A woman who says she was inspired by the #MeToo movement claims Jamie Foxx slapped her in the face with his penis nearly 16 years ago.
TMZ reports that the alleged assault took place during a party at Jamie's crib in Las Vegas.
According to the victim, Foxx wanted oral sex from her. When she refused, the "Django Unchained" actor hit her in the face with his penis. She was subsequently booted out of the party by a friend of Foxx.
The woman says she went to the hospital the next day and when she got back home to Los Angeles, to get treatment for a severe panic attack..
The statute of limitations is up for the alleged crime, but Las Vegas PD lists the case as open.
Foxx calls the accusation "absurd." He's gearing up to go after his accuser legally.
"Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him," says his attorney, Allison Hart of Lavely & Singer. "The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story. The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002, or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday because the incident never happened."

A loyal and prime financial investor as well as a solid piece of management in Diego's career, lost his life in a shooting behind a case of mistaken identity on Chicago's South Side. DiegoTheGhod, not only was there, but was also seriously wounded in the shooting. That pain in losing his brother seemed to become a momentum in continuing to chase the dream he and Devo set after in the beginning. But this pain almost seemed to develop into a strength of determination for this Hip Hop Ghod in flesh. And pushed his recording presence into something of a spiritual sermon each time the record button was pressed.
And that impact is felt in full in the overall vibe of "Yeah Yeah." The song itself is a powerful expression of battling ones inner demons. Seeking a positive outcome while recognizing your in a negative position. A real life chess game. This is the outcome. The loss. The gain. The paranoia. Lloyd Banks has departed G-Unit Records, according to 50 Cent. The G-Unit boss made the announcement via his Instagram account Tuesday, June 12.
