Suge Knight is back in trouble with the law. The former Death Row Records head honcho blew off court today and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest, according to TMZ.
Knight has a history of skipping out on court appearances. Cops pulled him over in Beverly Hills last September for driving without license plates. A routine check revealed he had a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear in court in another case.
He was arrested, released and ordered to make a court appearance today. Cops are now looking for him. When they catch up with him, he will be hauled back to jail with bail set at $26,000.

On her breasts:
“I lay on my back one night and looked down at my feet, and I prayed to God. I said, ‘God, will you please let me have boobs so big that I can’t see my feet when I’m lying down?’ ” At age 11, “God answered my prayers,” she says, glancing south. “I had no clue they would fall into my armpits eventually.”
On discovering she could make money from her singing.
“I’d go to the farmers’ market in Santa Barbara, and I’d put out my guitar case, and I’d test out these little ditty songs that I would write, and I would get a couple of avocados, a bag of pistachios, and, like, fifteen bucks. That was a lot of money for me.”
On President Obama and astrology
“I see everything through a spiritual lens,” she says. “I believe in a lot of astrology. I believe in aliens. I look up into the stars and I imagine: How self-important are we to think that we are the only life-form? I mean, if my relationship with Obama gets any better, I’m going to ask him that question. It just hasn’t been appropriate yet. I might have won Wisconsin for him,” she says. “Actually, I didn’t do too much, but he called on me a couple of times. Which was very nice.”

28-year old Jamie Carrillo was the victim of sexual abuse starting at the age of 12 at the hands of her former basketball coach, Andrea Cardosa.
The abuse began at Chemawa Middle School in Riverside, California. It lasted until Carrillo was 18-years old. Carrillo claims Cardosa would frequently take her on out of town trips to have sex with her.

“She just completely manipulated me into thinking that I needed her and I wanted it,” Carrillo said. "Everything was stolen from me."
Cardosa would threaten suicide if her secret was revealed, according to Carrillo.
Carrillo says it took her years to confront her abuser. By the time she worked up the courage she thought Cardosa would not be prosecuted because the statute of limitations was up. So instead, Carrillo tracked down her former abuser at her new job as an assistant principle at Alhambra High School in Alhambra, California, and confronted her via a phone call.

During the call Cardosa admits to the abuse and said she regretted it. The videotaped call was posted on YouTube on Friday (January 17). Within hours administrators at Alhambra High School were made aware of it and Cardosa resigned.
"I want her to be in jail and to pay for what she's done." Carrillo told KTLA.
Riverside police are investigating the matter because that's where the abuse started.
Carrillo could get into trouble for recording the conversation. In California it's illegal to record someone on the phone without their consent. But it's unlikely Carrillo will be prosecuted.
Jamie Carrillio confronts Andrea Cardosa about sexually abusing her
Andrea Michelle Cardosa is now in police custody following the posting of her YouTube confession by sexual assault victim Jamie Carrillo. Another 18-year old woman, identified only as Brianna, has also come forward in connection with the case, alleging sexual abuse. She said Carrillo's video prompted her to come forward.
Cardosa was arrested Monday (February 3), according to CNN. The Riverside County District Attorney's Office has charged her with 16 felonies. She's accused of abusing the 2 women between 1997-2010. She faces 11 counts of lewd acts on a child and five counts of aggravated sexual assault on a child. Her bond is set at $5 million.

Cardosa's lawyer, Randy Collins, is working to reduce his client's bail. He issued a written statement on the matter.
"Fortunately, our justice system requires more than a YouTube video to determine the facts of a case. As we proceed, I am certain that evidence will shed new light on all charges filed by the D.A.'s office against my client."
Cardosa faces life in prison if convicted of the aggravated sexual assault counts.

At the end of the day it always seems to boil down to money. TMZ is reporting that the 18-year old man who got beat down last week by Kanye West in Beverly Hills after threatening to kill Kim Kardashian and calling her a "n*gger lover" wants money to avoid a trial.
The teenagers lawyer approached West's camp asking for several hundred thousand dollars to settle the case out of court. The two sides are reportedly negotiating a civil settlement.
As we previously reported, the fight with the teen went down Monday (January 13) at the office of chiropractor Richard Hill. After being verbally abused and threatened by the man, Kim called Kanye, who made his way to the office. Witnesses say he punched the teen at least 30 times before being pushed off of him and told to leave the office.
It's probably best for Kanye to make this case go away quickly. The last thing he wants is more legal trouble. He is already being sued by photographer Daniel Ramos for an altercation that went down at Los Angeles International Airport last August.
Ramos is being represented by attorney Gloria Allred.
**UPDATE** January 28
Kanye West and his lawyer Shawn Holley have reached a financial settlement with the 18-year old man who got smacked up by West for threatening to kill and hurled racial slurs at Kim Kardashian. TMZ reports that the teen will receive $250,000 in exchange for not pursuing a criminal case against the rapper.
The district attorney is still mulling whether or not to press charges against West, but without their star witness they have no case and will likely pack it in.
Money obviously talks, it's just a shame a guy will profit handsomely for being a dirt bag.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman is perhaps the best player at his position in the National Football League. He's cocky and at times arrogant, but his play on the field speaks for itself.
The question everyone is asking today is if Sherman went too far in taunting Michael Crabtree and Colin Kaepernick of the San Francisco 49ers after his team won the NFC championship game to advance to Super Bowl 48.
Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith of ESPN's 1st Take discuss the issue. What's your opinion on the controversy?

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has managed to shift attention away from his Super Bowl-bound team onto himself after he ranted in a post game interview with Fox reporter Erin Andrews about San Francisco 49ers' wide receiver Michael Crabtree.
Sherman made a touchdown saving deflection on a ball thrown to Crabtree that sealed the Seahawks victory over San Francisco on Sunday (January 19). The two players exchanged words after the play. Sherman was still angry about it when Andrews interviewed him.
"I'm the best corner in the game. When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you're gonna get. Don't you ever talk about me!" Sherman told Andrews. "Crabtree, don't you open your mouth about the best. I'ma shut it for you real quick, L.O.B. (Legion of Boom)!"

It didn't take long for the internet to start going off on Sherman for what many believe was a classless move. Videos, memes and tweets have flooded the net. Lets take a look at some of them below.

Today the nation pays tribute to the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. A man who dedicated his life to the civil rights struggle.
In a time where African Americans were widely discriminated against and the victims of violent acts by the police and racist organizations, King preached non violence and gave hope that one day all men and women would be treated equally.
Dr. King was a minister, humanitarian and activist. In 1957 he helped found and was President of the civil rights organization, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC). He also led the Montgomery Bus Boycott, acampaign to fight against the segregated public transit system in Montgomery, Alabama, that called for black to sit at the back of the bus and give up their seats for whites.
In 1963 King helped lead the The Great March on Washingtonwhere he delivered his seminal "I Have a Dream" speech. The event drew a crowd of both black and white citizens estimated at 300,000.
Dr. King received the Nobel Peace Prize on October 14, 1964, for his tireless work against segregation and inequality through non violence.
He was assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee on April 4, 1968, but his legacy still lives on. He will be remembered across the country today with parades, marches, service projects and a speech by Harry Belafontefor the 28th annual Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Symposium at the University of Michigan's Hill Auditorium.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day became a federal holiday in 1986.

Peyton Manning's Denver Broncos and Richard Sherman's Seattle Seahawks were the NFL's best all season, so it's fitting that they'll meet in the Super Bowl.
Nobody scored as many points or gained as many yards as the Broncos.
Nobody allowed as few points or gave up as few yards as the Seahawks.
And nobody won as many games as those clubs, either.
What a way to finish the season. When the AFC champion Broncos (15-3) play the NFC champion Seahawks (15-3) on Feb. 2 at what could be a chilly MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J., it will be the first Super Bowl since 1991 pitting the league's highest-scoring team in the regular season against the team that was scored on the least, according to STATS.
It's also only the second time in the last 20 Super Bowls that the No. 1 seed in each conference reached the NFL championship game.
"It will be a great matchup," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. "I think it's an extraordinary opportunity to go against a guy that set all the records in the history of the game."
That, of course, would be Manning, the 37-year-old quarterback who is the only four-time NFL MVP — and no one would be surprised if No. 5 arrives the night before the Super Bowl. He established marks by throwing for 55 touchdowns and 5,477 yards, helping Denver lead the league with 37.9 points and 457.3 yards per game. Manning is an inescapable pitchman, too, seen Sunday after Sunday during TV commercials. Hey, there he was selling cars during breaks in the broadcast of the NFC title game. Expect even more face time now.
Manning's oft-told tale, certain to be repeated a million times in the coming days, includes his comeback from a series of surgical procedures to his neck, attempts to cure problems that led him to sit out the entire 2011 season. That also led the Indianapolis Colts to send him packing despite two Super Bowl appearances with that club, including a title in 2007.
"It's certainly well-documented what my journey the past 2½ years has been," said Manning, who could become the first starting QB to lead two franchises to titles, "but this team's overcome a lot of obstacles this year."
None more serious, perhaps, than coach John Fox's absence for about a month because of a heart operation. Other issues included the fax faux pas that precipitated the departure of pass rusher Elvis Dumervil, star linebacker Von Miller's drug-testing suspension and season-ending knee injury, and the losses of a handful of other starters on defense.
"Being in my 16th season, going to my third Super Bowl — I know how hard it is to get there," Manning said.
He threw for 400 yards and two touchdowns in a 26-16 victory over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots in the AFC championship game Sunday. Manning's offense scored on six consecutive possessions, accounted for more than 500 yards, had zero turnovers and zero sacks.
Ol' No. 18's opposite number in two weeks, Seattle quarterback Russell Wilson, provides a real contrast as he seeks his — and the Seahawks' — first Super Bowl trophy.
Wilson is 6 inches shorter, 12 years younger, a skilled scrambler in only his second pro season after slipping to the third round of the draft; he's a guy who had to transfer colleges to get playing time and thought about pursuing a baseball career instead.
"Any time you get to the Super Bowl," Wilson said after Seattle beat the San Francisco 49ers 23-17 on Sunday, "it's a special time."
Other members of the Seahawks getting the chance to introduce themselves to a wide audience include rugged running back Marshawn Lynch — fans tossed packs of his favorite candy, Skittles, onto the field after a 40-yard TD run in the third quarter — and Carroll, a rah-rah sort who was a title-winning college coach at Southern California.
And maybe, just maybe, some of Manning's less-heralded defensive teammates — the ones who clamped down on New England's running game Sunday and limited Brady much of the afternoon — will get their chance to shine, too.
Seattle's defense, led by Sherman, allowed an average of 14.4 points and 273.6 yards, and topped the NFL in takeaways.
On Sunday, the Seahawks forced three turnovers in the fourth quarter alone, including a victory-sealing interception by Malcolm Smith after Sherman stretched his left hand to tip Colin Kaepernick's pass away from receiver Michael Crabtree in the end zone.
"I'm the best corner in the game," said Sherman, an All-Pro. "When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you're going to get."
Seattle's only other trip to the big game ended with a loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in 2006. Denver will be playing in its seventh Super Bowl and eyeing a third title, to go with those from 1998 and 1999, when current executive John Elway was the QB.
In addition to Elway, Manning can match his younger brother Eli with a second Super Bowl crown. Eli, a spectator on Sunday in Denver, won two trophies with the New York Giants, whose stadium hosts this year's Super Bowl, the first to be played outdoors at a cold-weather site.
