I would have gone to jail."

The Lee County Sheriff's Office said the deputy did not follow protocol and said it wouldn't happen again.

So what do you guys think, was the mom out of line or was this good parenting?

There used to be a time when Hugh Hefner would snap his fingers and the women in his mansion would do anything he said.

Those times appear to be long gone as he's had to kick 'Girls Next Door' twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon out of the Playboy mansion because he can't controil their freakish behavior..

"After a couple of weeks, Hef was getting a little bit upset about the boyfriends, so he wanted us to move out," Karissa tells PopEater.com.

Let's be real, Hef is 84 years old, the chances he could keep these two beautiful young ladies satisfied is slim to none no matter how much Viagra is pumped into his body. But you're still supposed to respect him.

"We were not allowed to have boys in the house. That was the absolute number one rule -- no boys allowed," says Karissa. "That was one of the main reasons we moved out."

"But living there and being seen out with other guys, (Hugh) was tripping."

Damn Hef, guess it's hard out here for a pimp these days.

You have to respect Lil Cease, yes he came in the game riding Notorious B.I.G's coattails, but the Brooklyn rapper has been able to hang in a tough industry since B.I.G's passing.

With that being said I have to take exception with a few of the things Cease said in an interview with MTV.

There will never be another B.I.G or Lil Kim and you would think Cease of all people would know that. But apparently he doesn't as he compares Rick Ross and Nicki Minaj to the late great mc and his female sidekick.

"It's a good thing to me," Cease said of the comparisons to Biggie. "If people are taking steps into people's styles like that, that's paying homage. I definitely looked at Nicki and was like, 'That's that Kim remedy.' I think Ross is nice. To see him be co-signed by Diddy, it gives you that feel. I like it. It's just showing the influence we had on people. It shows the influence Kim had on females. It shows the influence Big had. I don't look at it like they're trying to take [Big and Kim's] spot or trying to be them. Big paved the way for Ross, and Kim paved the way for females that's hot now."

I expect wild exaggerations and bragging from Puffy, especially when it comes to artists he's promoting. However hearing Lil Cease mention B.I.G. and Ross in the same breath really surprised me and he wasn't done.

"As far as with Ross, it's the delivery," Cease said. "He's lyrically hands-on. Just his whole swag, to me, he's just the dude. That big black dude. Every time I see him, he gives the feel of just B.I. Just his whole swag too. He's got that confidence that B.I. had. B.I. was real confident. No matter how he looked, he would say it in rhymes: 'Fat, black and ugly as ever.' That's one of the most quoted lines. It didn't do nothing for him but make him a better person. Ross got that same swag. He knows he's dope. Then when you getting the best of the best co-signing you, it makes you go harder. I feel he made three dope albums. He can get that Big effect where he's consistent with it. A lot of his material is just dope music. You can't knock him at the end of the day. Whether you want to compare him to Big or not, he's a dope artist."

All I have left to say is kids just say no to drugs.

Strikeforce: Heavy Artillery took place this past Saturday and the only significant storyline coming out of it: Alistair Overeem. Sure we saw Jacare Souza win another fight and the first "young" Gracie win a big fight, but Overeem had everyone talking about the Dutchman. It was Overeem's first exposure to American audiences on an American fight card since 2007. Whatever your thoughts are about Overeem over that span, the one thing that is for certain, he is a much improved fighter.

One thing that has not changed is the fact Fedor Emelianenko remains the best fighter in the world. Alistair Overeem claims Fedor has ducked him, and while the validity of that statement may be up for debate, the fight has been talked about for years.

Back to Saturday night, Overeem dismantled Brett Rogers in quick fashion. It appeared Rogers was hesitant to let his hands go and perhaps rightfully so. The two came near each other and Overeem literally flung Rogers to the mat. The end was about a minute or so afterwards thanks to Overeem's ground and pound.

Granted, Fedor has beaten every man he has ever stepped inside a ring/cage with. What makes us think a proposed fight with Overeem would go any different? For one thing, Overeem has heavy hands and is a muscular fighter who can move around well on the mat. At the end of the day, Fedor is no pushover for obvious reasons. Fedor does not get nervous in a fight and has his own heavy hands and superb grappling background to rely upon. I would give Overeem as good a chance to defeat the mammoth legend as anyone else, but how can you pick against The Last Emperor?

As for Brett Rogers, give the man credit. While he may not have had a laundry list of quality opponents starting out, he took a HUGE step up in his past two fights. Obviously, he lost both fights, but he is still a newbie in the sport as far as some are concerned. His camp has talked about wanting to get a lot of experience under his belt around the world so I hope he does just that. With more training/experience, Rogers could become a top heavyweight in the future.

Gucci Mane and Wacka Flocka Flame were shooting a video when a crip approached them talking reckless.

The crip repeatedly shouted at Wacka "I'm the one that beat you". Possibly referring to the fight that happened inside a store recently or the incident when Wacka was shot.

The crip tells Gucci "Gucci you're cool, we're talking about dude (Wacka Flocka) he came at us on some f*** sh*t".

Wacka had to be restrained from going at it.

Gucci Mane just got out of prison last week and I know he's not looking to go back. If not for that reason this situation could have escalated quickly.

It's been three years since she last won a major music award after taking a step back from the industry to become a mother.

But last night at the World Music Awards in Monaco, the Latina singer showed she was back for good as she dazzled in three different outfits.

It appeared the animal world was the inspiration for the night with the 40-year-old star wearing both leopard and tiger-print Roberto Cavalli dresses at the glitzy bash at the Sporting Club in Monte Carlo

Her love for animal print didn't stop there - she managed to squeeze in a snake-skin clutch bag, which clashed with her leopard-print red carpet dress.

Lopez also slipped into a third ensemble, a sparkly silver and black mini-dress with fringed hemline and plunging neckline as she opened the show with a medley of her biggest hits on stage.

The singer, who launched her music career nearly 11 years ago, was honoured with the Legend for Outstanding Contribution to the Arts

Previous winners of the Legend award include Sir Elton John, Madonna, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Prince, Mariah Carey and Cher.

Accepting the award, Lopez said it meant a lot to her but it was 'only the beginning' of what she hoped would be a long musical career.

The decision to honour Lopez with the Legend Award is sure to surprise many after her music career has been significantly less successful in recent years.

Her last big musical success was her 2002 album This Is Me... Then, which hit number six in the US charts and sold over 6million copies worldwide.

However, her 2005 album Rebirth received mixed reviews from critics and sold 731,000 copies in the U.S.

Her last album Brave, which was released three years ago, was her least successful album to date and only reached 24 on the British album charts.

Lopez announced she had parted ways with her record label Sony in February after 10 years, amid reports executives were unhappy with the commercial response to her latest singles Louboutins and Fresh Out Of The Oven.

She has now signed with Def Jam Recordings and is hoping to release her seventh studio album later this year.

Lopez arrived at the ceremony on the arm of her singer husband Marc Anthony and also posed alongside Italian designer Cavalli, who is currently renting the couple his £20,000 eponymous-titled yacht.

The New Yorker and Anthony have been cruising around the French Riviera since arriving with their two-year-old twins Max and Emme last week.

Ahead of Lopez's World Music Awards performance, she spent the day visiting billionaires Lakhsmi Mittal and Sir Philip Green on their respective multi-million pound yachts.

Aside from Lopez's honour, the big winners of the night were The Black Eyed Peas and Lady GaGa.
The flamboyant GaGa was a notable absence at the bash, despite being named World's Best Pop/Rock Artist, World's Best New Artist, Best-Selling US Artist, World's Best Single for Poker Face and World's Best Album for The Fame.

Hip-hop group The Black Eyed Peas picked up three accolades, with only bandmember Will.i.am in attendance.

The rapper, who later joined Cheryl Cole at the de Grisogon party at Antibes, accepted the group's World's Best R&B Artist trophy from socialites Paris and Nicky Hilton

It was a real family affair for the Hilton sisters, who arrived on the red carpet with parents Rick and Kathy and younger brother Barron.

Writing on her Twitter page, Paris said: 'Jennifer Lopez looks beautiful, just did an amazing performance. Stunning.

'David Guetta is Amazing! He won a lot of awards tonight and did an amazing set with Kelly Rowland, Akon and Wil.i.am. What great songs.'

French DJ David Guetta, who won two gongs last night, including Producer and World's Best DJ, performed with Will.i.am and Kelly Rowland.

Former Destiny's Child singer Rowland performed their dance anthem When Love Takes Over in an unusual black dress which exposed one of her long legs.

Other winners included U2 with World's Best Rock Artist, Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli with World's Best Classical Artist and Susan Boyle with Best-Selling Artist in the UK.

Last night's ceremony was co-hosted by Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere, who attended with her Ukrainian boxer boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko

The 20-year-old actress, who wore a cream and pink Emilio Pucci mini-dress and nude Christian Louboutin peep-toe heels, arrived separately from 35-year-old Klitschko, who she has been dating since Christmas.

Also providing some glamour last night was Czech supermodel Karolina Kurkova, Swedish model Victoria Silvstedt, New Zealand model Rachel Hunter and American actress Michelle Rodriguez.

Other performers included Senegalese singer Akon - who won Best-selling Artist in Africa, American singer Deborah Cox, Bocelli, The Scorpions, Italian crooner Tiziano Ferro and Japanese singer Namie Amuro.

The winners are...

World's Best Single: Lady GaGa - Poker Face
World's Best Album: Lady GaGa - The Fame
World's Best Pop Artist: The Black Eyed Peas
World's Best Pop/Rock Artist: Lady GaGa
World's Best Rock Artist: U2
World's Best R&B Artist: The Black Eyed Peas
World's Best Hip-Hop Artist: The Black Eyed Peas

There was no big spectacle when Diddy visited his friend Lil Wayne earlier this month at New York's Rikers Island. There are no pictures or video footage. Diddy told MTV News he just wanted to check in on a friend who always came through in the clutch for him.

"Wayne is a trooper," Diddy said Tuesday (May 18) while promoting his June 4 film, "Get Him to the Greek." "Wayne is doing great. It was a personal visit, so I don't want to get into the details of that. We're just counting down the days of him getting out. He's somebody that has been there for me over the years numerous times. I live in New York. It wouldn't have been right if I didn't go see him and check on his health and well-being. But the status of where that's at, that's his personal business."

One of the ways Wayne came through for Puffy was shooting a video for Diddy-Dirty Money's Last Train to Paris album, due June 28.

"On Last Train to Paris, Wayne is on the album, Drake is on the album, we're trying to get Hov on the album, trying to get Janelle Monáe on the album," Diddy told MTV News in March. "Everybody that's on the album, it's not done in a regular appearance way. It's done in a unique way that's authentic. It's not about a single or [album sales]. It doesn't have that behind it. Wayne is on a record that's called 'Strobe Lights.' It's one of the first records where I hear him talking about love and how love has affected him. That's the type of things I wanted to get out of people if they were on the album. I wanted people to get out of their comfort zone and do something that was special. He did the video for me over the weekend. 'Strobe Lights,' it's gonna be tough."

Diddy also said Wayne's absence from the scene is a big loss. "I think we gonna miss a certain energy that Wayne has," Diddy said. "The beauty about it is, he'll be back, and hopefully he'll come back a better person. Whenever we get in trouble, we're in the public spotlight. So hopefully there's a lot of kids out there who could learn from any mistakes that we may have put ourselves in, even if we're not guilty of the crime sometimes. We are human. People have to learn: 'Make sure you know where you're going, who you riding with, what the situation is.' We're targets. I'm just happy he doesn't have to do a lot of time and that he'll be out, and hopefully he'll use the time wisely and use it in a positive way."

Afterwards she visited the Origins Centre and got to see the first human remains that were found in Ethiopia. Which confirmed for her that mankind comes from Africa.

She played a show in Capetown, "The response was incredible, it was a really good feeling," she said.

"I'm an American artist, I never expected to come this far away from home and be received like this."

Her final stop was in Soweto where she had a great time dancing with the kids there.

Megan Fox may be pretty but things get ugly when she is photographed in the nude - or has to use a public bathroom.

In the June issue of Allure, the 24-year-old star of "Transformers" reveals she has Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and that she has no qualms about hurting the paparazzi photographer who snapped a topless photo of her on the set of her new film.

"If I knew who took this picture, I would personally cause them harm - physical harm," she said in the magazine’s upcoming issue.

At the time the unauthorized photo was taken, Fox was shooting an independent feature called "Passion Play,” in which she stars alongside Mickey Rourke as a circus sideshow performer.

"I'm at my job and I’m trying to play a character and I'm trying to be serious, and this is the s--- that's happening to me," Fox told the magazine. "It makes me furious."

The raven-haired bombshell is often photographed off set around Los Angeles with her on-again, off-again beau of five years, Brian Austin Green. But she does not appreciate being tabloid fodder - even with her top on.

"I’m not a f---ing reality-TV star that’s courting the paparazzi and wants my f---ing picture taken all the time," she told Allure.

Fox, who is known for speaking her mind, dropped multiple f-bombs during her chat with the fashion magazine, but only six made it to print.

"I'm going to spend 20 years never saying anything interesting? Never telling a joke? Never pushing anyone's buttons?" she asked Allure. "I'm a person, I'm not a robot."

Though she may have a dirty mouth, Fox can't stand dirt as a rule. The actress told the magazine that she suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, which means she can't use public cutlery or enter a restroom without feeling uncomfortable.

"This is a sickness, I have an illness," she told the magazine.
