Video After The JumpCoaches are supposed to set an example for their players. Things like sportsmanship and being a team player are what kids should be learning, and what parents expect to be taught when they sign their kids up for Little
League sports.
Apparently the coaches from two Houston area peewee football teams forgot all about that.
After two players started to scuffle during a game, coaches from both teams are caught on camera throwing blows at each other.
The brawl not only set a bad example for the kids, but it has also dashed their hopes for going to the playoffs.
League officials have ruled that both teams are banned from post season play, even though the kids weren't the ones acting like damn fools.
"I don't think it's fair," says 11 year old player Justin Guy-Robinson. "What's the point of playing if you can't go [to the playoffs?] I still can't believe the coaches actually did that in front of us because that just sets a bad example for us."
Justin sounds like he's a lot more mature than the grown men who have ruined the season for him, and the other kids.
The league should find a way to punish the coaches. Maybe by not allowing them to coach peewee football again, or by fining them. But the kids don't deserve this.

Video After The JumpAmanda Ware has been crowned Australia's Next Top Model, but not before a major blunder on live TV which saw host Sarah Murdoch announce the wrong winner.
Model-turned-television host Murdoch originally named Kelsey Martinovich, 19, as the winner but minutes later she was told via her earpiece feed that the actual winner was 18-year-old Ware.
Martinovich had already made an acceptance speech before a close-to-tears Murdoch realised a mistake had been made.
"I don't know what to say right now. I'm feeling a bit sick about this," Murdoch told the live studio audience.
"I'm so sorry, oh my God, I don't know what to say.
"This is a complete accident. I'm so sorry ... It's Amanda. I'm so sorry."
Murdoch, holding her head in her hands, said the original name was fed to her wrongly.
"This is what happens when you have live TV folks. This is insane, insane, insane," she said.
Martinovich was gracious upon hearing the mistake and hugged and congratulated Queenslander Ware.
Ware said she was ecstatic about the win, but admitted the situation was "like a bizarre dream".
"I was like really gracious for Kelsey, I was so happy she'd won," Ware said.
"And then she's like, 'Actually, Amanda's won' and I was like, that's a bit weird but woo hoo.
"I'll just go with the flow.
"[I'm happy] as bad as that is. Live television's always got mistakes. That was a big one, but it's all right, we got through it."
Murdoch said the competition was so close and the final tally literally came down to just a few votes.
Foxtel has confirmed Martinovich will be given a $20,000 cash prize and a trip to New York as compensation for the bungle.
As the winner of the show, which is broadcast on FOX8, Ware receives a modelling contract, a $20,000 cash prize, a car and a trip to New York.

Video After The JumpA Colombian tradition turned tragic on Sunday when a bullfight spun out of control, leaving three people dead and at least 37 injured.
The local bullfight in the Andean community of Sabanalarga is known as the "corraleja", bringing together bulls and local residents in a party-like atmosphere.
Sunday's event, however, took a violent turn as onlookers spilled into the ring and found themselves being chased and gored by bulls.
A 20-year-old man was killed during the event, but the other two fatalities, both men in their forties, occurred in the hospital as a result of their injuries.
Doctor Jaime de la Hoz treated one of the victims.
"The others who were injured had been penetrated at the level of their abdomen and their thorax. The one with the thorax had to be sent to another facility, and the one with the abdominal injury was treated here," he said.
Sabanalarga mayor, Carlos Roca, said this particular corraleja turned tragic due to drunkenness among the participants, but he did not say if any measures would be taken to avoid such incidents in the future.

Video After The JumpJACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- He is a multi-million dollar selling artist whose songs continue to top the charts. But Thursday night, two people told police that rap-artist, Drake started a fight that sent one of them to the hopsital.
"I don't even want to hear his songs on the radio."
Jeremis Soriano's lip was busted open after he said Drake's bodyguard punched him. "Before I got to say his name, he hit me in the mouth and I fell back," he said.
Jeremis started to call Drake names when the rapper pushed his friend away. "He never put his hands on Drake. He never made a fist toward the security guard for them to hit him that hard," said Soriano's friend.
And it continued after both of them were escorted out of the club. "Drake went to get on the bus and he flicked me off and said 'F--- You, you are nothing,'" said Soriano's friend.
"They are just regular people with a little more money than us," said Soriano.
Jeremis went to Memorial Hospital for treatment and now has six stitches in his mouth. "They are the same people that are buying your C.D.'s. You shouldn't treat us like that," he said.
Jeremis says he will press charges and is even seeking legal advice. But he says he doesn't want much, just enough to pay his medical bills.
Drake was in town last week for a concert. The Jacksonville Sheriff's office was not able to get in touch with Drake Thursday night, but they are investigating.

Video After The JumpGloria Velez is not a woman that will bite her tongue, as we've seen over the last several months.
Glo has gone after Nicki Minaj and Remy Ma, now you can add Brian Pumper to that list of targets.
"He's not that big....he's little," Glo told Philly's Batcave Radio Crew as she watched an X-Rated clip on the Porno N*gga. "Brian is not hanging cuz I just saw him."
Glo then moved on to Nicki Minaj.
A couple of months back, Gloria went in on Nicki. In the aftermath, Glo claims that members of the YoungMoney camp tried to smear her, by bringing up the fact that she appeared on Uncle Luke's Peep Show. In the video, Gloria is seen giving and receiving oral sex from another woman in front of a crowd of people.
"The thing is, she's [Nicki] claiming that she is lesbian, she's gay. So why is that like a down? Why are you belittling that when you say all you do is love women? I was with a beautiful woman, so she contradicting herself...she's a puppet," Glo said.
"I don't respect anything [Nicki does]. Did you see the MTV Music Awards? She was horrible, that was garbage. She can't even shake her fake butt, she can't dance, she sounded wack live. It's ok she gets her butt implants, but it's a little ridiculous. It's not sexy anymore, you just see straight sex. I don't see her as classy or a Barbie at all."
Gloria also spoke on Lil Kim being a better rapper than Nicki and talked a bit about Joe Budden. She actually tried to defend Budden, because the Batcave crew was clowning him as an artist.
"Shout out to the rest of Slaughterhouse for carrying him," one of them said.
Well damn!

Young. Fresh. Energetic. From the Supremes to Destiny’s Child, the R&B girl group has solidified its place in music. It’s time to welcome the future.Meet the girls of HerStory: Marissa, Miriah and Asia – three young women from Los Angeles with a story to tell, and the voices to carry out their tale.
In 2008 their paths merged when Marissa, 19, Miriah, 18, and Asia, 19, met during a private audition in Los Angeles. Though coming from diverse backgrounds, including musical theatre and professional dance, the girls developed a close bond through the audition process, resulting in a stunning musical partnership.
The trio joined forces to form the group HerStory , a unique play on words for “her story” and “history” exemplifying the girls’ collective goal to carve out their own musical niche while staying true to their learned musical roots. Individually gifted, Marissa, Miriah and Asia, are markedly talented as a group in both song and dance. They gained an initial following via their YouTube and MySpace page, which featured videos of the girls singing popular R&B ballads in crisp 3-part harmonies. Over slick vocals and clear melodies, these a cappella clips showcased the group’s innate vocal ability. The group cites a variety of influences spanning musical genres and generations – from Karen Carpenter to Beyoncé.
HerStory captures the true essence of three girls, with limitless musical potential, coming into their own as they enter womanhood--something to which the group expects both younger and older women alike can relate. These are three ladies truly ready to create their own musical narrative. It’s time we listen up.
