MIAMI -- Adding to an already contentious divorce battle, Dwyane Wade's estranged wife says his relationship with actress Gabrielle Union is causing her and the star Miami Heat guard's two sons emotional distress.

Dwyane Wade called the lawsuit "baseless and meritless," and Union issued a statement insisting the allegations are false.

Siohvaughn Wade filed the suit in Chicago this week, the latest chapter in the lengthy, often-nasty divorce saga between the former high school sweethearts who separated in 2007. She and Dwyane Wade had two sons, ages 8 and 2, who are listed as plaintiffs.

An attorney for Siohvaughn Wade did not immediately respond to an interview request.

"Each and every allegation made is entirely false," said C. Anthony Mulrain, an attorney for Union.

The lawsuit alleges Union "engaged in sexual foreplay" in front of the boys, which "severely inflicted the Plaintiffs emotionally and mentally." It also claims that the boys received "medium size gifts" from Dwyane Wade for Christmas last year, while Union got "the biggest gift of all."

"Defendant has played sexually explicit roles, including roles as a seductress," the lawsuit reads. "Defendant has apparently decided to take her role beyond the films and into the home of a married man, Dwyane Wade, in the presence of his two minor children."

Damages in excess of $50,000 are being sought by Siohvaughn Wade.

Dwayne and Siohvaughn

Mulrain, Union's attorney, said the accusations were first made about a month ago in court, although the actress was not named as a defendant at that time.

"The court ultimately rejected these claims as frivolous," Mulrain said. "Gabrielle apologizes to the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois for tying them up with erroneous claims when there are real victims who should be receiving the legal attention they need."

The suit also alleges that the Wade's oldest son has suffered from anxiety, manifesting itself in "significant hair loss causing bald spots" and that the younger son "is suffering from feelings of rejection and depression."

Said Dwyane Wade: "My primary concern is my children and actions such as this only inflame the situation and are harmful to their well being."

Trial in the divorce case has been scheduled for June, although a motion is pending to have that pushed back until September. Dwyane Wade's side remains hopeful that a settlement could be reached beforehand; many have been offered in recent years, all of them refused.

It's also possible that the court could rule on Dwyane Wade's custody plea before the divorce case goes to trial or is settled.

"She makes allegations about some incidents that occurred in December 2009 at or around Christmas when the children were with Dwyane, including some foreplay, hugging, kissing and other allegations," said James Pritikin, Dwyane Wade's attorney. "This pops up for the first time in this complaint, which seems to suggest to me that it's rather creative writing."

Several other matters involving the former couple are pending, including a request by Dwyane Wade for sole custody of his children and that his wife be psychologically evaluated. Siohvaughn Wade has alleged Dwyane Wade abandoned his children and that he was "guilty of extreme and repeated mental cruelty" toward her.

"I can state with certainty that the claims Siohvaughn made about Gabrielle are untrue," Dwyane Wade said. "I am deeply saddened and disappointed that Siohvaughn has used our sons once again as pawns and is now lashing out at Gabrielle, who is an innocent party. It is clear that this is a desperate attempt to retaliate against me for seeking sole custody of our children."

A perennial All-Star and former NBA scoring champion, Dwyane Wade has a number of other lawsuits pending stemming from failed business deals. He will opt out of the final year of his contract with the Heat and become a free agent July 1, at which time he'll receive a six-year offer from Miami that could be worth about $127 million -- far more than any other NBA club could pay him.

The custody battle and divorce case, he said last week, could "overshadow" his free-agent maneuvering.

"It's going to be a very busy summer, challenging summer and important summer for my life off the court and on the court," Wade said last week. "I have big decisions ahead of me. It's not easy."

Siohvaughn Wade also recently filed a libel-slander lawsuit against former friend Andrea Williams, who claimed in a deposition that Mrs. Wade bought a man she was romantically involved with from 2004 through 2007 a car and a motorcycle, threatened to find a gun and shoot Dwyane Wade, and voluntarily entered an Illinois hospital to deal with anger-related issues.

Plus, Nottage and Ward LLP, the Chicago law firm that was representing Siohvaughn Wade in the divorce, has been excused from that case after citing "an impasse" and "irreconcilable differences" between attorney and client.

Former celebrity Lindsay Lohan will play a porn-star in some new porn-star biopic! According to Salon, the Bobby (?) star will play Linda Lovelace, the esophageally pliant lead in the 1972 adult film Deep Throat, which later became the pseudonym-sake of Watergate tipster Mark Felt. Bill Pullman will play Hugh Hefner. Congratulations to you too, Bill Pullman!

Director Matthew Wilder is so excited about this in a probably unintentionally undermine-y way. He said it’s likely “one of the most challenging roles any actor could play—and not because of the sexual content, necessarily—but more because she was so battered and beat up emotionally, that I think it's gonna take everything Lindsay has to really be able to pull it off ... Not that Lindsay's life is similar in any way—but she's been through a lot of ups and downs. A lot of times you're loved and then you're hated, and I think she can relate to those emotions and feelings.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Lohan’s forced departure from The Other Side—allegedly the studio felt the Chapter 27 (?) actress was not “bankable” enough. Keep in mind that movie is about “an over-achieving science scholar as she solves a bizarre mystery involving the wacky eccentric residents of a remote island where she ultimately discovers unforeseen personal ties to its history” and stars Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette, so.

By now, everyone should know that Dame Dash is bringing back Roc-A-Fella Records. He recently signed a distribution deal with very familiar partners Def Jam and will be releasing albums under the name of the Roc, a label he co-founded with Jay-Z and Kareem "Biggs" Burke in the '90s before selling his share to Island Def Jam in 2004.

But Dash's co-founders aren't onboard for the new venture, and some Roc-A-Fella purists are already saying that it just isn't the Roc without Jay and Biggs.

"I don't know," Dame said of the naysayers. "A 'Roc-A-Fella purist' is me. So what am I gonna tell myself? If someone has the essence and the DNA that Roc-A-Fella initially meant and they reflect that, then it's not an issue. Any Roc-A-Fella purist — that would mean they would love to see the evolution of Roc-A-Fella. They would be happy because as of now [the label] doesn't exist. And the spirit doesn't exist. If we're gonna bring back the spirit of Roc-A-Fella, any Roc-A-Fella purist would say, 'That's exactly what I would have wanted Damon to do if he was still the CEO of Roc-A-Fella.' Or, 'Roc-A-Fella as an entity always chose the opinion leader, and he seems to be that guy. And always a thorough individual, and he seems to be that guy as well.' So I would think a Roc-A-Fella purist would be happy."

Dash says he welcomes the participation of both Biggs and Jay-Z, if they want to be involved.

"If Jay wanna come through and do something, he can come holla at me," Dash said. "I ain't got no beefs with Jay."

Dame made sure to add that he and Hov would have to come to an amicable business agreement if they were ever to partner again.

"Just off the strength that it's Roc-A-Fella, I could never tell Jay he can't be a part of something he helped create," the Harlem born CEO said. "So maybe it felt ridiculous that he said [me and Biggs couldn't be a part of Roc-A-Fella once we sold the company] and a Roc-A-Fella purists didn't appreciate that. If I walked away from Roc-A-Fella, then that would be different. But the option should always be there. So the option is there for him. He helped build that. And I don't hold grudges. I think one of the most important things in evolving is forgiveness. If he did something wrong or if I did something wrong, we'd have to forgive each other, or we'd still be children."

The first release from the latest incarnation of the Roc is Curren$y's Pilot Talk, which has a tentative release date of June 15. After that will be the mixtape album helmed by Ski Beatz called 24 Hour Karate School.

Kendra Wilkinson's picture perfect life as a happy wife and new mom may soon be crashing down.

According to RadarOnline.com, the former Playboy Playmate has been desperately trying to stop the release of a scandalous sex tape that has surfaced from her wild past.

Wilkinson's lawyer, Yael E. Holtkamp has reportedly demanded for porn company Vivid Entertainment to "cease and desist" with the release of the video.

"The video is private and highly confidential taken for private use and not for public disclosure," the letter reads. "Any exploitation of the video would be a gross violation of Miss Wilkinson's constitutional and common law rights of privacy."

Now happily married to NFL star Hank Baskett, Wilkinson reportedly knew about the tape she made with an unidentified man, however believed it would never be released.

Wilkinson, 24, has admitted to having a sordid past that includes drugs, self-mutilation and a stint in a mental hospital.

During her "E! True Hollywood Story," she revealed that a near-death experience from a cocaine overdose during her teen years made her realize she needed to get her life together.

Despite her legal attempts to keep her past hidden, the CEO of Vivid, Steve Hirsch, doesn't seem to be backing-down in the fight.

"After reviewing our legal position we remain confident of our right to distribute the video," he said. "Thus Vivid.Com plans to release ‘Kendra Exposed' within the next several weeks."

As Wilkinson awaits the dreaded outcome, her rep, "During this difficult time, Kendra and her family would greatly appreciate the respect of their privacy."

Contrary to rumors of an impending divorce, a rep for Mary J Blige and hubby/manager, Kendu Isaacs says the couple is "very happy".

Earlier this year, sources claimed Blige and Isaacs were fighting and slowing moving towards making an alleged separation official.

According to their rep, those rumors of a divorce are simply "not true" as the couple continues to have both a solid professional and personal life away from the cameras, even after their reported 'dust up' at a New York area nightclub where Blige was alleged to have said "what are you going to do.... Chris Brown me ?"

Blige and Isaacs were last seen at Monday night's Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute's Gala in New York City.

In related news, Mary J Blige is set to launch her anticipated fragrance, 'My Life' this year.

The O.D.: A Mixtape Daily Exclusive

Olivia said that if a song goes on a mixtape, it should be no holds barred. The former G-Unit artist said she was shocked that Drake released a statement to the press denouncing a song she has on her new Under the Radar tape called "Control." The record features a verse by Drake he recorded some time ago.

"I support artist collaborations and sampling music that inspires you, but I don't support taking unauthorized recordings and marketing them as features," Drake said in the statement last month. "I've never worked with Olivia, and I apologize to any fan who was duped into thinking that 'Control' was a collaboration of mine."

Liv was livid at the statement.

"I think that was corny, because it's a mixtape," she said last week while visiting MTV's offices. "[Drake] started off doing mixtapes. Are you serious? You really serious right now? I was like, 'Wow.' The producer sent it to me, everything was done. I'm thinking [Drake's] part was signed off on. The producers sent it to us saying, 'It's done. Can you do the record?' I'm like, 'Sure.' I was recording with Sean Kingston then, so it took us awhile to get back to them. Finally sent it back to them. ... Soon as we sent it back, we heard [the song] was out. So when I heard everything going on, I was like, 'Is he trying to hate right now?' I'm confused. I thought that was what mixtapes were for. First of all, we heard you got paid for it. It was cleared. So I'm like, 'Wow. That's how we doing right now?' But I'm good, 'cause you gave me more publicity. Thank you! Shout-out to Drizzy!"

Under the Radar features the controversial Drake record, plus other guests, including Maino, Serani, Webstar and 50 Cent.

"I wanted to put out new material for all my fans," O said. "They hit me every day on my Internet pages and say, 'What's up with all the new material? We want to hear some new stuff!'

"I got real supporters," she added. "That's what I have to say. "It's a blessing. Sometimes I feel a little discouraged because of the way stuff went down with the Unit. I don't regret anything, because I loved being there. But I wanted to be a solo artist. I wasn't treated as a solo artist; I was treated as part of the group."

Aubrey Drake Graham better known in the rap world as simply Drake continues to climb the ladder of success. With his debut album 'Thank Me Later' set to drop in June, the Young Money rapper sat down with CNN to talk about how far he's come and where he wants to go.

Coming into the game, Drake felt like he already had obstacles he had to overcome.

"Part of the appeal of me as an artist is I did have things that were initially seen as strikes against me'" he expained. "Like being from Canada, being an actor, being light skinned, being Jewish."

"There are all these things that in the stereotypical rap world that don't fit the package."

With those initial hurdles out of the way, Drake is starting to enjoy a few of the perks of stardom. Such as having women toss their bras and panties on stage during his concerts.

"I just feel honored to be inducted into the bra and panties tossing club,"

Drake went on to say that a lot of his music is inspired by women, their minds and emotions.

On the topic of his boss Lil Wayne, Drake feels like he was treated unfairly.

"I've talked to Wayne since he's been in jail. In my opinion he didn't do anything wrong," he said. "I think that was an opportunity to make an example out of somebody who didn't deserve to be made an example out of."

There's no shortage of bleeps covering up the raunchy language of young black militant Huey Freeman and other foul-mouthed characters on "The Boondocks."

The N-word is heard frequently when the animated series airs on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim late-night slate, but most expletives are deleted.

But now fans of "The Boondocks" can get their Huey raw and uncut.

Uncensored episodes of "The Boondocks," which tallied its highest ratings ever when it returned for its third season Sunday after an absence of more than two years, will be available on iTunes 12 hours after the tamer versions air on Adult Swim. Each episode costs $2.99, or viewers can purchase a season pass for all 15 episodes for $37.99.

The season-opener, "It's a Black President, Huey Freeman," in which the young militant is mysteriously depressed following the election of President Obama, scored Adult Swim's highest ratings for an original series in more than a year, attracting more than 2.5 million viewers. It also triumphed over its basic cable competition in key demographics during its 11:30 p.m. Sunday time slot.

The show's popularity appears to be fueled by online fans. The episode has generated more than 197,000 views on Adultswim.com, and "The Boondocks" and various names associated with the show took over five of the 10 trending topics on Twitter.

(AllHipHop News) Houston rapper Trae Tha Truth is striking back at local radio station 97.9 KBXX, The Box, claiming executives from the station have unfairly banned his music and interfered with his relationships with other executives.

Trae is filing the lawsuit in 189th District Court of Harris County, naming Radio One, KBXX’s general manager Doug Abernathy, program manager Terri Thomas and personality Nnete Inyangumia.

Trae claims that he was unfairly banned from the station after a July 2009 shootout erupted at “Trae Day,” that injured eight teen agers.

According to the lawsuit Trae was banned after Inyangumia accused him of causing the violence.

"I would not have filed a lawsuit, but when other people started being hurt by this ban, I knew I had to stand up,” Trae said in a statement released today (May 4th). "I just could not let any more people suffer and be punished by the radio station over this ridiculous vendetta."

The lawsuit also claims that the station even suspended a staff member for a week, because he made a mixtape outside of work, featuring Trae’s music, while another one was fired for accidentally playing a song by Chamillionaire that featured a verse from Trae.

Trae also claims a song and video by rapper 6tre Gangsta was scrapped, after representatives for KBXX told 6tre’s reps that any song featuring Trae would not be aired,.

The rapper has hired Houston attorney Warren Fitzgerald Jr. to represent him in the case.

Even Rap-A-Lot Records’ CEO James Prince weighed in on the ban, which has impacted an upcoming deal between Trae and the legendary Houston label.

I had been excited about being involved with the next Trae album, but with this ban taking place, not only in his home town, but likely also in the second best place for airplay, which is Dallas, it would be impossible to promote the album. This ban is sabotaging his career, because those cities are the foundation for breaking his records.”

Prince added: “Having run a record label for over twenty years, I’ve never seen anything like this.”

According to Fitzgerald, KBXX and Radio One have gone “beyond the parameters of legally sanctioned activity” by banning Trae’s music and interfering with his career.

I find this behavior repulsive, especially for a radio station that daily champions itself as music artists ‘best friend,” Fitzgerald said.

Trae is suing for damages to his reputation, mental suffering, performance revenue, royalties and other damages.

A preliminary hearing is set for May 14, 2010 at 1:30 pm.

(AllHipHop News) Atlanta rapper Gucci Mane has officially parted ways with his former management company Mizay Entertainment and booking agency Hitt Afta Hitt Enterprises.

Mizay Entertainment is helmed by Debra Antney, while promoter Johnnie Cabbell is the owner of Hitt After Hitt Enterprises.

Both companies and their respective owners are named in several federal lawsuits, claiming they booked Gucci Mane in several cities throughout the country, without disclosing that the rapper was heading to jail.

Gucci missed a string of dates over the past year, resulting in lawsuits against Mizay and Hitt After Hitt for failing to return hundreds-of-thousands of dollars in advanced payments.

Gucci has closed down his So Icey Entertainment imprint and is now the President and CEO of 1017 Brick Squad Records Inc.

The artists on the new label are Wacka Flocka Flame, OJ Da Juiceman, Bricksquad (Wacka, OJ and Gucci) and Gucci Mane himself.

"The rest of 2010 is going to be real major," Gucci Mane told AllHipHop.com in a statement today (May 4th). “I'm taking control of all of my business properties and keeping the focus on my career, my music and my artists. All the pieces to the puzzle are finally in place and once I get home it's Gucci time."

Gucci Mane also has a new management team to handle his career now that he has parted ways with Mizay Entertainment.

The rapper has entered into an exclusive management deal with First Avenue Management, while CAA will now handle the booking of his shows.

He also named David Bolno, Managing Director at Nigro, Karlin, Segal & Feldstein as his new his new business manager.

In April, Nicki Minaj abruptly fired Debbie Antney and Mizay Entertainment from managing her career.

Last week, Antney and Cabbell were named in another lawsuit in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania over a failed show in Pittsburgh last August

A teenage fan hopped on the field at the Philadelphia Phillies vs St Louis Cardinals game last night (Monday 5-03-2010). The guy was just having some fun by running around, but he was interrupting the game.

So security came out to catch and remove him from the field. The only problem was the cop was so fat and out of shape he couldn't grab him, so instead he used his taser.

He's tossed the gel, shaved off his spiky hairdo and adopted his grandfather's last name - which he hopes becomes known more for music than mobsters.

"I don't do rap, I do pop music," said the newly christened Carmine Gotti. "If I had to put a name on it, I would call it hip-pop, if anything. I like to stay in my own lane."

He's working on a record deal and making cameos in videos by rappers Khia and Fat Joe.

The 24-year-old grandson of the late John Gotti came to his own fame in the reality show, "Growing Up Gotti." He insists he's not the kid you saw in the A&E series that starred his mom, Victoria Gotti, and two brothers.

"I'm matured, I was a kid when they saw me last time," he said. "I wanted to step away from that whole image....I'm a young man now. I'm clean-cut."

For the past three years he has been in and out of Yonkers' Power House Studios, made famous by rappers DMX and the Ruff Ryders, pursuing his passion.

"It wasn't something that came overnight. It wasn't something that was handed to me," said Gotti, who compares his low-key style to Fabolous with a Justin Timberlake twist.

Gotti, born Carmine Agnello Jr., has dropped his dad Carmine Sr.'s last name and complained bitterly last year that he left the family struggling financially. His mom divorced the elder Agnello in 2003 and he remarried after his release from prison in 2008.

He speaks fondly of his "Dapper Don" grandfather, who died in 2002 in a federal lockup.

"He was more like a father figure than a grandfather figure to me," said Carmine Gotti, who has John Gotti's likeness tattooed on his arm.

"He was always there for us, he loved us, and that's the one side we knew about him," he told the Daily News in a recent sitdown. "We didn't see any other side....He was just my grandfather."

He says his debut album - expected out this summer - will even include a tribute to his grandfather.

Until then, he's building the buzz with some high-profile artists. He appears as one of the "bad boys" in risqué rapper Khia's video, "Been a Bad Girl," and is also in Fat Joe's video, "(Ha Ha) Slow Down," which was released Friday.

As for his own project, Gotti says, "My album is more focused on the club scene, and mostly focuses on women....I want to surprise everybody."

His life as a Gotti is also an influence in his music.

"I've seen a lot of ups and I've seen a lot of downs," he said. "I lived 12 years of my life without a father. My mother had to raise us. But I can't complain - I still have a loving family."
