Montana Fishburne Could Face Jail Time After Beating The Hell Out Of Her Boyfriend/Pimp's Ex Girlfriend

Chippy D might want to look into a Mixed Martial Arts career if this porn star thing doesn't go as planned.

TMZ is reporting that Montana Fishburne was charged with assault in February after beating the hell out of her boyfriend's ex girlfriend.

According to the report, Fishburne barged into the victim's home, forced her into the bathroom and boxed that head tough causing "significant injuries".

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is charging Montana with battery, false imprisonment and assault with a deadly weapon.

To make matters worse, Chippy is already on probation after a November 2009 arrest for prostitution. If found guilty of these new charges, she might face jail time.

Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, who also represents Lindsay Lohan has entered a plea of not guilty for her client. The case is currently pending.

Fishburne's boyfriend/pimp, Jerome Greene aka J-Pipes was also charged and plead guilty to domestic abuse charges.

A source said: 'Madonna performing with both Britney and Christina was a big enough event in itself, but nobody – even the MTV people - expected what happened. It is one of the most memorable moments ever.' Same sex kisses scored highly in the with Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal’s famous gay kiss in 2005 film 'Brokeback Mountain’ being voted third. 'Bruno’ actor Sasha Baron Cohen and Will Ferrell’s re-enactment of Madonna and Britney’s kiss at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) also made the top ten.
