Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman has managed to shift attention away from his Super Bowl-bound team onto himself after he ranted in a post game interview with Fox reporter Erin Andrews about San Francisco 49ers' wide receiver Michael Crabtree.
Sherman made a touchdown saving deflection on a ball thrown to Crabtree that sealed the Seahawks victory over San Francisco on Sunday (January 19). The two players exchanged words after the play. Sherman was still angry about it when Andrews interviewed him.
"I'm the best corner in the game. When you try me with a sorry receiver like Crabtree, that's the result you're gonna get. Don't you ever talk about me!" Sherman told Andrews. "Crabtree, don't you open your mouth about the best. I'ma shut it for you real quick, L.O.B. (Legion of Boom)!"
