The Instagram model covered in blood after her boyfriend's stabbing death proudly talked about needing to be in control of her relationships and only dating "rich Black men" just weeks before he was killed.
Courtney Tailor went on the "We In Miami Podcast" we're told just 2 weeks before Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli's death. A newly surfaced clip from the interview makes her taste in men pretty clear -- "Let me clarify, I only date rich Black guys."
As the interview goes on, she reveals she doesn't like being controlled in her life ... saying she never wants to be told what to do.
As we reported, cops responded to a domestic violence incident Sunday ... they found 27-year-old Christian with an apparent stab wound. Christian was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The footage, obtained by TMZ, shows Courtney handcuffed in her luxury apartment in Miami with her clothes are covered in blood after the event.
Police have yet to announce Courtney as the woman in the video, but Lee Merritt, an attorney working with Christian's family, says she's the one.
Local authorities have not arrested her at this time, she was taken into custody immediately after the stabbing for questioning -- but threatened to kill herself, and was hospitalized.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — The motion picture academy on Friday banned Will Smith from attending the Oscars or any other academy event for 10 years following his slap of Chris Rock at the Academy Awards.
The move comes after a meeting of the academy’s Board of Governors to discuss a response to Smith’s actions.
“The 94th Oscars were meant to be a celebration of the many individuals in our community who did incredible work this past year; however, those moments were overshadowed by the unacceptable & harmful behavior we saw Mr. Smith exhibit on stage,” the academy said in a statement.
Smith pre-emptively resigned from the academy last week during the run-up to the meeting & said he would accept any punishment the academy handed down.
“I accept & respect the Academy’s decision,” Smith said in a statement.
The academy also apologized for its handling of the situation & allowing Smith to stay & accept his best actor award for “King Richard.”
“During our telecast, we did not adequately address the situation in the room. For this, we are sorry,” the academy said. “This was an opportunity for us to set an example for our guests, viewers & our Academy family around the world & we fell short — unprepared for the unprecedented."
In a statement in the days following the Oscars, the academy said Smith was asked to leave the ceremony but refused.
The academy in its Friday statement also expressed “deep gratitude to Mr. Rock for maintaining his composure under extraordinary circumstances.”
The academy’s statement did not address whether Smith could be nominated for Oscars during his 10-year ban. Nor did it take any action to revoke Smith’s Academy Award.
The academy has not revoked Oscars from expelled members Harvey Weinstein or Roman Polanski.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.(ABC10) – A prospective juror in the sentencing phase of the Parkland shooting trial used an interesting excuse when asking to be dismissed.
On Monday during the first day of jury selection, the woman gave Broward County Circuit Judge Elizabeth Scherer multiple reasons she could not be on the panel.
“First of all, let me clarify myself,” the potential juror said. “July 7th is my birthday, the 4th is my son’s birthday & the 18th is my other son, so that ain’t gonna out work for me.”
After going over the dates a second time with Scherer, the woman then provided another reason she felt she couldn’t serve on the jury.
“Then again, I need to figure out something,” the woman continued. “I have my sugar daddy that I see every day.”
Scherer paused before saying she wasn’t exactly sure what the woman meant.
“Well, I’m married & I have my sugar daddy & I see him every day,” the woman replied.
She was later excused by the judge.
The jurors that are being selected will decide whether convicted Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooter Nikolas Cruz will be sentenced to death or life without the possibility of parole.
He pled guilty in October to killing 17 people & injuring 17 others at the Parkland school on Feb. 14, 2018.
Scherer will eventually see the seating of 12 jurors & 8 alternates on the panel.

Atlanta Black Star - A $500,000 bond is set for a Mobile, Alabama, man who police say killed another man by hitting him over the head with a shovel and pipe. Prosecutors on the case told a judge at a bond hearing they believe the assault might have been racially motivated.
Morgan Daniel Barnhill, 27, originally told the officers in the Mobile Police Department he struck a man because he thought an unknown burglar was breaking into his shed on March 29.
However, authorities say an investigation swiftly uncovered the man who knew the person he bashed in the head with two sharp and heavy objects. It was his neighbor, a 25-year-old Black man named Etienne Murray.
An officer close to the case said, “Through the investigation, it was determined that the alleged victim (Barnhill) intentionally misled officers about an attempted burglary.”
“Detectives discovered several inconsistencies in Barnhill’s statement,” the source continued. “And determined he filed a false report claiming an unknown male was attempting to break into a shed on his property.”
Barnhill assaulted Murray with a garden shovel and a pipe & waited hours before calling authorities to report his injuries or the alleged crime he said he was preventing. Murray died three days later on April 1.
Police said there were no additional details about the incident, calling it “an active homicide investigation.”
Barnhill’s bail bond was set for $500,000 on April 4. Should the bond be met, he will be required to wear an ankle bracelet & stay on house arrest.

MIAMI (ABC10) – Miami police are investigating after a man was fatally stabbed at a Miami high-rise over the weekend in what officials are calling a domestic dispute.
The incident happened Sunday night at the One Paraiso luxury building.
Friends identified the couple as 27-year-old Christian Obumseli and his girlfriend, 25-year-old Courtney Clenney aka Courtney Tailor, an OnlyFans model & Instagram influencer.
When police reported that Obumseli was fatally stabbed by Clenney on Sunday inside their Miami apartment, the friends were left speechless.
“We’ve seen her hit him. I’ve never seen him hit her,” Ashley Vaughn said.
Officers say there was a struggle before Obumseli was stabbed in the shoulder.
He died at the hospital and investigators are still trying to figure out what happened & if Clenney acted in self-defense.
“From what we’ve personally experienced between the both of them, we believe that Christian wouldn’t put her in a position where she would need to stab him to protect herself,” Vaughn said.
One neighbor says that he has a clear view of the couple’s apartment and said a week before the stabbing, things were off and that Clenney was the one getting physically abused.
“I could not tell if it was open-handed or closed-handed, but he was swinging at her,” he said.
Police say in the past three months, they’ve responded to multiple disturbance calls at the couple’s apartment.
Following the stabbing, Clenney was detained and while at the police station, was threatening to kill herself.
Officers took her to the hospital where she was hospitalized under the Baker Act, and at the moment, she is not facing any charges.

21 Savage's battle over his immigration status isn't moving forward, and it all has to do with his criminal case ... this according to the artist's lawyer.
21's immigration attorney Charles Kuck tells TMZ ... the pending criminal charges basically paused the rapper's now 3-year-long immigration case -- and nothing will happen on that front until the criminal case in DeKalb County wraps up.
As we reported, 21 was detained by ICE officials way back in 2019 ... agents say he had been illegally living in the U.S. for years after his visa expired.
Authorities later claimed the rapper threw out a bottle of codeine during that ICE arrest ... and they say a handgun was also found in his vehicle.
Here's the crazy part -- the Dekalb D.A. didn't even formally charge 21 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a firearm until January of this year. Think about it, a whole worldwide pandemic came and went before that much happened, and as a result ... he's still in limbo as to where he'll end up living.
BTW, we're told there are currently no pending court dates for the criminal case, so this ain't ending anytime soon.
Savage's lawyer says his client is still allowed to travel domestically, but can't leave the U.S. because he has no visa to reenter the country.
We're told the rapper is still working ... he's featured on the lineup for shows like Coachella and the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in June.
