A bad joke with a Taser stun gun ended with a Collier County sheriff’s deputy being reprimanded for inattention to duty.

Around 2 a.m. Dec. 4, 2009, Cpl. Wilmer A. Arencibia entered the housing area of the Collier County jail’s medical unit and was approached by a female deputy who read a message off her iPod to him, according to a recently released internal investigation. Arencibia reached for his agency-issued Taser, and chased the female deputy.

When he caught up to the female deputy, reports say he gave her a shock in the rear.

While the female deputy was yelling at Arencibia, she accidentally activated her agency radio and transmitted a minor profanity, reports said.

"It was just a spur of the moment thing," Arencibia told investigators of the joke gone bad.

After shocking the female deputy, Arencibia apologized to her. He told investigators that his behavior was "shameful," and a "disappointment to my lieutenant, probably my peers."

"I mean, it obviously happened," Arencibia said. "I did it. I wasn’t supposed to do it. I broke policy."

In addition to the reprimand, Arencibia was also given a final warning.

Lt. Rich Gibbons of the Sheriff’s Office’s Professional Responsibility Bureau told NBC-2 that the incident doesn’t appear to be malicious.

"It was horseplay utilizing a Taser," Gibbons told NBC-2. "My reaction is that it’s not tolerable."

This was a really great interview. Premier is like a music historian having been brought up by a mother who loved music. He talks about being taken by his mom to see the Jackson 5 when he was a kid and being influenced by country, blues & zydeco music having been raised in Houston.

Besides his own group with Guru, Gang Starr, Preemo goes through the list of artists he's worked with including Nas, D'Angelo, M.O.P., Jay-Z, Notorious B.I.G. and many more.

Nicki Minaj is cleaning house.

The Queen of the Young Money empire has fired Wacka Flocka Flame's mother as her manager.

According to SingersRoom Debbie Antney received a letter from Nicki's lawyer notifying her that her services were no longer needed.

Debbie Antney says, "I received a letter, which was (a) suspension. The next letter that came in was a cease and desist in doing all business with Nicki Minaj from Nicki's attorney."

Nicki recently dropped out of the "Last Girl On Earth" tour with Rihanna and Ke$ha. At that time she released a statement on Twitter saying she would instead use the time to concentrate on her debut album.

There's no word on why Nicki decided to make the management change or if fallout from leaving the tour had anything to do with it.

For her part, Antney wishes Nicki the best.

"I love Nicki. I wish her the most success. It's not about the music, she's like one of my children," she says. "I wish her no harm, only much success."

TERRIFIED UK singer Amy Winehouse has been rushed to hospital with agonizing pains from her breast implants, The Sun reported.

The 26-year-old Rehab singer was kept in overnight while doctors carried out urgent tests.

She is now waiting to discover whether she must undergo corrective surgery - or even have the 32D implants removed.

A family friend said: "Amy was in agony and became convinced it was something to do with her boobs.

"She thought she would leave it for a while but the pain got worse. She went into the clinic on Thursday and they kept her under observation.

"She is waiting for a decision on whether the implants have to come out or not."

Amy has gone back to the same top private surgery where her breast enhancement was carried out last year.

The troubled star paid £35,000 ($58,000) in October to restore the curves she boasted before she developed her serious drug habit.

Since having the operation, she has been regularly showing off her eye-popping bust in low-cut tops and vests

Shyne has some serious goals for restarting his career.

The Belize-born MC spoke to MTV News on Friday (April 9) and announced that the launch of his movement begins next week as he drops his new song "Messiah." MTV News had an early preview of an EZ Elpee-produced track that drops Monday.

Shyne held a press conference in Belize last November, shortly after completing a prison sentence of eight years for two counts of assault as well as reckless endangerment and gun possession in a 1999 shooting (Shyne has maintained his innocence in the incident). He said he hasn't gotten soft over the years; he's gotten wiser.

"I make music about life," he said during the press conference. "One of the greatest musicians was Bob Marley. There was nothing misogynistic about him. But his music, he talked about some harsh realities sometimes. He was tough. I would like to make that type of contribution, that kind of Marvin Gaye contribution, you dig? But at the same time, we curse. At the same time, life is violent. Life is troublesome sometimes. So don't expect my music to be sanitized. I am just going to talk about what's going on in the world."

As you'll hear on "Messiah," Shyne is still firm in his words but insists he's not reckless. Think about the difference between Sonny Corleone and his brother Michael.

"I got the city on my back, pretty women in the sack," the song begins. "Rollin' in the Rolls/ Sit, sittin' in my lap/ This is not a rap, fool, this is not an act/ Welcome to New York, blood, this is where it's at/ Snitches take a nap with the fishes and the rats/ Buried in the dirt where the witnesses is at."

In the chorus, he declares: "This one is a go, but r-r-really though/ If you know the code, then y-y-you could roll/ But if you was a foe, then you get peter-rolled/ But keep that on the low, r-r-really though."

EZ Elpee keeps the track simple but with a threatening synth and bass thump. "You got the crown/ I had to repo that/ Where the East Coast at?/ Mobster music ... Nino's back.

"Tell him to go to school, he don't wanna go/ Shorty wanna roll, how I'mma tell him no?" he continues. "He just like Po/ God knows it better for him to be like Barack O/ My life ain't gold/ One foot is in the grave, the other in the hole/ I wish that I could show, he gonna follow me straight to death row/ Nah, I'mma make sure, he ain't like me/ R-r-really though."

Shyne's new LP doesn't have a release date yet, but he did ink a record deal with Def Jam earlier this year. "Messiah" will drop Monday. No word yet whether it's the official first single or a warm-up record.

A handful of Saginaw High School (Fort Worth, Texas) cheerleaders have been disciplined for giving teammates sodas mixed with urine.

District officials said at least two girls got in-school suspensions and others lesser punishments, but they would not specify how many students were involved. The girls will not be allowed to participate in cheerleading events through the end of the school year but will be allowed to participate next school year.

A parent whose daughter drank the urine-tainted beverage said those involved should be permanently removed from the team.

"They shouldn't be allowed to represent Saginaw," said the father, who did not want to be identified to protect his daughter's identity.

District spokeswoman Kristin Courtney said Principal Ric Canterbury followed district policy and the school's cheerleading constitution in deciding punishment.

The incident occurred during a basketball game last winter, the parent said. He said at least one cheerleader urinated into a cup and then mixed the urine into drinks bought at a nearby restaurant. Other cheerleaders encouraged her to give the tainted drinks to teammates at the game, the parent said.

When the girls drinking the sodas noticed an unusual taste, they were told that it was from a tart candy mixed into the drink, he said.

"The girls said they were just joking around," the father said. "It's not a good joke to me."

In March, the cheerleaders told others what they had done, according to the parent. Courtney said campus officials heard rumors and began investigating.

Cheerleading sponsor Lea Cochrane declined to comment, referring questions to Courtney, who would not say whether it involved the varsity or junior varsity squad.

The cheerleading constitution states that team members could be removed if they are expelled, placed at the Alternative Discipline Center, assigned to in-school suspension more than once or suspended more than once. The district's student code of conduct allows administrators to take into account a student's discipline history and other factors when deciding punishment.

"Discipline will be correlated to the seriousness of the offense, the student's age and grade level, the frequency of misbehavior, the student's attitude, the effect of the misconduct on the school environment, and statutory requirements," the code reads.

The code also states that students who engage in conduct that would be punishable as a felony must be assigned to the district's Disciplinary Alternative Education Program. The father questioned whether the girls' actions could be seen as tampering with a consumer product, a felony.
He said his family is not pursuing criminal charges.

"She's already been a victim once. If I go and push [charges], that would make her a victim twice" by having singled her out, he said.

Ice Cube caused quite a stir this week when his brand new song "Drink The Kool Aid" hit the net.

People speculated he was dissing Eminem, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne as well as Dr Dre.

Even Dre himself thought Cube was coming at him in the song. The two of them vibed in the studio recently.Check out what Cube had to say about that in his latest blog.

"What up fam,
I met Dr. Dre in the studio last night. When I got there Snoop was in the booth laying the finishing touches on another classic from the dynamic duo. He played me some tracks set for the up and coming Detox record and we talked about me jumping on board the project. Of course I talked about him doing shit on my record and he said he'd bless the album. It felt like old times when me and Dre would work on sh*t in Eazy's cold ass garage.

He asked me did I diss him during the Paid Dues Show last Saturday. I did one of my new songs called "Drink The Kool-Aid" which got everybody thinking I'm dissing the whole industry...lol "You internet roaches..." I told Dre that I'd never diss the man that got me started. Here are the lyric to Drink The Kool-Aid for everybody who understand style and grace in hip-hop...check the lyrics
"

This ain't Sanatra
This ain't the Carter
This is the chaperone nigga who brought'cha
I am the author...this is Holy water
From the Holy Father the Rock of Gibraltar
Step up to the alter step up to the slaughter
Get circumsized son and turned into a daughter
Niggas know they oughta drink the f*ckin' kool-aid
Industy laid out authorities are too late
MC's passed the due date n*ggas they do hate
You are Bobby Boucher I'm the Mane like Gucci
I rock the Louie but not like Kanye
N*gga see me kinda like Harry Belafonte
Step into the room they be like ah Day-O!
Yeah cause they know a n*gga ain't play-doe
Shots all fatal is this Laredo
Boarder town knock'em down just like legos
Drink the Kool-Aid!

verse 2

I ain't the Doctor
This ain't the patient
This ain't that n*gga always on vacation
This ain't no white boy's rehabilitation
This is crazier then a boat full of Haitians
This is inflation mixed with degradation
This ain't no dead rappers reincarnation
I heard it was a New West Coast I ain't worried
I murder more stars then Conrad Murray
I got more bars then the penitentary
I wrote this shit without a rhyme dictionary
Young bucks try to step up to the harim
Looking for some p*ssy I'm a old buck I dare'em
Drink the Kool-Aid

"No disses. Just style and grace. On another note, I rocked the f*ck outta Paid Dues!"

There you heard it from the man himself....no disses. I'm still not convinced though.. *Kanye Shrugs*.
