Wladimir Klitschko is not only being stalked by Shannon Briggs, he's also dealing with a lawsuit that could cost him a considerable amount of money
Magomed Abdusalamov, a boxer signed to Klitschko's K2 Boxing Promotions, suffered permanent brain damage following a November 2nd loss to Mike Perez.
Abdusalamov's jaw and hand were broken during the brutal fight at the Theater at Madison Square Garden. He fell into a coma at the hospital for two weeks and suffered several seizures. He underwent surgery to remove a large blood clot in his brain, but doctors say he may never walk or talk again, according to ESPN.
Abdusalamov's wife is suing K2 Boxing Promotions, New York State, it's athletic commission and five New York State Athletic Commission doctors for $100 million. She believes recklessness, gross negligence and medical malpractice led to her husband's condition. She blames Klitschko for not stopping the fight when it became clear her husband was losing badly and suffering serious damage. The fight went the full 10 rounds.
According to TMZ, Klitschko has filed a claim for his insurance company to cover any money awarded in the lawsuit. The insurance company says they are not liable because the police only covers sickness, death outside the ring that would result in the cancellation of a fight.
A judge has not yet made a ruling. You can watch the full fight below.

War Machine won't be doing any more Alpha Male Shit because the clothing line he helped to create has severed ties with him.
The MMA fighter, real name Jon Koppenhaver, is on the run facing 7 charges stemming from his brutal attack on former girlfriend, porn star Christy Mack.
Alpha Male issued a statement via Twitter saying Navy Seal has taken over the company and all ties to Koppenhaver have been severed
Mack is recovering from the August 8th attack in the hospital. She suffered 18 broken bones, missing teeth and ruptured liver.

After nearly a week of speculation about the identity of the police officer who killed unarmed 18-year old Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, Darren Wilson was named by Ferguson Police Chief Thomas Jackson at a press conference Friday, August 15.
Wilson is a St. Louis area resident with no prior disciplinary incidents in his six years on the police force. He was reportedly treated for injuries following the shooting.

Police claim Wilson, along with other officers responded to the area following a strong-arm robbery at a store in the area.
Wilson released a packet containing photos and documents to reporters. Brown is named in the documents as a suspect in the robbery, along with his friend Dorion Johnson. Surveillance footage of the robbery is forthcoming. CNN released stills from the video.

Brown and Johnson are accused of stealing $40 worth of Swisher Sweets cigars, which are commonly used to smoke weed.

Now here is where things got totally out of control and stories don't match up.
Police claim Wilson pulled up and stopped the teenagers. Brown allegedly reached inside his cruiser, grabbed him and struggled for control of his gun. A shot went off and Wilson had no choice but to use deadly force.
Many witnesses who saw the confrontation tell a different story.
They say Wilson blocked the two teens path with his cruiser, then opened the door striking Brown. Unable to exit his vehicle because of the close proximity of Brown to the car, Wilson reached out and grabbed the young man in an attempt to pull him closer to the vehicle.
At some point a shot was fired causing Brown and Johnson to run. Wilson exited his cruiser and started shooting at Brown. Johnson hid behind a car. One bullet hit Brown prompting him to stop running and turn around with his hands raised.
At that point Wilson continued to fire, hitting Brown multiple times, killing him. Brown was 35 feet away from Wilson when he was killed
Police left Brown's body in the middle of the street for 4 hours following his death before an ambulance arrived to take him away.
In the days following the shooting angry residents have taken to the streets to protest. Riots broke out on Sunday. On Tuesday and Wednesday 22 people were arrested and 5 shot.

Dame Dash has grown tired of director Lee Daniels stiffing him on business loans. The former Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder has filed a lawsuit seeking $25 million, according to TMZ.
The dealings between the two go back as far as the 2004 movie The Woodsman. Dame says Daniels convinced him to invest $2 million in the film and never paid him a dime in compensation.
Dame claims he also invested in The Butler, The Paperboy and Precious. In addition to being screwed financially, Dame says he didn't get executive producer and producer credits on the films as promised.

Last week during a discussion with Lee Hawkins of the Wall Street Journal, 50 Cent's business partner Brian Nohe said a major announcement would be forthcoming soon.
Today it's been revealed that SMS Audio will be building Intel-powered biometric headphones.
Intel CEO Brian Krzanich demonstrated the prototype designs for wearable devices including smart earbuds with biometric and fitness capabilities, an always-on smart headset that integrates with existing personal assistant technologies, and a smart wireless charging bowl at the 2014 Consumer Electronics Show.
The SMS Audio-built product will be called the BioSport In-Ear. Like the prototype, the Bio-Sport In-Ear will always be on, eliminating the need for batteries. If your phone is charged, your headphones are ready to go, according to Gizmodo.
For the athlete on the move like New York Knicks player and SMS Audio partner Carmelo Anthony, the headphones offer unique capabilities.
BioSport In-Ear will be lightweight fitness headphones which send infrared and accelerometer sensor data back to your smartphone via the 3.5mm audio jack, where it's processed by software which keeps track of how fast your ticker's racing and presumably counts the steps you take. The prototype also included software that played music in accordance with those metrics to help you sustain a target heart rate. Exercise headphones like the BioSport In-Ear are only the most obvious wearable technology to bake into your 'buds. The earbud is a perfect place to capture biometric information because it's a product you've already got on you, and one that's wired to a device with a battery. No pesky wristable to strap on or charge.
This is the next step in the evolution of SMS Audio headphones. Product availability and pricing will be announced soon.
