El Chapo's wife is apparently really keeping up with the family biz -- at least according to the feds who just busted her for international drug trafficking.
Emma Coronel Aispuro was arrested Monday at Dulles International Airport, and is facing a charge of participating in a conspiracy to distribute cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana for importation to the U.S.
And, get this -- the feds are also claiming she conspired with others to help El Chapo make his July 11, 2015 prison escape in Mexico, and tried to help him do it again after he was recaptured. He was extradited to the U.S. in January 2017 ... before he could make that second escape.
As we reported, Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman -- leader of Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel -- was sentenced to life in prison in July 2019.
When we last heard from Emma, she was about to appear on the reality TV show "Cartel Crew" -- which she did for Season 2 -- but now it looks highly unlikely she'll be back.
Bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes defended her belt and took down one of the biggest names in UFC history when she finished Ronda Rousey at UFC 207 back in 2016. Now a two-division champion, Nunes will put her featherweight title on the line Against Megan Anderson at UFC 259 on Saturday, March 6.
CINCINNATI, Ohio (AP) — Customs authorities in Ohio say they intercepted a shipment of cereal earlier this month with a special frosting — cocaine.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers in Cincinnati reported finding 44 pounds (20 kilograms) of cocaine-coated cornflakes that had been shipped from South America to a Hong Kong home.
Officials said a narcotics detection dog named Bico was checking out incoming freight from Peru on Feb. 13 when he alerted officers to the package. Officers found that the cereal contained white powder and the flakes were coated with a grayish substance. Both tested positive for cocaine.
Cincinnati Port Director Richard Gillespie said smugglers will try to hide narcotics in anything imaginable but vowed that inspectors will “use their training, intuition, and strategic skills” to stop such shipments.
Bobby Shmurda is slated to be granted a conditional release from prison on Tuesday (Feb. 23), according to documents obtained by Billboard. When he steps foot out of New York's Clinton Correctional Facility, Shmurda will have the red carpet rolled out for him.
In an exclusive interview for an upcoming Bleacher Report event, Quavo tells Billboard that he will be there to pick up the Brooklyn rapper in style.
"I'm going to get my guy," the Migos frontman says. "I'm personally gonna go pick up Bobby Shmurda. I'm bout to go get him. I'm gonna let him show you how I'm gonna pick him up, yessir."
"It's gonna be big," Quavo adds of what he expects from Shmurda's comeback to hip-hop. Shmurda was originally arrested back in December 2014 alongside several of his GS9 running mates including rapper Rowdy Rebel on conspiracy to murder, weapons possession and reckless endangerment charges.
He ultimately took a plea deal for 4th-degree conspiracy and 2nd-degree criminal weapons possession charges along with a seven-year sentence. The "Hot N*gga" rapper was also denied parole in September 2020.
Quavo has long been a fan of the Brooklyn drill rap scene, as he took Pop Smoke under his wing prior to his passing. The duo connected on tracks such as "West Coast Shit," "Shake the Room," and "Aim for the Moon."

Trick Daddy's taking a plea deal in his Miami bust for cocaine possession and driving under the influence, and now he's finally able to put the case behind him.
The District Attorney's Office tells us Trick cut a deal ... pleading guilty to possession of cocaine and getting credit for time served. In exchange, we're told the DUI charge was dropped.
We broke the story ... police bodycam footage from the rapper's January 2020 arrest showed a white powdery substance tucked away in a dollar bill. Cops also said he also bombed a field sobriety test, and the video shows him slurring his speech while playing the celeb card.
That didn't really help him, however there was only a trace amount of cocaine -- so he got a very low level, third-degree felony. The D.A. tells us he's not on probation, either ... the plea deal closes case.
Trick's attorney Harris Gilbert tells TMZ ... "As part of the plea he was also able to give back to the community he loves so much with a donation to Camillus House homeless shelter."

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Members of Malcolm X’s family have made public what they described as a letter written by a deceased police officer stating that the New York Police Department & FBI were behind the 1965 killing of the famed Black activist & civil rights advocate.
Malcolm X was a powerful orator who rose to prominence as the national spokesman of the Nation of Islam, an African-American Muslim group that espoused Black separatism. He spent more than a decade with the group before becoming disillusioned & publicly breaking with it in 1964. He moderated some of his earlier views on the benefits of racial separation.
He was killed at New York’s Audubon Ballroom while preparing to deliver a speech. Three members of the Nation of Islam were convicted in the shooting.
The letter released at a news conference on Saturday was attributed to a former undercover NYPD officer named Raymond Wood. His cousin Reggie Wood joined some of Malcolm X’s daughters at the news conference at the site where the Audubon Ballroom once stood to make the letter public.
Raymond Wood’s letter stated that he had been pressured by his NYPD supervisors to lure two members of Malcolm X’s security detail into committing crimes that resulted in their arrest just days before the fatal shooting. Those arrests kept the two men from managing door security at the ballroom & was part of conspiracy between the NYPD & FBI to have Malcolm killed, according to the letter.
“Under the direction of my handlers, I was told to encourage leaders & members of the civil rights groups to commit felonious acts,” Wood’s letter stated.
Some historians & scholars have contended that the wrong men were convicted. The office of Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance last year said it would review the convictions in the case.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Thirty-five U.S. Capitol Police officers are being investigated for their actions during the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol, and six have been suspended with pay, the police department said in a statement on Friday.
Five people, including a Capitol Police officer, died in the violence when throngs of former President Donald Trump’s supporters attacked the Capitol, overpowering security forces.
Two law enforcement officers later committed suicide.
“Acting Chief Yogananda Pittman has directed that any member of her department whose behavior is not in keeping with the department’s rules of conduct will face appropriate discipline,” police department spokesman John Stolnis said.
Details of the investigation were not provided.
A U.S. House of Representatives panel has scheduled a hearing on Feb. 25 to look into Capitol security failures on Jan. 6. Pittman and Acting House Sergeant-at-arms Timothy Blodgett are scheduled to testify.
Investigators have been looking into the response by the Capitol Police officers and whether any of the officers may have aided the rioters, according to congressional aides and some lawmakers.
Just days after the attack, it was disclosed that two officers had been suspended, according to Democratic Representative Tim Ryan. One had taken a selfie with a protester, while another wore a Trump-supporting hat and was directing protesters around the building, Ryan told reporters.
It was unclear whether the two were among the 35 now being investigated or whether they were trying to quell the crowd by establishing personal contact with rioters.
The right-wing protesters went to Capitol Hill shortly after Trump addressed a crowd near the White House, telling them: “We fight. We fight like hell. And if you don’t fight like hell, you’re not going to have a country anymore.”
The rioters went to the seat of the U.S. Congress, temporarily blocking lawmakers from formally certifying Joe Biden’s victory in the Nov. 3, 2020, presidential election, following repeated attempts by Trump to reverse that outcome.
One week after the riot, the Democratic-controlled House of Representatives impeached Trump on a charge of inciting an insurrection. The Senate failed to convict him when most Republicans voted for an acquittal.
A Nigerian Instagram star conspired with North Korean hackers to steal more than $1.3 billion from companies & banks in the U.S. & other countries, federal prosecutors said.
Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, 37, also known as “Ray Hushpuppi,” is being accused of helping three North Korean computer hackers steal the funds from companies & banks, including one in Malta, in February 2019, according to the Justice Department.
“North Korea’s operatives, using keyboards rather than guns, stealing digital wallets of cryptocurrency instead of sacks of cash, are the world’s leading bank robbers,” Assistant Attorney General John Demers of the Justice Department’s National Security Division said in a statement on Feb. 17.
Abbas — who has 2.5 million followers on Instagram, where he would post photos of his luxury cars — somehow found time for still more banking-related crimes, the feds say.
He worked with Ghaleb Alaumary, 37, a Canadian who was charged with laundering millions of dollars from ATMs in the U.S. & Pakistan & a bank in India, prosecutors say.
Last July, the Nigerian national was arrested in still another, separate case.
He was extradited from Dubai to the U.S. where he was charged with “laundering hundreds of millions of dollars from business email compromise (BEC) frauds & other scams, including schemes targeting a US law firm, a foreign bank & an English Premier League soccer club,” according to the Justice Department.

Ghislaine Maxwell allegedly revealed the late Jeffrey Epstein had secret videotapes of Presidents Donald Trump & Bill Clinton ... now detailed in a new book.
Former CBS producer Ira Rosen gave the alleged first-hand anecdote in his book, 'Ticking Clock: Behind the Scenes at 60 Minutes,' which just hit the market this past week. According to folks who have reviewed it, Rosen claims he duped Maxwell into spilling the beans.
At some point before the 2016 election, Rosen asserts he arranged a meeting with Maxwell & put on his best poker face to get her to admit there were secret tapes of Trump -- but apparently coming to find out Epstein was in possession of alleged tapes of Clinton too.
He says he told her, "I want the tapes. I know he (Epstein) was videotaping everyone & I want the tapes of Trump with the girls." To that, Rosen claims Maxwell responded she didn't know where they were, to which Rosen emphasized the prospect of Trump possibly winning the presidency if the tapes didn't come to light.
He claims Maxwell then looked him dead in the eyes & said the following -- "I am the daughter of a press baron. I know the way you people think. If you do one side, you must do the other. If you get the tapes on Trump you have to do Clinton."
Rosen claims Maxwell then said it was all pointless, because Hillary was way ahead in the polls at the time, so there was no need for the story to come out. Beyond that, he claims she told him Epstein never disclosed to her where those alleged tapes were.
Both men have ties to Epstein & have been pictured with him many times over the years. Clinton has downplayed their friendship & denied ever flying on Epstein's private jets. Trump has also distanced himself from Epstein & denied any impropriety.
Epstein killed himself after being arrested on sex trafficking charges, but some have speculated his cause of death could have been a cover-up or possibly murder. Maxwell is now behind bars, awaiting trial in a separate case related to Epstein.
